and the management authority starting and leaving processing unit (304) is used for searching goods in the virtual off-shelf goods pool corresponding to the goods channel to obtain a goods or goods combination list and maintaining the goods list corresponding to the virtual off-shelf goods pool of the corresponding goods channel if the management authority is not started.
