Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of electrical equipment of nuclear power stations, and particularly relates to a temporary unlocking tool and an unlocking method for insulation measurement of a switch cabinet. The unlocking tool is small, exquisite and flexible, convenient to carry and simple in operation method, solves the problem that an earthing switch is damaged by operating the earthing switch in the insulation measuring process, prolongs the service life of the position indicator, effectively reduces maintenance workload, reduces the unavailability rate of a switch cabinet caused by power failure in maintenance, improves the operational reliability of a station power system, effectively matches with an interlocking mechanism of the switch cabinet, is high in degree of agreeing with, and does not have the problem that the interlocking mechanism is not operated in place or harmed improperly.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electrical equipment of nuclear power stations, and particularly relates to a temporary unlocking tool and an unlocking method for insulation measurement of a switch cabinet.
Background
Medium voltage switchgear is as a general type cubical switchboard, has considered cable chamber cabinet door when opening in five protections designs, can not operate earthing switch, and earthing switch is in the branch floodgate position, and cable chamber cabinet door can not be opened. Structurally, when the cable chamber cabinet door is opened, the locking tongue piece at the position of the grounding switch operation hole is popped out from the position indicator square hole, so that the operation handle is prevented from being inserted, otherwise, the cable chamber cabinet door is closed, the locking tongue piece retracts from the position indicator square hole, and after the grounding switch is opened, the cable chamber cabinet door is locked, wherein the position indicator is made of plastic materials, and the locking tongue piece is made of metal materials.
During the operation or maintenance of the unit, the insulation measurement before the medium-voltage load equipment is put into operation, periodically switched, functionally verified and repaired quality re-identification test is measured under the condition that a switch cabinet bus is electrified, and the measurement of the load insulation risk in a switch cabinet breaker chamber is extremely high, so that the measurement is carried out on the side of a cable chamber, and the specific operation steps are as follows: positioning the circuit breaker in an isolation position; switching on the grounding switch, taking down the operating handle and opening the cabinet door of the cable chamber; the cable chamber cabinet door is hidden to remove the locking tongue piece at the operation hole, and the operation handle is inserted; opening a cabinet door of the cable chamber, operating a grounding switch to open, and executing insulation measurement work; and after the insulation measurement is finished, switching on the grounding switch, taking down the operating handle and closing the cabinet door.

Therefore need design a cubical switchboard insulation measurement and use interim unblock instrument, can avoid damaging earthing switch position indicator under cubical switchboard cable chamber measures insulating mode, solve the not enough of prior art.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention provides a novel temporary unlocking tool for insulation measurement of a switch cabinet, solves the problem that a position indicator of an earthing switch is damaged by operating the earthing switch in the insulation measurement process, and prolongs the service life of the position indicator.
(2) The invention effectively reduces the maintenance workload, reduces the unavailability rate of the switch cabinet caused by power failure during maintenance, and improves the operation reliability of the auxiliary power system.
(3) The operating handle of the temporary unlocking tool for insulation measurement of the switch cabinet is provided with the anti-falling convex cylinder, so that the tool is prevented from falling into the switch cabinet in the using process.
(4) After the operation is accomplished, only take off this cubical switchboard insulation measurement and just can close the cabinet door with interim unblock instrument, avoid losing inside the cubical switchboard.
(5) The interlocking mechanism of the switch cabinet is effectively matched, the fitting degree is high, and the problem that the interlocking mechanism is damaged due to improper operation or improper damage does not exist.
(6) The invention is small and flexible, convenient to carry and simple in operation method.

and (2) rotating the operating handle 1 clockwise or anticlockwise by 90 degrees, fixing the double-wing type catch 6 on the switch cabinet 11 after the handle is operated by releasing the hand by utilizing the self spring force of the locking tongue piece 9, operating the grounding switch to open the brake, executing insulation resistance measurement, operating the grounding switch to open the brake, rotating the operating handle 1 clockwise or anticlockwise by 90 degrees, taking out the unlocking tool, and finishing the insulation resistance measurement of the switch cabinet.
