Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of corrugated carton processing, in particular to a corrugated carton processing technology.
Background
Corrugated boxes are the most widely used packaging products, and have different effects according to different materials and different processing. For more than half a century, corrugated cartons gradually replace transport packaging containers such as wooden boxes and the like with excellent service performance and good processing performance, and become the leading force of transport packaging.
At present, in the process of processing the corrugated case, grooving treatment is needed firstly, then indentation treatment is carried out, and finally the corrugated case is manufactured by folding and bonding the case. However, the size of the slotted hole and the position of the slotted hole are difficult to adjust in the existing slotting machining process, the die replacement and the die adjustment are involved, and a large amount of time is wasted in the process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a corrugated carton processing technology for overcoming the defects of the prior art, and the corrugated carton processing technology can be used for slotting different corrugated boards through simple adjustment, so that the cost and the mould replacement time are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a corrugated carton processing technology comprises the following steps:
a. grooving: rolling the required slotted hole by adopting flat pressing slotting equipment according to a pattern required by product design;
b. line pressing: pressing line marks on the corrugated paper sheet by using a line pressing die so that the sheet can be bent and formed according to a preset position;
c. and (3) gluing the box: the second folding line and the first folding line on the left side and the right side are folded and formed by 180 degrees through an automatic box gluing machine, and then are fixed through a gluing device on the automatic box gluing machine;
wherein, the flat pressing slotting equipment in the step a comprises a machine body, a conveying device arranged on the machine body, a perforating device for corrugated cartons and a slotting device for corrugated cartons, the conveying device comprises a first conveying belt, a first elastic pressing roller positioned on the upper left of the first conveying belt, a second conveying belt parallel to the left of the first conveying belt, a third conveying belt parallel to the left of the second conveying belt, a second elastic pressing roller positioned on the upper right of the second conveying belt, a third elastic pressing roller positioned on the upper left of the second conveying belt, a fourth elastic pressing roller positioned on the upper right of the third conveying belt, and two connecting plates positioned between the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt, corrugated boards to be processed are placed on the first conveying belt, one end of the corrugated boards is attached to the frame in the machine body and is conveyed to the perforating device, the first elastic pressing roller presses the paper boards to a certain degree, the corrugated boards are conveyed to the second conveying belt after being perforated, the second elastic pressing roller and the third elastic pressing roller extrude the corrugated board to a certain extent and send the corrugated board to a slotting device, the corrugated board after die cutting is sent to a third conveying belt, and the fourth elastic pressing roller extrudes the corrugated board to a certain extent to finish the conveying work of the corrugated board; according to the corrugated board slotting device, the corrugated board is conveyed to the perforating device through the first conveying belt, the perforating distance of two symmetrical transverse holes in the corrugated board is controlled, the distance between two longitudinally adjacent holes and perforating are controlled through the perforating device, the corrugated board after perforating is conveyed to the second conveying belt, the perforating distance of two symmetrical transverse slotted holes in the corrugated board is controlled through the second conveying belt, the distance between two longitudinally adjacent slotted holes and slotting are controlled through the slotting device, the corrugated board after slotting is conveyed to the next process through the third conveying belt, slotting of different corrugated boards can be achieved through the perforating device and the slotting device, cost and die replacement time are reduced, and therefore production efficiency is improved.
Pressing lines on two layers of the corrugated board in the step b, wherein the indentation of the inner layer is larger than that of the outer layer; the phenomenon of restoration and reduction of the corrugated board inner layer indentation is avoided, so that the folding process of the carton is quicker, and meanwhile, the quality problem of the corrugated carton caused by tearing the outer layer is avoided.

