If the UE is operating in CA (carrier aggregation CA means that the base station aggregates 2 or more component carriers (Component Carrier, CC) to serve the UE together), band1 (4*4) +3 (4*4) is implemented with Pcell as Band1, and the access network device supports buffer status in the coverage area of NR 100MHz bandwidth to offload data to 5G. In this case, the access network device is configuring Band1 (4*4) +3 (4*4) +n78 (4*4) -100Mhz, but since the terminal supports LTE MIMO 4 layer only for NR 100Mhz bandwidth, the UE cannot follow the configuration. This operation will be repeated for a maximum number of retransmissions (e.g., a number of retransmissions of 5).
Since the terminal knows the reason that rrcrecon configuration (RRC reconfiguration) fails, i.e. the terminal does not support 4G base station/5G base station configuration channel combination, the terminal will use trackingarea update and request the access network device to request ue capability requirement with ue-cap needed=1, the access network device requests ue capability requirement to update network configuration parameters of the access network device through the user device capability query request, user device capability information of the user device is sent to the access network device, the target frequency band combination configured by the access network device according to the user device capability information, such as RRC reconfiguration of NR 100MHZ, and the tracking area completes recovery data service, i.e. the user device can now access both 4G and 5G services.
In the above method for processing the capability information of the user equipment, when the user equipment detects that the configuration of the band combination fails, a request is sent to the access network equipment through the update of the tracking area; the access network equipment sends a user equipment capability query request to the user equipment and updates network configuration parameters of the access network equipment to obtain user equipment capability information of the user equipment, so that the size of signaling information and encoding and decoding processing of the user capability information are reduced, the processing performance is enhanced, and the performance of a battery is improved; based on the target frequency band combination, the user equipment establishes connection with the first wireless network and the second wireless network data service, namely, the user equipment capability information is queried through re-request to perform correct configuration, so that the wireless resource allocation and re-allocation utilization rate are improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a method for processing capability information of a user equipment is provided, and the method is applied to the access network device in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
in step 602, in case of failure of the band combining configuration, a user equipment capability query request is generated by responding to a request sent by the user equipment to query for user equipment capability.
Specifically, the access network device receives an invalid RRCreConfiguration and triggers generation of radio link failure information under the condition that the access network device configures the invalid frequency band combination supported by the user device according to the capability information of the user device; triggering access network equipment to reestablish and establish RRC through radio link fault information, when the number of times of RRC reestablishment reaches a preset number of times, the user equipment sends a request to the access network equipment through updating a tracking area, the access network equipment is requested to inquire user equipment capability information of the user equipment, and the access network equipment responds to the request to generate a user equipment capability inquiry request.
Alternatively, the user equipment capability information may be determined according to the location of the user equipment, i.e. the required radio access technology capability information associated with the network supported frequency band identification of the location of the user equipment as user equipment capability information.
Optionally, in one embodiment, the access network device configures an invalid frequency band combination according to the received initial user equipment capability information of the user equipment, and sends the invalid frequency band combination to the user equipment; when receiving the radio link failure information triggered by the user equipment, reconstructing radio resource control between the user equipment and the user equipment, configuring the same invalid frequency band combination and calculating the reconstruction times; when the reestablishment times are equal to the preset times and the frequency band combination is the invalid frequency band combination, determining that the frequency band combination configuration of the access network equipment fails, and executing the step of generating a user equipment capability query request by responding to a request for querying the user equipment capability query sent by the user equipment under the condition that the frequency band combination configuration fails; and re-inquiring the capability information of the user equipment by detecting that the reconstruction times are equal to the preset times and the frequency band combination is the invalid frequency band combination, so that signaling overhead is reduced and a battery is saved.
Step 604, a user equipment capability query request is sent to the user equipment and the configured invalid band combination is deleted.
Optionally, in one embodiment, the invalid frequency band combination includes an invalid uplink frequency band combination and/or an invalid downlink frequency band combination, and the access network device sends the user equipment capability query request to the user equipment and deletes the configured invalid uplink frequency band combination and/or invalid downlink frequency band combination.
