Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a cooperative operation method according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. It is to be understood that the flow charts in the embodiments of the present method are not intended to limit the order in which the steps are performed. The following description is given by taking a computer device as an execution subject, specifically as follows:
s100, receiving a cooperative work request of a first user, wherein the cooperative work request comprises a chart generation request and a chart information annotation request.
Specifically, the chart generation request comprises a chart type identifier, a first data identifier and a second data identifier to be generated, wherein the chart type comprises but is not limited to a pie chart, a column chart and a line chart.
Specifically, the first user initiates a collaborative job request to the business analysis software in a natural language. The business analysis software includes but is not limited to BDP (cloud visual data analysis software), SmartBI (business intelligence analysis software). Illustratively, a first user inputs 'I want the average overdue amount column diagram of each scholars and borrowers of Shanghai male', and selects a corresponding diagram identifier to label a generated diagram according to a diagram information labeling request, wherein the diagram identifier is obtained from a diagram identifier pool preset by the first user, the diagram identifier pool comprises but is not limited to place identifiers, level identifiers, operation authority identifiers, state identifiers and time identifiers, the place identifiers comprise but is not limited to Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing, the level identifiers comprise but is not limited to first level, second level and third level, the operation authority identifiers comprise read-write authorities and read-only authorities, and the state identifiers comprise waiting to follow up, in follow up and solved. The place identifier and the level identifier are used for limiting a second user with chart reading authority, the operation authority identifier is used for representing the chart reading and writing authority, the state identifier is used for representing the current state of the chart, and the time identifier is used for setting a time node for chart processing of the chart.
S102, generating a chart according to the chart generating request, and generating the labeling information of the chart according to the chart information labeling request;
in an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the step S102 may further include:
step S102A: acquiring the chart generation request;
specifically, a collaborative operation request input by a first user in a natural language is analyzed, keywords are extracted after words are cut, and a structured query language corresponding to the keywords is queried from a first database according to the keywords. For example, a keyword extraction is performed on an average overdue amount bar chart of each scholars and borrowers of Shanghai male, a chart generation request with a natural language of the average overdue amount bar chart of each scholars and borrowers of Shanghai male is obtained, the average overdue amount bar chart of each scholars and borrowers of Shanghai male is participled to obtain a plurality of participle phrases such as "I", "want", "Shanghai", "male", "each", "scholars", "borrowers", "average", "overdue", "amount", "bar chart", words with parts of speech such as "want", "of", and the like as adverbs are deleted, and keywords such as "Shanghai", "male", "scholars", "borrows", "term", "bar chart" are extracted. And a large amount of structured query languages developed by developers before are stored in the first preset database, and the structured query languages are used for querying data in the relevant second database. Specifically, the second database includes, but is not limited to, a borrowing database and a academic database, and the second database is provided for a business party, and is usually a field commonly used by banks. The structured query language is a database query and programming language for storing data and querying, updating, and managing relational data systems.
Step S102B: acquiring data required for generating a chart according to the chart generating request;
specifically, according to the structured query language, data corresponding to the generated chart is obtained from a second database, the data includes operation data and non-operation data, the non-operation data is obtained from the second database according to a first data identifier, the first data identifier includes attributes of data content to be displayed by the chart, such as region, gender, academic calendar, loan, and the like, the first data identifier is further used for selecting the second database, for example, if the first data identifier includes a first data identifier corresponding to a keyword of "loan" in the first data identifier, then the "loan database" is selected as the second database of the non-operation data, and the non-operation data is obtained in the next step, the operation data is obtained by performing logical operation on the non-operation data, and a formula corresponding to the logical operation is obtained from the logical operation database through the second data identifier, the second data identifier contains specific presentation forms, such as average number, percentage and the like, of data content to be displayed by a user, and different operation results of the data are obtained through different logical operation formulas corresponding to the second data identifier.
For example, the average overdue amount distribution of each schooler borrowed from Shanghai men is obtained, a "borrowing database" is obtained by using a first data identifier corresponding to a keyword of "borrowing", qualified data is obtained from the "borrowing database" by using the first data identifiers such as "Shanghai", "men" and "overdue" as screening conditions, then a formula required by the average overdue amount is obtained from a logic operation library according to a second data identifier, the overdue amounts of each schooler are averaged, and the average overdue amount of each schooler is obtained through operation.
Step S102C: and generating a chart according to the data and a preset rule.
Specifically, a chart template corresponding to the chart type is obtained from a chart library through the chart type identification, and data are correspondingly filled in the chart template, for example, if the chart type in the first user request message is a histogram, the histogram template is obtained from the chart library, then the average overdue amount is taken as an X axis, and the average overdue amount is taken as a Y axis, so that a histogram of the average overdue amount of each school-history borrower of the Shanghai male is generated.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method further comprises: and after generating the chart according to the data and a preset rule, generating an early warning signal and returning the early warning signal to the first user when the content of the generated chart triggers a preset early warning condition.
Specifically, the early warning condition is set through an interactive interface at the front end, the first user can selectively designate an enumeration value or only specify a critical threshold value, the measurement method includes five relations of greater than, greater than or equal to, less than or equal to, and equal to, when data in a generated graph triggers the early warning condition, an early warning signal is generated, an appointed mailbox is synchronously notified to the first user, and the appointed mailbox is set on the interactive interface in advance.
