In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-5, the fish tank water circulation system with separating and precipitating functions in this embodiment includes a tank body 4, a fish and feces separating component 2 is disposed on the tank body 4, a main filtering component 3, a precipitating component 1 and a water inlet component 5 are disposed outside the tank body 4, and the water circulation system basically aims at: the water in the tank 4 is kept in dynamic balance, and the fish feces in the tank 4 needs to be discharged out of the tank 4.
When the water storage tank is used, the water outlet pipeline 21 is vertically arranged in the cylinder body 4 and penetrates through the bottom plate 41 of the cylinder body 4, the separating pipe 22 is sleeved outside the water outlet pipeline 21, a separating cavity 23 is formed between the separating pipe 22 and the water outlet pipeline 21, water at the top of the separating cavity 23 enters the water outlet pipeline 21 from the upper end of the water outlet pipeline 21 to become first water liquid, and the first water liquid is discharged into the main filtering component 3 through the water outlet pipeline 21 to be filtered and then enters the water storage bin 51.
The bottom of the separation cavity 23 is provided with a first sewage discharge port 25, the first sewage discharge port 25 is used for communicating the separation cavity 23 and the outer side of the separation pipe 22, the first sewage discharge port 25 is arranged on the inner side of the cylinder body 4, water at the top of the separation cavity 23 enters the water outlet pipeline 21 from the upper end of the water outlet pipeline 21, the water can generate an upward suction force in the separation cavity 23, so that the suction force from the outer side of the separation pipe 22 to the inner side of the separation pipe 22 can be generated at the first sewage discharge port 25, water and fish feces in the fish tank can be sucked into the separation cavity 23 through the first sewage discharge port 25, at the moment, the water entering the separation cavity 23 from the first sewage discharge port 25 rises due to the suction force, but the fish feces density is higher than the water density, so the fish feces can be gathered to the bottom of the separation cavity 23, the bottom of the separation cavity 23 is communicated with the precipitation assembly 1, and the fish feces and a part of the water gathered to the bottom of the separation cavity 23 form a fish, so as to separate the water and liquid which need to be discharged from the fish tank into a first water liquid and a mixed liquid of fish feces, wherein the mixed liquid of fish feces comprises the fish feces and a second water liquid, in the separation chamber 23, the extremely individual fish feces can rise together with the water, at this time, a filter screen 28 can be arranged between the water outlet pipelines 21 of the separation pipe 22 to prevent the fish feces from rising, so as to better ensure the separation effect of the fish feces and the first water liquid.
The sedimentation assembly 1 comprises a sedimentation bin 11, a top cover 12 is connected to the top of the sedimentation bin 11, the top cover 12 is provided with an annular side wall 123, one end of the annular side wall 123 is hermetically connected with an end cover 126, the other end of the annular side wall 123 is arranged in an open manner and is communicated with the sedimentation bin 11, the annular side wall 123 is hermetically connected with the sedimentation bin 11 or is integrally formed and demolded from the bottom of the sedimentation bin to ensure the sealing performance, the annular side wall 123 is provided with a water inlet 121 and a water outlet 12, preferably, the water inlet 121 and the water outlet 12 are oppositely arranged and are not mutually interfered, the pipe connection is easy, the water inlet 121 is positioned at the downstream of a separation cavity 23 and is communicated with the separation cavity 23, a baffle plate 124 is arranged in the annular side wall 123, the water inlet 121 is positioned between the baffle plate 124 and the end cover 126, and a gap 127 which can, the gap 127 communicates with the water inlet 121, and the side of the baffle 124 faces the end cap 126. A water pipe 125 is arranged in the annular side wall 123, two ends of the water pipe 125 are respectively communicated with the water outlet 12 and the sedimentation bin, and the baffle 124 is sleeved outside the water pipe 125, so that the middle parts of the baffles 124 of the water pipe 125 are connected, and the connection of the baffles does not interfere with the arrangement of the gap 127.
The fish excrement mixes in the liquid gets into top cap 12 by water inlet 121 to drop on with the form of parabola baffle 124, make baffle 124 play the effect that slows down fish excrement and urine mixed liquid speed, in order to avoid assaulting between the fish excrement and urine mixed liquid and deposit storehouse 11, will deposit the fish excrement that has depositd in the storehouse 11 and just raise the condition and take place, thereby play the effect that slows down the fish excrement and urine mixed liquid velocity of flow.