The lower die comprises a hollow rotary drum, three planes which are distributed annularly are arranged on the outer side of the hollow rotary drum, a plurality of through holes are formed in each plane, a driven gear fixedly arranged at one end of the hollow rotary drum, a driving gear which is positioned below the driven gear and is meshed with the driven gear, a motor used for driving the driving gear to rotate, and a connecting piece which is arranged at the other end of the hollow rotary drum and is used for connecting waste absorbing and cutting materials, wherein holes in each plane are different in size so as to be matched with telescopic punching nails for use; the motor drives the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear rotates to drive the driven gear to rotate, the hollow rotary drum rotates, three planes on the hollow rotary drum are replaced, holes in the three planes correspond to steps on a telescopic rod on the telescopic punching nail, punched waste is located in the hollow rotary drum, the hollow rotary drum is communicated with the waste suction device through the connecting piece, and the waste in the hollow rotary drum is collected; different holes are formed in the hollow rotary drum according to the steps on the telescopic punching nail and are used for matching with the holes, so that burrs of the punched corrugated board are avoided, and the driven gear is driven to rotate through the rotation of the motor and the electric driving gear, so that the conversion of the holes in the hollow rotary drum is completed; the waste absorbing device is connected to the hollow rotary drum, so that waste accumulation is avoided.
The slotting device comprises a fixed seat fixedly arranged on the machine body, a plurality of groups of rotating wheel groups positioned at two ends of the fixed seat, a moving seat simultaneously positioned on the plurality of groups of rotating wheel groups, V-shaped blocks arranged at two ends of the moving seat and matched with the rotating wheel groups, a wave guide block arranged on the lower surface of the moving seat, a first wave roller and a second wave roller which are rotatably arranged on the fixed seat and meshed with the wave guide block, a slotting component fixedly arranged on the moving seat and a driving component for driving the moving seat to reciprocate, wherein the wave guide rod is movably arranged on the machine body; firstly, adjusting the moving distance of a driving assembly to a moving seat according to the width of a slot, wherein the slot assembly slots the corrugated board, the corrugated board is clamped by a second conveying belt and a third conveying belt and does not move in the moving process of the moving seat, and the slot assembly is pressed down twice to complete slot operation; through the V-arrangement piece on multiunit runner group and the removal seat, avoid removing about the seat and reciprocate, make and remove the seat and can remove along removing a seat direction, reduce the wearing and tearing that remove the seat removal in-process simultaneously, through first wave roller, second wave roller and the wave guide block who locates, make that remove the seat can be better remove along removing a seat direction.
The slotting component comprises two groups of hydraulic telescopic rods positioned on the upper surface of the movable seat, a fixed plate positioned between the two groups of hydraulic telescopic rods, a pressing seat which is positioned on the two groups of hydraulic telescopic rods and positioned above the fixed plate, three groups of movable block groups arranged in the pressing seat, a left curved knife and a right curved knife arranged on each group of movable block groups, a second telescopic material pushing rod positioned between the left curved knife and the right curved knife, a plurality of adjusting fixed holes arranged on the pressing seat, and an inserting rod arranged on the movable block groups, the fixed plate is provided with a plurality of slotted holes for allowing the left bent blade and the right bent blade to pass through the fixed plate, the moving block group is adjusted, the inserted bar is inserted into the adjusting fixed hole to fix the moving block group, after the moving block group is adjusted and fixed, the two groups of hydraulic telescopic rods are started simultaneously, the pressing seat moves downwards, the left bent blade and the right bent blade arranged on each group of moving block group move downwards, and the corrugated board is grooved; the corrugated board slotting is completed through the left bent knife and the right bent knife, and meanwhile, the resistance borne by the knife can be reduced, and the abrasion of the knife is reduced; the slotting position is adjusted by moving the moving block group, and the fixing of the moving block group is completed by the inserted link; make through hydraulic telescoping rod and press the seat to reciprocate, make left side tulwar and right tulwar reciprocate, accomplish the fluting operation, the width that left side tulwar and right tulwar add cooperates with the slotted hole of fixed plate, avoids fluting back corrugated container board to produce deckle edge, controls corrugated container board grooved width through drive assembly at last.