Specifically, a user equipment capability query request is sent to user equipment, and user equipment capability information returned by the user equipment according to the capability query request is received; the user equipment obtains the invalid uplink band combination and/or the invalid downlink band combination category, updates (downgrades or upgrades) the invalid uplink band combination and/or the invalid downlink band combination category according to the user equipment capability information (for example, upgrades the category of the invalid uplink band combination from UL category 10 to UL category 13), and sends the updated uplink band combination and/or downlink band combination category to the access network equipment, and the access network equipment deletes the configured invalid uplink band combination and/or invalid downlink band combination according to the updated uplink band combination and/or downlink band combination category; and the updated invalid uplink frequency band combination and/or the updated invalid downlink frequency band combination category are sent to the access network equipment by the user equipment, so that the accuracy of the access network equipment on the wireless resource reassignment is improved.
Step 606, receiving the ue capability information returned by the ue according to the ue capability query request, and configuring a target band combination corresponding to the ue capability information. Specifically, receiving user equipment capability information returned by the user equipment according to the user equipment capability query request and acquiring a frequency band combination parameter of the user equipment; the access network equipment configures a target frequency band combination supported by the user equipment according to the acquired user equipment capacity information and the frequency band combination parameters; the configured target frequency band combination is sent to the user equipment to enable the user equipment to establish a connection with the first wireless network and the second wireless network data service based on the target frequency band combination (for example, the user equipment can access the 4G and 5G services simultaneously).
In the above method for processing the capability information of the user equipment, under the condition that the configuration of the frequency band combination fails, the user equipment sends a request to the access network equipment through updating the tracking area to request the access network equipment to inquire the capability information of the user equipment again, and the network configuration parameters in the access network equipment are accessed, so that the wrong configuration in the access network equipment is deleted, and the ping-pong handover is avoided; the access network equipment configures a target frequency band combination supported by the user equipment according to the user equipment capability information reported by the user equipment, determines that the user equipment recovers normal data service and improves the utilization rate of wireless resource reallocation.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-3 and 6 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-3, 6 may include steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, nor do the order in which the steps or stages are performed necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a user equipment capability information processing apparatus, including: a sending module 702, a receiving module 704, and an updating module 706, wherein:
and the sending module 702 is configured to send a request to the access network device through tracking area update when detecting that the configuration of the band identifier of the access network device fails.
And the receiving module 704 is configured to receive a user equipment capability query request returned by the access network device according to the request.

In one embodiment, a device for processing capability information of user equipment is provided, which includes, in addition to a sending module 702, a receiving module 704, and an updating module 706, a processing unit that includes: the system comprises a building module, a receiving and transmitting module, a fault detection module, a reconstruction module, a determination module, an acquisition module and an updating module, wherein:
the receiving module 704 is further configured to receive a target frequency band combination configured by the access network device according to the user equipment capability information.
And the establishing module is used for establishing connection with the first wireless network and the second wireless network data service by the user equipment based on the target frequency band combination.
The receiving and transmitting module is used for acquiring the frequency band combination parameters of the user equipment and transmitting the frequency band combination parameters to the access network equipment; and receiving a target frequency band combination configured by the access network equipment according to the user equipment capability information and the frequency band combination parameters.
And the fault detection module is used for generating wireless link fault information when receiving an invalid frequency band combination configured by the access network equipment according to the initial user equipment capability information of the user equipment.
And the reconstruction module is used for triggering the radio resource control reconstruction of the user equipment and the access network equipment through the radio link fault information to obtain invalid frequency band combinations and obtain the reconstruction times.
And the determining module is used for determining that the configuration of the frequency band combination of the access network equipment fails when the reestablishment times are preset times and the obtained frequency band combination is an invalid frequency band combination.
The acquisition module is used for acquiring invalid uplink frequency band combinations and/or invalid downlink frequency band combination categories;
and the updating module is used for updating the category of the invalid uplink frequency band combination and/or the invalid downlink frequency band combination and sending the category to the access network equipment.
