Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The directions such as up, down, left, right, front, and rear will be described based on the symbols shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 is an external perspective view of an air cleaner 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an air cleaner 1 of the present embodiment includes: a front panel 2 covering the front surface; a housing 3 provided with a blower mechanism 9 and the like described later; and a front side barrier 4 and a rear side barrier 5 positioned above the housing 3. The housing 3 has: a side case 3a (only the left side case is shown in fig. 1) covering the left and right side surfaces; a rear case 3b covering the rear surface; a baffle frame 3c on the upper surface; and an operation panel 3d covered with a bezel frame 3c (not visible in the appearance of fig. 1, and therefore refer to fig. 2). The baffle frame 3c also covers the front side baffle 4 and the rear side baffle 5, and from front to rear, the operation panel 3d, the front side baffle 4 and the rear side baffle 5 are arranged in sequence.
Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of an air cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in the casing 3 of the air cleaner 1, a cleaning filter 16 and an air blowing mechanism 9 are arranged in this order from the front panel 2 side (front side) to the rear case 3b side (rear side).
The cleaning filters 16 are mainly composed of a pretreatment filter 16a, a dust collection filter 16b, and a deodorizing filter 16 c. The blower 9 is mainly composed of a centrifugal fan 10, a scroll 11, and a motor 12.
In the casing 3, air flows from an air inlet provided on the front surface side of the front panel 2 into the outside of the casing 3 by rotation of a centrifugal fan 10 of an air blowing mechanism 9 described later. Then, the air flows through the cleaning filters 16.
The air filtered by the filters is sent out of the casing 3 of the air cleaner 1 from the upper opening of the scroll 11 housing the centrifugal fan 10 through the front baffle 4 and the rear baffle 5. The front side fence 4 has a greater length in the left-right direction than the rear side fence 5.
The cleaning filters 16 are configured such that a pretreatment filter 16a, a dust collection filter 16b, and a deodorizing filter 16c are arranged in this order from the front panel 2 side (front side) toward the rear case 3b side (rear side).
The pretreatment filter 16a captures relatively large waste such as cotton waste. The dust collecting filter 16b captures small particles such as dust, dirt, and pollen. The deodorizing filter 16c adsorbs the chemical substance as the odor root element.
The blower mechanism 9 includes: a centrifugal fan 10 disposed in the scroll 11; and a motor 12 for rotating the centrifugal fan 10.
As described above, the air blowing mechanism 9 is rotated by the centrifugal fan 10, and circulates the air introduced from the air inlet of the front panel 2 to the cleaning filters 16, and then outputs the air to the outside of the casing 3 through the front flap 4 and the rear flap 5.
The front flap 4 and the rear flap 5 are rotated about the fixed shaft to adjust the opening and closing angle, respectively, thereby adjusting the angle at which cleaned air is discharged.
Fig. 3 is a side view of a state in which a front panel of the air cleaner of the embodiment of the present invention is opened.
Fig. 4 is a side sectional view of a state where the front panel of the air cleaner of the embodiment of the present invention is opened.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the front panel 2 is rotatable with respect to the housing 3 around a fixed shaft portion located at a lower portion of the member. That is, the front panel 2 is a mechanism that can be opened and closed with respect to the housing 3. In other words, the front panel 2 is rotatable with respect to the air cleaner body. Here, the air cleaner body is a device including at least the casing 3 and the air blowing mechanism 9 provided in the casing 3. The front panel 2 is rotatable and openable and closable like a door, so that the pre-treatment filter 16a, the dust collection filter 16b, and the deodorizing filter 16c, which can be provided inside the air cleaner 1, can be easily taken out from and attached to a space that is formed above the air cleaner 1 when the front panel 2 is opened with respect to the housing 3.
Fig. 5 is a side sectional view of an arm portion of the air cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention in a state where the front panel is opened.
