Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dust treatment, in particular to an ash discharge device and an ash discharge method.
Background
At present, the technological process of yellow phosphorus production system is to send the mixture of phosphate rock, silica and coke in proportion into electric furnace, the mixture in the electric furnace is reduced to produce furnace gas, the furnace gas escapes from the reaction melting zone, the furnace gas passes through the furnace gas filtering layer formed by continuously supplemented mixture at the upper part of the furnace and then carries with part of the impurities in the mixture to be discharged from the electric furnace, and then the yellow phosphorus product is obtained by dedusting, filtering, condensing, washing, refining and separating, and the tail gas is recycled or discharged. In the production system, the dust removal system is arranged between the electric furnace and the washing tower, and furnace gas in the electric furnace overcomes the resistance of a filter assembly in the filter system through a blower or a draught fan so as to remove dust and filter.
Since the dust removing gas contains yellow phosphorus vapor, the yellow phosphorus vapor is inevitably mixed into the dust intercepted by the dust removing device. Since yellow phosphorus is a phase-change-prone substance and has a risk of explosion, it is highly dangerous to directly discharge the dust carrying yellow phosphorus vapor. However, there is no mature and complete treatment technology for dust discharge after filtering dust-removing gas containing yellow phosphorus vapor and the like with easy phase change and explosion risks in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an ash discharge device and an ash discharge method, so as to solve the problem of poor ash discharge safety in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, an ash discharge apparatus is provided. This ash discharging device includes:
the intermediate tank is used for receiving the dust collected by the dust removal device and discharging the dust;
a replacement gas inlet pipe connected to the first gas inlet of the intermediate tank, for introducing replacement gas into the intermediate tank;
and the balance pipe is connected with the air inlet of the dust removal device and the air outlet of the intermediate tank and is used for inputting the weight of the air discharged from the intermediate tank into the dust removal device again.
The replacement gas is introduced into the intermediate tank through the replacement gas input pipe to replace the dangerous gas carried by the dust in the intermediate tank, so that the safety can be improved. The output of the target product obtained by condensing the dangerous gas can be obviously improved by inputting the replaced dangerous gas into the dust removal device again through the balance pipe.
The sealing gas input pipe is connected with the second gas inlet of the intermediate tank. Therefore, the sealing gas can isolate the external gas, and the amount of gas carried by dust entering the intermediate tank is reduced.
Furthermore, the dust removing device also comprises a dust vibrating gas input pipe for inputting dust vibrating gas to the dust hopper of the dust removing device. From this, the dust that shakes of letting in can make the caking scatter, and the dust of not only being convenient for falls into the pans, can prevent moreover that the dust accumulation piece from causing mechanical damage to striking the pans.
Furthermore, the first air inlet and the exhaust port are arranged at the upper part of the intermediate tank; the second air inlet is arranged at the lower part of the intermediate tank. Therefore, the replacement effect and the sealing effect are good.
Further, the replaceable gas input pipe, the sealing gas input pipe and the ash vibrating gas input pipe are connected with the same inert gas storage tank, and inert gas is input into the intermediate tank. The inert gas is a gas that does not react with the dust or the gas entrained with the dust, such as nitrogen, helium, argon, and the like.
Furthermore, a first valve bank is arranged on a pipeline connecting the intermediate tank and the dust removal device, and the first valve bank comprises at least two valves. Therefore, the valve group strengthens sealing and avoids external air from entering a system in the ash discharge process.
And a second valve group is arranged on an ash discharge pipeline of the intermediate tank, and comprises at least two valves. Therefore, the valve group strengthens sealing and avoids external air from entering a system in the ash discharge process.
Further, a material level detection mechanism is arranged on the intermediate tank. Therefore, the start and stop of the feeding and ash discharging of the intermediate tank can be controlled conveniently according to the detection result of the material level detection mechanism.
Further, a pressure detection mechanism is arranged on the intermediate tank, a first valve is arranged on the replaceable gas input pipe, and the pressure detection mechanism is interlocked with the first valve. Therefore, safety accidents caused by overpressure of the intermediate tank are prevented, and safety of the intermediate tank is guaranteed.
Furthermore, a pressure control mechanism for controlling the input speed of the replaceable gas is arranged on the replaceable gas input pipe. This prevents the occurrence of a safety problem due to an excessively large or small flow rate of the replacement gas.
Furthermore, the dust removal device is connected with the gas outlet of a combustion furnace used for producing yellow phosphorus. In this case, the inert gas is preferably a hot gas having a temperature of 60 ℃ or higher, whereby condensation of the yellow phosphorus vapor can be prevented. The yellow phosphorus vapor can also be prevented from condensing by arranging heat-insulating jackets on the intermediate tank and the pipeline.
In order to achieve the above object, according to another aspect of the present invention, an ash discharge method is provided. The ash discharge method comprises the following steps:
(1) first-stage ash discharge: opening a second valve on the balance pipe, then opening a first valve group on a pipeline connecting the intermediate tank and the dust removal device, so that dust in an ash hopper of the dust removal device falls into the intermediate tank, and then closing the first valve group;
(2) and (3) replacement: opening a first valve on the replacement gas input pipe, inputting the gas in the intermediate tank into the dust removal device again through the balance pipe, and then closing the first valve and the second valve;
(3) secondary ash discharge: closing a third valve on the sealing gas input pipe, then opening a second valve group on an ash discharge pipeline of the intermediate tank to discharge ash, closing the second valve group after the ash discharge is finished, and opening the third valve;
and (3) repeating the steps (1) to (3) in the ash discharging process.
The ash discharging process is carried out in two stages, and the two stages of ash discharging are interlocked, so that the system safety in the ash discharging process is further ensured.
Further, the second valve is intermittently opened during the secondary ash discharge. Therefore, the pressure of the intermediate tank can be balanced, and the stability of the ash discharge process is improved.
Further, the dust-containing gas treated by the dust removing device contains yellow phosphorus vapor. Therefore, the yellow phosphorus belongs to a phase-change-prone substance and has a burning explosion risk, and the yellow phosphorus steam can be prevented from being discharged by adopting the ash discharge method, so that the yield of the yellow phosphorus is improved.
In summary, the dust discharging device and the dust discharging method are particularly suitable for discharging dust intercepted after the dust removing device filters furnace gas of a combustion furnace in yellow phosphorus production, and certainly, are also suitable for discharging dust after the dust removing device filters dust-containing gas containing other flammable and explosive substances.
