The first band combination is derived from the target band combination in the first priority range. For example, if the first priority range includes 4 priorities, and the target frequency bands corresponding to the priorities are 30,2,14, and 4, respectively, then 2 target frequency bands from the 4 target frequency bands may be selected to obtain the first frequency band combination, or 3 target frequency bands from the 4 target frequency bands may be selected to obtain the first frequency band combination, or 4 target frequency bands may be selected to obtain the first frequency band combination. In addition, the target frequency band may be combined with itself to obtain the first frequency band combination. For example, the resulting first frequency band of 30 and 30 is combined (30, 30).
And S304, selecting and combining the target frequency bands from the target frequency bands corresponding to the second priority range and the target frequency bands corresponding to the first priority range to obtain a second frequency band combination.
Specifically, the second priority range is determined according to the priority of each target frequency band in the target frequency band set. Several priorities can be selected from the priorities corresponding to the target frequency bands to obtain a second priority range. The priority in the second priority range is different from the priority in the first priority range. The second frequency band combination is obtained by combining the target frequency band corresponding to the first priority range and the target frequency band corresponding to the second priority range.
In some embodiments, when the priority corresponding to the first priority range is higher than the priority corresponding to the second priority range and the number of bands in the first band combination is the same as the number of bands in the second band combination, the target order of the first band combination precedes the target order of the second band combination. The priority corresponding to the first priority range is higher than the priority corresponding to the second priority range, which means that the priorities in the first priority range are all higher than the priorities in the second priority range. For example, the first priority range is [1,4], the corresponding target frequency bands are 30,2,14 and 4 in order, the second priority range is [5,6], the corresponding target frequency bands are 66 and 5 in order, and the lower the number represents the higher the priority, the higher the priority corresponding to the first priority range [1,4] is than the priority corresponding to the second priority range [5,6], the resulting first frequency band combination may be (30,2, 14), the resulting second frequency band combination may be (30,2, 66), and the target order of (30,2, 14) precedes the target order of (30,2, 66).
In the above embodiment, when the priority corresponding to the first priority range is higher than the priority corresponding to the second priority range, and the number of frequency bands in the first frequency band combination is the same as the number of frequency bands in the second frequency band combination, the target sequence of the first frequency band combination is before the target sequence of the second frequency band combination, so that the frequency band combination obtained by reporting the target frequency band with the higher priority can be considered preferentially under the condition that the number of frequency bands is the same, thereby improving the reporting effectiveness of the frequency band combination.
In some embodiments, the target band combination includes a third band combination, and selecting a target band from the target band set for combination to obtain the target band combination includes: and selecting the target frequency bands from the target frequency bands corresponding to the third priority range and the target frequency bands corresponding to the first priority range for combination to obtain a third frequency band combination.
Specifically, the third priority range is determined according to the priority of each target frequency band in the target frequency band set. A plurality of priorities can be selected from the priorities corresponding to the target frequency bands to obtain a third priority range. At least one target frequency band can be selected from the target frequency bands corresponding to the first priority range and combined with the target frequency band corresponding to the third priority range, so as to obtain a third frequency band combination. For example, the third priority range is [7], the corresponding target frequency band is 17, and the third frequency band combination may be (30,2, 17).
In some embodiments, when the priority corresponding to the second priority range is higher than the priority corresponding to the third priority range, and the number of bands in the third band combination is the same as the number of bands in the second band combination, the target order of the second band combination precedes the target order of the third band combination. For example, the second priority range [5,6] corresponds to a higher priority than the third priority range [7], the number of bands in the third band combination (30,2,17) and the second band combination (30,2, 66) is the same, and the target order of (30,2, 66) precedes the target order of (30,2, 17).
In the above embodiment, when the priority corresponding to the second priority range is higher than the priority corresponding to the third priority range, and the number of the frequency bands in the third frequency band combination is the same as the number of the frequency bands in the second frequency band combination, the target sequence of the second frequency band combination is before the target sequence of the third frequency band combination, so that the frequency band combination obtained by reporting the target frequency band with the higher priority can be considered preferentially under the condition that the number of the frequency bands is the same, and the reporting effectiveness of the frequency band combination is improved.