As shown in fig. 5, the front panel 2 is locked to the housing 3 in a state of being opened to a certain angle. The member connecting the air cleaner body and the front panel 2 is a panel arm 15, which is located on the left and right sides of the front panel 2. The angle at which the front panel 2 can be opened with respect to the housing 3 is only required to be an angle at which the cleaning filters 16 can be taken out, and is, for example, 10 degrees, 20 degrees, 30 degrees, 40 degrees, 50 degrees, 60 degrees, 70 degrees, 80 degrees, or 90 degrees. Of course, the angle is not limited to the above angle, and may be 15 degrees or the like. In other words, the arm connecting the door structure and the air cleaner body can be extended, contracted, changed in shape, or moved according to the opening and closing operation of the door structure, thereby restricting the positional relationship between the door structure and the air cleaner body to an arbitrary position.
Fig. 6 is a partially enlarged side view of the arm portion of the air cleaner in a state where the front panel is opened according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the panel arm 15 is held by a rail-shaped member arm guide 15d fixed to the front housing 6 and is slidable in the front-rear direction of the air cleaner 1, and when it is ejected to a fixed portion, the stopper 15e and the stopper 15f interfere with each other and are not ejected any further. The stopper 15e is a portion having a rib shape on the air cleaner main body side, and the stopper 15f is a portion of the panel arm 15 on the rear side end portion. When the front panel 2 is opened with respect to the housing 3, the panel arm 15 also slides, and when the front panel is opened to a certain fixed angle, the rib portion of the stopper 15e and the stopper 15f are locked, and further sliding of the panel arm 15 is suppressed. The shapes of the stoppers 15e and 15f are not limited to the above example.
The side surface of the panel arm 15 is provided with a rack shape, and the rack shape is engaged with a gear portion of a rotary damper 15c fixed to an arm guide 15d, so that the sliding speed is attenuated, and the panel arm is opened and closed slowly with respect to a rapid opening and closing operation. The arm guide 15d is a member located on the air cleaner main body side.
A magnetic body 15b is embedded in the front end of the panel arm 15, and magnetically attracted to a metal arm magnetic plate 15a fixed to the front panel 2. The front panel 2 is connected to the panel arm 15 by the holding force of the magnetic attraction in normal use, but the front panel 2 can be detached from the air cleaner body by pulling the front panel 2 forward with a force larger than the holding force of the magnetic attraction as necessary. In other words, the front panel 2, which is a part of the outer wall of the air cleaner 1, has a door structure that can be opened and closed with respect to the air cleaner body, and the door structure is detachable from the air cleaner body. Further, the arm connecting the door structure and the air cleaner main body can be said to be partially detachable.
At this time, the holding force by magnetic attraction between the arm magnetic plate 15a and the magnetic body 15b is aimed at minimizing the size of the self-weight of the entire assembly capable of supporting the front panel 2 and the components attached to the front panel, and at achieving a degree that the inertial force applied when the front panel 2 is opened is not deviated from the magnetic attraction. By setting this magnetic force, the front panel 2 can be opened and closed without falling off during normal use.
When the front panel 2 is to be detached from the air cleaner body in order to clean the entire front panel 2, for example, the user needs to grip the front panel 2 with a hand and pull the front panel toward the air cleaner 1 to apply an external force larger than the holding force of magnetic attraction. If the magnetic force is too strong, the external force required at this time becomes large, and therefore, it is necessary to set a magnetic force that can be removed within a range that does not put a burden on the user.
Fig. 7 is a partially enlarged view of a shaft portion side cross-sectional view of the air cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention in a state where the front panel is closed.
Fig. 8 is a partially enlarged view of a shaft portion side cross-sectional view of the air cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention in a state where the front panel is opened.
The front panel 2 and the panel arm 15 are connected by holding by magnetic attraction, and a mounting and dismounting mechanism is provided on the shaft portion to which the front panel 2 is fixed.
In the present embodiment, a shaft 2a as a shaft member is provided on the front panel 2 side, and a shaft support portion 6a as a bearing member is provided on the front housing 6 side. The positional relationship of the shaft and the bearing may also be reversed.
As shown in fig. 7, in the state where the front panel 2 is closed, the shaft 2a is covered with the shaft support portion 6a, and even if the front panel 2 is pulled, the front panel 2 does not move in other directions than the shaft rotation direction, and the front panel 2 does not separate from the air cleaner 1 main body.
As shown in fig. 8, in a state where the front panel 2 is opened to the maximum, the contact angle of the shaft 2a and the shaft supporting portion 6a is changed. In this state, the front panel 2 is pulled obliquely forward in the same direction with respect to the slit opened obliquely forward to the upper surface of the shaft support portion 6a, and the shaft 2a is detached from the shaft support portion 6 a.
