Abstract
The invention discloses a device for lifting ship deck space utilization and an installation method thereof, wherein the device comprises a base, a U-shaped bracket, a sleeve, a saddle and steel pipe piles, the U-shaped bracket is of a box structure, the steel pipe piles are arranged in gaps among the steel pipe piles, the saddle and the side walls of the U-shaped bracket by utilizing the side space of the side, the steel pipe piles are arranged in a double-layer manner, the deck space utilization is expanded, and the transportation cost is reduced.

Technical Field

Background
In recent years, with increasing emphasis on environmental protection in China, offshore wind power is rapidly developed as a mature new energy technology, and the transportation efficiency of wind power infrastructure is a concern. In the offshore wind power generation foundation, the circular steel pipe pile is used as a main pile foundation form, the demand is large, but in order to save the cost, main wind power equipment such as blades, hubs and the like are often required to be arranged on a special transport ship (especially, the blades occupy large deck space), so how to fully utilize the deck space and reasonably arrange the steel pipe pile on the transport ship becomes a great problem.

The installation method of the device for lifting the deck space utilization of the ship is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: welding and fixing an outer toggle plate and a bottom backing plate of the base on a ship deck;
step 2: the sleeve is welded and fixed inside the U-shaped bracket, and the diameter of the sleeve is slightly larger than that of the base;
step 3: the sleeve is reversely embedded on the base in a sleeving and fixing mode, and the side plate and the bottom supporting tube of the U-shaped bracket are in rigid contact with the ship side;
step 4: hoisting a first steel pipe pile to the U-shaped bracket, and binding and fixing;
step 5: the saddle is of a structure with a wide bottom and a narrow top, is placed on the steel pipe pile, and is connected and fixed with the U-shaped bracket through a steel wire rope and a skid;
step 6: and hoisting the second steel pipe pile.
The invention has the advantages that: the steel pipe piles are arranged by utilizing the broadside space, so that double-layer arrangement of the steel pipe piles is realized, deck space utilization is expanded, and transportation cost is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the device for lifting the deck space utilization of a ship comprises a base 1, a U-shaped bracket 2, a sleeve 3, a saddle 4 and a steel pipe pile, wherein the U-shaped bracket 2 is of a box-shaped structure, the base 1 is formed by a circular pipe 11, an external toggle plate 5, a top sealing plate 12 and a bottom backing plate 6 through the bottom side surface and a bottom supporting pipe 14 in rigid contact with the ship side, the sleeve 3 is welded and fixed inside the U-shaped bracket 2, the sleeve 3 is sleeved on the circular pipe 11 of the base 1, the saddle 4 is arranged between the first steel pipe pile 8 and the second steel pipe pile 13, the saddle 4 is of a lower wide upper narrow structure, stability is ensured, the steel pipe pile is connected and fixed with the U-shaped bracket 2 through a steel wire rope 9 and a skid 10, and the skid 10 is arranged in a gap between the steel pipe pile, the saddle 4 and the side wall of the U-shaped bracket 2.
A method of installing a device for lifting the deck space utilization of a vessel, comprising the steps of:
step 1: welding and fixing the outer toggle plate 5 and the bottom backing plate 6 of the base 1 on the ship deck 7;
step 2: the sleeve 3 is welded and fixed in the U-shaped bracket 2, and the diameter of the sleeve is slightly larger than that of the base 1;
