An insecticidal and fungicidal seed treatment suspension as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the seed treatment suspending agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-20 parts of chlorantraniliprole, 2-35 parts of clothianidin, 10-25 parts of thiamethoxam, 3-10 parts of fludioxonil, 3-4 parts of fatty acid polyethylene glycol, 1-3 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-4 parts of pectin, 2-5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1-2 parts of methyl cellulose, 0.8-1 part of Arabic gum, 1-2 parts of acid scarlet, 1-1 part of RED 81100.5, 1-3 parts of ethylene glycol, 0.2-0.4 part of C8-10 fatty alcohol, 0.3-0.5 part of 2-hydroxybiphenyl and 0.2-0.3 part of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde.

An insecticidal and fungicidal seed treatment suspension as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the seed treatment suspending agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-20 parts of chlorantraniliprole, 2-35 parts of clothianidin, 10-25 parts of thiamethoxam, 3-10 parts of fludioxonil, 3-5 parts of lignin and co-derivative sulfonate, 1-3 parts of fatty acid ethane adduct phosphate, 1-4 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 2-5 parts of hydroxypropyl cellulose, 0.4-2 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.4-2 parts of magnesium aluminum silicate, 1-4 parts of RED-1311, 1-3 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.2-0.4 part of an organic silicon defoamer, 0.2-0.3 part of 1,2 benzothiazoline-3-ketone and 0.1-0.3 part of potassium benzoate.
