Preferably, the dust collection device 1 with explosion-proof and explosion-control functions further comprises a water pump 16 and a spraying device 17, the water pump 16 is arranged outside the dust collection bin 12, the water pump 16 is communicated with the water circulation device 15, the water pump 16 is further communicated with the spraying device 17, and the spraying device 17 is arranged above the inside of the dust collection bin 12. Preferably, the dust collecting device 1 further comprises a water tank 26, the water tank 26 being used for supplying water to the spraying device 17 and the water circulating device 15 via the water pump 16.
Preferably, a water tank 26 is also provided within the tank 20.
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the dust collection device 1 with explosion prevention and explosion control function further includes a grounding device 18, and the grounding device 18 is used for grounding the dust collection device 1 with explosion prevention and explosion control function.
The grounding means 18 is preferably a metal chain. The case 20 is preferably made of metal.
Preferably, the dust collecting device 1 with explosion-proof and explosion-control functions further comprises an exhaust pipe 19, the exhaust pipe 19 is communicated with the fan device 13, and the exhaust pipe 19 extends upwards from the fan device 13.

As shown in fig. 5, the top of the dust collecting bin 12 is opened with 6 explosion venting ports 201, and each explosion venting port is provided with a flameless explosion venting device.
Preferably, the top of the dust collecting bin 12 of the dust collecting device 1 with explosion-proof and explosion-control functions is further provided with a ventilation fan 202, the ventilation fan 202 ventilates the dust collecting bin 12, and the ventilation fan 202 is further provided with a flameless explosion venting device. Preferably, an observation window 203 is arranged on the side wall of the box body 20 of the dust collection device 1 with the explosion-proof and explosion-control functions, and the dust collection condition of the dust collection bin 12 is observed through the observation window 203.
Preferably, the bottom of the dust collecting chamber 12 of the dust collecting device 1 with explosion-proof and explosion-control functions is provided with a dust cleaning hole 122, and dust is cleaned out of the dust collecting device 1 with explosion-proof and explosion-control functions through the dust cleaning hole 122.
Preferably, a personnel inlet 204 is further arranged on the box body 20 of the dust collection device 1 with the explosion-proof and explosion-control functions, and personnel can clean the dust collection bin 12 by using tools through the personnel inlet 204 and then enter the dust collection bin 12 to clean dust which is difficult to clean.
Preferably, the dust collecting device 1 with explosion-proof and explosion-control functions further comprises a smoke detector 22, and the smoke detector 22 is arranged above the inside of the dust collecting bin 12 and is used for detecting smoke in the dust collecting bin 12. The number of smoke detectors 22 may be 1 or more than 2.
Preferably, the dust collecting device 1 with explosion-proof and explosion-control functions further comprises a light-sensitive detector 23, and the light-sensitive detector 23 is arranged in a pipeline 24 communicating the dust collecting bin 12 and the dust collecting device 11. The number of the photo detectors 23 may be 1 or 2 or more.
Preferably, the spraying device 17 is arranged above the interior of the dust collection bin 12, and the spraying device 17 is arranged in a plurality above the interior of the dust collection bin 12, and more preferably, at least one spraying device 17 is also arranged in a pipeline 24 communicating the dust collection bin 12 and the dust collecting device 11.
The spray means 17 is, for example, a spray nozzle, and the number may be plural. The plurality of spray devices 17 are communicated through water extending pipes which are communicated with the water pump 16.
Preferably, the dust collecting device 1 with explosion-proof explosion control function of the present disclosure further includes an electric cabinet 21, and the electric cabinet 21 is disposed in the box 20 and is used for controlling the water pump 16, the spraying device 17, the fan device 13, the ventilation fan 202, the smoke detector 22 and/or the light detector 23.
The electric cabinet 11 and the fan device 13 are both dust environment explosion-proof electric, and the insulation sleeve of the electric wire line is intact.
When the smoke detector 22 detects smoke or the light detector 23 detects flame light, the control system in the electric cabinet 21 controls the water pump 26 to supply water to the spraying device for spraying.
According to another aspect of the disclosure, a dust collecting vehicle is also provided, which comprises the dust collecting device 1 with explosion prevention and control functions and a vehicle body; the dust collecting device 1 is provided on the vehicle body. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the dust collecting device 1 is arranged on a vehicle body, and constitutes the dust collecting vehicle with explosion-proof and explosion-control functions of the present disclosure.
Wherein, the wall of the dust collecting chamber 12 and the box body 20 (carriage body) are thickened to form an anti-knock body.
The dust collecting device and the dust collecting vehicle of the present disclosure will be further described in detail by the specific operation and use steps of the dust collecting vehicle.
In the using process, the dust collecting vehicle is stopped to one side of the factory dust collecting bin, and the side, provided with the dust collecting device, of the dust collecting vehicle faces the factory dust collecting bin.
