Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of food, in particular to a composition helpful for regulating body fat and a preparation method thereof. The composition helpful for regulating body fat comprises the following components in parts by weight: 28-42 parts of ginger, 28-42 parts of hot pepper, 16-24 parts of black pepper, 4-6 parts of black bean, 4-6 parts of corn stigma, 4-6 parts of coix seed and 1.6-2.4 parts of poria cocos. Through the cooperation of the components, the obtained tablet has better lipid-lowering effect and can improve the immunity of the organism.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food, in particular to a composition helpful for regulating body fat and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, the nutrient intake of certain people can exceed the standard, and further the body fat is too high. The incidence rate of diabetes patients can be increased for patients with high body fat, and the longer the body fat is generated, the higher the probability of diabetes patients is; atherosclerosis is easy to occur due to overhigh body fat, and cerebral vessels of the atherosclerosis are hard and brittle and are easy to rupture under the action of hypertension, so that cerebral hemorrhage is caused and even life is threatened; hypertension is also easily caused by excess body fat; moreover, the person with high body fat often suffers from eczema which causes red itching due to rashes and is often found in wrinkles of the skin such as the head, armpits, and thighs, and pregnancy-like striae, called obesity striae, are often found in the waist, thighs, etc. and are caused by the rupture of the dermis when the dermis grows rapidly.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

The ginger contains gingerol which is specially used for promoting the secretion of norepinephrine, has the effects of warming blood and activating blood, improving blood circulation, relieving menstrual discomfort, enhancing immunity, promoting digestion, resisting oxidation and inhibiting tumors. The invention adopts a proper amount of ginger powder to match with other components, and can further play the roles of reducing fat and improving the immunity of the organism.
In one embodiment, the ginger powder is 28 to 42 parts by weight, and 29 parts, 30 parts, 31 parts, 32 parts, 33 parts, 34 parts, 35 parts, 36 parts, 37 parts, 38 parts, 39 parts, 40 parts or 41 parts by weight can be selected.
Capsaicin in capsicum can stimulate body to burn fat and generate heat, and induce white fat cell (energy storage) to convert brown fat cell (energy supply) to generate heat. The invention adopts a proper amount of chilli powder to improve the cardiac function and obviously reduce the blood sugar.

The invention adopts a proper amount of black beans, has the effects of promoting diuresis and removing toxicity, can inhibit lipogenesis, and the coumarin also has the effects of anticoagulation and blood circulation promotion.

Poria has effects in inducing diuresis, relieving swelling, stopping nocturnal emission, tranquilizing mind, and strengthening spleen and stomach. Poria cocos, is a key herb for inducing diuresis and excreting dampness, but with mild properties and without damaging healthy qi. It can be used in combination with other syndromes of dysuria and retention of water-dampness, such as cold-dampness, damp-heat, spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation. It can improve immunity: poria has a certain effect of resisting oxidation and eliminating free radicals, and is clinically used for treating esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, tongue cancer, breast cancer, bladder cancer and lung cancer. It has blood pressure lowering effect: in the aspect of metabolism, the tuckahoe has the function of reducing blood sugar because of regulating the electrolyte balance of the body, and can also inhibit and change the permeability of capillaries so as to play a certain role of reducing blood pressure. According to the invention, ginger powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, black bean powder, corn stigma powder, coix seed powder, poria cocos powder, a filling agent, a disintegrating agent, an acidity regulator and a flow aid are premixed and stirred for 15-25 min, so that the uniformity of a mixed material is improved, a lubricating agent is added for mixing and stirring, the uniformity of the mixed material is further improved, the uniformity of tabletting is improved, and the appearance of the tablet is improved.

