Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a monitoring system and a monitoring method for online bid evaluation, which can solve the problem that supervision of online bid evaluation cannot be realized in the conventional bid evaluation supervision mode under the condition that personnel are inconvenient to gather. The application provides the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, a monitoring system for online bid evaluation is provided, the system comprises a monitoring device, an online bid evaluation device, a monitoring device and a sight line synchronization device, wherein the online bid evaluation device, the monitoring device and the sight line synchronization device are respectively connected with the monitoring device in a communication manner;
the online bid evaluation equipment is used for providing an online bid evaluation function for a bid evaluation user; acquiring first screen data of current equipment; sending the first screen data to the supervising device;
the monitoring equipment is used for collecting the current bid evaluation environment data of the bid evaluation user; sending the current evaluation environment data to the supervision equipment;
the sight line synchronization equipment is used for synchronously acquiring sight line scene images including the current sight line range of the evaluation user; sending the sight-line scene image to the supervising device;
the supervising device is used for receiving the first screen data and the sight line scene image; determining whether the bid evaluation user executes an event unrelated to bid evaluation according to the first screen data and the sight line scene image; receiving the current bid evaluation environment data; determining whether other users exist in the current bid evaluation environment according to the current bid evaluation environment data; and outputting an abnormal bid evaluation alarm when the bid evaluation user executes events irrelevant to bid evaluation or other users exist in the current bid evaluation environment.
Optionally, the sight line synchronization device is glasses with an image acquisition assembly.
Optionally, the monitoring device is a mobile terminal provided with an image acquisition assembly;
the monitoring equipment is also used for acquiring second screen data of the current equipment; sending the second screen data to the supervising device;
the supervising device is further used for receiving the second screen data; and determining whether the bid evaluation user executes an event unrelated to bid evaluation according to the second screen data.
Optionally, the monitoring device is configured to:
calling the image acquisition assembly to acquire the current bid evaluation environment data;
and calling a screen recording component to acquire the second screen data.
Optionally, the monitoring device is further configured to:
before the second screen data are collected, calling the image collection assembly to collect the face image of the appraising user;
identifying the face image;
and starting a monitoring function when the identification is passed.
Optionally, the supervisory device is configured to:
determining whether the monitoring equipment is executing instant messaging or starting an evaluation irrelevant webpage according to the second screen data;
and when the monitoring equipment is determined to be executing instant messaging or starting an evaluation irrelevant webpage, determining that the evaluation user executes an event irrelevant to evaluation.
Optionally, the supervisory device is configured to:
determining whether the online bid evaluation device is executing instant messaging or starting a bid evaluation irrelevant webpage according to the first screen data;
and when the online bid evaluation device is determined to be executing instant messaging or starting a bid evaluation irrelevant webpage, determining that the bid evaluation user is executing an event irrelevant to bid evaluation.
Optionally, the supervisory device is configured to:
determining whether the bid evaluation user watches an unrelated bid evaluation object according to the sight scene image;
and when the fact that the time length that the bid evaluation user watches the bid evaluation irrelevant object reaches the preset time length is determined, the fact that the bid evaluation user executes the bid evaluation irrelevant event is determined.
In a second aspect, a monitoring method for online bid evaluation is provided, and is used in the monitoring device provided in the first aspect, the method includes:
receiving first screen data sent by online bid evaluation equipment;
receiving a sight scene image sent by sight synchronization equipment;
determining whether the bid evaluation user executes an event unrelated to bid evaluation according to the first screen data and the sight line scene image;
receiving current bid evaluation environment data sent by monitoring equipment;
determining whether other users exist in the current bid evaluation environment according to the current bid evaluation environment data;
and outputting an abnormal bid evaluation alarm when the bid evaluation user executes events irrelevant to bid evaluation or other users exist in the current bid evaluation environment.
Optionally, the monitoring device is a mobile terminal provided with an image acquisition assembly; the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving second screen data sent by the monitoring equipment;
and determining whether the bid evaluation user executes an event unrelated to bid evaluation according to the second screen data.
In a third aspect, a monitoring device for online bid evaluation is provided, the device comprising a processor and a memory; the memory stores a program, and the program is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the monitoring method for online commentary.
