Abstract
The invention provides a zeolite toothpaste abrasive and a preparation method thereof, wherein zeolite ore, wax and pigment are used as raw materials, the zeolite ore is subjected to elutriation, dry grinding, oxalic acid modification, washing to neutrality, drying and processing to prepare powder, the powder zeolite ore is mixed with the wax and the pigment, heated and melted, and finally the mixture is prepared into a paste abrasive. The zeolite mineral powder and the wax are fused together, and the selective permeability of molecules between the zeolite mineral powder and the wax is enhanced through a special treatment process (electrode treatment), so that the molecules of the zeolite mineral powder and the wax are fused to form new molecules with excellent characteristics, and the chemical and physical properties of the new molecules are optimal.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of components and preparation of toothpaste abrasives, in particular to a zeolite toothpaste abrasive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The components of the toothpaste mainly comprise: abrasives, foaming agents, humectants, thickeners, preservatives, fragrances, sweeteners and water. Wherein, the abrasive is an essential component in the formula of the toothpaste, and generally accounts for 20 to 50 percent. The abrasive agent of the toothpaste is used for removing dirt and colored substances attached to the surfaces of teeth during the use process. Currently, more and more reports and studies indicate that the incidence of wedge-shaped defects in teeth of people with brushing habits is much higher than that of people without brushing. Studies have shown that toothpastes containing too hard abrasives as well as those containing harsh abrasives wear the dentin severely and can even result in dentin exposure and allergic reactions. Therefore, toothpastes made with abrasives such as silica, aluminum hydroxide, calcium carbonate, etc. create a contradiction between the maintenance of oral hygiene and tooth safety for people who have a brushing habit. Therefore, a new technical scheme needs to be researched to solve the problem that the existing technical scheme is repeated and difficult to eradicate; in addition, in order to improve the acne removing effect, chemical raw materials with skin stimulation are often added, and the acne is aggravated after the soap product is used for a long time. For this reason, a corresponding technical scheme needs to be designed for solution.

Aiming at the defects, the invention aims to provide the zeolite toothpaste abrasive and the preparation method thereof, solves the problems of the background technology and meets the requirements of practical application.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a zeolite abrasive for toothpaste is prepared from zeolite ore through elutriating, pulverizing, modifying with oxalic acid, washing to neutrality, drying, processing to obtain powder, mixing with wax and pigment, heating for fusing, and mixing with said powder.
As an improvement of the technical scheme, the wax is one or more of beeswax, Chinese wax, spermaceti wax, lacca wax, wood wax, palm wax, candelilla wax, rice bran wax, sugar cane wax, paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, ozokerite and montan wax.
As an improvement of the technical scheme, the pigment is one or more of alkannin, carotene, lycopene, capsorubin, capsanthin, curcumin, lutein, zeaxanthin, gardenia yellow pigment, chlorophyll and indigo.
As an improvement of the technical scheme, the preparation method of the zeolite toothpaste abrasive comprises the following steps:
step 1: elutriating, drying and crushing the zeolite ore to 350-450 meshes;
step 2: modifying the crushed zeolite ore, dissolving the crushed zeolite ore by adopting an oxalic acid solution, soaking for 2 hours at room temperature, and then washing until the solution is neutral;
and step 3: placing the wax in a temperature-controlled feeding barrel, heating to a molten state, then adding the pigment and the neutral solution obtained in the step (2) into the molten liquid, and stirring to form uniform molten liquid;
and 4, step 4: and (3) carrying out electrode treatment on the uniform molten liquid prepared in the step (3), wherein the electrode treatment steps are as follows: carrying out electrode treatment on the uniform molten liquid once every 3 minutes, adjusting the pH value to 6.9-7.1, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a paste;
the electrode treatment is to place the mixed reaction melt in a lower electrode medium of a plasma device with the voltage of 24kV, the current of 1.6mA and the gap of 3 mm;
and 5: opening a discharge valve of the temperature control charging barrel, spraying the uniformly mixed melt liquid through a centrifugal nozzle unit, condensing and forming small spherical particles in the sprayed small liquid drops in air, and collecting to obtain a crude product;
step 6: and (4) screening the coarse product by using a screen to obtain a finished product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the zeolite mineral powder has good cohesiveness, adsorptivity and retention effect, has no side effect, solves the problem of air leakage and dry-up of the toothpaste for a long time, and improves the quality of the toothpaste.
(2) The waxy particles have no damage to teeth due to the specific hardness and smoothness, have good friction performance, and can remove dirt and colored substances on the surfaces of the teeth; in addition, wax can remain a layer of wax film on teeth after being rubbed, the wax film has stable chemical property, can play a certain role in protecting the teeth, has good polishing effect, can make the surfaces of the teeth cleaner, safe and nontoxic.
(3) The zeolite mineral powder and the wax are fused together, and the selective permeability of molecules between the zeolite mineral powder and the wax is enhanced through a special treatment process (electrode treatment), so that the molecules of the zeolite mineral powder and the wax are fused to form new molecules with excellent characteristics, and the chemical and physical properties of the new molecules are optimal.