For example, after a "bar graph of the average overdue amount of each schooler borrower of Shanghai male" is generated, if the average overdue amount is larger than the preset amount, an early warning signal of "exceeding amount" is sent to a mailbox designated by the first user, so that the first user can timely receive early warning and make a processing scheme as soon as possible.
In another embodiment, other notification modes, such as an instant messaging tool, e.g., QQ, wechat, etc., may also be set on the interactive interface.
S104, acquiring a second user meeting the receiving condition according to the labeling information of the chart;
in an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the step S104 may further include:
step S104A: acquiring a second user list;
specifically, the second user includes a single user and/or a user group, and the list user name in the second user list is preset in a certain format, for example, a shanghai primary group, a shanghai secondary group, a beijing primary group, and the like.
Step S104B: and acquiring a second user meeting the receiving condition from the second user list according to the keywords in the labeling information of the chart.
Specifically, the labeled information of the chart has a one-to-one or one-to-many mapping relationship with the second user through keywords.
Specifically, a second user meeting the receiving condition is determined according to the location identifier and the level identifier, for example, if the identifier is shanghai, the corresponding second user is a shanghai user and/or user group in the list, and if the identifier is shanghai and one level, the corresponding second user is a user and/or user group with a level authority of shanghai in the list; if the identifier is Shanghai Shenzhen, selecting users and/or user groups of Shanghai and Shenzhen in the list as second users; and if the identification is primary and secondary, selecting the primary and secondary users and/or the user group in the list as a second user.
And S106, sending the chart and the labeling information of the chart to the second user meeting the receiving condition.
In an embodiment, the labeling of the graph further includes commenting on the graph, when the first user sends the graph and the labeling information of the graph to the second user meeting the receiving condition, the first user may set a time node for graph feedback to the second user or set a notice when reading the graph, the time node for graph feedback is labeled in a fixed format, so that the second user can automatically obtain the feedback time node and mark the feedback time node, and when the second user does not perform feedback at the feedback node, an early warning notification is sent to an associated terminal, where the associated terminal includes but is not limited to a user side of the first user and a user side of the second user.
Specifically, a "average overdue amount bar chart of each scholarly borrower of Shanghai men" and states of the chart are marked as "waiting to follow up", "Shanghai", "second level", "feedback time 2019, 9 and 18 days", the Shanghai second level user and/or user group are sent, and members belonging to the Shanghai second level user and/or user group are informed to debit and urge to collect overdue borrowed clients in charge of the members.
Further, referring to fig. 4, after sending the chart and the label information for the chart to the second user meeting the receiving condition, the method may further include:
S106A: receiving an update request of the second user;
specifically, after receiving the chart and the label information of the chart, the second user can update the chart and the label on the chart according to the actual situation, and the update request of the second user includes the update of the chart data and the update of the chart identifier. The second user may update the state identifier of the graph according to the actual business progress, for example, if the business corresponding to the graph is completed, the second user may send a request for updating the state identifier of the graph to "completed", and when the second user updates some data, the second user may send a data update request and corresponding data to be updated, and the updated data.
S106B: receiving a response of the first user based on the updating request, wherein the response is whether the second user is allowed to update the chart and the annotation information of the chart;
specifically, after receiving the update request of the second user, the first user determines the chart data and the chart identifier to be updated, determines whether the chart data and the chart identifier can be updated and whether the updated data is correct, and generates a response allowing the update if the chart data and the updated data can be updated and the updated data is correct; when the data which cannot be updated or is updated is incorrect, a response which does not allow updating is generated.
S106C: and generating an update permission instruction or an update non-permission instruction according to the response.
Specifically, when a response of allowing update is received, an update allowing instruction is generated, and when a response of not allowing update is received, an update disallowing instruction is generated.
And further, after receiving the update permission instruction, updating the chart and the label information of the chart, and displaying the updated chart and the label information of the chart.
Specifically, after the update permission instruction is received, the chart and the label information of the chart are updated, and the updated chart and the label information of the chart are displayed to all second users with reading permission.
For example, when the "average overdue amount bar chart of each scholars and borrowers of Shanghai male" is received by the Shanghai secondary user and/or the user group, the chart status flag of "to follow up" may be updated to "in progress", and an update request is sent to the first user.
After the customer borrowing and collection due to Shanghai secondary users and/or user groups are completed, a request for updating the state identifier of the chart from 'in-process' to 'completed' can be sent, after the first user receives the updating request of the Shanghai secondary users and/or user groups, whether the first user receives the client repayment is verified, if the client repays, a response for allowing the updating is sent, and after an instruction for allowing the updating is generated, the chart identifier is updated.
In one embodiment, the first user can also actively update the chart and the label information of the chart, and simultaneously display the updated chart and the label information of the chart to all the second users with reading rights.
As an embodiment, when the second user successfully updates the graph and the label information of the graph, the content of the current graph and the label information of the graph is recorded in a time axis form at the time node where the update occurs, so that comparison between the graph before and after the update and the label information of the graph is facilitated.
According to the scheme, a process of analyzing the collaborative information is added in the business analysis software, data changes are recorded at key nodes in a visual mode, and a user can communicate according to the situation, so that the business is conveniently tracked and managed, and the progress and the changes are clear at a glance. The user can perform operations such as disk duplication, reason searching and the like on the basis, work efficiency is improved, mistakes are avoided once again, different users can modify the same data on the basis that the second user side has the authority by setting the authority of the second user side, work progress is greatly accelerated, and the problems that due consequences generated by the data are not clear, subsequent users are difficult to update and the like are avoided.
