The embodiment has the advantages that the price tag updating data is received and analyzed; then, identifying a grouping identifier corresponding to each data packet in the price tag updating data; and finally, calling a communication protocol corresponding to the group identifier, and executing the issuing operation of each data packet. The method and the system realize a more efficient and more convenient electronic price tag communication scheme, establish the incidence relation among electronic price tag equipment, a server, a gateway and grouping identification, reduce the later maintenance cost and the maintenance difficulty of the gateway and enhance the expandability of the gateway.

carrying out alternate searching broadcasting according to at least one preset communication protocol, receiving at least one price tag report message, and recording a price tag ID and a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag report message;
determining the grouping identification of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol;

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the proposed electronic price tag communication method is applied to a communication system including electronic price tag devices, a server, and a gateway, in which the server transmits price tag update data to the gateway, and the gateway distributes the price tag update data to each of the electronic price tag devices after receiving the price tag update data. In the prior art, a problem that may exist when the above technical solutions are applied is that, due to different chip solutions adopted by each electronic price tag device, communication protocols adopted by each electronic price tag may also be different, and therefore, if a certain specific communication protocol cannot be identified in the same server and gateway system, the electronic price tag adopting the communication protocol may not be in normal communication with the gateway, and therefore, higher cost and operation difficulty are brought to extension and maintenance of each electrode price tag device.
In this embodiment, in order to solve the above technical problem, an adaptation scheme is proposed at the gateway side, and specifically, the gateway performs alternate search broadcasting according to at least one preset communication protocol, and receives at least one price tag report message. The gateway presets at least one communication protocol, and performs alternate searching broadcasting through the communication protocol, so as to receive the reported information sent by the electronic price tag equipment which is not adapted or bound. In the process, because the newly added electronic price tag device or the electronic price tag device after the related module is updated independently is not adapted or bound with the gateway, the reporting information related to the respective device attribute is sent to the gateway in the initialization process of the electronic price tag device.
In this embodiment, the gateway receives at least one price tag report message, and records a price tag ID and a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag report message. It can be understood that, because the chip schemes adopted by the newly added electronic price tag device or the electronic price tag device after the related module is updated separately may be different from the existing electronic price tag device, the self-ID formats of the electronic price tag devices may also be different. Optionally, in this embodiment, a correspondence between each price tag ID and a communication protocol used by the corresponding electronic price tag device is determined.
In this embodiment, the packet identification of the price tag ID is determined according to the type of the communication protocol. Optionally, the message transmission formats adopted by the communication protocols are determined, and the message transmission formats are divided, so that the classification basis of each electronic price tag device is determined, and then the price tag IDs are grouped and identified according to the classification basis. the customer service system docking module 11 is configured to receive a packet identifier sent by a gateway, and perform communication grouping according to the packet identifier, where the gateway performs polling broadcast according to at least one preset communication protocol, receives at least one price tag report information, records a price tag ID and a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag report information, and determines the packet identifier of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol;

It can be understood that, since the chip scheme adopted by the newly added electronic price tag device 30 or the electronic price tag device 30 after the related module is updated separately may be different from that adopted by the existing electronic price tag device 30, the format of the own ID of each electronic price tag device 30 may also be different, in this embodiment, optionally, the own ID of each electronic price tag device 30 is adopted as the price tag ID required by the gateway adaptation and binding, or the price tag ID in a unified format is established according to the own ID of each electronic price tag device 30, so that the gateway 20 and the server 10 are convenient to manage and classify. Optionally, in this embodiment, a correspondence between each price tag ID and a communication protocol adopted by the corresponding electronic price tag device 30 is determined.
In this embodiment, the group ID of the price tag ID is determined according to the type of the communication protocol. Optionally, the message transmission formats used by the communication protocols are determined, and the message transmission formats are divided, so as to determine the classification basis of each electronic price tag device 30, and then group identification is performed on each price tag ID according to the classification basis. Optionally, the message transmission format adopted by the report message of each electronic price tag device 30 is determined, and each message transmission format is divided, so as to determine the classification basis of each electronic price tag device 30, and then each price tag ID is subjected to grouping identification according to the classification basis.