The driving assembly comprises a hydraulic cylinder fixedly arranged on the machine body, a limiting plate arranged on the moving seat, a first step seat positioned on the hydraulic cylinder, a second step seat symmetrically arranged with the first step seat, and two groups of adjusting pieces arranged on the limiting plate, wherein each adjusting piece comprises a clamping seat fixedly arranged on the limiting plate, a fixed column positioned in the middle of the clamping seat, a moving column penetrating through the fixed column, fixing strips with different lengths on the annularly-distributed moving column, a spring sleeved on the fixed column, and a wrench arranged on the moving column; pulling the wrench and rotating the moving column, adjusting the position of the fixing strip as required, starting the hydraulic cylinder to drive the first step seat and the second step seat to move simultaneously, and driving the limiting plate to move, so that the moving seat is driven to move, and the moving seat is moved; through the pulling spanner, make the removal post break away from the restriction of cassette, make the removal post can rotate, accomplish the change of different fixed strip, through the spring, make the removal seat playback, the cassette is fixed to the removal post again, avoid moving the rotation of in-process removal post, first step seat of rethread and second step seat cooperate with its fixed strip, through changing different fixed strips, when making the pneumatic cylinder drive first step seat and second step seat and remove the same distance, the distance that promotes the limiting plate and remove is different, thereby make the difference that removes a moving distance, can adjust according to the corrugated box slot width of different specifications.
The invention has the following advantages: through perforating device and fluting device, can reduce cost and mould change time to the fluting of different corrugated container boards to improve production efficiency.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
A corrugated carton processing technology comprises the following steps:
a. grooving: rolling the required slotted hole by adopting flat pressing slotting equipment according to a pattern required by product design;
b. line pressing: pressing line marks on the corrugated paper sheet by using a line pressing die so that the sheet can be bent and formed according to a preset position;
c. and (3) gluing the box: the second folding line and the first folding line on the left side and the right side are folded and formed by 180 degrees through an automatic box gluing machine, and then are fixed through a gluing device on the automatic box gluing machine;
as shown in fig. 1-13, the flat-pressing slotting device in step a includes a machine body 1, a conveying device 2 disposed on the machine body, a punching device 3 for corrugated cases, and a slotting device 4 for corrugated cases, where the conveying device 2 includes a first conveying belt 21, a first elastic pressing roller 22 disposed on the upper left of the first conveying belt, a second conveying belt 23 parallel to the left of the first conveying belt, a third conveying belt 24 parallel to the left of the second conveying belt, a second elastic pressing roller 25 disposed on the upper right of the second conveying belt, a third elastic pressing roller 26 disposed on the upper left of the second conveying belt, a fourth elastic pressing roller 27 disposed on the upper right of the third conveying belt, and two connecting plates 28 disposed between the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt, where a corrugated board to be processed is placed on the first conveying belt, where one end of the corrugated board is delivered to the punching device by abutting against the inner frame of the machine body, the first elastic pressing roller presses the paper board to a, the corrugated board is conveyed to the second conveying belt after being punched, the second elastic pressing roller and the third elastic pressing roller extrude the paper board to a certain degree and convey the paper board to the slotting device, the corrugated board after being die-cut is conveyed to the third conveying belt, and the fourth elastic pressing roller extrudes the corrugated board to a certain degree to complete the conveying work of the corrugated board.
The punching device 3 comprises a base 31 fixedly arranged on a machine body, a plurality of telescopic punching nails 32 arranged on the base, a pressing block 33 positioned right above the base, a sliding block groove 34 arranged on the pressing block, three groups of sliding block groups 35 arranged in the sliding block groove, a pressing nail 39 arranged on the sliding block group, a plurality of limiting holes 36 arranged on the pressing block, hydraulic lifting rods 37 arranged at two ends of the pressing block and a lower die used for matching with the telescopic punching nails to punch holes, wherein the telescopic punching nails comprise hollow shells 321, telescopic rods 322 penetrating through the hollow shells, pressure springs 323 sleeved on the telescopic rods, a plurality of steps 324 fixedly arranged on the telescopic rods and first telescopic pushing rods 325 arranged at the lower ends of the telescopic rods; remove three slider groups of group, the pressure nail corresponds the flexible nail that dashes that needs to push down, and the lifter starts, drives the briquetting and moves down to the pressure nail promotes flexible nail that dashes and moves down, punches corrugated container board, adjusts the lifter distance that moves down, and the step on the telescopic link that the flexible nail that dashes punches the hole of equidimension not.
