Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
In this application, "plurality" means two or more, and "at least one" means one, two or more. Any component, data, or structure referred to in this application may be understood as one or more without explicitly limiting the one.
The task management system provided by the invention displays and manages the tasks based on the communication dialogue, and displays all the operations and the objects of the operations related to a certain task to a user through chat windows like WeChat, QQ, wangwang and the like so as to modify and update. In addition, the data and processing logic of each micro task related to the task are created through the task template which can be highly customized, common functions which are convenient to manage and communicate such as requirements, processes, cost and reminding of daily tasks are integrated together, repeated combing of the same data in different branching tasks in the same management range (project) is reduced, the processing time can be saved, the processing efficiency is improved, and the error rate of manual reference can also be reduced.
In the task management system proposed by the present invention, a task is defined as a complete set of tasks for achieving a complete function or accomplishing an interrelation. To this end, one or more micro-tasks may be defined for a task. Each microscopic non-subdivided task is regarded as an independent microscopic task, the control and statistics of quality, cost and progress are the most central management elements, and for task relatives, professional and diversified communication methods and tools are needed to be utilized, so that task targets are clear and can be controlled through inspection and comparison.
From the realization of task management, in the task management system provided by the invention, the creation, modification, update, deletion and the like of the task are realized through the interaction between the client and the server. The server is responsible for storing and maintaining the created task information (for example, in a task management database), providing corresponding task information according to the request of the client, modifying, updating and the like the task information, and performing data operation according to the requirements of statistics and maintenance to generate a statistics chart and the like. The server may also push necessary dynamic notifications, etc., to the task related users.
Here, the server records/stores each operation (including creation, modification, update, deletion, etc.) of the task by each task-associated person and data of the operation. The server is not limited to which way to use for storing and maintaining task information, but provides task-related data to the client in the form of task update items. Each task update item indicates at what time, what operation(s) was/were done by what person on the task, which data each relates to, etc. The task update item includes, but is not limited to, a release time of the task update item, information of a publisher, item update information, and detailed information of the task update item. Here, the item update information indicates the type of update operation (e.g., create, modify, update, etc.) and information of one or more insertion sources that are updated. The insertion source refers to information serving as an input or editing object in a task template for generating task information, and the information can be a data unit (such as text, time, multiple options, geographic position, cost amount and the like) or a functional unit (such as a calculation logic script of a cost control table, a control flow and the like).
Specifically, the server may record/store data of the operation and the operation object of any task association person on the task in the form of a data record or in the form of task update items, and associate and calculate each task update item according to the requirement of statistics or data processing.
Creation of a task refers to generation of a new task, which is the first operation on the task, and at the client, creation of the task results in generation of a new task interaction session. Modification of the task includes editing of the created task information and addition of new microscopic tasks. The update of a task refers to the update of data or status of existing task information. The deletion of the task is the deletion of the information of the existing task as the name implies.
On the other hand, a client application may be installed on a terminal device, which is a client of the task management system, or a plug-in or a running script program may be provided in a browser application, and the terminal device may be, for example, a personal computer having a communication function, a notebook computer, a wireless communication terminal (such as a cellular phone), a tablet computer, or the like.
A plug-in or script in a client application or browser application (collectively, "task management client") is provided with a user interface for task management with which a user performs operations related to task management, such as task browsing, task creation, task modification/update, task deletion, and the like, by interacting. Typically, the user may be required to first log into the user interface of the task management client to be able to do this.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method of micro-task control according to some embodiments of the invention. The micro task control method is executed at the task management client.
Referring to fig. 1, in step S110, a task management window in which at least a task list related to a logged-in user is displayed and a task interaction window are displayed in a user interface for task management. Here, the task interaction window corresponds to a chat window in social software.
For example, in the user interface 300 shown in fig. 3, the left part is a task management window 310, 5 tasks related to the current login user are displayed, and the right part is a task interaction window 320 for displaying pieces of update information of the selected task. The user may perform a selection operation on any task displayed in the task management window 310, such as clicking on the first task 311 in the task list displayed in the task management window 310 on the left side of fig. 3, to view specific information of the task. When an operation of any one of the tasks (referred to herein as a first target task) in the task list by the login user is detected, execution of step S120 is triggered.
In step S120, in response to a selection operation of the first target task in the task list by the login user, a request message of the first target task is sent to the server.
Here, the first target task is a simple or complex transaction designated by a task performer who performs as requested by a task issuer (creator), for example, a transaction in which a task issuer a designates B to purchase a designated brand, quantity of mineral water at a designated time may be regarded as the first target task. Here, both the task performer and the task publisher are task relatives.
