acquiring help-seeking characters; the help words are obtained by recognizing help voice conversion sent by passengers in the target car through a voice recognition unit in a digital display unit arranged in the target car;
and sending the help words to an Internet of things terminal so that the Internet of things terminal can send the help words to a rescue terminal.

receiving response words sent by the rescue terminal;
