本申请公开了一种显示装置,包括显示面板和驱动电路,驱动电路包括:数据驱动芯片,所述数据驱动芯片具有多个数据信号输出端,所述数据驱动芯片用于通过所述多个数据信号输出端将数据信号输出至所述显示面板;控制芯片,所述控制芯片用于在所述显示装置掉电时输出控制信号;控制单元,所述控制单元具有控制端、输入端以及多个输出端,所述控制端电性连接于所述控制芯片,所述输入端接入公共电极电压,所述多个输出端与所述多个数据信号输出端一一对应连接;其中,所述控制单元用于在所述控制信号的控制下,在所述显示装置掉电时,将所述公共电极电压输出至所述多个数据信号输出端。本方案有效避免了显示面板在显示装置关机过程中出现闪白的问题。

本申请涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种显示装置及电子设备。
背景技术
液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)不仅具有轻、薄、小等特点,并且还具有功耗低、无辐射和制造成本相对较低的优点,因此在显示领域占主导地位。液晶显示器通常包括显示面板和显示装置,显示面板包括两个基板和设置在两个基板之间的液晶层,通过显示装置施加于液晶层的电场的大小调节液晶层的状态从而调节光的透射来显示图像。然而,在液晶显示器关机过程中,数据驱动芯片输出的数据信号的掉电速度明显快于公共电极电压信号的掉电速度,致使液晶分子两端的数据信号与公共电压信号之间存在较大压差,显示面板出现闪白现象。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种显示装置及电子设备,以解决显示面板在显示装置关机过程中出现闪白的技术问题。
本申请提供一种显示装置,用于驱动显示面板,所述显示装置包括:
数据驱动芯片,所述数据驱动芯片具有多个数据信号输出端,所述数据驱动芯片用于通过所述多个数据信号输出端将数据信号输出至所述显示面板;
控制芯片,所述控制芯片用于在所述显示装置掉电时输出控制信号;
控制单元,所述控制单元具有控制端、输入端以及多个输出端,所述控制端电性连接于控制芯片,所述输入端接入公共电极电压,所述多个输出端与所述多个数据信号输出端一一对应连接;
其中,所述控制单元用于在所述控制信号的控制下,在所述显示装置掉电时,将所述公共电极电压输出至所述多个数据信号输出端。
在本申请提供的显示装置中,所述控制单元包括多个晶体管,所述多个晶体管与所述多个数据信号输出端一一对应;
每一所述晶体管的栅极均与所述控制端连接,每一所述晶体管的源极与对应的所述数据信号输出端连接,每一所述晶体管的漏极均与所述输入端连接。
在本申请提供的显示装置中,多个所述晶体管为同种类型的晶体管。
在本申请提供的显示装置中,所述显示装置具有正常显示模式以及关机掉电模式;
当所述显示装置处于正常显示模式时,所述多个晶体管均关闭,所述数据驱动芯片通过所述多个数据信号输出端将数据信号输出至所述显示面板;
当所述显示装置处于关机掉电模式时,所述多个晶体管均打开,所述公共电极电压输出至所述多个数据信号输出端。

本申请提供了一种显示装置,在显示装置关机过程中,控制芯片输出一控制信号,控制单元在该控制信号的控制下将公共电极电压接入数据信号输出端,使得数据信号输出端输出的数据信号和公共电极电压的掉电趋势相同,液晶分子两端不再存在数据信号和公共电压信号掉电不一致造成的压差,有效避免了显示面板在显示装置关机过程中出现闪白的问题。

请参阅图1,本申请实施例提供一种显示装置,包括显示面板10和驱动电路,驱动电路用于驱动显示面板10。该驱动电路包括:数据驱动芯片20,数据驱动芯片20具有多个数据信号输出端d,数据驱动芯片20用于通过多个数据信号输出端d将数据信号输出至显示面板10;控制芯片31,控制芯片31用于在显示装置掉电时输出控制信号;控制单元30,控制单元30具有控制端a、输入端b以及多个输出端c,控制端a电性连接于控制芯片31,输入端b接入公共电极电压32,多个输出端c与多个数据信号输出端d一一对应连接。
其中,控制单元30用于在控制信号的控制下,在显示装置掉电时,将公共电极电压32输出至多个数据信号输出端d。