When detecting that the login user of the task management client selects the operation of the first target task to be checked, the task management client sends a task request message comprising information of the first target task to the server.
The server acquires data related to the first target task from the task management database according to the received information of the first target task, generates corresponding task update entries, and sends the task update entries to the client of the task management client. As described above, each of the generated task update items includes the distribution time of the task update item, the information of the distributor, the item update information, and the detailed information of the task update item. Here, the item update information indicates the type of update operation and information of one or more insertion sources that are updated.
Accordingly, in step S130, the task management client receives each task update entry related to the first target task, which is sent by the server.
In step S140, in the task interaction window for the first target task, item update information of each of the task update items and information of a publisher thereof are displayed in association in order of publication time, wherein the task update items published by the login user and the task update items published by the non-login user are displayed differently.
For example, in the task interaction window 320 of the exemplary user interface 300 shown in fig. 3, a total of 12 task update entries are displayed in the upper right corner, while in the main body portion of the task interaction window 320, 3 task update entries associated with the first task 311 selected by the login user are displayed in chronological order. Here, each task update entry is named a task sheet. The first task update item is published in a range of 10:15 by the contact person 1, and in the task update item, a task person (task publisher), a task name and a task requirement are updated; a second task update entry is issued by contact 2 at 10:20, which indicates that contact 2 updated a task sheet named "recent cost summary sheet", in which task update entry the task executor, cost check list, task requirements, etc. are updated. A third task update entry is published at 10:25 by the local login user, which creates a task sheet named "project-design task sheet". It can be seen that the third task update entry issued by the login user is displayed on the right side in the task interaction window, whereas the first task update entry and the second task update entry issued by the non-login user are both displayed on the left side in the task interaction window.
In addition, in the task interaction window 320, interaction items that facilitate other task interactions by the user, for example, a plurality of command buttons disposed at the lower end of the task interaction window 320, including "task," "template," "file," "record," "summary," "process," "cost," and the like, may also be displayed. Wherein, if the "task" button is clicked, a list of all tasks related to the current logged-in user can be updated and displayed in the task management window 310; if the template button is clicked, a list of task templates commonly used by the current login user can be displayed; if the "record" button is clicked, a list of all relevant process information for the currently logged-in user within the task interaction window 320 may be displayed.
In the process of viewing the task update items, the login user can select to view the detailed information of the selected task update item by operating (such as clicking, double clicking and the like) on any of the displayed task update items. At this time, step S150 is performed.
In step S150, in response to a selection operation of the task update item by the login user, detailed information of the selected task update item is displayed.
For example, when it is detected that the user double clicks on the "recent cost summary sheet," a pop-up window may be displayed to display detailed information of the job sheet, including information of the insertion source of updated job persons, cost check sheets, job descriptions, job requirements, budget amounts, and the like.
Through the processing in the steps S110 to S150, the micro task control method provided by the invention can display and manage the managed task based on the communication dialogue, and manage the target task based on the micro task, so that the login user related to the designated task can check all the updating processes of the first target task selected by the login user, thereby being convenient for task information modification and task execution state updating.
Accordingly, after the detailed information of the task update item is displayed at step S150, the user can edit the displayed detailed information. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the micro task control method further includes step S160: in response to an editing operation of the login user on the detailed information of the displayed task update item, a new task update item is generated, and a release message including the new task update item is sent to the server, wherein the edited detailed information is used as the detailed information of the new task update item, the current time is used as the release time of the new task update item, and the login user is used as the release person of the new task update item. That is, the aforementioned editing operation by the login user creates a new task update entry, thereby enabling the user to modify the task information of the first target task.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a micro-task control method according to further embodiments of the present invention.
Here, in the task management window displayed in the aforementioned step S110, an interactive item for creating a task is displayed in addition to the task list related to the login user so that the login user can create a new task.
As described above, according to the present general inventive concept, task related data and processing logic are created through a customized task template, and common functions convenient to manage and communicate, such as requirements for daily task completion, processes, costs, reminders, etc., are integrated together, so that processing time is saved, processing efficiency is improved, and error rate of human reference is reduced. Therefore, a plurality of task templates can be preset at the server side and provided for the client side to carry out the creation of tasks and micro-tasks.
In particular, the task template includes at least one insertion source as an input/editing object, each of which may be a base control or a combination control.