In some embodiments, the target frequency band combination includes a fourth frequency band combination and a fifth frequency band combination, as shown in fig. 4, the step S204 of selecting a target frequency band from the target frequency band set for combination, and obtaining the target frequency band combination includes:
s402, acquiring the target frequency bands with the priority higher than the preset priority from the target frequency band set to form a first sub-frequency band set.
Specifically, the set of subbands is a proper subset of the set of target bands, i.e., the number of target bands in the set of subbands is smaller than the number of target bands in the set of target bands. The preset priority may be a preset priority. When the target band set is {30,2,14,4,66,5,17,12,29}, and the predetermined priority is 9 according to the priority ranking, the resulting subband set is {30,2,14,4,66,5,17,12 }.
S404, acquiring a complementary set of the target frequency band set and the first frequency sub-band set to obtain a second frequency sub-band set.
Specifically, let S be a set, and a be a subset of S, the set consisting of all elements in S that do not belong to a is called the absolute complement of subset a in S. Thus, the second set of subbands may be obtained by obtaining target bands that belong to the target set of bands but do not belong to the first set of subbands. The first subband set is obtained by acquiring the target frequency bands with the priority higher than the preset priority from the target frequency band set. Therefore, the priority corresponding to the target frequency band in the first set of sub-frequency bands is greater than the priority corresponding to the target frequency band in the second set of sub-frequency bands.
S406, a first number of target frequency bands are selected from the first set of frequency sub-bands to be combined, so as to obtain a fourth frequency band combination.
S408, selecting and combining target frequency bands from the first subband set and the second subband set to obtain a fifth frequency band combination.
In particular, the first number as well as the second number may be a self-defined number, such as 3, 4 or 5.
Step S206 is to send a target report message carrying the target frequency band combination to the communication relay device, including:
s410, send a target report message carrying a fourth frequency band combination and a fifth frequency band combination to the communication relay device, where a target sequence of the fourth frequency band combination is before a target sequence of the fifth frequency band combination.
Specifically, the target order corresponding to each fourth frequency band combination has precedence over each fifth frequency band combination.
In the above embodiment, the target sequence of the fourth frequency band combination obtained according to the first frequency sub-band set is set before the target sequence of the fifth frequency band combination obtained according to the second frequency sub-band set, and the frequency band combinations obtained by reporting different numbers of higher priority target frequency bands may be considered preferentially, and the frequency band combinations obtained by reporting lower priority target frequency bands may be considered further, for example, the frequency band combination obtained by reporting 5 higher priority target frequency band combinations may be selected preferentially, and the frequency band combination obtained by reporting 3 lower priority target frequency band combinations may be considered further. Therefore, under the condition that the space of the target report message is limited, the situation that no space is added into the high-order frequency band combination (or referred to as high-order carrier aggregation) in the target report message due to the excessive number of the low-order frequency band combinations can be avoided. Therefore, the successful reporting of the high-order carrier aggregation is ensured, and the effectiveness of the carrier combination reporting is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the step S206 of sending the target report message carrying the target frequency band combination to the communication relay device includes:
s502, acquiring a preset reporting quantity threshold value.
Specifically, the preset reporting number threshold may be a self-defined threshold, or may be determined according to the number of frequency band combinations that can be carried by the target reporting message, for example, the preset reporting number threshold may be equal to or less than the number of frequency band combinations that can be carried by the target reporting message.
S504, adding the target frequency band combination with the target sequence less than or equal to the preset reporting number threshold value into the initial reporting message to obtain the target reporting message.
Specifically, since the size of the space of the report message corresponding to the terminal is limited, when the number of the target frequency bands exceeds the number that can be carried by the report message, the report message cannot add all the target frequency bands to the report message, and only a part of the target frequency bands can be selected to be added to the report message. Since the smaller the target sequence is, the earlier the reporting sequence is, the target frequency band combination with the target sequence less than or equal to the preset reporting number threshold value can be added to the initial reporting message to obtain the target reporting message.
S506, sending the target report message to the communication transfer equipment.
