Abstract
The invention provides an air circulation device, which comprises a support frame fixed on a ceiling, a fan motor and a fan, wherein the fan motor is fixed on the support frame and connected with the fan; an air guide disc is arranged below the fan and is provided with an arc-shaped air guide surface facing the fan; the fan and the air guide disc are covered by a cover body, the bottom end of the cover body is provided with a skirt part which extends to the periphery of the air guide disc in an expanding way, an air guide space and an annular air outlet are formed between the skirt part and the air guide surface, and the area and the direction of the air outlet can be changed by the relative movement of the cover body and the air guide disc, so that the air outlet pressure and the air outlet direction can be adjusted.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an air circulation device, and more particularly, to an air circulation device capable of changing blowing pressure and direction.
Background
One type of electric fan that hangs down from the ceiling is known as a ceiling fan. A common ceiling fan is a type of structure in which blades of the fan are exposed to the outside, and when the ceiling fan is driven to rotate, airflow is caused to flow, so that wind is generated. However, the fan blades are exposed to the outside and easily accumulate dust, and the dust is blown off during rotation to affect the environment.
Therefore, there is a ceiling fan with its fan blades hidden inside the structure, as disclosed in taiwan patent publication I509159, which is a housing covering the fan blades, wherein the housing is provided with an air guiding space inside, and an air outlet is provided at the periphery of the housing, so that when the fan blades rotate, an air flow flows along the air guiding space and blows out from the air outlet. However, in the above-mentioned known structure, the air outlet is fixed, and the area and the outlet direction of the air outlet cannot be adjusted and changed, so that the airflow can only be output with a fixed air volume and wind direction, and cannot be adjusted according to the actual use requirement.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to an air circulation device, which can vary the area and direction of an air outlet to adjust the pressure and direction of an output airflow, and has the effects of increasing a blowing range and facilitating use.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an air circulation device, comprising:
the fan motor is fixed on the supporting frame;
a fan connected to the fan motor;
the air guide disc is arranged below the fan; the air guide disc is provided with an arc-shaped air guide surface facing the fan;
the cover body is covered outside the fan and the air guide disc; the bottom end of the cover body is provided with a skirt part which extends to the periphery of the air guide disc in an expanding way, and an air guide space and an annular air outlet are formed between the skirt part and the air guide surface; the air outlet can change the area and the direction of the air outlet by means of the relative movement of the cover body and the air guide disc, so that the air outlet quantity and the air outlet direction can be adjusted.
In an embodiment, preferably, the support frame further fixes a control motor, which extends out of a drive shaft with a threaded section, the cover body is provided with a lateral rib, the rib is provided with a screw hole, and the drive shaft is in threaded connection with the screw hole, so that when the control motor drives the drive shaft to rotate, the cover body generates displacement relative to the air guiding disc.
In an embodiment, preferably, a plurality of guiding blocks are disposed on the air guiding surface of the air guiding disc, and each guiding block extends outward from the center of the air guiding surface in an arc shape.
In an embodiment, preferably, the cover body is provided with a plurality of air suction openings arranged at intervals in a fence shape.
In an embodiment, preferably, the air guiding plate is provided with a lamp.
The invention provides an air circulation device, which comprises a support frame fixed on a ceiling, a fan motor and a fan, wherein the fan motor is fixed on the support frame and connected with the fan; an air guide disc is arranged below the fan and is provided with an arc-shaped air guide surface facing the fan; the fan and the air guide disc are covered by a cover body, the bottom end of the cover body is provided with a skirt part which extends to the periphery of the air guide disc in an expanding way, an air guide space and an annular air outlet are formed between the skirt part and the air guide surface, and the area and the direction of the air outlet can be changed by the relative movement of the cover body and the air guide disc, so that the air outlet pressure and the air outlet direction can be adjusted.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air circulation device according to the present invention includes a support frame 1, which is configured with a plurality of rod bodies and plate bodies to form a stable structure for fixing a fan motor 2. The top end of the support frame 1 is provided with a top plate 11, and the top plate 11 can be locked on the ceiling 7 by using fixing elements such as screws, so that the support frame 1 can be fixedly arranged.
