Fig. 2 is a sequence diagram showing the processing contents of the key information acquisition process performed between the portable terminal device 20 and the management terminal apparatus 30 shown in fig. 1.
Next, the operation of the door opening/closing system of the vending machine according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 2.
The terminal control unit 21 of the mobile terminal device 20 downloads and acquires predetermined application software through the network N and the management server 40 by using the communication unit 23 (SQ101), and stores the application software in the storage unit 22.
The terminal control unit 21 to which an input signal is supplied by an operator touching the input unit 25a of the display unit 25 of the portable terminal device 20 starts the application software stored in the storage unit 22(SQ 102), makes a communication connection request to the management control unit 31 of the management terminal device 30 through the network N and the management server 40 by the communication unit 23 (SQ103), and performs user registration with the management control unit 31(SQ 104).
The management control unit 31, which has thus registered the user with the terminal control unit 21, sets the person in charge of the automatic vending machine 10 managed by the user (SQ105), and sets the key authority of the user (SQ 106).
Here, the setting of the key authority is determined based on the experience, status, and the like of the operator as the user, and a password in which the key information is always valid, a password in which the key information is valid only for a predetermined period, a password in which the key information is valid only for 1 time, and the like are set.
The management control unit 31 that has thus set the key authority issues a one-time password for receiving the key to the terminal control unit 21 via the network N and the management server 40 by using the communication unit 33 (SQ 107).
After that, the terminal control unit 21 to which the input signal is supplied by the operator touching the input unit 25a of the display unit 25 of the portable terminal device 20 performs a login operation (SQ108), and the communication unit 23 transmits the one-time password (for receiving the key) input through the input unit 25a to the management control unit 31 via the network N and the management server 40 (SQ 109).
The management control unit 31, to which the one-time password (for receiving the key) is transmitted, transmits key information of the plurality of vending machines 10 managed by the worker (user) via the network N and the management server 40 by using the communication unit 33 (SQ 110). The terminal control unit 21 that has transmitted the key information stores the key information (including the key authority) in the storage unit 22(SQ111), and ends the process this time.
Accordingly, the operator can store the key information of all the vending machines 10 managed by the operator in the held portable terminal device 20.
Then, the operator who has acquired the key information can place the portable terminal device 20 in a predetermined communicable area of the short-range wireless communication unit 14 of any of the vending machines 10 to be managed, and transmit and receive all the key information via the short-range wireless communication units 14 and 24 of the portable terminal device 20 and the vending machine 10, respectively.
Thus, when the key information corresponding to the vending machine is input through the short-range wireless communication unit 14, the vending machine control unit 11 provides a release instruction to the electronic lock mechanism 15. As a result, the electronic lock mechanism 15 is in the unlocked state, and the front door can be swung in the opening direction to open the front opening of the main body cabinet, so that the worker can perform work such as replenishment of commodities.
Note that, although the key information is transmitted and received by the short-range wireless communication units 14 and 24 of the vending machine 10 and the portable terminal device 20, respectively, the present embodiment is not limited to this, and the key can be transmitted and received as follows.
The operator can transmit and receive key information to and from any of the vending machines 10 to be managed via the network N and the management server 40 via the communication units 13 and 23 of the vending machine 10 and the mobile terminal device 20, respectively. That is, the operator selects the corresponding vending machine 10 from the list of the vending machines 10 to be managed displayed on the display unit 25 of the portable terminal device, and transmits and receives the key information of the selected vending machine 10 via the network N and the management server 40 by using the respective communication units 13 and 23.
As a result, the vending machine control unit 11, to which the key information corresponding to itself is input, provides the electronic lock mechanism 15 with a release instruction. As a result, the electronic lock mechanism 15 is in the unlocked state, and the front door can be swung in the opening direction to open the front opening of the main body cabinet, so that the worker can perform work such as replenishment of commodities.
As described above, since the electronic lock mechanism 15 of the corresponding vending machine 10 can be set to the unlocked state via the network N and the management server 40, when the operator cannot go to the installation location of the vending machine 10 due to some matter or the like, another operator (hereinafter, also referred to as another operator) who has received a request from the operator can go to the installation location of the vending machine 10, and the other operator can perform work such as product replenishment instead of the operator.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart showing the processing contents of the abnormality occurrence notification processing executed by the vending machine control unit 11 shown in fig. 1.
The operation of the door opening/closing system of the vending machine according to the present embodiment will be described while describing the processing contents of the abnormality occurrence notification processing.