Specifically, the initial report message refers to a target report message corresponding to the target frequency band that has not been added.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the step S202 of acquiring the target frequency band set includes:
and S602, receiving a report request message, wherein the report request message carries a reference frequency band set, reference frequency bands in the reference frequency band set are frequency bands supported by corresponding operators, and the reference frequency bands in the reference frequency band set correspondingly have priorities.
In particular, the reference bands in the set of reference bands may be prioritized. For example, the reference bands in the reference band set may be ordered from high to low by priority. Of course, other ordering schemes may be used without limitation.
S604, acquiring a candidate frequency band set, wherein the candidate frequency band set is obtained according to the searched frequency band.
And S606, intersecting the reference frequency band set and the candidate frequency band set to obtain a target frequency band set.
Specifically, the frequency band searched by the terminal, i.e., the frequency band that the terminal can utilize, may be different from the set of reference frequency bands transmitted to the terminal by the base station. Therefore, all candidate bands in the candidate band set are not necessarily included in the reference band set. For example, the reference band set is {30,2,14,4,66,5,17,12,29}, and the candidate band set is {30,10,14,4,5 }. Thus, the target set of frequency bands may be obtained by computing the intersection of the reference set of frequency bands and the candidate set of frequency bands, i.e. the target set of frequency bands is obtained from the frequency bands that are present in both the reference set of frequency bands and the candidate set of frequency bands.
In the above embodiment, the target frequency band set is obtained through the candidate frequency band set and the reference frequency band set in the report request message, and the obtained target frequency band set includes valid frequency bands, so that invalid frequency bands are prevented from being combined, an invalid frequency band combination is obtained, waste of time is prevented, and generation efficiency of the frequency band combination is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, which is a specific example of the band combination reporting method, when a network is registered on a network of an operator AT & T (American Telephone & telecommunications, American Telephone and telecommunications), a set of bands requested by the network is {30,2,14,4,66,5,17,12,29}, and a CA combination actually reported by a terminal, that is, a User Equipment (User Equipment), is:
(1) the User Equipment first reports CA combinations of 2 carriers consisting of all bands {30,2,14,4,66,5,17,12,29}, corresponding to the first row in fig. 7.
(2) The User Equipment continues to report the CA combination of 3 carriers consisting of the previous 4 bands {30,2,14,4}, corresponding to the second row in fig. 7.
(3) The User Equipment continues to report CA combinations of 3 carriers consisting of the 5 th band {66} and the first 4 bands {30,2,14,4}, corresponding to the third row in fig. 7.
(4) The User Equipment continues to report CA combinations of 3 carriers consisting of the 6 th band {5} and the first 5 bands {30,2,14,4,66}, corresponding to the fourth row in fig. 7.
(5) The User Equipment continues to report CA combinations of 3 carriers consisting of the 7 th band {17} and the first 6 bands {30,2,14,4,66,5}, corresponding to the fifth row in fig. 7.
(6) The User Equipment continues to report all remaining CA combinations of 3 carriers consisting of the first 8 bands {30,2,14,4,66,5,17,12}, corresponding to the sixth row in fig. 7.
(7) The User Equipment continues to report CA combinations of 4 carriers consisting of the previous 8 bands {30,2,14,4,66,5,17,12}, corresponding to the seventh row in fig. 7.
(8) The User Equipment continues to report CA combinations of 5 carriers consisting of the previous 8 bands {30,2,14,4,66,5,17,12}, corresponding to the eighth row in fig. 7.
(9) The User Equipment continues to report CA combinations of 3/4/5 carriers consisting of the 9 th band and the first 8 bands {30,2,14,4,66,5,17,12}, which corresponds to the ninth row in fig. 7.
The foregoing embodiment may be understood as a self-adaptive carrier-to-frequency band combination reporting mechanism, where the reporting mechanism is determined by the size of the UE Capacity message, so that a CA combination with a high priority can be reported effectively in time, and it is avoided that the CA combination with a high priority is not reported due to the size limitation of the UE Capacity message.