The electronic price tag communication system includes a customer price management system 40, a server 10, a gateway 20, an electronic price tag device 30, and a handheld terminal 50.
The handheld terminal 50 and the client price management system 40 perform data access, the server 10 receives data management and updating of the client price management system 40, the gateway 20 receives updating data issuing of the server 10, and each electronic price tag device 30 receives data packet issuing of the gateway 20.
It should be noted that the system embodiment and the method embodiment belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are detailed in the method embodiment, and technical features in the method embodiment are correspondingly applicable in the system embodiment, which is not described herein again.

Claims (7)

1. An electronic price tag communication method, the method comprising:
performing alternate searching broadcasting by the gateway according to at least one preset communication protocol, receiving at least one price tag report message, and recording a price tag ID and a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag report message; the gateway presets at least one communication protocol, and performs polling broadcast through the communication protocol to receive the report information sent by the electronic price tag device which is not adapted or bound;
determining the grouping identification of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol;
receiving price tag updating data, calling a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag updating data according to the grouping identification, and executing issuing operation of the price tag updating data;
the broadcasting by turns according to at least one preset communication protocol, receiving at least one price tag report message, and recording a price tag ID and a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag report message, includes:
determining a preset communication protocol packet according to the current adaptive firmware; performing round-robin broadcasting according to the communication protocol contained in the communication protocol packet; determining the number of the adopted gateways, if the number of the gateways is more than one, correspondingly determining the coverage area or the service area of each gateway, and respectively adopting the adaptive firmware of the corresponding communication protocol packet according to the difference of the communication protocols of the existing electronic price tag equipment in the coverage area or the service area;
the broadcasting is searched in turn according to at least one preset communication protocol, at least one price tag report information is received, and a price tag ID and a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag report information are recorded, and the broadcasting method further comprises the following steps:
performing feedback handshake with the price tag to which the price tag ID belongs according to the communication protocol; if the handshake is successful, determining the grouping identification of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol; the method comprises the steps that a grouping identification of the price tag ID is determined, and comprises two processing modes, wherein the price tag ID of each electronic price tag device is adopted as the price tag ID required by gateway adaptation and binding, and the price tag ID of each electronic price tag device is determined, a price tag ID conversion relation with a uniform format is established, and after the price tag ID is converted through the price tag ID conversion relation, the ID with the uniform format is adopted as the price tag ID required by gateway adaptation and binding;
the determining the group identifier of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol includes: performing feedback handshake with the price tag to which the price tag ID belongs according to the communication protocol; if the handshake is successful, determining the grouping identification of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol; classifying and managing each electronic price tag device realizing different functions according to the distributed grouping identifiers at the gateway side, wherein the classifying and managing comprise the steps of firstly, determining the identification function classification required to be realized by each electronic price tag device, wherein the identification function classification comprises a price identification function and a name identification function, and secondly, grouping related to the communication protocol on the basis of the identification function classification; and classifying and managing each electronic price tag device by adopting grouping identification of two-layer grouping logic.
2. The electronic price tag communication method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving price tag update data, and invoking a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag update data according to the group identifier, to execute an operation of issuing the price tag update data, comprises:
receiving and analyzing the price tag updating data;
identifying a grouping identifier corresponding to each data packet in the price tag updating data;
and calling a communication protocol corresponding to the group identification, and executing the issuing operation of each data packet.