Preferably, the preparation method of the composition for regulating body fat further comprises the coating operation;
preferably, the method of coating comprises the steps of:
heating the plain tablets obtained by tabletting in a coating machine until the temperature of the tablet cores of the plain tablets is 35-42 ℃ for coating;
more preferably, the rotating speed in the coating process is 2-6r/min, and the time is 2-3 h.
The tabletted core must be dried uniformly and the moisture content strictly controlled. If the core dries unevenly, the local barrier layer can deliquesce and thus lead to a flower tablet. And the excessive water content easily causes the deliquescence of the isolating layer, reduces the isolating effect, and causes the core of the tablet to absorb moisture and mildew or expand the tablet to burst. The coated tablets are required to be dried to a moisture content of no more than 5%. The temperature of the plain tablet core is 35-42 ℃ which is more beneficial to coating.
In one embodiment, the coating is performed until the temperature of the plain tablet core is 35-42 ℃, and 36 ℃, 37 ℃, 38 ℃, 39 ℃, 40 ℃ or 41 ℃ can be selected.
In one embodiment, the rotating speed in the coating process is 2-6r/min, and 3r/min, 4r/min or 5r/min can be selected.
In one embodiment, the time in the coating process is 2-3h, and 2.1h, 2.2h, 2.3h, 2.4h, 2.5h, 2.6h, 2.7h, 2.8h or 2.9h can be selected.
Preferably, the coating mass of the composition for regulating body fat is 2.5-3.1% of the mass of the plain tablets;
preferably, the coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
8-15 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1.2-3 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.2-1.8 parts of pullulan and 0.06-0.09 part of lake;
more preferably, the lake comprises at least one of carmine aluminum lake, erythrosine aluminum lake, and allura red aluminum lake.
In one embodiment, the coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
8-15 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1.2-3 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.2-1.8 parts of pullulan, 0.024-0.036 part of carmine aluminum lake, 0.012-0.018 part of erythrosine aluminum lake and 0.024-0.036 part of allura red aluminum lake.
The coating operation comprises the following specific steps: and (3) adding 100-165 parts by weight of solvent (30% alcohol and 70% water) into each component of the coating, and stirring for 45-60 min. Then adding the plain tablets into a coating machine, heating the plain tablets, keeping the tablet cores at about 35-42 ℃ for spraying coating, and performing 2-6 revolutions per minute for about 2-3 hours.
Preferably, the moisture content of the feedstock does not exceed 5%.
The raw materials are respectively sieved by a 20-mesh sieve, except the resistant dextrin. If the water content of the raw material is too high, the raw material can be dried, and the water content is controlled to be less than or equal to 5 percent.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for preparing the composition for helping to regulate body fat comprises the following steps:
(a) preparing raw materials: the raw materials are respectively sieved by a 20-mesh sieve, except the resistant dextrin. If the water content of the raw material is too high, drying can be carried out, and the water content is controlled not to exceed 5%; weighing: accurately weighing the raw materials according to the requirements, weighing the raw materials by one person, and rechecking by one person;
(b) mixing: 28-42 parts of ginger powder, 28-42 parts of chilli powder, 16-24 parts of black pepper powder, 4-6 parts of black bean powder, 4-6 parts of corn stigma powder, 4-6 parts of coix seed powder, 16-24 parts of poria cocos powder, 58.4-87.6 parts of resistant dextrin, 192-288 parts of maltitol, 44-66 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 4-6 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 1.6-3.2 parts of silicon dioxide and 2.4-3.6 parts of DL-malic acid are put into a mixing tank, mixed for 15-25 min, then 0.4-0.6 part of magnesium stearate is added, and mixed and stirred for 3-6 min;
(c) tabletting: and (5) slicing the semi-finished product, wherein the specification is 0.49 g/slice. The weight range is 0.48-0.51g, the average is more than or equal to 0.49g, the test frequency is as follows: once for 30 minutes. The hardness is more than 9kg, the friability test is qualified, and the test frequency is as follows: every 30 minutes;
(d) coating: adding a certain amount of solvent (30% alcohol and 70% water) into the compound colorant, and stirring for 45-60 minutes. Then adding the plain tablets into a coating machine, heating the plain tablets, keeping the tablet cores at about 35-42 ℃ for spraying and coating, wherein the rotating speed is 2-6r/min, and the time is 2-3h (the coating temperature and the rotating speed are based on that the plain tablets are not sticky);
(e) taking out of the pot: after the coating process is finished, taking out the tablet core after the temperature of the tablet core is reduced to 30-36 ℃, and making corresponding production records by production personnel in the production process;
(f) and (6) inspection: picking out defective products such as broken tablet, unfilled corner, and flower piece by visual inspection;
(g) filling (split charging): firstly, a package of desiccant is placed in the bottle, then a plurality of bottles are placed, 60 pieces are placed in each bottle, and the bottle is capped by screwing.
(h) Metal detection: performing metal detection on each bottle of semi-finished product from the previous step without alarming;
(i) packaging: electromagnetically capping and then packaging as required.
The color of the composition which is prepared by the invention and is beneficial to adjusting body fat is light red to red, has no peculiar smell, is solid, loose, compact in section, non-adhesive, has no visible foreign matters with normal vision, has uniform state and standard colony detection: total number of colonies: n is 5, c is 2, m is 104CFU/ml,M=105CFU/ml; coliform group bacteria: n is 5, c is 2, M is 10CFU/ml, M is 102CFU/ml. Composition helping to regulate body fat loss on drying (g/100 g): less than or equal to 5.0; hardness (Kg): not less than 9; friability (%): less than or equal to 1.

