Cartons are commonly used as outer articles for the wrapping of goods or for the protection of articles, and are a very widely used packaging article. In the production process of the carton, assembling traces need to be pressed on the paperboard, and the folding and assembling of the carton are carried out when the carton is convenient to use. In the traditional carton production, a plurality of steps are required, and a plurality of faces forming the carton need to be cut on a paperboard; and then pressing the indentation, thereby facilitating the subsequent assembly. However, the existing indentation mode is realized by pressing the pressing block, but practice proves that the indentation of the paperboard is easy to reset, and is not beneficial to subsequent carton assembly.

The bottom of the supporting plate 3 is fixed with an air suction box 10, the top of the air suction box 10 is opened, and the top of the air suction box 10 is attached to the upper part of the processing conveyor belt 2. The processing conveyer belt 2 is provided with a plurality of air suction holes 11, the air suction part communicated with the air suction box 10 is an exhaust fan 13, air is sucked through the exhaust fan 13, and external air can be sucked through the air suction holes 11, so that the paperboard is tightly attached to the processing conveyer belt 2.

And in the whole process, the operation of the exhaust fan 13 can suck air through the air suction holes 11, so that the paper board can be tightly sucked on the processing conveyor belt 2, the paper board can be ensured to be stable in the processing process, the cutting and creasing precision is ensured, and the processing precision of the carton is higher.
After the slots 9 and the indentations are cut in the cardboard, the cardboard will form an unfolded carton, and the carton will be formed after being assembled, but for the convenience of transportation, the cardboard will be generally unfolded for transportation and then assembled when in use.
After cutting and indentation are accomplished, processing conveyer belt 2 lasts the transportation to the cardboard to remove to the below of drying cabinet 12, recycle the air exhauster 13 with gaseous leading-in drying cabinet 12 in, can accomplish the drying to the carton, avoid the carton to soak the condition appearance that easily takes place the damage.
Because pay-off conveyer belt 1 can continuously to processing 2 upward transport feeder boards of conveyer belt, consequently can be continuous process the carton to realize quick production carton.