具体的,请同时参阅图1和图2,显示面板10内设有多条相互平行间隔设置的竖直的数据线11、多条相互平行间隔设置的水平的扫描线12、多个像素电极15以及与该像素电极15相对设置的公共电极16。多条数据线11与多个数据信号输出端d一一对应连接。数据线11用于将数据驱动芯片20提供的数据信号输出至显示面板10。扫描线12用于将扫描驱动电路17提供的扫描信号传输至显示面板10。多条数据线11与多条扫描线12交叉限定成多个像素单元13。每个像素单元13均电性连接于公共电极16。公共电极16与公共电极电压32电性连接。
数据线11与扫描线12交叉处形成多个薄膜晶体管T2。薄膜晶体管T2的栅极连接至扫描线12。薄膜晶体管T2的源极连接至数据线11。薄膜晶体管T2的漏极连接至像素电极15。当薄膜晶体管T2导通时,数据驱动芯片20通过数据输出端d输出的数据信号加载在薄膜晶体管T2的源极上,并经由漏极传送至像素电极15。同时,公共电极16连接至公共电极电压32,则像素电极15与公共电极16之间产生一电场以控制液晶分子旋转,进而使显示面板10进行画面显示。
进一步的,请参阅图3,在显示装置关机掉电的瞬间,控制单元30在控制信号的控制下将公共电极电压32(VCOM)接入数据信号输出端d,使数据信号输出端d输出的数据信号(Date)和公共电极电压32的掉电趋势相同。此时,即使扫描驱动电路17输出的CK信号为导通电压VGH,使显示面板10内的薄膜晶体管T2处于导通的状态,但是由于数据信号和公共电极电压32之间不存在夹压,则显示面板10内不会有漏电发生,能够有效避免显示面板10在显示装置关机过程中出现闪白的问题。
此外,控制芯片31可以是时序控制器(TCON,Timing Controller)。时序控制器用于输出控制信号至控制单元30。该控制信号可以是高电平信号或者低电平信号,可根据实际设置的控制单元30的内部电路结构进行选择,本申请对此不作限定。
可以理解的是,显示装置具有正常显示模式以及关机掉电模式。具体的,当显示装置处于正常显示模式时,控制单元30处于关闭状态。此时,数据驱动芯片20通过多个数据信号输出端d将数据信号输出至显示面板10,使显示面板10可以进行画面显示;当显示装置处于关机掉电模式时,控制单元30处于导通状态。此时,公共电极电压32输出至多个数据信号输出端d,使得数据信号输出端d的数据信号和公共电极电压32的掉电趋势相同。
本申请实施例提供了一种显示装置,在显示装置关机过程中,控制芯片31输出一控制信号,控制单元30在该控制信号的控制下将公共电极电压32接入数据信号输出端d,使得数据信号输出端的数据信号和公共电极电压的掉电趋势相同,液晶分子两端不再存在数据信号和公共电压信号掉电不一致造成的压差,有效避免了显示面板10在显示装置关机过程中出现闪白的问题。
请参阅图4,在本申请实施例中,控制单元30包括多个晶体管T1。多个晶体管T1与多个数据信号输出端d一一对应。每一晶体管T1的栅极均与控制端a连接,每一晶体管T1的源极与对应的数据信号输出端d连接,每一晶体管T1的漏极均与输入端b连接。
具体的,本申请实施例中采用的多个晶体管T1可以是薄膜晶体管或场效应管或其他特性相同的器件,由于这里采用的晶体管T1的源极、漏极是对称的,所以其源极、漏极是可以互换的。在本申请实施例中,为区分晶体管T1除栅极之外的两极,将其中一极称为源极,另一极称为漏极。按照图3中的形态规定晶体管T1的中间端为栅极、信号输入端为漏极、输出端为源极。此外本申请实施例所采用的晶体管T1可以是N型晶体管或P型晶体管,其中,N型晶体管为在栅极为高电平时导通,在栅极为低电平时截止;P型晶体管为在栅极为低电平时导通,在栅极为高电平时截止。
在本申请实施例中,多个晶体管T1是同种类型的晶体管。因此,在数据驱动芯片20的数据信号输出端d和显示面板10之间形成同种类型的多个晶体管T1,简化了工艺制程,能够有效节约产能。但本申请实施例不能理解为对本申请的限定。
本申请实施例以多个第一晶体管T1均是N型晶体管为例进行说明。当多个晶体管T1导通时,公共电极电压32通过晶体管T1与多个数据信号输出端d连接,使得数据信号输出端d的数据信号和公共电极电压32的掉电趋势相同;当多个晶体管T1关闭时,数据驱动芯片20通过多个数据信号输出端d将数据信号输出至显示面板10,进行画面显示。
需要说明的是,请参阅图5,本申请实施例中的控制单元30可以集成在数据驱动芯片20内。该方案可以在制作数据驱动芯片20时,通过同一工艺形成控制单元30,省略了另外形成控制单元30的工艺制程。同时将控制单元30集成在数据驱动芯片20上,节省了设置控制单元30的空间,便于实现窄边框。