The beneficial effect of this application lies in: providing an online bid evaluation function for a bid evaluation user through online bid evaluation equipment; acquiring first screen data of current equipment; sending the first screen data to a supervising device; the monitoring equipment collects current bid evaluation environment data of a bid evaluation user; sending the current bid evaluation environment data to a monitoring device; the sight line synchronization equipment synchronously acquires sight line scene images including the current sight line range of the evaluation user; sending the sight scene image to a monitoring device; the monitoring equipment determines whether the bid evaluation user executes an event unrelated to bid evaluation according to the first screen data and the sight scene image; determining whether other users exist in the current bid evaluation environment according to the current bid evaluation environment data; when the evaluation user executes the events which are not related to evaluation or other users exist in the current evaluation environment, outputting an evaluation abnormal alarm; the problem that in the existing bid evaluation supervision mode, on-line bid evaluation supervision cannot be achieved under the condition that personnel are inconvenient to gather can be solved; because the bid evaluation users can be comprehensively monitored in the independent bid evaluation scene by cooperating with various devices, the online bid evaluation supervision under the condition of personnel dispersion can be realized, and the supervision effectiveness can be ensured.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present application will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the present application but are not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a monitoring system for online commentary provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the system at least includes: the system comprises a monitoring device 1, an online evaluation device 2, a monitoring device 3 and a sight line synchronization device 4, wherein the online evaluation device 2, the monitoring device 3 and the sight line synchronization device 4 are respectively connected with the monitoring device 1 in a communication mode.
The online bid evaluation device 2 is a device used by a bid evaluation user when evaluating a bid. Alternatively, the online bid evaluation device 2 may be a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or other terminal with processing capability.
In the application, the online bid evaluation device 2 is provided with a screen recording component, and the screen recording component is used for collecting screen data. Specifically, the online bid evaluation device 2 is used for providing an online bid evaluation function for a bid evaluation user; acquiring first screen data of current equipment; the first screen data is transmitted to the supervisory device 1.
The monitoring device 3 refers to a device for monitoring the current bid evaluation environment of the bid evaluation user. Optionally, an image acquisition component and a screen recording component are installed in the monitoring device 3. The monitoring device 3 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a portable notebook, etc., and the present embodiment does not limit the type of the monitoring device 3.
Specifically, the monitoring device 3 is configured to collect current bid evaluation environment data of the bid evaluation user; and sending the current bid evaluation environment data to the monitoring device 1.
Optionally, the monitoring device 3 is further configured to collect second screen data of the current device; the second screen data is transmitted to the supervisory device 1.
In particular, the monitoring device 3 is configured to: calling an image acquisition component to acquire current evaluation environment data; and calling the screen recording component to acquire second screen data.
Optionally, monitoring software is installed in the monitoring device 3, and the monitoring software has a function of calling the image acquisition component and the screen recording component. When the bid evaluation user needs to evaluate the bid on line, starting the monitoring software; the monitoring software calls an image acquisition component to acquire a face image of the evaluation user; identifying the face image; and starting a monitoring function when the identification is passed. The monitoring function is a function of collecting current evaluation environment data and second screen data.
Optionally, the monitoring software acquires template images of each bid evaluation user participating in bid evaluation in advance, compares the acquired face image with the template images, and if the face image is consistent with one of the template images, the face image passes the identification; and if the template images are inconsistent with all the template images, the identification fails.
The sight line synchronization equipment 4 is used for synchronously acquiring sight line scene images including the current sight line range of the appraising user; and transmits the sight-line scene image to the supervisory device 1. Optionally, the sight line synchronization device 4 is installed with glasses of an image capture component, so that after the evaluation user wears the glasses, sight line scene images in front of the sight line can be captured through the image capture component. That is, a sight-line scene image including the current sight line range of the comment target user.
Of course, based on the same principle, the sight line synchronization device 4 may also be implemented as a cap or the like mounted with an image capture component, that is, the capture range of the image capture component may be synchronized with the sight line range, and the implementation manner of the sight line synchronization device 4 is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, the above monitoring software is also installed in the sight line synchronization device 4. When the bid evaluation user needs to evaluate the bid on line, starting the monitoring software; the monitoring software calls an image acquisition component in the sight line synchronization equipment 4 to acquire a face image of the evaluation user; identifying the face image; the sight line synchronization function is activated when the pass is recognized.
The supervisory device 1 refers to a device used by a supervisor. Alternatively, the supervising device 1 may be a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet or the like terminal with processing capabilities.
