and 2, uniformly spraying a surface layer (hot melt adhesive) on the surface of the substrate layer, and attaching a flexible carrier layer (self-adhesive paper) on the substrate layer to prepare the aromatic physical application patch containing the far infrared energy variable temperature.

and 2, uniformly spraying a surface layer (hot melt adhesive) on the surface of the substrate layer, and attaching a flexible carrier layer (self-adhesive paper) on the substrate layer to prepare the aromatic physical application patch containing the far infrared energy variable temperature.

This embodiment discloses a sheet pressing mold for preparing a variable temperature aromatic dressing containing far infrared energy, which has a structure as shown in fig. 2, including: the device comprises a bottom plate 1, guide cylinders 6, a pressing sheet pipe 5, a pressing plate 4, an air cylinder 3 and an expansion link 2, wherein a plurality of guide cylinders 6 are vertically fixed on the bottom plate 1, pressing sheet holes communicated with the guide cylinders 6 and matched with the guide cylinders are formed in the bottom plate 1, the air cylinder 3 is arranged above the bottom plate 1, the end part of the expansion link 2 of the air cylinder 3 is fixed with the upper plane of the pressing plate 4, a plurality of pressing sheet pipes 5 are vertically arranged on the lower plane of the pressing plate 4, the pressing sheet pipes 5 are matched with the guide cylinders 6 and can penetrate into the guide cylinders 6 (namely the pressing sheet pipes 5 can slide up and down in the guide cylinders 6), and a cutting edge is arranged at the bottom ends of the pressing sheet pipes 5; when the telescopic rod 2 is at the end point of the lower stroke, the bottom end of the tabletting tube 5 can penetrate into the tabletting hole of the bottom plate 1. mixing the components of the heating material according to the weight ratio, heating the basal layer framework to 120 ℃, fusing the heating material into heating holes of the basal layer framework, pressing by using a mold after fusing, and forming the basal layer after cooling and forming;
and 2, uniformly spraying a surface layer on the surface of the substrate layer, and attaching a flexible carrier layer on the substrate layer to prepare the aromatic physical application containing the far infrared energy variable temperature.
