Another preferred embodiment is: as shown in fig. 3, the gear box 6 includes a box body 6a, a narrow gear set 6b rotatably disposed in the box body 6a and composed of a plurality of gears meshed with each other and disposed up and down, and a gear 5 located above the narrow gear set 6b and meshed with the uppermost narrow gear, wherein the gear 5 is wider than the narrow gear set 6b and the narrow gear set 6b is located on one side of the gear 5, and a rack 8 penetrates through the box body 6a and is located on the other side below the gear 5. The narrow gear set 6b which is arranged up and down and is formed by a plurality of narrow gears which are mutually meshed is adopted, the power transmission distance is prolonged, the power arranged below the movable bed 10 can be smoothly transmitted to the transmission gear 14 of the clutch 13 at the side surface of the movable bed 10 which is higher, so that the transmission belt 9 can be smoothly driven to move, and simultaneously, the gravity center of the movable bed 10 relative to the rack 8 is also lowered, so that the movable bed 10 can stably move. A rolling limit roller 15 is provided in the case 6a below the rack bar 8 to position the gear box 6 on the rack bar 8 and smoothly move forward and backward along the rack bar 8, thereby preventing the movable bed 10 fixedly connected to the frame constituted by the movable beam 1, the gear box 6, and the gear box 6 from falling off the bed frame 7.