The supervising device 1 is used for receiving first screen data and a sight scene image; determining whether the bid evaluation user executes an event unrelated to bid evaluation according to the first screen data and the sight scene image; receiving current evaluation environment data; determining whether other users exist in the current bid evaluation environment according to the current bid evaluation environment data; and outputting an abnormal bid evaluation alarm when the bid evaluation user executes events irrelevant to bid evaluation or other users exist in the current bid evaluation environment.
The bid evaluation abnormal alarm is used for indicating that the bid evaluation user executes events irrelevant to bid evaluation or other users exist in the current bid evaluation environment.
It should be added that when the supervising device 1 does not receive data transmitted by any one or more of the online bid evaluation device 2, the monitoring device 3, and the line-of-sight synchronization device 4, an environmental abnormality alarm is output. The environmental anomaly alarm is used to indicate the presence of an unactuated device.
In one example, the supervising device 1 determines whether the online bid evaluation device is performing instant messaging or starting a bid evaluation irrelevant web page according to the first screen data; and when the online bid evaluation device is determined to be executing the instant messaging or starting the bid evaluation irrelevant webpage, determining that the bid evaluation user is executing the bid evaluation irrelevant event.
In yet another example, the supervising device 1 determines whether the comment user is viewing a comment unrelated object from the sight-line scene image; and when the time length for the bid evaluation user to watch the bid evaluation irrelevant object reaches the preset time length, determining that the bid evaluation user executes an event irrelevant to bid evaluation.
The preset duration may be 5s, 2s, and the like, and the value of the preset duration is not limited in this embodiment.
In yet another example, if the monitoring device 3 also sends the second screen data to the supervising device 1, the supervising device 1 is also configured to receive the second screen data; and determining whether the bid evaluation user executes the event unrelated to bid evaluation according to the second screen data.
Specifically, the monitoring device 1 determines whether the monitoring device is performing instant messaging or starting a bid evaluation irrelevant web page according to the second screen data; and when the monitoring equipment is determined to execute the instant messaging or start the evaluation irrelevant webpage, determining that the evaluation irrelevant event is executed by the evaluation user.
In summary, the online bid evaluation monitoring system provided in this embodiment provides an online bid evaluation function for the bid evaluation user through the online bid evaluation device; acquiring first screen data of current equipment; sending the first screen data to a supervising device; the monitoring equipment collects current bid evaluation environment data of a bid evaluation user; sending the current bid evaluation environment data to a monitoring device; the sight line synchronization equipment synchronously acquires sight line scene images including the current sight line range of the evaluation user; sending the sight scene image to a monitoring device; the monitoring equipment determines whether the bid evaluation user executes an event unrelated to bid evaluation according to the first screen data and the sight scene image; determining whether other users exist in the current bid evaluation environment according to the current bid evaluation environment data; when the execution of an event unrelated to bid evaluation by the bid evaluation user or the existence of other users in the current bid evaluation environment is determined, outputting a bid evaluation abnormal alarm; the problem that in the existing bid evaluation supervision mode, on-line bid evaluation supervision cannot be achieved under the condition that personnel are inconvenient to gather can be solved; because the bid evaluation users can be comprehensively monitored in the independent bid evaluation scene by cooperating with various devices, the online bid evaluation supervision under the condition of personnel dispersion can be realized, and the supervision effectiveness can be ensured.
In addition, second screen data are collected through the monitoring equipment and sent to the monitoring equipment; the monitoring equipment determines whether the bid evaluation user executes an event unrelated to bid evaluation according to the second screen data; the service condition of the monitoring equipment can be monitored, and the effectiveness of the evaluation environment is guaranteed.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a monitoring method for online bid evaluation according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to the monitoring system for online bid evaluation shown in fig. 1, and an execution subject of each step is described as an example of the monitoring device 1 in the system. The method at least comprises the following steps:
step 201, receiving first screen data sent by an online bid evaluation device;
step 202, receiving a sight scene image sent by sight synchronization equipment;
step 203, determining whether the bid evaluation user executes an event unrelated to bid evaluation according to the first screen data and the sight scene image;
step 204, receiving current bid evaluation environment data sent by the monitoring equipment;
step 205, determining whether other users exist in the current bid evaluation environment according to the current bid evaluation environment data;
and step 206, outputting an abnormal bid evaluation alarm when the bid evaluation user executes the events unrelated to bid evaluation or other users exist in the current bid evaluation environment.