Example 1:

step 1: elutriating, drying and crushing the zeolite ore to 350-450 meshes;
step 2: modifying the crushed zeolite ore, dissolving the crushed zeolite ore by adopting an oxalic acid solution, soaking for 2 hours at room temperature, and then washing until the solution is neutral;
and step 3: putting the palm wax into a temperature-controlled feeding barrel, heating to a molten state, then adding the alkannin, the carotene and the neutral solution obtained in the step (2) into the molten liquid, and stirring to form uniform molten liquid;
and 4, step 4: and (3) carrying out electrode treatment on the uniform molten liquid prepared in the step (3), wherein the electrode treatment steps are as follows: carrying out electrode treatment on the uniform molten liquid once every 3 minutes, adjusting the pH value to 6.9, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a paste;

and step 3: putting the palm wax, the candelilla wax and the sugarcane wax into a temperature control feeding barrel, heating to a molten state, then adding the curcumin, the lutein, the zeaxanthin and the neutral solution obtained in the step (2) into the molten liquid, and stirring to form uniform molten liquid;
and 4, step 4: and (3) carrying out electrode treatment on the uniform molten liquid prepared in the step (3), wherein the electrode treatment steps are as follows: carrying out electrode treatment on the uniform molten liquid once every 3 minutes, adjusting the pH value to 7.0, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a paste;

step 2: modifying the crushed zeolite ore, dissolving the crushed zeolite ore by adopting an oxalic acid solution, soaking for 2 hours at room temperature, and then washing until the solution is neutral;
and step 3: placing brown rice bran wax, sugarcane wax, paraffin and microcrystalline wax in a temperature control feeding barrel, heating to a molten state, then adding lycopene, capsorubin, capsanthin and the neutral solution obtained in the step (2) into the molten liquid, and stirring to form uniform molten liquid;
and 4, step 4: and (3) carrying out electrode treatment on the uniform molten liquid prepared in the step (3), wherein the electrode treatment steps are as follows: carrying out electrode treatment on the uniform molten liquid once every 3 minutes, adjusting the pH value to 7.1, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a paste;

The toothpaste abrasives obtained from each of the above examples were tested for performance (once daily for each of the morning and evening teeth), and the detailed results are shown in the following table.

A zeolite toothpaste abrasive is characterized in that: the method comprises the steps of taking zeolite ore, wax and pigment as raw materials, elutriating, dry crushing, oxalic acid modifying, washing to be neutral, drying and processing the zeolite ore to be powder, mixing the powder zeolite ore with the wax and the pigment, heating and melting the mixture, and finally mixing the mixture to be pasty friction agent.

4. The method for preparing a zeolite toothpaste abrasive according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the steps of: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
step 1: elutriating, drying and crushing the zeolite ore to 350-450 meshes;
step 2: modifying the crushed zeolite ore, dissolving the crushed zeolite ore by adopting an oxalic acid solution, soaking for 2 hours at room temperature, and then washing until the solution is neutral;