Example 1
The composition for regulating body fat comprises the following components in parts by weight:
28 parts of ginger powder, 28 parts of chilli powder, 16 parts of black pepper powder, 4 parts of black bean powder, 4 parts of corn stigma powder, 4 parts of coix seed powder, 16 parts of poria cocos powder, 58.4 parts of resistant dextrin, 192 parts of maltitol, 66 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 4 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 1.6 parts of silicon dioxide, 2.4 parts of DL-malic acid, 0.4 part of magnesium stearate and 12 parts of coating.
The coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
12 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1.5 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.6 parts of pullulan, 0.028 part of carmine aluminum lake, 0.018 part of erythrosine aluminum lake and 0.036 part of allura red aluminum lake.
The preparation method of the composition for regulating body fat comprises the following steps:
(a) preparing raw materials: the raw materials are respectively sieved by a 20-mesh sieve, except the resistant dextrin. (d) coating: a certain amount of solvent (30% alcohol, 70% water) was added to each coating component, and stirred for 45 minutes. (e) taking out of the pot: after the coating process is finished, taking out the tablet core after the temperature of the tablet core is reduced to 30 ℃, and making corresponding production records by production personnel in the production process;
(f) and (6) inspection: picking out defective products such as broken tablet, unfilled corner, and flower piece by visual inspection;
(g) filling (split charging): firstly, a package of desiccant is placed in the bottle, then a plurality of bottles are placed, 60 pieces are placed in each bottle, and the bottle is capped by screwing.

42 parts of ginger powder, 42 parts of chilli powder, 24 parts of black pepper powder, 6 parts of black bean powder, 6 parts of corn stigma powder, 6 parts of coix seed powder, 24 parts of poria cocos powder, 87.6 parts of resistant dextrin, 288 parts of maltitol, 66 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 6 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 3.2 parts of silicon dioxide, 3.6 parts of DL-malic acid, 0.6 part of magnesium stearate and 18 parts of coating;
the coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 2 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.5 parts of pullulan, 0.03 part of carmine aluminum lake, 0.015 part of erythrosine aluminum lake and 0.03 part of allura red aluminum lake.
The preparation method of the composition for regulating body fat comprises the following steps:
(a) preparing raw materials: the raw materials are respectively sieved by a 20-mesh sieve, except the resistant dextrin. If the water content of the raw material is too high, drying can be carried out, and the water content is controlled not to exceed 5%; weighing: accurately weighing the raw materials according to the requirements, weighing the raw materials by one person, and rechecking by one person;

(c) tabletting: and (5) slicing the semi-finished product, wherein the specification is 0.49 g/slice. The weight range is 0.48-0.51g, the test frequency is as follows: once for 30 minutes. The hardness is more than 9kg, the friability test is qualified, and the test frequency is as follows: every 30 minutes;
(d) coating: the coated jar was added to a defined amount of solvent (30% alcohol, 70% water) and stirred for 60 minutes. Then adding the plain tablets into a coating machine, heating the plain tablets, keeping the tablet cores at about 40 ℃ for spraying and coating, wherein the rotating speed is 6r/min, and the time is 2.5h (the coating temperature and the rotating speed are based on that the plain tablets are not sticky); the coating mass of the composition for regulating body fat is 2.8 percent of the mass of the plain tablets;
(e) taking out of the pot: after the coating process is finished, taking out the tablet core after the temperature of the tablet core is reduced to 30-36 ℃, and making corresponding production records by production personnel in the production process;
(f) and (6) inspection: picking out defective products such as broken tablet, unfilled corner, and flower piece by visual inspection;
(g) filling (split charging): firstly, a package of desiccant is placed in the bottle, then a plurality of bottles are placed, 60 pieces are placed in each bottle, and the bottle is capped by screwing.

