Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of robots, and particularly discloses a sewage filtering system and a floor washing robot. The sewage filtering system comprises a water tank, a sewage filtering filter element and a water supply filtering filter element; the sewage filtering filter element comprises a connecting seat, a filtering net, a settling chamber and a bottom cover; the sewage flowing from the connecting seat flows to the settling chamber through the filter screen; the bottom cover is connected with the settling chamber. According to the invention, the sewage filtering filter element with the precipitation function is additionally arranged in the sewage filtering system, silt passing through the sewage filtering filter element can be precipitated to the bottom of the sewage filtering filter element, so that the silt discharged into the water tank is reduced, the service life of the water supply filtering filter element is prolonged, the frequency of replacing the water supply filtering filter element is reduced, and the sewage filtering filter element can be repeatedly cleaned and used. Thereby improving the service life of the sewage filtering system, and saving the labor cost and the material use cost.

To the floor cleaning robot that uses sewage filtration system, the sewage of water tank dirt inlet filters the filter core and generally adopts full filter screen structure, and the water tank water supply mouth adopts disposable, the water supply of high accuracy to filter the filter core. The sewage of full filter screen structure filters the filter core and only can filter large granule impurity, and can't filter to tiny silt, and tiny silt can all discharge in the water tank. Because too much silt can influence the life who supplies water in the water tank and filter the filter core, so need frequently change the water supply filter core, increased human cost and consumptive material use cost.

In some embodiments, the filter screen is made of stainless steel; the filter screen is a cylindrical net structure with the precision of 1-2 mm.
In some embodiments, the settling chamber is stainless steel; the settling chamber is of a water tank structure.
In some embodiments, the base is a stainless steel material; the base is the detachable construction who takes the screw thread.
In some embodiments, the water supply port of the water supply filter cartridge faces the outside of the water tank; the sewage suction port of the sewage filtering filter element faces the upper part of the water tank.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Referring to FIG. 1, a sewage filtration system is shown according to one embodiment of the present invention. The sewage filtering system comprises a water tank 1, a sewage filtering filter element 2 and a water supply filtering filter element 3. A sewage filtering filter element 2 and a water supply filtering filter element 3 are arranged in the water tank 1. The sewage filtering filter element 2 is positioned above the water level in the water tank 1, the sewage filtering filter element 2 is vertically placed, and the sewage suction port of the sewage filtering filter element faces the upper part of the water tank 1. The water supply filtering filter element 3 is positioned below the water level in the water tank 1, and a distance exists between the water supply filtering filter element 3 and the bottom of the water tank 1, namely the water supply filtering filter element 3 keeps a certain distance from the bottom of the water tank 1, so that sludge and impurities precipitated at the bottom of the water tank are effectively prevented from directly blocking the filter element; the water supply filter element 3 is placed horizontally with its water supply opening facing the outside of the water tank 1.
Fig. 2 is a structural view of the sewage filter cartridge 2. The sewage filtering core 2 comprises a connecting seat 4, a filtering net 5, a settling chamber 6 and a bottom cover 7; the whole sewage filtering element 2 is made of stainless steel material. Specifically, the connecting seat 4 is made of stainless steel, and is in a wide-caliber and threaded structure, so that the sewage filtering filter element 2 can be conveniently and effectively connected with and detached from the sewage suction port; and the sewage suction port in the water tank 1 is connected with the sewage suction port through threads, so that the sewage suction port can be quickly detached. The sewage flows into the sewage filtering element 2 through the connecting seat 4. The filter screen 5 is made of stainless steel, specifically is a cylindrical net structure with the precision of 1 mm-2 mm, and is connected with the connecting seat 4 after being welded. The settling chamber 6 is made of stainless steel, is of a water tank structure and is connected with the filter screen 5 after being welded, so that the sediment with high density in the sewage is guaranteed to settle on the settling chamber, and the sewage with low density is discharged from the filter screen 5. The sewage flowing in from the connection base 4 flows into the settling chamber 6 through the filtering net 5. After the water of sedimentation chamber 6 is full, sewage can flow to water tank 1 from filter screen 5 above sedimentation chamber 6, and the silt that density is greater than water in impurity and the sewage that the granule is greater than 1mm ~ 2mm can precipitate in sedimentation chamber 6, has reduced the silt volume that flows into in water tank 1 to improved the life of water supply filter core 3, reduced the frequency that water supply filter core 3 changed. The bottom cover 7 is connected with the settling chamber 6 through threads, so that quick disassembly can be realized. When silt is too much in the settling chamber 6, the sewage filtering filter element 2 and the sewage suction port are quickly disassembled through threads, then the bottom cover 7 of the sewage filtering filter element 2 and the settling chamber 6 are quickly disassembled through threads, the silt in the sewage filtering filter element 2 is washed away by clear water, and the sewage filtering filter element 2 can be recycled, so that the service life of the sewage filtering filter element 2 is prolonged.
The sewage filter element is provided with the sewage settling chamber at the lower part, so that the sediment is settled and collected, the amount of sediment discharged into the water tank is reduced, the service life of the water supply filter element is prolonged, and the use frequency of replacing the water supply filter element is reduced. The whole stainless steel material that adopts of sewage filtration filter core, sewage settling chamber are circular basin structure, and the structure can be dismantled for the spiral fast to the bottom, and the silt of the settling chamber of being convenient for washs and reuse to improve the life of sewage filtration filter core.
The invention provides a floor washing robot which comprises the sewage filtering system.
According to the invention, the sewage filtering filter element with the precipitation function is additionally arranged in the sewage filtering system, silt passing through the sewage filtering filter element can be precipitated to the bottom of the sewage filtering filter element, so that the silt discharged into the water tank is reduced, the service life of the water supply filtering filter element is prolonged, the frequency of replacing the water supply filtering filter element is reduced, and the sewage filtering filter element can be repeatedly cleaned and used. Thereby improving the service life of the sewage filtering system, and saving the labor cost and the material use cost. The sewage filtering system can be better used in a floor washing robot. A sewage filtering system is characterized by comprising a water tank, a sewage filtering filter element and a water supply filtering filter element; the sewage filtering filter element and the water supply filtering filter element are arranged in the water tank; the sewage filtering filter element is vertically arranged above the water level in the water tank, the water supply filtering filter element is horizontally arranged below the water level in the water tank, and a gap is reserved between the water supply filtering filter element and the bottom of the water tank; the sewage filtering filter element comprises a connecting seat, a filtering net, a settling chamber and a bottom cover; the sewage flowing from the connecting seat flows to the settling chamber through the filter screen; the bottom cover is connected with the settling chamber.
2. The sewage filtration system of claim 1, wherein the connecting seat is made of stainless steel; the connecting seat is of a wide-caliber and threaded quick-connection structure.
3. The sewage filtration system of claim 1, wherein the filter screen is stainless steel; the filter screen is a cylindrical net structure with the precision of 1-2 mm.
4. The wastewater filtration system of claim 1, wherein the settling chamber is stainless steel; the settling chamber is of a water tank structure.
5. The sewage filtration system of claim 1, wherein the base is stainless steel; the base is the detachable construction who takes the screw thread.
6. The sewage filtration system of claim 1 wherein the water supply inlet of the water supply filter cartridge is directed to the outside of the water tank; the sewage suction port of the sewage filtering filter element faces the upper part of the water tank.
7. The sewage filtering system of claim 1, wherein the connecting seat of the sewage filtering filter element is detachable from the sewage suction port.
8. A floor washing robot, characterized in that it comprises a sewage filtration system according to any of claims 1-7.
