Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The directions such as up, down, left, right, front, and rear will be described with reference to the symbols shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 is an external perspective view of an air cleaner 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an air cleaner 1 of the present embodiment includes a front panel 2 covering a front surface, a housing 3 including an air blowing mechanism 9 described later, and a front baffle 4 and a rear baffle 5 positioned on the housing 3. The housing 3 has a side case 3a (only the left side case is illustrated in fig. 1) covering the left and right side faces, a rear case 3b covering the rear face, a bezel frame 3c located above, and an operation panel 3d covered by the bezel frame 3c (refer to fig. 2 since not visible in the appearance of fig. 1). The barrier frame 3c is also covered with the front barrier 4 and the rear barrier 5, and the operation panel 3d, the front barrier 4, and the rear barrier 5 are arranged in this order from the front.
Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of an air cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the cleaning filters 16 and the air blowing mechanism 9 are arranged in this order from the front panel 2 (front side) to the rear case 3b side (rear side) in the casing 3 of the air cleaner 1.
The cleaning filters 16 are mainly composed of a strainer 16a, a dust collecting filter 16b, and a deodorizing filter 16 c. The blower 9 is mainly composed of a centrifugal fan 10, a scroll 11, and a motor 12.
In the casing 3, when a centrifugal fan 10 of an air blowing mechanism 9 described later is rotated, air outside the casing 3 flows in through an air inlet provided on the front surface side of the front panel 2. Then, the air flows through the cleaning filters 16.
The air filtered by the filters is then sent out of the housing 3 of the air cleaner 1 through the front baffle 4 and the rear baffle 5 from the upper opening of the scroll 11 that houses the centrifugal fan 10. The front side barrier 4 is configured to have a greater length in the left-right direction than the rear side barrier 5.
The cleaning filters 16 are arranged in this order from the front panel 2 side (front side) to the rear housing 3b side (rear side), and the strainer 16a, the dust collection filter 16b, and the deodorizing filter 16c are arranged in this order.
The strainer 16a is a structure for catching relatively large waste such as cotton waste. The dust collecting filter 16b is configured to capture relatively small particles such as splash, dust, pollen, and the like. The deodorizing filter 16c is a structure that adsorbs a chemical substance that is the origin of odor.
The air blowing mechanism 9 includes a centrifugal fan 10 disposed in a scroll 11 and a motor 12 for rotating the centrifugal fan 10.
As described above, the air blowing mechanism 9 is rotated by the centrifugal fan 10, and the air introduced from the air inlet of the front panel 2 flows through the cleaning filters 16, and then is sent out of the casing 3 through the front flap 4 and the rear flap 5.
The front flap 4 and the rear flap 5 are rotated about the fixed shaft portions to adjust the opening and closing angles, respectively, thereby adjusting the angle at which the purified air is discharged.
Fig. 3 is a side view of an air cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention in a state where a front panel is opened.
Fig. 4 is a side sectional view of the air cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention in a state where the front panel is opened.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the front panel 2 can rotate with respect to the housing 3 about a fixed shaft portion located at a lower portion of the member. That is, the front panel 2 is a mechanism that can be opened and closed with respect to the housing 3. In other words, the front panel 2 is rotatable with respect to the air cleaner body. Here, the air cleaner body includes at least a housing 3 and an air blowing mechanism 9 disposed in the housing 3. By making the front panel 2 rotatable and openable and closable like a door, the strainer 16a, the dust collection filter 16b, and the deodorizing filter 16c, which can be disposed inside the air cleaner 1, can be easily taken out of and mounted to a space that is opened to the upper portion of the air cleaner 1 and is formed when the front panel 2 is opened with respect to the housing 3.
Fig. 5 is a side cross-sectional view of the cantilever portion with the front panel of the air cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention opened.
As shown in fig. 5, the front panel 2 is locked in a state of being opened to a certain constant angle with respect to the housing 3. The parts connecting the air cleaner body with the front panel 2 are panel cantilevers 15, which are located on the left and right sides of the front panel 2. The angle at which the front panel 2 can be opened with respect to the housing 3 is only required to be an angle at which the cleaning filters 16 can be taken out, and examples thereof include 10 degrees, 20 degrees, 30 degrees, 40 degrees, 50 degrees, 60 degrees, 70 degrees, 80 degrees, and 90 degrees. Of course, the angle is not limited to the above angle, and may be 15 degrees or the like. In other words, the cantilever connecting the door structure and the air cleaner body can be extended or contracted, or changed in shape, or moved in accordance with the opening and closing operation of the door structure, thereby restricting the positional relationship between the door structure and the air cleaner body to an arbitrary position.
Fig. 6 is a partially enlarged view of a side cross-sectional view of the cantilever portion in a state where the front panel of the air cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention is opened.
As shown in fig. 6, the panel arm 15 is held by an arm guide 15d fixed to a rail-like member of the front housing 6 and is slidable in the front-rear direction of the air cleaner 1, and when the panel arm slides out to a certain constant position, the stoppers 15e and 15f interfere with each other, so that the panel arm does not slide out excessively. The stopper 15e is a part having a rib shape located on the air cleaner main body side, and the stopper 15f is a part located on the rear end side of the panel arm 15. When the front panel 2 is opened with respect to the housing 3, the panel arm 15 also slides, and when the front panel is opened to a certain angle, the rib portion of the stopper 15e and the stopper 15f are engaged with each other, and the panel arm 15 is pressed to slide more than that. The shape of the stoppers 15e and 15f is not limited to the above.
The panel arm 15 is provided with a rack shape on its side surface, and engages with a gear portion of a rotary damper 15c fixed to the arm guide 15d to damp the sliding speed, thereby gradually opening and closing even with a strong opening and closing operation. The cantilever rail 15d is a member located on the air cleaner main body side.