The traditional CA combined reporting mechanism for network requests has the following disadvantages: (1) after the CA combinations of 3 carriers consisting of all 9 frequency bands are reported, the CA combinations of 4 carriers are reported, and so on. (2) When reporting the CA combination of 3 carriers, the 9 frequency bands are combined and sorted according to a layer of 9 priorities to be reported simultaneously. (3) When the CA combination of 3/4/5 carriers consisting of the first 8 bands has not been reported, the CA combination of 3 carriers of the band {29} with the lowest priority has been reported.
In the embodiment of the application, the CA combination can be reported in a self-adaptive manner, and the method has the following advantages: (1) after reporting the CA combinations of 3 carriers consisting of the first 8 frequency bands, CA combinations of 4 carriers can be reported in advance, which is important in the actual communication field. (2) The 9 frequency bands report the CA combination of 3 carriers according to the {30,2,14,4}, {66}, {5}, {17}, {30,2,14,4,66,5,17,12} five-layer level-by-level frequency band combination sequence, all CA combinations of the first 4 frequency bands can be reported at the first time, the CA combination of the next highest priority of the 5 th, 6 th and 7 th frequency bands and the first 4 frequency band combinations can be reported at the second time, and the CA combination of the high priority can be reported as early as possible. (3) The lowest priority band 29 is guaranteed to be reported at the last time. After the network designates the Band List requested to be reported, due to the limitation of the size of the UE Capacity message, the scheme of the embodiment of the application can report the CA combination with high importance preferentially, thereby avoiding that the CA combination with high priority is not reported due to the limitation of the size of the UE Capacity message, and the failure of network searching caused by the failure of reporting of the CA combination with high priority is avoided, so that the application of the method to the actual communication field is more significant.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the above embodiments are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily executed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the flowcharts of the above embodiments may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or the stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternatingly with other steps or at least a part of the sub-steps or the stages of other steps.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, a device for reporting a combination of frequency bands is provided, which includes: a target frequency band set obtaining module 802, a target frequency band combination obtaining module 804, and a target report message sending module 806, where:
a target frequency band set obtaining module 802, configured to obtain a target frequency band set, where each target frequency band in the target frequency band set corresponds to a priority, and the target frequency band set includes multiple target frequency bands.
A target frequency band combination obtaining module 804, configured to select a target frequency band from the target frequency band set for combination, so as to obtain a target frequency band combination.
A target report message sending module 806, configured to send a target report message carrying a target frequency band combination to the communication relay device, so that the communication relay device communicates with the terminal according to the target frequency band combination; the target sequence of the target frequency band combination is determined according to the number of the target frequency bands in the target frequency band combination and the priority of the target frequency bands in the target frequency band combination, and the target sequence is the reporting sequence of the target frequency band combination in the target reporting message.
In some embodiments, the target band combination includes a first band combination and a second band combination, and the target band combination obtaining module 804 includes:

In some embodiments, the target frequency band combination includes a fourth frequency band combination and a fifth frequency band combination, and the target frequency band combination obtaining module 804 further includes:

For specific limitations of the band combination reporting apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the band combination reporting method, which is not described herein again. All or part of each module in the above band combination reporting device can be realized by software, hardware and combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In some embodiments, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 9. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a band combination reporting method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 9 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In some embodiments, a computer device is provided, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the steps of the band combination reporting method are implemented.
