The unlocking tool is small and exquisite and flexible, convenient to carry and simple in operation method, solves the problem that the grounding switch is damaged by operating the grounding switch in the insulation process, prolongs the service life of the position indicator, effectively reduces maintenance workload, reduces the unavailability of the switch cabinet caused by maintenance power failure, improves the operation reliability of a power system of a factory, effectively matches with the interlocking mechanism of the switch cabinet, has high fit degree, and does not have the problem of incomplete operation or improper damage to the interlocking mechanism.

Background
The medium-voltage switch cabinet is used as a general switch cabinet, and when the cable chamber cabinet door is opened, the five-prevention design considers that the grounding switch cannot be operated, and the grounding switch is at the opening position, and the cable chamber cabinet door cannot be opened. On the switch cabinet structure, when the cable chamber cabinet door is opened, a locking tongue piece at the grounding switch operation hole pops up from the square hole of the position indicator to prevent the insertion of the operation handle, otherwise, the cable chamber cabinet door is closed, the locking tongue piece retracts from the square hole of the position indicator, and after the grounding switch is opened, the cable chamber cabinet door is locked, wherein the position indicator is made of plastic materials, and the locking tongue piece is made of metal materials.
During the operation or maintenance of the unit, the insulation measurement before the medium voltage load equipment is put into operation, periodically switched, functional verification test and quality re-identification test after repair is measured under the condition that the bus of the switch cabinet is electrified, and the insulation risk of the load is extremely high during the measurement in the breaker chamber of the switch cabinet, so that the medium voltage load equipment is selectively executed at the cable chamber side, and the specific operation steps are as follows: positioning the circuit breaker in an isolated position; closing the grounding switch, taking down the operating handle, and opening the cable chamber door; the cable chamber door is virtually masked, locking tongues at the operation holes are removed, and an operation handle is inserted; opening a cable chamber door, operating a grounding switch to open a gate, and executing insulation measurement work; and after the insulation measurement is finished, switching on the grounding switch, taking down the operating handle, and closing the cabinet door.
Although the insulation is measured by operating the grounding switch when the cable chamber door is opened in the operation mode, normal ejection of the locking tongue piece after the cable chamber door is opened is omitted, when the position indicator rotates along with the grounding switch driving rod, the ejected locking tongue piece always abuts against the position indicator and scratches the position indicator, the position indicator is scratched and scratched repeatedly for a plurality of times, even the position indicator is offset due to stress, the position indicator indicates an error, if the position indicator indicates a brake separating state, and the grounding switch body is actually a closing position, so that the operator misjudges. According to the overhaul and daily defect statistics of No. 1 and No. 2 units in 2012-2016 period, the damage rate of the grounding switch position indicator of the medium-voltage switch cabinet is as high as more than 76%.
Therefore, a temporary unlocking tool for insulation measurement of a switch cabinet needs to be designed, and the position indicator of the grounding switch can be prevented from being damaged in the insulation measurement mode of a cable chamber of the switch cabinet, so that the defects in the prior art are overcome.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
