According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided an apparatus for information processing at a network device, the apparatus comprising a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the apparatus to perform any of the methods described above.
For details of embodiments of each device and storage medium of the present invention, reference may be made to corresponding parts of each method embodiment, and details are not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such modifications and variations as well.
It should be noted that the present invention may be implemented in software and/or in a combination of software and hardware, for example, as an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a general purpose computer or any other similar hardware device. In one embodiment, the software program of the present invention may be executed by a processor to implement the steps or functions described above. Also, the software programs (including associated data structures) of the present invention can be stored in a computer readable recording medium, such as RAM memory, magnetic or optical drive or diskette and the like. Further, some of the steps or functions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, for example, as circuitry that cooperates with the processor to perform various steps or functions.
In addition, some of the present invention can be applied as a computer program product, such as computer program instructions, which when executed by a computer, can invoke or provide the method and/or technical solution according to the present invention through the operation of the computer. Program instructions which invoke the methods of the present invention may be stored on a fixed or removable recording medium and/or transmitted via a data stream on a broadcast or other signal-bearing medium and/or stored within a working memory of a computer device operating in accordance with the program instructions. An embodiment according to the invention herein comprises an apparatus comprising a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the apparatus to perform a method and/or solution according to embodiments of the invention as described above.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. A plurality of units or means recited in the apparatus claims may also be implemented by one unit or means in software or hardware. The terms first, second, etc. are used to denote names, but not any particular order.

Claims (13)

1. An electronic tag weighing method, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the goods shelf is provided with a plurality of goods spaces, and each goods space is correspondingly provided with an electronic tag unit, wherein each electronic tag unit comprises an electronic tag and an electronic scale connected with the electronic tag, the electronic tag is provided with a display screen, and the electronic tag is also provided with a signal indicator light key;
arranging a control unit on the goods shelf, and respectively connecting the control unit with each electronic tag and each electronic tag;
connecting the control unit with a PC;
and the PC controls the electronic tag and the electronic scale to cooperate to pick up goods through the control unit.
2. The electronic tag weighing method according to claim 1, wherein connecting the control unit with each electronic tag and each electronic scale respectively comprises:
arranging a signal conversion plate in each electronic tag unit;
and respectively connecting the signal conversion board with an electronic tag and an electronic scale in the electronic tag unit.
3. The electronic tag weighing method according to claim 2, wherein connecting the signal conversion board to the electronic tag and the electronic scale in the electronic tag unit respectively comprises:
connecting the electronic tag with the signal conversion board through a first signal line and a first power line;
and connecting the electronic scale with the signal conversion plate through a second signal wire and a second power wire.
4. The electronic tag weighing method according to claim 1, wherein in the electronic tag unit correspondingly provided on each cargo space, further comprising:
setting a function key connected with the display screen on the electronic tag;
the PC controls the electronic label and the electronic scale to cooperate to pick up goods before or after through the control unit, and the method further comprises the following steps:
the electronic tag acquires an operation instruction input by a worker through the function key;
and the electronic tag adjusts the interface display content of the display screen based on the operation instruction.
5. The electronic tag weighing method according to claim 1, wherein the correspondingly arranging of the electronic tag unit on each cargo space comprises:
arranging a guide rail on each layer of goods shelf, and arranging the electronic tag on the guide rail;
and moving the electronic tag to a corresponding position on the guide rail according to the space range of each goods space.
6. The electronic tag weighing method according to claim 1, wherein the PC controls the electronic tag and the electronic scale to cooperate to pick up goods through the control unit, comprising:
the PC machine issues a picking task instruction to the control unit;
the control unit sends the picking task instruction to an electronic tag and an electronic scale of a corresponding goods position on a goods shelf;
the corresponding electronic tag controls a signal indicator light key of the electronic tag to flash based on the picking task instruction, and controls the display screen of the electronic tag to display information of the quantity of the picked goods;
the corresponding electronic scale collects the current goods position weight data of the goods position based on the picking task instruction and transmits the goods position weight data to the electronic tag;
the electronic tag obtains a corresponding 'initial stock quantity' based on the received weight data of the current goods space;
the electronic tag receives a goods picking completion signal input by a goods picking person through pressing the signal indicator lamp key after the goods picking person finishes picking the goods;
the electronic tag sends the picking completion signal to the electronic scale, and the electronic scale collects current goods position weight data of a goods position based on the picking completion signal and transmits the current goods position weight data to the electronic tag;
the electronic tag obtains a corresponding 'stock quantity after picking' based on the received weight data of the current goods space;
the electronic tag calculates whether the initial inventory quantity minus the quantity to be picked equals the post-pick inventory quantity,
if the signal is equal to the preset signal, the electronic tag controls the signal indicator light key to stop flashing;
and if not, the electronic tag controls the signal indicator light key to keep flashing.
7. The electronic tag weighing method according to claim 6, wherein after the electronic tag controls the signal indicator light key to keep flashing, the method further comprises the following steps:
and the electronic tag controls a display screen thereof to display information of wrong picking quantity.
8. The electronic tag weighing method according to claim 1, wherein the PC controls the electronic tag and the electronic scale to cooperate with each other to pick up goods before or after the picking up through the control unit, further comprising:
and the PC controls the electronic tag and the electronic scale to cooperate to perform inventory checking through the control unit.
9. The electronic tag weighing method according to claim 8, wherein the step S6, the PC controlling the electronic tag and the electronic scale to cooperate for inventory checking through the control unit comprises:
step S61, the PC sends an inventory checking instruction to the control unit;
step S62, the control unit sends the inventory checking instruction to the electronic label and the electronic scale of the corresponding goods position on the goods shelf;
step S63, the corresponding electronic label controls the display screen of the electronic label to display the information of the system stock quantity based on the stock checking instruction;
step S64, the corresponding electronic scale collects the current weight data of the goods position based on the inventory checking instruction and transmits the current weight data of the goods position to the electronic tag;
step S65, the electronic tag obtains the corresponding 'actual stock quantity' based on the received weight data of the current goods space;
step S66, the electronic label compares whether the actual stock quantity is consistent with the system stock quantity,
step S67, if the signal indicator light key is consistent with the signal indicator light key, the electronic tag controls the signal indicator light key to light green;
and step S68, if not, the electronic tag controls the signal indicator light key to light a red light.
10. The electronic tag weighing method according to claim 9, wherein after controlling the signal indicator light key to be turned on green at step S67, the method further comprises:
step S69, the electronic label receives inventory checking completion signals input by staff through pressing the signal indicator light key after the inventory checking is correct;
and step S70, the electronic tag controls the signal indicator light key to turn off the light based on the inventory checking completion signal.
11. The electronic tag weighing method according to claim 10, wherein after controlling the signal indicator light key to light the red light at step S68, further comprising:
and step S71, the electronic tag receives an inventory checking completion signal input by a staff member through pressing the signal indicator light key after inventory checking, and then returns to step S64 to start execution.
12. A computer readable medium having computer readable instructions stored thereon which are executable by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 11.
13. An apparatus for information processing at a network device, the apparatus comprising a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the apparatus to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 11.
