The invention discloses extra-coarse machine-made sand pump concrete which is prepared by mixing the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 200-250 kg of cement, 100-120 kg of mineral powder, 100-130 kg of fly ash, 1080-1160 kg of fine aggregate, 620-640 kg of coarse aggregate, 170-180 kg of water and 9.4-11.2 kg of additive. The concrete is characterized in that fine aggregate is completely produced by adopting extra-coarse machine-made sand, the fineness modulus reaches 3.6-4.1, the sand rate exceeds 60%, the concrete is prepared by using a conventional cementing material, the mixing amount of mineral powder and fly ash exceeds 45%, the strength grade reaches C30 and above, the slump is larger than or equal to 200mm, the expansion degree is larger than or equal to 500mm, the working performance is good, and the pumping construction requirement of common concrete can be met. The application of the invention realizes the application of extra-coarse machine-made sand as the only fine aggregate in the pump concrete, and effectively relieves the pressure of shortage of medium sand resources at present.

The extra-coarse machine-made sand is used as the only fine aggregate to produce the pumping concrete, is easy to separate and bleed, and the stability of the mixture is poor, but under the condition that only extra-coarse machine-made sand is used as the fine aggregate, in order to ensure the pumping construction of the concrete, the extra-coarse machine-made sand pumping concrete with excellent performance needs to be developed.