An electronic price tag communication gateway, characterized in that, the electronic price tag communication gateway includes a message forwarding module, a network access verification module, a message cache module, a wireless resource management module, a firmware update module, and a wireless transceiver module, wherein, the wireless transceiver module is used for:
performing alternate searching broadcasting according to at least one preset communication protocol, receiving at least one price tag report message, and recording a price tag ID and a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag report message; at least one communication protocol is preset in the gateway of the electronic price tag communication, and alternate searching broadcasting is carried out through the communication protocol so as to receive the report information sent by the electronic price tag equipment which is not adapted or bound;
determining the grouping identification of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol;
receiving price tag updating data, calling a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag updating data according to the grouping identification, and executing issuing operation of the price tag updating data;
the broadcasting by turns according to at least one preset communication protocol, receiving at least one price tag report message, and recording a price tag ID and a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag report message, includes:
determining a preset communication protocol packet according to the current adaptive firmware; performing round-robin broadcasting according to the communication protocol contained in the communication protocol packet; determining the number of the adopted gateways, if the number of the gateways is more than one, correspondingly determining a coverage area or a service area of each gateway, and respectively adopting the adaptive firmware of a corresponding communication protocol packet according to the difference of the communication protocols of the existing electronic price tag equipment in the coverage area or the service area;
the broadcasting is searched in turn according to at least one preset communication protocol, at least one price tag report information is received, and a price tag ID and a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag report information are recorded, and the broadcasting method further comprises the following steps:
performing feedback handshake with the price tag to which the price tag ID belongs according to the communication protocol; if the handshake is successful, determining the grouping identification of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol; determining a grouping identifier of the price tag ID, wherein the grouping identifier comprises two processing modes, namely, adopting the own ID of each electronic price tag device as the price tag ID required by gateway adaptation and binding, and secondly, determining the own ID of each electronic price tag device, establishing a price tag ID conversion relation with a unified format, and adopting the ID with the unified format as the price tag ID required by gateway adaptation and binding after converting the own ID through the price tag ID conversion relation;
the determining the group identifier of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol includes: performing feedback handshake with the price tag to which the price tag ID belongs according to the communication protocol; if the handshake is successful, determining the grouping identification of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol; classifying and managing each electronic price tag device realizing different functions according to the distributed grouping identifiers at the gateway side, wherein the classifying and managing comprise the steps of firstly, determining the identification function classification required to be realized by each electronic price tag device, wherein the identification function classification comprises a price identification function and a name identification function, and secondly, grouping related to the communication protocol on the basis of the identification function classification; and classifying and managing each electronic price tag device by adopting grouping identification of two-layer grouping logic.
4. An electronic price tag communication server, characterized in that the electronic price tag communication server comprises a client service system docking module, a state management module, an information updating module, a request response module, a command sending module, and a data persistence module, wherein:
the customer service system docking module is used for receiving a grouping identifier sent by a gateway and carrying out communication grouping according to the grouping identifier, wherein the gateway carries out alternate search broadcasting according to at least one preset communication protocol, receives at least one price tag report information, records a price tag ID and a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag report information, and determines the grouping identifier of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol; at least one communication protocol is preset in the gateway of the electronic price tag communication, and alternate searching broadcasting is carried out through the communication protocol so as to receive the report information sent by the electronic price tag equipment which is not adapted or bound;
the customer service system docking module is further used for associating each data packet with the corresponding packet identifier according to the communication packet, generating price tag updating data and issuing the price tag updating data to the gateway;
the broadcasting by turns according to at least one preset communication protocol, receiving at least one price tag report message, and recording a price tag ID and a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag report message, includes:
determining a preset communication protocol packet according to the current adaptive firmware; performing round-robin broadcasting according to the communication protocol contained in the communication protocol packet; determining the number of the adopted gateways, if the number of the gateways is more than one, correspondingly determining the coverage area or the service area of each gateway, and respectively adopting the adaptive firmware of the corresponding communication protocol packet according to the difference of the communication protocols of the existing electronic price tag equipment in the coverage area or the service area;