And fish excrement mixed liquor flows to the sediment bin 11 through the gap between the baffle 124 and the side wall again, because the water inlet 121 sets up on annular side wall 123, and the side of baffle 124 is towards end cover 126, make by water inlet 121 get into the fish excrement mixed liquor in the top cap 12 falls on baffle 124 with the parabola form, it compares fish excrement in the fish excrement mixed liquor can directly impact on the barrier to say that the speed that fish excrement mixed liquor falls on baffle 124 is less than the speed that fish excrement mixed liquor directly impacted on the barrier far away, greatly reduced the speed when fish excrement in the fish excrement mixed liquor contacts with baffle 124, thereby greatly reduced when fish excrement and baffle 124 contact, fish excrement is by the probability of dashing up.
After the fish and excrement mixed liquid enters the precipitation bin 11, the fish and excrement can be settled to the bottom of the precipitation bin 11 because the density of the fish and excrement in the fish and excrement mixed liquid is greater than that of the second water liquid, the second water liquid enters the water pipe 125 and flows out of the water outlet 12, and then is discharged into the main filtering component 3 or the water inlet component 5 through the water outlet pipeline 6,
and deposit 11 bottoms in the storehouse and be provided with and be used for discharging fish excrement the eduction gear 111 of depositing the storehouse 11, be provided with valve 112 on the eduction gear 111, when the fish excrement that deposits in the storehouse 11 reaches a certain amount, can open the valve 112 on the eduction gear 111, clear up fish excrement and urine from depositing the storehouse 11, whole process is simple and convenient.
After the first water liquid and/or the second water liquid enter the water storage bin 51, a circulating water pump 52 is arranged in the water storage bin 51, the output end of the circulating water pump 52 is communicated with a water inlet pipe 53, the first water liquid and/or the second water liquid can be driven to the water inlet pipe 53 through the circulating water pump 52, and the first water liquid and/or the second water liquid enter the cylinder body 4 through the water inlet pipe 53, so that the whole circulation is realized.
In the scheme, the water inlet assembly (5) separated by the fish excrement separating assembly (2) can be directly discharged into the water inlet assembly (5) or into the main filtering assembly (3), and is filtered by the main filtering assembly (3) and then discharged into the water inlet assembly (5);
and the second water liquid passing through the precipitation component (1) can be directly discharged into the water inlet component (5) or into the main filtering component (3), and is filtered by the main filtering component (3) and then discharged into the water inlet component (5).
On the basis, in a further preferable mode, when the water inlet component 5 fails and the first water liquid and/or the second water liquid cannot be input into the cylinder 4, because the water outlet pipeline 21 is vertically arranged and has a certain height in the cylinder 4, when the water level in the cylinder 4 is lower than the top surface of the water outlet pipeline 21, the water outlet pipeline 21 does not discharge any more water, but the fish and dung mixed liquid at the bottom of the separation cavity 23 is still continuously discharged into the precipitation component 1, so that the water in the fish tank is continuously reduced to influence the safety of fish in the fish tank, so that the water outlet pipeline 6 is provided with the float switch 61, the float switch 61 is located in the main filter component 3 or the water inlet component 5, and the float switch 61 is located in the main filter component 3 or the water inlet component 5, when the water remaining in the main filter component 3 or the water inlet component 5 exceeds a certain amount, the liquid level touches the float switch 61, the float switch is closed, so that the water in the precipitation component 1 can not be discharged, the fish excrement mixed liquid of the fish excrement separation component 2 can not be discharged into the precipitation component 1, the height of the water liquid in the fish tank is ensured on the passage of the fish excrement mixed liquid, and the water liquid is matched with the water outlet pipeline 21 to ensure the height of the water liquid in the fish tank.
On the basis, in a further preferable mode, in order to prevent individual fish feces from overflowing to the outside of the precipitation bin 11 along with the second water liquid and entering the water inlet assembly 5 to cause the influence of the individual fish feces on the water inlet assembly 5, at least one stage of filtering device 13 is connected in series at the downstream of the precipitation bin 11, and the second water liquid is discharged into the main filtering assembly 3 or the water inlet assembly 5 after passing through the precipitation bin 11 and the filtering device 13 in sequence, so that the second water liquid entering the water inlet assembly 5 is clean and free of fish feces impurities.