Wherein the basic control is used for displaying and controlling the input format of the data, which includes, but is not limited to, at least one of the following first control interaction items: single line text, multiple lines of text, single option, multiple options, time, date, budget, resolution, geographic location, city, picture, video, voice, links, attachments, data interfaces, and the like. The user may enter or edit these first control interactions to add data units related to the task.
In another aspect, the combined control is used to perform business logic processing on data units added/edited by the base control to achieve the desired functionality, including, but not limited to, at least one of the following second control interactions: collaborative worksheets, cost control sheets, execution flows, and the like. The user can edit the data and logic of the second control interaction items so as to customize the functions of task statistics, monitoring and the like related to the task. Each of the combination controls corresponds to a microscopic task. The system administrator may extend the management/control functionality of the target task by adding a combination control.
Referring to fig. 2, the micro task control method further includes steps S210 to S240 to perform creation of a new task.
When it is detected that the login user operates the interactive item for creating a new task (e.g., clicks the "new task" button in fig. 3), execution of step S210 is triggered.
In step S210, a task creation message for generating a second target task is transmitted to the server in response to an operation of the login user on the interactive item for creating the task.
Thereafter, upon receiving the task creation message, the server invokes a pre-formulated task template and provides it to the task management client.
In step S220, the task management client receives the task template sent by the server, and displays information in the task template.
Specifically, the base control and the combined control may be displayed for selection on one side of a task interaction window, and the interactive item for inputting a task performer is displayed on the other side of the task interaction window.
When the login user clicks on the tab 421 of the base control or the tab 422 of the combination control, the base control or the combination control may be displayed accordingly.
For example, in the user interface 400 shown in FIG. 4, a tab 421 of the base control and a tab 422 of the combined control are displayed on the right side of the task interaction window 420. When it is detected that the logged-in user clicks on tab 421 of the base control or by default, the base control is displayed under tab 421 and tab 422, including text tab, single line text, multiple lines of text, single option, multiple options, budget, time, date, etc.; when the logged-in user is detected to click on tab 422 of the combination control, an alternative combination control is displayed, such as a collaborative worksheet, a cost control sheet, etc., underneath tab 421 and tab 422, as shown in user interface 500 of FIG. 5.
Accordingly, the micro task control method may further include: in response to a selection operation of the basic control tab (of the login user), at least one of the following first interaction item tabs is displayed on the same side of the task interaction window: single line text, multiple lines of text, single option, multiple options, time, date, budget, resolution, geographic location, city, picture, video, voice, links, attachments, data interfaces, etc.; in response to a selection operation of the combination control tab (of the login user), at least one of the following second interactive item tabs is displayed on the same side of the task interaction window: collaborative worksheets, cost control sheets, execution flows, and the like.
On the basis, the login user can also select the displayed first interactive item label or the displayed second interactive item label so as to customize the corresponding basic control or the corresponding combined control.
Accordingly, the micro task control method may further include: responding to the selection operation of any first interactive item label, and providing a first control interactive item corresponding to the first interactive item label on the other side of the task interactive window; and responding to the selection operation of any second interactive item label, and providing at least one second control interactive item corresponding to the second interactive item label on the other side in the task interactive window.
For example, in the user interface 600 shown in FIG. 6, after detecting that the user clicks on the "budget" tab in the base control, a first control interaction item for entering a budget amount is displayed on the lower end of the other side.
After the login user completes the customization of the data and business processing logic of the new task, a second target task can be generated by operating a command button or menu item set in the user interface.
Thus, in step S230, a task update entry for the task executor is generated based on the information in the task template filled in by the login user, wherein the current time is taken as the release time of the generated task update entry, and the login user is taken as the release person of the generated task update entry.
And generating a task update item aiming at the task executor according to the first input data of the first control interaction item, the second input data of the second control interaction item and the information of the task executor input by the user.
In step S240, the publishing message including the generated task update entry for the second target task is sent to the server, so as to store the information of the second target task at the server side, and complete the creation of the second target task.
Through the processing of the foregoing steps S210 to S240, it is possible to assist the login user to create a new task based on one or more task templates formulated in advance, wherein various data and service processing logic involved in the new task are customized through the basic control and the combined control, and one or more micro tasks in the target task are defined through the combined control, so that common functions of facilitating management and communication, such as requirements, processes, costs, reminding, and the like, of daily task completion are integrated together, processing efficiency is improved, and error rate of human reference can also be reduced. Therefore, the concept of traditional management according to a fixed management framework is broken, the control method focuses on the customization and feedback control level of each micro task, and different management decision bases are formed by a large amount of micro task data and by means of different types of control groups.
The embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer readable storage medium storing steps for performing any of the foregoing micro-task control methods.