Optionally, before step 206, further comprising:
step 207, receiving second screen data sent by the monitoring equipment;
and step 208, determining whether the bid evaluation user executes an event which is not related to bid evaluation according to the second screen data.
For relevant details reference is made to the system embodiments described above.
Optionally, steps 201, 202, 204, and 207 may be executed simultaneously or sequentially, and the execution order of steps 201, 202, 204, and 207 is not limited in this embodiment. In addition, steps 203, 205, and 208 may be executed simultaneously or sequentially, and the execution order of steps 203, 205, and 208 is not limited in this embodiment.
In summary, in the monitoring method for online bid evaluation provided by this embodiment, the first screen data sent by the online bid evaluation device is received; receiving a sight scene image sent by sight synchronization equipment; determining whether the bid evaluation user executes an event unrelated to bid evaluation according to the first screen data and the sight scene image; receiving current bid evaluation environment data sent by monitoring equipment; determining whether other users exist in the current bid evaluation environment according to the current bid evaluation environment data; when the execution of an event unrelated to bid evaluation by the bid evaluation user or the existence of other users in the current bid evaluation environment is determined, outputting a bid evaluation abnormal alarm; the method can solve the problem that the supervision of online bid evaluation cannot be realized under the condition that personnel are inconvenient to gather in the conventional bid evaluation supervision mode; because the bid evaluation users can be comprehensively monitored in the independent bid evaluation scene by cooperating with various devices, the online bid evaluation supervision under the condition of personnel dispersion can be realized, and the supervision effectiveness can be ensured.
In addition, second screen data are collected through the monitoring equipment and sent to the monitoring equipment; the monitoring equipment determines whether the bid evaluation user executes an event unrelated to bid evaluation according to the second screen data; the service condition of the monitoring equipment can be monitored, and the effectiveness of the evaluation environment is guaranteed.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of an online bid evaluation monitoring apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus may be a monitoring device 1, an online bid evaluation device 2, a monitoring device 3, or a line-of-sight synchronization device 4, which are respectively connected to the monitoring device 1 in a communication manner. The apparatus comprises at least a processor 301 and a memory 302.
Processor 301 may include one or more processing cores, such as: 4 core processors, 8 core processors, etc. The processor 301 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of a DSP (Digital Signal Processing), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), and a PLA (Programmable Logic Array). The processor 301 may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, where the main processor is a processor for Processing data in an awake state, and is also called a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 301 may be integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which is responsible for rendering and drawing the content required to be displayed on the display screen. In some embodiments, the processor 301 may further include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing computing operations related to machine learning.
Memory 302 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. Memory 302 may also include high speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in memory 302 is used to store at least one instruction for execution by processor 301 to implement the monitoring method for online commentary provided by various embodiments herein. Such as: when the monitoring equipment for online bid evaluation is the monitoring equipment 1, the monitoring method for online bid evaluation executed by the monitoring equipment 1 is realized; when the monitoring equipment for online bid evaluation is the online bid evaluation equipment 2, the monitoring method for online bid evaluation executed by the online bid evaluation equipment 2 is realized; when the monitoring equipment for online bid evaluation is the monitoring equipment 3, the monitoring method for online bid evaluation executed by the monitoring equipment 3 is realized; when the monitoring device for online bid evaluation is the sight line synchronization device 4, the monitoring method for online bid evaluation executed by the sight line synchronization device 4 is realized.
In some embodiments, the monitoring device for online bid evaluation may further include: a peripheral interface and at least one peripheral. The processor 301, memory 302 and peripheral interface may be connected by bus or signal lines. Each peripheral may be connected to the peripheral interface via a bus, signal line, or circuit board. Illustratively, peripheral devices include, but are not limited to: radio frequency circuit, touch display screen, audio circuit, power supply, etc.
Of course, the monitoring device for online bid evaluation may also include fewer or more components, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a program is stored, and the program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the monitoring method for online commentary on subject of the above-mentioned method embodiment.
Optionally, the present application further provides a computer product, which includes a computer-readable storage medium, where a program is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and the program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the monitoring method for online commentary of the above-mentioned method embodiment.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