The acquisition module is also used for acquiring the residence position of the user equipment according to the user equipment capability query request.
The determining module is further configured to perform the step of receiving a user equipment capability query request with the required radio access technology capability information associated with the network supported frequency band identification of the location as user equipment capability information of the user equipment.
In one embodiment, a request is sent to an access network device through a tracking area update when a user device detects a band combination configuration failure; the access network equipment sends a user equipment capability query request to the user equipment and updates network configuration parameters of the access network equipment to obtain user equipment capability information of the user equipment, so that the size of signaling information and encoding and decoding processing of the user capability information are reduced, the processing performance is enhanced, and the performance of a battery is improved; based on the target frequency band combination, the user equipment establishes connection with the first wireless network and the second wireless network data service, namely, the user equipment capability information is queried through re-request to perform correct configuration, so that the wireless resource allocation and re-allocation utilization rate are improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, there is provided a user equipment capability information processing apparatus, including: a request generation module 802, a request transmission module 804, and a band configuration module 806, wherein:
a request generating module 802, configured to generate a user equipment capability query request by responding to a request sent by the user equipment to query for user equipment capability in case of failure of the band combination configuration.
A request sending module 804, configured to send a ue capability query request to the ue and delete the configured invalid band combination.
The band configuration module 806 is configured to receive the ue capability information returned by the ue according to the ue capability query request, and configure a target band combination corresponding to the ue capability information.
In the above-mentioned user equipment capability information processing apparatus, in the case of failure of frequency band combination configuration, the user equipment sends a request to the access network equipment by updating the tracking area, and requests the access network equipment to query the user equipment capability information of the user equipment again, and to access network configuration parameters in the access network equipment, deleting the wrong configuration in the access network equipment, thereby avoiding ping-pong handover; the access network equipment configures a target frequency band combination supported by the user equipment according to the user equipment capability information reported by the user equipment, determines that the user equipment recovers normal data service and improves the utilization rate of wireless resource reallocation.
The specific limitation of the ue capability information processing apparatus may be referred to the limitation of the ue capability information processing method hereinabove, and will not be described herein. The above-mentioned respective modules in the user equipment capability information processing apparatus may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and identification thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a mobile device is provided, which may be a terminal, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 9. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a user equipment capability information processing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the architecture shown in fig. 9 is merely a block diagram of some of the architecture relevant to the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting as to the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be implemented, a particular computer device may include more or less components than those shown, or may identify certain components, or may have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a mobile device is provided comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor when executing the computer program performing the steps of:
when detecting that the frequency band combination configuration of the access network equipment fails, sending a request to the access network equipment through the tracking area update; the request is used for requesting the access network equipment to send a user equipment capability query request to the user equipment;
receiving a user equipment capability query request;
updating network configuration parameters of the access network equipment through a user equipment capability query request, and sending user equipment capability information of the user equipment to the access network equipment; the user equipment capability information includes a first band identification that the user equipment supports access to the first wireless network and a second band identification that the user equipment supports access to the second wireless network.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
receiving a target frequency band combination configured by access network equipment according to the capability information of the user equipment;
based on the target frequency band combination, the user equipment establishes a connection with the first wireless network and the second wireless network data service.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
acquiring the frequency band combination parameters of the user equipment and sending the frequency band combination parameters to the access network equipment;
and receiving a target frequency band combination configured by the access network equipment according to the user equipment capability information and the frequency band combination parameters.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing capability information of a user equipment, applied to the user equipment, the method comprising:
under the condition that the failure of the frequency band combination configuration of the access network equipment is detected, a request is sent to the access network equipment through the tracking area update;
receiving the user equipment capability query request returned by the access network equipment according to the request; acquiring bandwidth data and MDRC data supported by the user equipment, and reporting the bandwidth data and the MDRC data to the access network equipment;
