Technical Field
The invention relates to an industrial furnace feeding structure, in particular to a conveying device for a furnace feeding system.
Background
At present, in the existing industrial double-hearth furnace feeding system, a kiln top bin, a vibrating feeder, a reversible belt, a rotary hopper, a sealing cover plate and other devices are mostly adopted in the feeding process. The kiln top bin is used as a temporary storage bin for periodic and discontinuous feeding; the vibrating feeder and the reversible belt are used as equipment for periodically switching the material conveying direction of the double-hearth kiln; the rotary hopper is used as a guarantee device for uniformly distributing materials on the section of the kiln; the sealing cover plate is used as a device for preventing hot air flow inside the kiln from leaking out due to positive pressure in the production process of the kiln. The whole device plays an important role in the mutual matching operation in the process of furnace production and product quality stabilization, but in the actual production process: (1) the vibrating feeder is used as a vibrating device, in the long-term production and operation process, due to the instantaneous pressure change of materials, the vibration amplitude of the vibrating feeder or the load change of a motor are often caused to generate faults, the production stability and the production continuity are influenced, and due to the characteristic of the production manufacturability of a furnace kiln, the vibrating feeder needs to be frequently started, stopped and maintained, so that the fault rate and the maintenance rate of the device are increased; (2) the reversible belt is used for periodically switching the material conveying direction and belongs to long-term start-stop electromechanical equipment, so that the failure rate and the maintenance rate of the equipment are increased; (3) the rotary hopper also belongs to electromechanical equipment which is frequently started and stopped in the normal operation process, and the equipment also belongs to a revolving body, and needs to be vertically butted with a feed inlet of a hearth in the process of feeding the hearth; (4) in the normal production process of the sealing cover plate, the feed inlet of the hearth is periodically opened and closed by hydraulic drive, four actions of lifting in place, opening in place, closing in place and lowering in place are required to be completed in the whole operation process, and the four actions are all detected by instrument signals, and are automatically controlled by a PLC system, so that the equipment is required to be accurately positioned and installed with high precision in the installation process of on-site electromechanical equipment, but the difficulty is increased in the later debugging process of the equipment due to the fact that the on-site construction condition cannot meet the requirement, and the production is also stopped due to a fault signal in the production process.
In summary, for the configuration of the set of devices, long-term stable maintenance and high-precision equipment installation are required to ensure the stable operation of the set of equipment.
To this end, a conveying device for a kiln charging system is proposed.

When the PLC control program sends out that the left hearth starts feeding, the left sealing valve 7 is opened, after 5s of delay, the left switching valve 3 is opened, materials in the kiln top bin enter the hearth through the left chute 5 and the distributor to be distributed in a pressure equalizing mode, and due to the fact that the top of the hearth is in micro negative pressure, no dust in the hearth flies out when the left sealing valve 7 is opened. After the charging is finished, namely after the weighing instrument 2 displays that the bin is empty, delaying for 10s, closing the left switching valve 3, delaying for 5s, closing the left sealing valve 7, and finishing the charging of the left hearth. After the weighing instrument 2 in the kiln top bin 1 displays that the bin is empty, the kiln top bin 1 is filled with materials again through the lifting device, and the next charging of the right hearth is waited. When the PLC control program sends out that the right hearth starts feeding, the right sealing valve 8 is opened, after the time delay is 5s, the right switching valve 4 is opened, the materials in the kiln top bin 1 enter the hearth through the right chute 6 and the distributor to be distributed in a pressure equalizing manner, and because the top of the hearth is in micro negative pressure, no dust in the hearth flies out when the right sealing valve 8 is opened. After the charging is finished, namely after the weighing instrument 2 displays that the bin is empty, delaying for 10s, closing the right switching valve 4, delaying for 5s, closing the right sealing valve 8, and finishing the charging of the right hearth. The periodic charging of the hearth and the switching of the conveying direction are realized by the circulation.
