In addition, the eye protection liquid medicine or the traditional Chinese medicine eye patch provided by the invention is applied to preparing a product for preventing and treating myopia. And the application in preventing and treating myopia, which also belongs to the protection scope of the invention.
The use method of the traditional Chinese medicine wet tissue is to wipe the periphery of eyes. The swab can be gently wiped 5-10 times as required.
The traditional Chinese medicine wet tissue provided by the invention can relieve insufficient tear secretion, tonify liver and kidney, nourish blood and improve eyesight, has obvious curative effects on relieving eye fatigue, dryness, swelling, blurred vision and other symptoms, and has important application value.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples. The method is a conventional method unless otherwise specified. The starting materials are commercially available from the open literature unless otherwise specified. The parts described in the following examples are all parts by mass unless otherwise specified. The Chinese medicinal materials used in the following examples were purchased from Beijing Hoorentang drugstore.
Example 1
The liquid part of the traditional Chinese medicine wet tissue is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of prepared rhizome of rehmannia, 15 parts of medlar, 10 parts of chrysanthemum, 12 parts of dogwood, 12 parts of yam, 10 parts of tuckahoe and 15 parts of butterflybush flower. According to the proportion, the wet tissue provided by the invention can tonify liver and kidney, nourish blood and improve eyesight.
Auxiliary materials: 2 parts of borneol, 20 parts of ethanol water solution with the mass percentage concentration of 75 +/-5 percent and 500 parts of purified water. The amount of purified water is the total amount of water used in the soaking, boiling and decocting steps of the method.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine wet tissue comprises the following steps:
soaking the traditional Chinese medicines in cold water for 30min before decocting, adding the 15 parts of radix rehmanniae Preparata, 15 parts of fructus Lycii, 10 parts of flos Chrysanthemi, 12 parts of Corni fructus, 12 parts of rhizoma Dioscoreae, 10 parts of Poria and 15 parts of flos Buddlejae into purified water, heating to boil, decocting with slow fire for 30min, cooling, and filtering to obtain traditional Chinese medicine liquid; dissolving Borneolum Syntheticum with ethanol, adding the Chinese medicinal liquid, and filtering to obtain eye protecting liquid; and soaking the non-woven fabrics in the eye protection liquid medicine, and putting the non-woven fabrics into a bag for sealing after the non-woven fabrics are fully absorbed to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine wet tissue.
The efficacy of the wet tissue of the traditional Chinese medicine obtained in example 1 of the present invention is further demonstrated by the efficacy test.
In the test, 12 volunteers lightly wipe the periphery of eyes 5-10 times by using the wet tissue.
Symptoms are: all 12 volunteers had eye sensitivity to external stimuli, photophobia, aversion to wind, viscous secretion, foreign body sensation, itching, dryness, congestion, and red swelling.
The curative effect standard is as follows: the volunteer complaints were used to determine the extent of relief (effective, ineffective) and the feeling of the symptoms after wiping.
Wherein, the judgment criteria of the effect, the effectiveness and the ineffectiveness are as follows:
the effect is shown: after being wiped, the eye feels cool, the circumference of the eye is comfortable, and the eyes are bright;
the method has the following advantages: after being wiped, the eye mask feels cool and is comfortable around eyes;
and (4) invalidation: the eyes do not feel cool after being wiped, and no obvious feeling is generated around the eyes;
the results are shown in Table 1;