Example 2
As shown in fig. 6, the water circulation system of a fish tank with separating and settling functions in this embodiment, the difference from the embodiment 1 is that a filtering pipe 26 is sleeved outside the separation pipe 22, the top surface of the water outlet pipeline 21 and the top surface of the separation pipe 22 are lower than the top surface of the filter pipe 26, a collecting cavity 24 is formed between the filtering pipe 26 and the separating pipe 22, a second sewage draining outlet 27 communicated with the outer side of the filtering pipe 26 is arranged at the bottom of the collecting cavity 24, the second sewage draining outlet 27 is positioned at the inner side of the cylinder body 4, the first sewage draining outlet 25 is communicated with the separation cavity 23 and the collection cavity 24, the bottom of the separation cavity 23 is communicated with the sedimentation component 1, in actual production, the top surface of the separation tube 22 may be 0mm to 10mm higher than the top surface of the water outlet pipe 21, or may be flush, or the top surface of the water outlet pipe 21 may be 0mm to 10mm higher than the top surface of the separation tube 22.
When the fish tank water circulation system is used, water and fish feces outside the filter pipe 26 are sucked into the collection cavity 24 through the second sewage discharge port 27, the top surface of the water outlet pipeline 21 and the top surface of the separation pipe 22 are lower than the top surface of the filter pipe 26, water at the tops of the separation cavity 23 and the collection cavity 24 enters the water outlet pipeline 21 through the top surface of the water outlet pipeline 21 to be discharged out of the fish tank, and the water outlet pipeline 21 determines the water level height in the fish tank when the circulation system is not operated;
meanwhile, the water level in the fish tank is higher than the water outlet level of the water outlet pipeline 21, so that the water in the filtering pipe 26 and the water outside the filtering pipe 26 have a liquid level difference, a suction force from the outside of the filtering pipe 26 to the inside of the collecting cavity 24 is generated at the second sewage discharge port 27, and the water and the fish feces outside the filtering pipe 26 can be sucked into the collecting cavity 24; the bottom of the separation cavity 23 is provided with a first sewage draining port 25 communicated with the collection cavity 24, because the separation cavity 23 is closer to the water outlet pipeline 21, the water in the separation cavity 23 can quickly enter the water outlet pipeline 21 from the top of the water outlet pipeline 21, the first sewage draining port 25 can generate suction from the collection cavity 24 to the separation cavity 23, fish feces in the collection cavity 24 can be sucked into the separation cavity 23, the fish feces is gathered to the bottom of the separation cavity 23 due to the density of the fish feces being higher than the density of water, the water to be drained enters the water outlet pipeline 21 through the upper part of the water outlet pipeline 21 and is drained to the main filtering component 3, thereby achieving the purpose of draining most of the fish feces in the fish tank and the water, greatly reducing the phenomenon that the fish feces are repeatedly brushed and crushed by the drained water to return to the fish tank in a state close to liquid, damaging the living environment of the fish, and greatly reducing the filtering load of a physical filtering layer and a biological filtering layer in the main filtering component, the service life of the filter layer is prolonged, and the use cost is greatly reduced. The bottom of the separation cavity 23 is communicated with the water inlet 121 of the sedimentation component 1, so that the fish feces and a part of water collected to the bottom in the separation cavity 23 form a fish feces mixed liquid which is discharged into the sedimentation component 1 for sedimentation.

Claims (10)
1. A fish tank water circulation system with separation and precipitation functions is characterized by comprising a tank body (4), wherein a fish and excrement separation component (2) is arranged on the tank body (4), a precipitation component (1) and a water inlet component (5) are arranged on the outer side of the tank body (4),
the fish and excrement separating component (2) is used for separating liquid in the tank body (4) into a first water liquid and a fish and excrement mixed liquid, discharging the first water liquid to the water inlet component (5) and discharging the fish and excrement mixed liquid to the settling component (1), and the fish and excrement mixed liquid comprises fish excrement and a second water liquid;
the settling component (1) is used for settling fish feces in the fish feces mixed liquor and discharging the second water liquid in the fish feces mixed liquor to the water inlet component (5);
the water inlet component (5) is used for receiving the first water liquid and/or the second water liquid and inputting the first water liquid and/or the second water liquid into the cylinder body (4).