A magnet 15b is embedded in the front end of the panel arm 15, and magnetically attracted to a metal-part arm magnet plate 15a fixed to the front panel 2. The front panel 2 is connected to the panel arm 15 by the holding force generated by the magnetic attraction in normal use, but the front panel 2 can be detached from the air cleaner main body by pulling the front panel 2 in the forward direction by the holding force exceeding the holding force generated by the magnetic attraction as necessary. In other words, the front panel 2, which is a part of the outer wall of the air cleaner 1, is configured to be openable and closable with respect to the air cleaner body, and the door structure is detachable from the air cleaner body. In addition, the cantilever connecting the door structure with the air cleaner body may be partially detachable.
At this time, the holding force generated by the magnetic attraction between the cantilever magnet plate 15a and the magnet 15b is set to the minimum value of the weight of the entire group of members supporting the front panel 2 and attached to the front panel 2, and is set to the extent that the magnetic attraction does not come off even when the inertial force is applied again to open the front panel 2. By setting this magnetic force, the opening and closing operation of the front panel 2 can be performed without separating from the door during normal use.
When the front panel 2 is detached from the air cleaner body in order to clean the front panel 2 or the like entirely, the user needs to apply an external force exceeding the holding force by magnetic attraction by holding the front panel 2 with a hand and pulling the front panel to the front side of the air cleaner 1. If the magnetic force is too strong, the external force required at this time becomes large, and therefore, it is necessary to set the magnetic force for detachment within a range that does not burden the user.
Fig. 7 is a partially enlarged view of a shaft portion side sectional view in a state where a front panel of the air cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention is closed.
Fig. 8 is a partially enlarged view of a shaft portion side sectional view in a state where a front panel of the air cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention is opened.
The holding by the magnetic attraction connects the front panel 2 and the panel arm 15, and a mounting and dismounting mechanism is also provided on the shaft portion to which the front panel 2 is fixed.
In the present embodiment, a shaft 2a as a shaft member is provided on the front panel 2 side, and a shaft support 6a as a bearing member is provided on the front housing 6 side. The positional relationship of the shaft and the bearing may be reversed.
As shown in fig. 7, in the state where the front panel 2 is closed, the shaft 2a is covered with the shaft support 6a, and the front panel 2 does not move in the direction other than the shaft rotation direction even if the front panel 2 is pulled, and the front panel 2 does not come off from the air cleaner 1 main body.
As shown in fig. 8, in a state where the front panel 2 is opened to the maximum, the contact angle of the shaft 2a and the shaft support 6a is changed. In this state, the front panel 2 is pulled in the same oblique forward direction with respect to the gap opened obliquely forward to the upper surface of the shaft support 6a, whereby the shaft 2a can be detached from the shaft support 6 a.
With this structure, the function of detaching the front panel 2, which is not normally detached, from the air cleaner 1 as needed is realized.
The shaft (shaft 2a) of the air cleaner body to which the door structure is fixed is detachable from the air cleaner body, and the shaft (shaft 2a) is not detachable from the air cleaner body at an arbitrary angle, and is detachable from the air cleaner body beyond the arbitrary angle.
When the front panel 2 is to be attached again after being detached, the front panel 2 is pressed backward after the shaft 2a and the shaft support 6a are overlapped in the original position, and the cantilever magnet plate 15a and the magnet 15b are magnetically attracted to each other, thereby facilitating the connection with the main body.
Since the cantilever magnet plate 15a and the magnet 15b are magnetically attracted, when the front panel 2 is attached again in a state of being detached from the air cleaner body, the front panel 2 and the air cleaner body can be easily connected to each other in a state where the panel cantilevers 15 positioned on the left and right sides of the air cleaner body are pulled out from the air cleaner body, a state where the panel cantilevers 15 are accommodated in the air cleaner body, and a state where the panel cantilevers 15 are slid on the way, or a state where the panel cantilevers 15 are different for each of the left and right sides.
Another embodiment of the attaching and detaching mode of the front panel 2 in the present invention will be described below by way of example.
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 9 and 10. Hereinafter, the configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the description. In the second embodiment, the arm hook 27 is fixed to the front panel 2 side, and the front end portion of the panel arm 15 is formed in a box shape into which the front end of the arm hook 27 enters.
Fig. 10 is a top view of the connection portion between the suspension arm hook 27 and the panel suspension arm 15. The front end of the arm hook 27 is formed in a deformable hook shape, and the panel arm 15 is provided with a claw shape for engaging with the hook. By these fitting, the arm hook 27 and the panel arm 15 are not separated even when they are pulled in a direction away from each other (front panel opening direction).
On the other hand, when the front panel 2 is to be removed from the air cleaner 1, the front panel 2 can be removed by simply pulling it upward. The upper surface of the box portion of the panel arm 15 is opened, and the engagement between the arm hook 27 and the panel arm 15 is only configured to restrict the front panel 2 from tilting forward, and therefore, the panel arm is freely movable upward.
When the front panel 2 is returned to the air cleaner 1, the front panel 2 may be lowered from above in a reverse manner to the case of removal, but elastic deformation of the components is used for easier assembly. When the operation of closing the front panel 2 is performed after the lower shaft portion of the front panel 2 is attached, first, the arm hook 27 collides with the claw of the panel arm 15. At this time, the left and right hook portions at the distal ends of the cantilever hooks 27 are bent inward by pushing the front panel 2 toward the air cleaner 1 again, and in this state, the cantilever hooks 27 enter the box portion of the panel cantilever 15. Then, the arm hook 27 and the panel arm 15 are locked so that the front panel 2 is not opened by a predetermined angle or more.