In the abnormality occurrence notification process, the vending machine control unit 11 determines whether or not an on signal is input from the open detection sensor 16 (step S101). When determining that the on signal is not input from the on detection sensor 16 (step S101: no), the vending machine control unit 11 returns the process to end the process of this time without performing the process described later.
When it is determined that the on signal is input from the on detection sensor 16 (step S101: yes), the vending machine control unit 11 determines whether or not the input duration of the on signal is equal to or longer than a set time (step S102). Here, the set time is set based on the time during which the operator performs the work such as replenishment of the product in 1 vending machine 10, and is set to be, for example, about 15 minutes to 20 minutes.
When the input duration of the on signal is not equal to or longer than the set time (no in step S102), the vending machine control unit 11 returns the process to end the process of this time without performing the process described later.
When the input duration of the on signal is equal to or longer than the set time (yes in step S102), the vending machine control unit 11 determines that an abnormality has occurred (step S103), notifies the portable terminal device 20 and the management terminal device 30 of the occurrence of the abnormality from the communication unit 13 via the network N and the management server 40 (step S104), and returns the process to the end of the current process.
This allows the operator and the management source to recognize that the front surface opening of the main body cabinet is being opened.
In the door opening/closing system for the vending machine, when a disaster such as an earthquake occurs at the installation position of the vending machine 10 managed by the management source, for example, when a disaster release input is performed by the management input unit 35 of the management terminal device 30, the management control unit 31 transmits the corresponding key information to the vending machine control units 11 of all the vending machines 10 through the network N and the management server 40 by using the communication unit 33.
Thus, in the vending machine 10 to which the key information is transmitted, the vending machine control unit 11 can supply the unlock command to the electronic lock mechanism 15, and the electronic lock mechanism 15 can be set to the unlocked state.
As described above, according to the door opening/closing system of the automatic vending machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, the door opening/closing system includes: an electronic lock mechanism (15), wherein the electronic lock mechanism (15) restricts the front door from opening and closing the front opening of the main body cabinet when a locking command is given to the electronic lock mechanism (15) to set the front opening to the locked state, and allows the front door to open and close the front opening when an unlocking command is given to the electronic lock mechanism (15) to set the front opening to the unlocked state; and a management terminal device 30, which, when a login operation is performed in the portable terminal device 20 that has been registered by a user by starting a predetermined application software in advance, the management terminal device 30 transmits key information of the vending machine 10 managed by the user who has performed the user registration to the portable terminal apparatus 20, wherein the vending machine control unit 11 of the vending machine 10 supplies the unlocking instruction to the electronic lock mechanism 15 when the key information corresponding to the vending machine is supplied from the portable terminal device 20 via the short-range wireless communication or the network N, therefore, the portable terminal device 20 can store all the key information of the vending machine 10 to be managed, and it is not necessary to always carry a key bundle of the work share with the operator as in the conventional art, and it is not necessary to search for the key of the vending machine as the work target from the key bundle every time. Therefore, the burden on the operator can be reduced.
According to the door opening/closing system of the vending machine described above, the management control unit 31 of the management terminal device 30 transmits the corresponding key information to the vending machine control units 11 of the plurality of vending machines 10 as targets via the network N when the disaster unlock input is supplied through the management input unit 35, and therefore, in the vending machine 10 to which the key information is transmitted, the vending machine control unit 11 can supply the unlock command to the electronic lock mechanism 15 to set the electronic lock mechanism 15 to the unlock state, and thereby the front door is swung in the opening direction to open the front opening of the main body cabinet, whereby the commodities stored in the main body cabinet can be taken out, and the commodities can be distributed as soon as possible in the event of a disaster.
According to the door opening/closing system for the vending machine described above, since the vending machine control unit 11 notifies the portable terminal device 20 and the management terminal device 30 of the occurrence of an abnormality via the network N when the duration of the on signal of the opening detection sensor 16 is equal to or longer than the set time, it is possible to make the operator and the management source recognize that the state in which the front surface opening of the main body cabinet is open continues, and it is possible to make the operator or the like nearest to the vending machine 10 confirm in the past, and to cope with the occurrence of an abnormality as soon as possible.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made.
In the above-described embodiment, when it is determined that an abnormality has occurred in the abnormality occurrence notification process, the vending machine control unit 11 notifies the portable terminal device 20 and the management terminal device 30 via the network N.
Each configuration shown in the above-described embodiment is a functional outline, and the configuration shown in the drawings is not necessarily physically formed. That is, the form of distribution/integration of the respective devices and components is not limited to the illustration, and all or a part of the respective devices and components may be functionally or physically distributed/integrated in arbitrary units according to various usage situations and the like.