Updating network configuration parameters of the access network equipment through the user equipment capability query request, and sending user equipment capability information of the user equipment to the access network equipment; the user equipment capability information comprises a first frequency band identifier of the user equipment supporting access to a first wireless network and a second frequency band identifier supporting access to a second wireless network;
the network configuration parameters comprise frequency point numbers and MIMO layer numbers of bandwidths supported by the access network equipment, the bandwidth data and the MDRC data are used for deleting the frequency point numbers and the MIMO layer numbers of the user equipment of the wrong bandwidths configured in the access network equipment after the access network equipment receives the bandwidth data and the MDRC data, and updating the frequency point numbers and the MIMO layer numbers of the bandwidths supported by the user equipment.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a target frequency band combination configured by the access network equipment according to the user equipment capability information;
a connection is established with the first wireless network and the second wireless network data service based on the target frequency band combination.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein said receiving a target band combination configured by the access network device according to the user equipment capability information comprises:
acquiring the frequency band combination parameters of the user equipment and sending the frequency band combination parameters to the access network equipment;
and receiving a target frequency band combination configured by the access network equipment according to the user equipment capability information and the frequency band combination parameter.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein before sending a request to the access network device via the tracking area update when the user device detects a network configuration failure, the method further comprises:
generating radio link failure information when receiving an invalid frequency band combination configured by the access network equipment according to the initial user equipment capability information of the user equipment;
triggering the radio resource control reconstruction of the user equipment and the access network equipment through the radio link fault information to obtain invalid frequency band combinations and obtain reconstruction times;
and when the reestablishment times are preset times and the obtained frequency band combination is the invalid frequency band combination, determining that the frequency band combination configuration of the access network equipment fails.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the invalid frequency band combination comprises an invalid uplink frequency band combination and an invalid downlink frequency band combination, the method further comprising:
acquiring invalid uplink frequency band combinations and/or invalid downlink frequency band combination categories;
updating the category of the invalid uplink frequency band combination and/or the invalid downlink frequency band combination, and sending the updated category to the access network equipment.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring the residence position of the user equipment according to the user equipment capability query request;
and taking the required wireless access technology capability information associated with the frequency band identification supported by the network of the residence as the user equipment capability information of the user equipment, and executing the step of receiving the user equipment capability inquiry request.
7. A method for processing capability information of a user equipment, which is applied to an access network device, the method comprising:
under the condition that the configuration of the frequency band combination fails, generating a user equipment capability query request by responding to a request for querying the user equipment capability query sent by the user equipment; and
transmitting the user equipment capability query request to the user equipment and deleting the configured invalid frequency band combination;
Receiving bandwidth data and MDRC data supported by the user equipment and reported by the user equipment, deleting the frequency point number of the wrong bandwidth and the MIMO layer number of the user equipment configured in the access network equipment after receiving the bandwidth data and the MDRC data, and updating the frequency point number of the wrong bandwidth and the MIMO layer number of the user equipment into the frequency point number of the bandwidth supported by the user equipment;
and receiving the user equipment capability information returned by the user equipment according to the user equipment capability inquiry request, and configuring a target frequency band combination corresponding to the user equipment capability information.
8. A user equipment capability information processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
a sending module, configured to send a request to an access network device through tracking area update when detecting that the configuration of the band combination of the access network device fails;
a receiving module, configured to receive the user equipment capability query request returned by the access network device according to the request; acquiring bandwidth data and MDRC data supported by the user equipment, and reporting the bandwidth data and the MDRC data to the access network equipment;
an updating module, configured to update the network configuration parameters of the access network device through the capability query request of the user device, and send the capability information of the user device to the access network device; the user equipment capability information comprises a first frequency band identifier of the user equipment supporting access to a first wireless network and a second frequency band identifier supporting access to a second wireless network;
The network configuration parameters comprise frequency point numbers and MIMO layer numbers of bandwidths supported by the access network equipment, the bandwidth data and the MDRC data are used for deleting the frequency point numbers and the MIMO layer numbers of the user equipment of the wrong bandwidths configured in the access network equipment after the access network equipment receives the bandwidth data and the MDRC data, and updating the frequency point numbers and the MIMO layer numbers of the bandwidths supported by the user equipment.
9. A mobile device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 when the computer program is executed.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