30 parts of ginger powder, 35 parts of chilli powder, 18 parts of black pepper powder, 4.5 parts of black bean powder, 5.5 parts of corn stigma powder, 5 parts of coix seed powder, 19 parts of poria cocos powder, 65 parts of resistant dextrin, 210 parts of maltitol, 48 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 4.6 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 1.9 parts of silicon dioxide, 3.1 parts of DL-malic acid, 0.48 part of magnesium stearate and 14 parts of coating;
the coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
8 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1.2 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.2 parts of pullulan, 0.036 part of carmine aluminum lake, 0.012 part of erythrosine aluminum lake and 0.024 part of allura red aluminum lake.
A method of preparing a composition useful for modulating body fat comprising the steps of:
(a) preparing raw materials: the raw materials are respectively sieved by a 20-mesh sieve, except the resistant dextrin. If the water content of the raw material is too high, drying can be carried out, and the water content is controlled not to exceed 5%; weighing: accurately weighing the raw materials according to the requirements, weighing the raw materials by one person, and rechecking by one person;
(b) mixing: adding ginger powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, black bean powder, corn stigma powder, coix seed powder, poria cocos powder, resistant dextrin, maltitol, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and DL-malic acid into a mixing barrel, mixing for 15min, adding magnesium stearate, mixing and stirring for 4 min;
(c) tabletting: and (5) slicing the semi-finished product, wherein the specification is 0.49 g/slice. The weight range is 0.48-0.51g, the test frequency is as follows: once for 30 minutes. The hardness is more than 9kg, the friability test is qualified, and the test frequency is as follows: every 30 minutes;
(d) coating: a defined amount of solvent (30% ethanol, 70% water) was added to each of the coating components and stirred for 55 minutes. Then adding the plain tablets into a coating machine, heating the plain tablets, keeping the tablet cores at about 40 ℃ for spraying and coating, wherein the rotating speed is 5r/min, and the time is 2.6h (the coating temperature and the rotating speed are based on that the plain tablets are not sticky); the coating mass of the composition for regulating body fat is 2.5 percent of the mass of the plain tablets;
(e) taking out of the pot: after the coating process is finished, taking out the tablet core after the temperature of the tablet core is reduced to 30-36 ℃, and making corresponding production records by production personnel in the production process;
(f) and (6) inspection: picking out defective products such as broken tablet, unfilled corner, and flower piece by visual inspection;
(g) filling (split charging): firstly, a package of desiccant is placed in the bottle, then a plurality of bottles are placed, 60 pieces are placed in each bottle, and the bottle is capped by screwing.

38 parts of ginger powder, 30 parts of chilli powder, 23 parts of black pepper powder, 5.5 parts of black bean powder, 4.6 parts of corn stigma powder, 4.3 parts of coix seed powder, 21 parts of tuckahoe powder, 70 parts of resistant dextrin, 220 parts of maltitol, 50 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 5.3 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 2.3 parts of silicon dioxide, 2.9 parts of DL-malic acid, 0.5 part of magnesium stearate and 16 parts of coating;
the coating composition was the same as in example 1.
The composition for regulating body fat was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.

Claims (10)
1. The composition for helping to regulate body fat is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
28-42 parts of ginger, 28-42 parts of hot pepper, 16-24 parts of black pepper, 4-6 parts of black bean, 4-6 parts of corn stigma, 4-6 parts of coix seed and 1.6-2.4 parts of poria cocos.
2. The composition for aiding in the regulation of body fat according to claim 1, further comprising excipients and/or flavoring agents;
preferably, the excipient comprises at least one of a filler, a glidant, a disintegrant, and a lubricant;
preferably, the flavoring agent is an acidulant;
more preferably, the acidulant comprises at least one of DL-malic acid, citric acid and sodium citrate;
more preferably, the sour agent is 2.4-3.6 parts by weight.
3. The composition for helping to adjust body fat according to claim 2, which comprises 192-288 parts by weight of a filler;
preferably, the bulking agent comprises maltitol and/or resistant dextrin;
preferably, the glidant comprises 1.6-3.2 parts by weight of a glidant;
preferably, the glidant comprises silicon dioxide and/or talc.
4. The composition for helping to adjust body fat according to claim 2, which is characterized by comprising 44.5-67 parts by weight of disintegrant;
preferably, the disintegrant comprises propyl methyl cellulose and/or microcrystalline cellulose;
preferably, the lubricant comprises 4-6 parts by weight of lubricant;
preferably, the lubricant comprises magnesium stearate.
5. The composition for assisting in regulating body fat according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the composition is in a solid preparation form;
preferably, the solid preparation is any one of a tablet, a capsule or a granule;
more preferably, the solid formulation is a tablet.
6. A method for preparing a composition for helping to regulate body fat according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises the following steps:
the components are mixed evenly in a powder form.

The method of claim 6, wherein the mixing comprises the steps of: mixing and stirring ginger powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, black bean powder, corn stigma powder, coix seed powder, poria cocos powder, a filling agent, a disintegrating agent, an acidity regulator and a flow aid for 15-25 min, adding a lubricating agent, mixing and stirring for 3-6 min;
preferably, after the uniform mixing, the method further comprises a tabletting treatment.
8. The method for preparing a composition for regulating body fat according to claim 6 or 7, further comprising a coating operation;
preferably, the method of coating comprises the steps of:
heating the plain tablets obtained by tabletting in a coating machine until the temperature of the tablet cores of the plain tablets is 35-42 ℃ for coating;
more preferably, the rotating speed in the coating process is 2-6r/min, and the time is 2-3 h.
9. The method for preparing the composition for regulating body fat as claimed in claim 8, wherein the coating mass of the composition for regulating body fat is 2.5-3.1% of the mass of the plain tablet;
preferably, the coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:

10. A method of preparing a composition useful for regulating body fat as claimed in claim 6, wherein the water content of the raw material is not more than 5%.