Accordingly, the fan motor 2 extends downward to form a transmission shaft 21 and is connected to a fan 3, so that the fan 3 can be driven to rotate and generate an air flow. The transmission shaft 21 is further connected to a wind guiding plate 4 downward after passing through the fan 3, wherein the wind guiding plate 4 has a wind guiding surface 41 facing the fan 3, and is formed in an arc shape and has an area larger than that of the fan 3. In the present embodiment, a lamp 42 may be further disposed at the bottom of the air guiding plate 4 to increase functionality and decoration.
The fan 3 and the air guiding plate 4 are further provided with a cover body 5, the upper end of the cover body is provided with a straight cylinder part 51 covering the support frame 1 and the fan 3, the cover body is provided with a plurality of fence-shaped air suction openings 511 which are arranged at intervals, the lower end of the cover body is provided with an expanded skirt part 52, and the skirt part 52 extends to the periphery of the air guiding plate 4 and covers the upper part of the air guiding plate 4. An air guiding space 43 is formed between the skirt portion 52 and the air guiding surface 41, and an annular air outlet 44 is formed in a gap between the peripheral edge of the skirt portion 52 and the peripheral edge of the air guiding plate 4. When the fan 3 rotates, the air current that is rolled enters the cover 5 from the air suction opening 511, passes through the fan 3, is blocked by the air guiding disc 4 downwards, flows laterally along the air guiding surface 41 in the air guiding space 43, and is then discharged from the air outlet 44.
In this embodiment, the air guiding surface 41 of the air guiding plate 4 is provided with a plurality of guiding blocks 45, and each guiding block 45 extends outward from the center of the air guiding surface 41 in an arc shape. Accordingly, the airflow flowing on the air guide surface 41 forms a whirling cyclone according to the shape of each guide block 45, and the speed of the airflow output from the air outlet 44 can be increased.
Furthermore, a control motor 6 is further fixed on the support frame 1 above the fan motor 2, and is provided with an upwardly extending driving shaft 61, wherein the driving shaft 61 has a threaded section 62; on the other hand, a rib 512 is disposed in the straight body portion 51 of the cover body 5 in a transverse direction, the rib 512 has a screw hole 513, and the driving shaft 61 is screwed into the screw hole 513.
In the above structure, since the control motor 6, the fan motor 2 and the support frame 1 are fixed to the ceiling 7, when the control motor 6 drives the driving shaft 61 to rotate, the ribs 512 will generate relative vertical displacement by the spiral action, thereby driving the cover 5 to move synchronously. The cover 5 is moved relative to the air guide plate 4 to change the area and direction of the air outlet 44 by the position of the skirt 52; in detail, as shown in fig. 2, when the air guiding plate 4 is closer to the skirt portion 52, the area of the air outlet 44 is smaller, and the air outlet direction is downward, and when the skirt portion 52 is far away from the air guiding plate 4, as shown in fig. 3, the area of the air outlet 44 is larger, and the air outlet direction is changed into a lateral direction. Accordingly, the control motor 6 can be operated to move the cover 5, so as to change the area and direction of the air outlet 44, further adjust the air outlet amount and the air outlet direction, and improve the blowing range.

Claims (5)
1. An air circulation device, comprising:
the fan motor is fixed on the supporting frame;
a fan connected to the fan motor;
the air guide disc is arranged below the fan; the air guide disc is provided with an arc-shaped air guide surface facing the fan;
the cover body is covered outside the fan and the air guide disc; the bottom end of the cover body is provided with a skirt part which extends to the periphery of the air guide disc in an expanding way, and an air guide space and an annular air outlet are formed between the skirt part and the air guide surface; the air outlet can change the area and the direction of the air outlet by means of the relative movement of the cover body and the air guide disc, so that the air outlet quantity and the air outlet direction can be adjusted.
2. The air circulation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support bracket further comprises a control motor extending from a threaded shaft, the housing has a lateral rib with a threaded hole, and the drive shaft is threadedly engaged with the threaded hole, so that the housing is displaced relative to the air guiding plate when the control motor drives the drive shaft to rotate.
3. The air circulation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guide plate has a plurality of guide blocks on its guide surface, each guide block extending outward in an arc from the center of the guide surface.
4. The air circulation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hood body is provided with a plurality of air suction ports spaced in a fence-like manner.
5. The air circulation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air guiding plate is provided with a lamp.