With this mechanism, the front panel 2 that is not detached at normal times can be detached from the air cleaner 1 as needed.
A shaft portion (shaft 2a) for fixing the door structure to the air cleaner body is detachable from the air cleaner body, and the shaft portion (shaft 2a) is not detachable from the air cleaner body at an arbitrary angle.
When the front panel 2 is to be detached and then attached again, the arm magnetic plate 15a and the magnetic body 15b are magnetically attracted to each other by aligning the shaft 2a and the shaft support portion 6a with the original positions and then pushing the front panel 2 backward, thereby facilitating the connection with the main body.
Since the arm magnetic plate 15a and the magnetic body 15b are magnetically attracted, when the front panel 2 is attached again from a detached state, the panel arms 15 positioned on the left and right sides of the air cleaner body may be in a state of being drawn out from the air cleaner body, a state of being accommodated in the air cleaner body, a state of being slid, or a state where the panel arms 15 on the left and right sides are different from each other, and the front panel 2 and the air cleaner body can be easily coupled.
Other embodiments of the attaching and detaching mode of the front panel 2 according to the present invention will be described below.
Fig. 9 is a partially enlarged view of a side sectional view of an arm portion of an air cleaner according to a second embodiment of the present invention in a state where a front panel is opened.
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 9. The configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the points described below. In the second embodiment, a metal plate 17 is provided on the front end side of the panel arm 15, and a magnetic body 18 is provided on the front panel 2 side.
Fig. 10 is a partially enlarged view of a side sectional view of an arm portion of an air cleaner according to a third embodiment of the present invention in a state where a front panel is opened.
A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 10. The configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the points described below. In the third embodiment, magnetic body 15b is provided on the front end side of panel arm 15, and magnetic body 18 is provided on the front panel 2 side. At this time, the magnetic bodies are arranged in an attracting direction.
Fig. 11 is a partially enlarged view of a side sectional view of an arm portion of an air cleaner according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention in a state where a front panel is opened.
A fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 11. The configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the points described below. In the fourth embodiment, the front case 6 and the front panel 2 are connected by two components, a panel arm 19a and a panel arm 19 b. The panel arm 19a and the panel arm 19b have a shaft on one side and a bearing on one side, and are connected to each other in a rotatable manner. The end of each panel arm on the opposite side of the connection portion is fixed to the front case 6 side at the end of the panel arm 19a, and is fixed to the front panel 2 side at the end of the panel arm 19 b. The fixed portion may be rotatably fixed in a relationship between the shaft and the bearing, similarly to the connection portion. When opening and closing the front panel 2, the front panel 2 is supported by rotating the connection portions of the panel arms 19a and 19b and the fixing portions to the front case 6 and the front panel 2 while changing the angle between the arms. Further, the front panel 2 is physically restricted from moving at a position where the panel arm 19a and the panel arm 19b are on the same straight line, and cannot be opened any further.
When the front panel 2 is detached from the air cleaner 1, the operation restriction of the fixing portion between the panel arm 19a and the front housing 6 is released by the lateral sliding panel lock 20. Then, the panel arm 19a is moved upward, and the front panel 2 can be removed from the air cleaner 1 by removing the fixing portion bearing of the front housing 6.
In the present embodiment, the front case 6 side is detachable, but the front case 6 side may be fixed so that the front panel 2 side is detachable. In addition, various examples of the structure of the panel arm 19a and the panel arm 19b are conceivable, except that they are extendable and retractable by being rotated by being fixed by a shaft. The front case 6 and the front panel 2 may be fixed to each other, and the front panel 2 may be moved when opened or closed to increase or decrease the distance therebetween, so that the front case and the front panel can be kept fixed to each other.
Fig. 12 is a partially enlarged view of a side cross-sectional view of an arm portion of an air cleaner according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention in a state where a front panel is opened.
A fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 12. The configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the points described below. In the fifth embodiment, the front case 6 and the front panel 2 are connected by the panel arm 21. The panel arm has shaft portions 21a and 21b at both ends thereof, the panel arm shaft 21a is provided at a bearing portion provided on the front case 6 side, and the panel arm shaft 21b is provided at a long groove-shaped bearing portion 22 provided on the front panel 2 side. Here, as long as the panel lock 20 is located at the lock position, 21a is a fixed shaft, but 21b is movable in the vertical direction along the bearing portion 22. With this configuration, when opening and closing the front panel 2, the shaft portion 21b moves up and down along the bearing portion 22, and the state in which the front panel 2 and the front case 6 are connected is maintained. When the front panel 2 is detached from the air cleaner 1, the sliding panel lock 20 is detached from the 21a side. The structure of the handling can also be reversed, even though there is no problem in the following way: a groove-shaped bearing part 22 is cut on the front housing 6 side, and the panel lock 20 is set on the front panel 2 side and removed from the 21b side.
Fig. 13 is a partially enlarged view of a side cross-sectional view of an arm portion of an air cleaner according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention in a state where a front panel is opened.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 13. The configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the points described below. In the sixth embodiment, the panel arm 23 itself connecting the front case 6 and the front panel 2 is configured by using a material such as rubber or a rope having elasticity and stretchability. Shaft portions 23a and 23b provided at both ends of the panel arm 23 are fixed to the front case 6 and the front panel 2, respectively. When the front panel 2 is opened and closed, the panel arm 23 itself extends and contracts, so that the front housing 6 and the front panel 2 are maintained connected, and the front panel 2 is fixed in a state where the panel arm 23 is extended. When the front panel 2 is detached from the air cleaner 1, the sliding panel lock 20 is detached from the 23a side. Even if the panel lock 20 is provided on the front panel 2 side and detached from the 23b side, there is no problem.
Fig. 14 is a partially enlarged view of a side sectional view of an arm portion of an air cleaner according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention in a state where a front panel is opened.
A seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 14. The configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the points described below. In the seventh embodiment, the arm locking claw 24a fixed to the front panel 2 side and the arm locking claw holder 24b provided at the distal end portion of the panel arm 15 are coupled by engagement. The positional relationship of the claw and the holder may also be reversed. The two members are fixed by fitting by the elasticity of the resin member, and the panel arm 15 is not separated from the front panel 2 when the front panel 2 is opened and closed in a normal use state.
On the other hand, when the front panel 2 is to be detached from the air cleaner 1, the exposed portion of the arm locking claw 24a is deformed by being pushed from the outside, and the engagement with the arm locking claw holder 24b is released, so that the front panel can be detached.
Fig. 15 is a partially enlarged view of a side sectional view of an arm portion of an air cleaner according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention in a state where a front panel is opened.
An eighth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 15. The configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the points described below. In the eighth embodiment, the claw 25 is fixed to the front panel 2 side, and a claw stopper 26 fixed to the front end portion of the panel arm 15 by a rotatable shaft is provided. The pawl stopper 26 is provided with a spring inserted in the shaft portion and always applies a restoring force of the spring to the front direction of the air cleaner 1. The pawl stop 26 is restricted in movement by abutting against the front end wall of the panel arm 15 and is fixed in an orientation along the front end wall of the panel arm 15 in normal use. In this state, the claw 25 of the front panel 2 is caught by the claw stopper 26, and when the front panel 2 is opened and closed, the front panel 2 and the panel arm 15 are connected.
On the other hand, when the front panel 2 is to be detached from the air cleaner 1, the front panel 2 can be detached by simply pulling it upward. The engagement between the claws 25 and the claw stoppers 26 restricts the front panel 2 from falling forward, and therefore, the front panel is movable upward.
When the front panel 2 is returned to the air cleaner 1, the front panel 2 may be lowered from above in a reverse procedure to that in the case of removal, but the above-described spring mechanism may be used to facilitate assembly. When the operation of closing the front panel 2 is performed after the shaft portion of the lower portion of the front panel 2 is assembled, the pawl 25 collides with the pawl stopper 26 first. At this time, the front panel 2 is further pushed toward the air cleaner 1, the spring of the pawl stopper 26 is deflected, and in this state, the pawl 25 enters the inside of the pawl stopper 26. Then, the pawl stopper 26 returns to the initial position by the force of the spring return, and the pawl 25 is locked by the pawl stopper 26, and the front panel 2 cannot be opened by a fixed angle or more.