First, whether the spark detector (the smoke detector 22 and the light detector 23) and the shower system are in the open state is observed, the car door 27 is opened in a state where the normal operation is ensured, the dust collecting pipe 111 stored in the storage box 25 is taken out, and the dust collecting pipe 111 is pulled out of the abutting dust collecting place. The blower device 13 is opened by an operator to make the interior of the dust collecting bin 12 in a negative pressure state, so that dust is sucked in. During the suction process, the dust enters the dust collection bin 12 through the filter device 112 in the dust collection pipe 111 and the two-way explosion-proof valve 113 in sequence. An airflow blocking device 121 is arranged above the inlet of the dust collection pipe 111 of the dust collection bin 12, so that the forming range of dust cloud is suppressed, and meanwhile, the spraying device 17 and the spark detector are prevented from being blocked.
The heavier dust can fall naturally under the action of the airflow blocking device 121, and the fine dust which is easy to form dust cloud is collected for the second time through the dust removing device 14, so that the dust collecting efficiency can be improved. The fine dust enters the interior through the air inlet 141 of the dust removing device 14, a partition plate 144 is arranged in the middle of the dust removing device 14 to form an upper dust remover part and a lower dust remover part so as to improve the dust removing efficiency, a discharge port 142 is formed in one side of the lower dust remover part, which is close to the dust collecting bin 12, the fine dust is conveyed into the dust collecting bin 12, the accumulation condition of the dust at the position is observed through an observation window 203, and the dust can be manually moved under the condition of ensuring safety.
The dust-free exhaust gas which has passed through the dust removal device 14 is passed through the fan device 13 into the exhaust pipe 19, through which it is discharged into the air. The exhaust pipe 19 extends the pipe orifice upwards to the air at the rear side of the carriage body, so that secondary pollution is avoided.
The dust collection can be completed through the steps, and meanwhile, the accumulated amount of dust in the dust collection vehicle can be noticed through the observation window 203. If dust accumulates at the discharge port 142 of the bag-type dust collector 14, the dust collection pipe 111 is taken out and placed in the air, the fan device 13 is closed after no obvious dust cloud exists in the dust collection bin 12, the accumulated dust at the discharge port 142 is cleaned through a manhole, and at the moment, the fan device 13 can be continuously opened for dust collection. After the dust is collected, the fan device 13 is closed, the dust collection pipe 111 is stored in the storage box 25, and the box door 27 is closed.
Preferably, a rotatable three-port discharge device is provided at discharge port 142 to avoid dust accumulation at discharge port 142.
In the transportation process after dust collection is finished, the ventilation fan 202 is turned on to prevent the volatile dust from releasing inflammable gas. If the summer is hot, the water circulation cooling system can be opened to avoid smoldering caused by overhigh temperature in the carriage body 20, and the water circulation cooling system can not be opened if the ambient temperature is low. During normal transportation of the dust collection vehicle, static electricity is discharged through the prepared grounding metal chain 18.
After the dust is transported to the processing site, the dust cleaning hole 122 at the bottom of the carriage body 20 is opened to discharge the dust out of the carriage body 20, and manual assistance can be performed through the personnel entrance 204. After the dust is discharged, the dust is cleaned through the personnel inlet 204, and the lower part of the circumferential wall of the dust collection bin 12 is in a slope type, so that the dust collection bin is convenient to clean.
According to the dust collecting device with the explosion-proof and explosion-control functions and the dust collecting vehicle, fire source control is achieved, namely the sundry filter screen is installed in the dust collecting pipe, and therefore the situation that sundries such as metal chips and stones are collected into the dust collecting bin to cause friction and fire is avoided; spark detectors are respectively arranged at the tail end of the dust collection pipe and the top of the dust collection bin, and a spraying system is connected in parallel to eliminate an ignition source.
The dust collection device with the explosion-proof and explosion-control functions and the dust collection vehicle realize electrostatic discharge, namely, a metal iron chain for discharging static electricity is connected to the dust collection device or the dust collection vehicle.
The dust collection device with the explosion-proof and explosion-control functions and the dust collection vehicle of one embodiment of the disclosure realize explosion control, namely realize the explosion control functions of the dust collection device and the dust collection vehicle by taking explosion venting, explosion-proof and explosion-proof measures. If the top of the carriage body is provided with the flameless explosion venting device for safe venting of explosion pressure; a bidirectional explosion-proof valve is arranged between the dust collection pipe and the dust collection bin to realize explosion-proof; the wall surface of the dust collecting bin and the wall surface of the box body (carriage body) are thickened, and the main body structure is strengthened to form an anti-knock body so as to realize anti-knock.
The dust collection device with the explosion-proof and explosion-control function and the dust collection vehicle have the advantages that the dust cloud forming control capability is realized, namely the airflow blocking device is arranged at the inlet in the dust collection bin, and the bag type dust collector is connected behind the dust collection bin to control the dust cloud forming range and time, so that the dust collection efficiency is improved.
The dust collection device with the explosion-proof and explosion-control functions and the dust collection vehicle realize environmental control, namely, the environment in the dust collection bin is regulated and controlled through the cooling water circulation system and the ventilation fan, and dust spontaneous combustion is avoided.
According to the dust collection device with the explosion-proof and explosion-control functions and the dust collection vehicle, all power systems are completely isolated from the dust collection bin, and explosion caused by electric sparks is avoided.