the broadcasting is searched in turn according to at least one preset communication protocol, at least one price tag report information is received, and a price tag ID and a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag report information are recorded, and the broadcasting method further comprises the following steps:
performing feedback handshake with the price tag to which the price tag ID belongs according to the communication protocol; if the handshake is successful, determining the grouping identification of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol; determining a grouping identifier of the price tag ID, wherein the grouping identifier comprises two processing modes, namely, adopting the own ID of each electronic price tag device as the price tag ID required by gateway adaptation and binding, and secondly, determining the own ID of each electronic price tag device, establishing a price tag ID conversion relation with a unified format, and adopting the ID with the unified format as the price tag ID required by gateway adaptation and binding after converting the own ID through the price tag ID conversion relation;
the determining the group identifier of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol includes: performing feedback handshake with the price tag to which the price tag ID belongs according to the communication protocol; if the handshake is successful, determining the grouping identification of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol; the method comprises the steps that firstly, identification function classification required to be realized by each electronic price tag device is determined, wherein the identification function classification comprises a price identification function and a name identification function, and secondly, grouping related to the communication protocol is carried out on the basis of the identification function classification; and classifying and managing each electronic price tag device by adopting grouping identification of two-layer grouping logic.
5. An electronic price tag communication system, comprising a server, a gateway, an electronic price tag device, wherein:
the gateway is used for performing round-robin broadcast according to a preset communication protocol;
the electronic price tag equipment is used for sending price tag reporting information;
the gateway is also used for receiving the price tag reporting information and recording the price tag ID and the communication protocol corresponding to the price tag reporting information;
the gateway is further used for determining the grouping identification of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol; at least one communication protocol is preset in the gateway of the electronic price tag communication, and alternate searching broadcasting is carried out through the communication protocol so as to receive the report information sent by the electronic price tag equipment which is not adapted or bound;
the server is used for receiving the grouping identification sent by the gateway and carrying out communication grouping according to the grouping identification;
the server is also used for associating each data packet with the corresponding packet identifier according to the communication packet, generating price tag updating data and sending the price tag updating data to the gateway;
the gateway is further used for receiving the price tag updating data, calling a communication protocol corresponding to the price tag updating data according to the grouping identification, and executing issuing operation of the price tag updating data;
the gateway is also used for determining a preset communication protocol packet according to the current adaptive firmware; performing round-robin broadcasting according to the communication protocol contained in the communication protocol packet; determining the number of the adopted gateways, if the number of the gateways is more than one, correspondingly determining the coverage area or the service area of each gateway, and respectively adopting the adaptive firmware of the corresponding communication protocol packet according to the difference of the communication protocols of the existing electronic price tag equipment in the coverage area or the service area;
the gateway is also used for carrying out feedback handshake with the price tag to which the price tag ID belongs according to the communication protocol; if the handshake is successful, determining the grouping identification of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol; determining a grouping identifier of the price tag ID, wherein the grouping identifier comprises two processing modes, namely, adopting the own ID of each electronic price tag device as the price tag ID required by gateway adaptation and binding, and secondly, determining the own ID of each electronic price tag device, establishing a price tag ID conversion relation with a unified format, and adopting the ID with the unified format as the price tag ID required by gateway adaptation and binding after converting the own ID through the price tag ID conversion relation;
the gateway is also used for carrying out feedback handshake with the price tag to which the price tag ID belongs according to the communication protocol; if the handshake is successful, determining the grouping identification of the price tag ID according to the type of the communication protocol; the method comprises the steps that firstly, identification function classification required to be realized by each electronic price tag device is determined, wherein the identification function classification comprises a price identification function and a name identification function, and secondly, grouping related to the communication protocol is carried out on the basis of the identification function classification; and classifying and managing each electronic price tag device by adopting grouping identification of two-layer grouping logic.

An electronic price tag communication device, characterized in that the device comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which computer program, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the electronic price tag communication method according to claim 1 or 2.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon an electronic price tag communication program, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the electronic price tag communication method according to claim 1 or 2.