2. A fish tank water circulation system with separation and sedimentation functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein a main filtering component (3) is arranged upstream of the water inlet component (5),
the fish excrement separating component (2) is used for discharging the first water liquid to the main filtering component (3) or the water inlet component (5);
the settling component (1) is used for discharging the second water liquid to the main filtering component (3) or the water inlet component (5);
the main filtering component (3) is used for filtering the first water liquid and/or the second water liquid and discharging the filtered first water liquid and/or the filtered second water liquid into the water inlet component (5).
3. A water circulation system for aquarium with separating and depositing function as claimed in claim 2, wherein said second water is discharged to said main filtering component (3) or said water inlet component (5) through a water outlet pipe (6), said water outlet pipe (6) is connected to said depositing component (1), said water outlet pipe (6) is provided with a float switch (61), said float switch (61) is located in said main filtering component (3) or said water inlet component (5).
4. A water circulation system for aquarium with separating and precipitating functions as defined in claim 3, wherein said precipitating assembly (1) comprises a precipitating chamber (11), a water inlet (121) and a water outlet (12) are disposed at the top of said precipitating chamber (11), said water inlet (121) and said water outlet (12) are both connected to said precipitating chamber (11), said fish and fecal mixture enters said precipitating chamber (11) through said water inlet (121), and said second water liquid exits said precipitating chamber (11) through said water outlet (12).
5. A fish tank water circulation system with separation and sedimentation functions as claimed in claim 4, wherein a top cover (12) is connected to the top of the sedimentation bin (11), the top cover (12) has an annular side wall (123), one end of the annular side wall (123) is hermetically connected with an end cover (126), the other end of the annular side wall (123) is communicated with the sedimentation bin (11), the water inlet (121) and the water outlet (12) are both arranged on the side wall of the top cover (12), a baffle plate (124) for reducing the flow rate of the fish and excrement mixed liquid is arranged in the annular side wall (123), the water inlet (121) is positioned between the baffle plate (124) and the end cover (126), a gap (127) capable of allowing fish and excrement to pass is arranged between the baffle plate (124) and the side wall (12), and the gap (127) is communicated with the water inlet (121), the side of the baffle (124) faces the end cap (126).
6. A fish tank water circulation system with separation and sedimentation functions as claimed in claim 5, wherein a water pipe (125) is arranged in the annular side wall (123), the water pipe (125) is respectively communicated with the water outlet (12) and the sedimentation bin (11), and the baffle plate (124) is sleeved outside the water pipe (125).

A fish tank water circulation system with separating and precipitating functions as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the bottom of the precipitating bin (11) is provided with a discharging device (111) for discharging fish feces out of the precipitating bin (11), and the discharging device (111) is provided with a valve (112).
8. A fish tank water circulation system with separation and precipitation functions as claimed in any one of claim 4, wherein the precipitation component (1) further comprises at least one stage of filtering device (13), the precipitation bin (11) and the filtering device (13) are arranged in series, and the second water liquid sequentially passes through the precipitation bin (11) and the filtering device (13) and then is discharged into the main filtering component (3) or the water inlet component (5).
9. A water circulation system for a fish tank with a separating and settling function as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the fish excrement separating unit (2) comprises:
the water outlet pipeline (21) is vertically arranged, the water outlet pipeline (21) penetrates through a bottom plate (41) of the cylinder body (4), and the first water liquid is discharged into the water inlet assembly (5) through the water outlet pipeline (21);
separating tube (22), the cover is located outside outlet pipe way (21), separating tube (22) with form separation chamber (23) between outlet pipe way (21), separation chamber (23) bottom is provided with first drain hole (25), first drain hole (25) are used for separation chamber (23) with the separating tube (22) outside is linked together, first drain hole (25) set up in cylinder body (4) are inboard, separation chamber (23) bottom with precipitation component (1) is linked together.
10. A fish bowl water circulating system with separation function deposits according to claim 9, characterized in that, separator tube (22) outside cover is equipped with filter tube (26), outlet pipe way (21) top surface with separator tube (22) top surface all is less than filter tube (26) top surface, filter tube (26) with form between separator tube (22) and collect chamber (24), collect chamber (24) bottom be provided with second drain (27) of filter tube (26) outside intercommunication, second drain (27) are located cylinder body (4) are inboard, first drain (25) intercommunication separator chamber (23) with collect chamber (24), separator chamber (23) bottom with deposit subassembly (1) is linked together.