the dust collecting bin is connected with the dust collecting device and receives dust collected by the dust collecting device; the dust collecting device comprises a dust collecting pipe, a filtering device and an explosion-proof valve, wherein the size of an opening at the first end of the dust collecting pipe is larger than the radial size of the dust collecting pipe, the filtering device is arranged in the dust collecting pipe and close to the first end of the dust collecting pipe, and the second end of the dust collecting pipe is communicated with the dust collecting bin through the explosion-proof valve; the dust collection bin comprises an airflow blocking device, the airflow blocking device is arranged in the dust collection bin, the airflow blocking device is arranged above a communication part of the dust collection bin and the dust collecting device and used for inhibiting the formation range of dust cloud, the airflow blocking device is inclined downwards from the upper part of the dust collection bin, the airflow blocking device at least can cover the size of the communication part of the dust collection bin and the dust collecting device along the horizontal direction, the extension degree of the second end of the airflow blocking device towards the inside of the dust collection bin enables the second end of the airflow blocking device at least to cover the size of the communication part of the dust collection bin and the dust collecting device along the vertical direction, the airflow blocking device is arc-shaped, and the airflow blocking device is made of metal; and
and the fan device is connected with the dust collection bin, so that the dust collection bin is in a negative pressure state in the process of receiving dust collected by the dust collection device.
2. The dust collecting device with explosion-proof and explosion-control functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein a dust removing device is further arranged between the dust collecting bin and the blower device, an inlet part of the dust removing device is communicated with the upper part of the dust collecting bin, a discharge port of the dust removing device is communicated with the lower part of the dust collecting bin, and an outlet part of the dust removing device is communicated with the blower device; the fan device enables dust-containing airflow in the dust collection bin to enter the dust collection device through the inlet part of the dust collection device, the dust-containing airflow after dust collection is discharged through the fan device, and dust collected by the dust collection device is discharged into the dust collection bin through the discharge opening.
3. A dust collecting device with explosion prevention and control functions as claimed in claim 2, wherein the dust collecting device is a bag type dust collector.
4. The dust collecting device with the explosion-proof and explosion-controlling function as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a water circulating device, wherein the water circulating device is arranged outside the dust collecting bin and is in contact with the outer wall of the dust collecting bin, and the water circulating device is used for cooling the dust collecting bin.

The dust collecting device with the explosion-proof and explosion-control function as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a water pump and a spraying device, wherein the water pump is arranged outside the dust collecting bin, the water pump is communicated with the water circulating device, the water pump is further communicated with the spraying device, and the spraying device is arranged above the inside of the dust collecting bin.
6. The dust collecting device with explosion prevention and control functions of claim 1, further comprising a grounding device for grounding the dust collecting device with explosion prevention and control functions.
7. A dust collecting device with explosion proof and explosion control functions as defined in claim 3, wherein the bag collector is divided into an upper part and a lower part by a partition to increase the dust collecting area.
8. A dust collecting device with explosion prevention and control functions as recited in claim 1, further comprising an exhaust pipe communicating with the fan device, the exhaust pipe extending upward from the fan device.
9. A dust collecting device with explosion prevention and control functions as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a box body, wherein the dust collecting bin is formed in the box body.
10. A dust collecting device with explosion proof and explosion control functions as claimed in claim 9, wherein the top of the dust collecting bin is provided with at least one explosion venting port.
11. The dust collecting device with the explosion-proof and explosion-controlling function as claimed in claim 9, wherein a ventilation fan is further arranged at the top of the dust collecting bin, and the ventilation fan ventilates the dust collecting bin.
12. The dust collecting device with the explosion-proof and explosion-control function as claimed in claim 9, wherein an observation window is arranged on the side wall of the box body, and the dust collecting condition of the dust collecting bin is observed through the observation window.
13. The dust collecting device with explosion-proof and explosion-control functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the dust collecting bin is provided with a dust cleaning hole, and dust is cleaned out of the dust collecting device with explosion-proof and explosion-control functions through the dust cleaning hole.
14. The dust collecting device with the explosion-proof and explosion-control function as claimed in claim 9, wherein the box body is further provided with a personnel entrance through which personnel can clean the dust collecting bin by using a tool and then enter the dust collecting bin for cleaning.
15. The dust collecting device with explosion prevention and control functions as recited in claim 1, wherein the upper size of the dust collecting bin is larger than the lower size of the dust collecting bin.
16. A dust collecting device with explosion proof and explosion control functions as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a smoke detector disposed inside the dust collecting bin for detecting smoke in the dust collecting bin.
17. The dust collecting device with the explosion-proof and explosion-control function of claim 16, further comprising a light sensor, wherein the light sensor is arranged in a pipeline communicating the dust collecting bin and the dust collecting device.
18. A dust collecting device with explosion-proof and explosion-control functions as claimed in claim 17, further comprising an electric cabinet, wherein the electric cabinet is arranged in the box body and used for controlling the water pump, the spraying device, the fan device, the ventilation fan, the smoke detector and/or the light detector.
19. A dust collecting vehicle, comprising the dust collecting device with explosion prevention and control function of any one of claims 1 to 18, and a vehicle body; the dust collecting device is arranged on the vehicle body.