The lower die comprises a hollow rotary drum 381, three planes 382 which are distributed annularly are arranged on the outer side of the hollow rotary drum, a plurality of through holes 383 are arranged on each plane, a driven gear 384 which is fixedly arranged at one end of the hollow rotary drum, a driving gear 385 which is positioned below the driven gear and is meshed with the driven gear, a motor 386 which is used for driving the driving gear to rotate, and a connecting piece 387 which is arranged at the other end of the hollow rotary drum and is used for connecting waste sucking cutting materials, wherein the size of the holes on each plane is different so as to be matched with telescopic punching nails for use; the motor drives the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear rotates to drive the driven gear to rotate, the hollow rotary drum rotates, three planes on the hollow rotary drum are changed, holes in the three planes correspond to steps on a telescopic rod on the telescopic punching nail, punched waste is located in the hollow rotary drum, and the connecting piece enables the hollow rotary drum to be communicated with the waste suction device to collect waste in the hollow rotary drum.
The slotting device 4 comprises a fixed seat 41 fixedly arranged on the machine body, a plurality of groups of rotating wheel groups 42 positioned at two ends of the fixed seat, a moving seat 43 simultaneously positioned on the plurality of groups of rotating wheel groups, V-shaped blocks 44 arranged at two ends of the moving seat and matched with the rotating wheel groups, a wave guide block 45 arranged on the lower surface of the moving seat, a first wave roller 46 and a second wave roller which are rotatably arranged on the fixed seat and meshed with the wave guide block, a slotting component fixedly arranged on the moving seat and a driving component 49 for driving the moving seat to reciprocate, wherein the wave guide rod is movably arranged on the machine body; firstly, the moving distance of the driving assembly to the moving seat is adjusted according to the width of the groove, the groove forming assembly performs groove forming on the corrugated board, the corrugated board is clamped by the second conveying belt and the third conveying belt and does not move in the moving process of the moving seat, and the groove forming assembly performs groove forming operation by pressing down twice.
The slotting component comprises two groups of hydraulic telescopic rods 481 which are positioned on the upper surface of the moving seat, a fixing plate 482 which is positioned between the two groups of hydraulic telescopic rods, a pressing seat 483 which is positioned on the two groups of hydraulic telescopic rods and is positioned above the fixing plate, three groups of moving block groups 484 which are arranged in the pressing seat, a left curved knife 485 and a right curved knife 486 which are arranged on each group of moving block groups, a second telescopic pushing rod 487 which is positioned between the left curved knife and the right curved knife, a plurality of adjusting fixing holes 488 which are arranged on the pressing seat, and an inserting rod 489 which is arranged on the moving block groups, the corrugated board slotting device is characterized in that a plurality of slotted holes are formed in the fixed plate, the left bent knife and the right bent knife can penetrate through the fixed plate to adjust the movable block group, the inserted bar is inserted into the adjusting fixed hole to fix the movable block group, the two groups of hydraulic telescopic rods are started simultaneously after the movable block group is adjusted and fixed, the pressing seat moves downwards, the left bent knife and the right bent knife which are arranged on each group of movable block group move downwards, and slotting of the corrugated board is completed.
The driving assembly 49 comprises a hydraulic cylinder 491 fixedly arranged on the machine body, a limit plate 492 arranged on the moving seat, a first step seat 493 positioned on the hydraulic cylinder, a second step seat 494 symmetrically arranged with the first step seat, and two groups of adjusting pieces 495 arranged on the limit plate, wherein the adjusting pieces comprise a clamping seat 4951 fixedly arranged on the limit plate, a fixed column 4952 positioned in the middle of the clamping seat, a moving column 4953 penetrating the fixed column, fixed strips 4954 with different lengths on the annularly distributed moving columns, a spring 4955 sleeved on the fixed column, and a wrench 4956 arranged on the moving column, the limit plate is positioned between the first step seat and the second step seat, and the fixed strips are matched with the first step seat and the second adjusting seat; pulling spanner and rotating the removal post, adjusting the fixed strip position as required, the pneumatic cylinder starts, drives first step seat and second step seat and removes simultaneously, drives the limiting plate and removes to the removal of drive removal seat is accomplished the removal of removing the seat.