进一步的,请参阅图6,本申请实施例提供的显示装置还包括覆晶薄膜50。覆晶薄膜50的一端与显示面板10绑定连接。数据驱动芯片20以及控制单元30设置在覆晶薄膜50上。此时,可以将控制单元30直接设置在覆晶薄膜50上,相比于将控制单元30设置在数据驱动芯片20上,虽然需要额外的工艺制程,但是覆晶薄膜50的容置空间更大,可以避免控制单元30和数据驱动芯片20之间的电路之间发生串扰。
在本申请实施例中,请继续参阅图6,显示装置还包括电路板60。覆晶薄膜50的另一端与电路板60绑定连接。控制芯片40设置在电路板60上。该电路板60可以是印刷电路板,其上可以设置时序控制器和电源管理集成电路(图中未标示)。其中,该时序控制器可以作为控制芯片40;电源管理集成电路可以用来提供公共电极电压32。电路板60也可以是柔性电路板,本申请对此不做限定。
需要说明的是,以上仅是举例说明消除显示面板在显示装置关机时闪白的显示装置的具体结构,实际上,该显示装置中显示面板以及驱动电路的具体结构不限于本申请实施例提供的上述结构,还可以是本领域技术人员可知的其他结构。
本申请还提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括前述实施例中的显示装置。该电子设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑、视频播放器、个人计算机(PC)等,本申请对此不作限定。

Claims (10)
1.一种显示装置,包括显示面板和驱动电路,所述驱动电路用于驱动显示面板,其特征在于,所述驱动电路包括:
数据驱动芯片,所述数据驱动芯片具有多个数据信号输出端,所述数据驱动芯片用于通过所述多个数据信号输出端将数据信号输出至所述显示面板;
控制芯片,所述控制芯片用于在所述显示装置掉电时输出控制信号;
控制单元,所述控制单元具有控制端、输入端以及多个输出端,所述控制端电性连接于所述控制芯片,所述输入端接入公共电极电压,所述多个输出端与所述多个数据信号输出端一一对应连接;
其中,所述控制单元用于在所述控制信号的控制下,在所述显示装置掉电时,将所述公共电极电压输出至所述多个数据信号输出端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元包括多个晶体管,所述多个晶体管与所述多个数据信号输出端一一对应;
每一所述晶体管的栅极均与所述控制端连接,每一所述晶体管的源极与对应的所述数据信号输出端连接,每一所述晶体管的漏极均与所述输入端连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,多个所述晶体管为同种类型的晶体管。
4.根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置具有正常显示模式以及关机掉电模式;
当所述显示装置处于正常显示模式时,所述多个晶体管均关闭,所述数据驱动芯片通过所述多个数据信号输出端将数据信号输出至所述显示面板;
当所述显示装置处于关机掉电模式时,所述多个晶体管均打开,所述公共电极电压输出至所述多个数据信号输出端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括多条数据线,所述多条数据线与所述多个数据信号输出端一一对应连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示面板还包括多条扫描线,所述多条扫描线与所述多条数据线交叉限定成多个像素单元;每个所述像素单元均电性连接于公共电极,所述公共电极与所述输入端电性连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元集成在所述数据驱动芯片内。
8.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置还包括覆晶薄膜,所述覆晶薄膜的一端和所述显示面板连接;
所述数据驱动芯片和所述控制单元均设置在所述覆晶薄膜上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置还包括电路板,所述覆晶薄膜的另一端与所述电路板连接;
所述控制芯片设置在所述电路板上。
10.一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的显示装置。
