By embedding the customized intelligent electronic scale, a customer puts forward a demand in real time, and a merchant takes dishes for weighing according to the demand, so that the quality of commodities can be guaranteed, and the quantity of the commodities can be guaranteed; the merchant weighs in real time according to the requirements of the customer, the transaction mode is flexible, and the shopping experience of the customer is enhanced; the dish information is acquired through the high-definition camera, and the dish information can be obtained in a visible mode during consumption.

The merchant terminal 3 is connected to an input device, and information of the intelligent electronic scale can be input into the merchant terminal 3. Preferably, the input device may be a mouse, a keyboard, a voice input device, a two-dimensional code, a touch screen, and the like directly connected to the merchant terminal 3.
Preferably, the trading platform server 2 comprises a storage server, and the storage server stores and copies real-time data in the trading process and sends the copy to the client terminal 1 through a network.