In some embodiments, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the above-mentioned band combination reporting method.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Claims (10)

1. A frequency band combination reporting method is applied to a terminal, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a target frequency band set, wherein each target frequency band in the target frequency band set corresponds to a priority, and the target frequency band set comprises a plurality of target frequency bands;
selecting target frequency bands from the target frequency band set for combination to obtain a target frequency band combination;
sending a target report message carrying the target frequency band combination to a communication transfer device so that the communication transfer device communicates with the terminal according to the target frequency band combination;
the target sequence of the target frequency band combination is determined according to the number of the target frequency bands in the target frequency band combination and the priority of the target frequency bands in the target frequency band combination, and the target sequence is the reporting sequence of the target frequency band combination in the target reporting message.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the target band combination comprises a first band combination and a second band combination, and wherein selecting the target band from the target band set for combination to obtain the target band combination comprises:
selecting target frequency bands from the target frequency bands corresponding to the first priority range to be combined to obtain a first frequency band combination;
selecting a target frequency band from the target frequency bands corresponding to the second priority range and the target frequency bands corresponding to the first priority range for combination to obtain a second frequency band combination;
wherein, when the priority corresponding to the first priority range is higher than the priority corresponding to the second priority range and the number of bands in the first band combination is the same as the number of bands in the second band combination, the target order of the first band combination is before the target order of the second band combination.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the target band combination comprises a third band combination, and wherein selecting the target band from the target band set for combination to obtain the target band combination comprises:
selecting a target frequency band from the target frequency bands corresponding to the third priority range and the target frequency bands corresponding to the first priority range for combination to obtain a third frequency band combination;
when the priority corresponding to the second priority range is higher than the priority corresponding to the third priority range, and the number of the frequency bands in the third frequency band combination is the same as the number of the frequency bands in the second frequency band combination, the target order of the second frequency band combination is before the target order of the third frequency band combination.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the target band combination comprises a fourth band combination and a fifth band combination, and wherein selecting the target band from the target band set for combination to obtain the target band combination comprises:
acquiring a target frequency band with a priority greater than a preset priority from the target frequency band set to form a first sub-frequency band set;
acquiring a complement of the target frequency band set and the first sub-frequency band set to obtain a second sub-frequency band set;
selecting a first number of target frequency bands from the first sub-frequency band set for combination to obtain a fourth frequency band combination;
selecting target frequency bands from the first sub-frequency band set and the second sub-frequency band set for combination to obtain a fifth frequency band combination;
the sending the target report message carrying the target frequency band combination to the communication transfer device includes:
and sending a target reporting message carrying the fourth frequency band combination and the fifth frequency band combination to a communication relay device, wherein a target sequence of the fourth frequency band combination is before a target sequence of the fifth frequency band combination.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the target report message carrying the target band combination to the communication relay device comprises:
acquiring a preset reporting quantity threshold;
adding the target frequency band combination with the target sequence less than or equal to the preset reporting number threshold value into the initial reporting message to obtain the target reporting message;
and sending the target report message to the communication transfer equipment.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the target set of frequency bands comprises:
receiving a report request message, wherein the report request message carries a reference frequency band set, reference frequency bands in the reference frequency band set are frequency bands supported by corresponding operators, and the reference frequency bands in the reference frequency band set correspondingly have priorities;
acquiring a candidate frequency band set, wherein the candidate frequency band set is obtained according to the searched frequency band;
and intersecting the reference frequency band set and the candidate frequency band set to obtain the target frequency band set.
7. A device for reporting a combination of frequency bands, the device comprising:
a target frequency band set obtaining module, configured to obtain a target frequency band set, where each target frequency band in the target frequency band set corresponds to a priority, and the target frequency band set includes multiple target frequency bands;
a target frequency band combination obtaining module, configured to select a target frequency band from the target frequency band set for combination to obtain a target frequency band combination;
a target reporting message sending module, configured to send a target reporting message carrying the target frequency band combination to a communication relay device, so that the communication relay device communicates with a terminal according to the target frequency band combination;
the target sequence of the target frequency band combination is determined according to the number of the target frequency bands in the target frequency band combination and the priority of the target frequency bands in the target frequency band combination, and the target sequence is the reporting sequence of the target frequency band combination in the target reporting message.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the target band combination comprises a first band combination and a second band combination, and wherein the target band combination obtaining module comprises:
a first frequency band combination obtaining unit, configured to select a target frequency band from target frequency bands corresponding to the first priority range and combine the target frequency bands to obtain a first frequency band combination;
a second frequency band combination obtaining unit, configured to select a target frequency band from target frequency bands corresponding to a second priority range and target frequency bands corresponding to the first priority range for combination, so as to obtain a second frequency band combination;
wherein, when the priority corresponding to the first priority range is higher than the priority corresponding to the second priority range and the number of bands in the first band combination is the same as the number of bands in the second band combination, the target order of the first band combination is before the target order of the second band combination.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the band combination reporting method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the band combination reporting method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
