Further, for the control system of the intelligent storage cabinet, the control system comprises one or more of a wired/wireless communication channel device, a control center module, an interaction device, a display device, a voice device, a camera device, an electronic lock inside a storage grid, a lamp box, an advertisement device, a standby power supply UPS, a positioning device and the like. All electronic devices are connected directly or indirectly to a control center module, which is connected to a communication device. Preferably, the control system can be divided into a local control system and a cloud remote control system, the cloud remote control system comprises a cloud management system, the cloud management system is connected with the control center module through a wired or wireless network, and the cloud management system can be connected and communicated with a merchant purchasing system and/or a logistics system through an interface.
The interaction device is connected with the control center module, when receiving input information of a user, the interaction device sends the identified user information to the control center module, the control center module processes and judges the user information, and allocates and opens empty internal storage lattices for legal users or opens internal storage lattices corresponding to the user, and processing results are prompted to the user. The interaction device can be one or more of a user intelligent terminal, a scrambler, a biological recognition device, a scanning device, a keyboard, a touch display screen, an IC card reading device, a camera device, a coin-feed device and a POS machine. For example, the interaction device comprises a scrambler which is installed at a suitable position of the intelligent locker, preferably the front middle part of the intelligent locker, and is 1-1.5 meters, or 1.2-1.3 meters away from the bottom of the intelligent locker. Preferably, the interaction device further comprises a storage compartment temperature setting device, when the user stores the article, the refrigerating temperature of the corresponding storage compartment can be set, and after the user takes the article, the temperature is automatically restored to normal temperature, or the temperature is maintained between 0 and 10 degrees centigrade, for example, 5 degrees centigrade.
When the user stores the files, the intelligent locker closest to the user can be searched through a search engine or general map software or a logistics system or the special management software of the intelligent locker. After arriving at the intelligent locker, the storage user may directly click a storage button or option on the interactive device, and the interactive device prompts the user to input personal information for authentication, such as a mobile phone number, a membership number, and/or a user authentication password of the storage user. According to one example of the present invention, the deposit user may be, for example, a sender, or a courier. The interactive device receives a storage instruction and personal information input by a storage user, and then sends the storage instruction and the personal information to the control center module for verification, when the verification is successful, the control center module allocates an empty storage grid in a proper position, sends an unlocking instruction to an electronic lock corresponding to the storage grid, opens the corresponding storage grid, generates a random password or a pickup number corresponding to the storage event, stores the random password or the pickup number in the control center module, and sends the random password or the pickup number to the cloud remote control system, the cloud remote control system sends the password or the pickup number and the number and/or the name and/or the geographical position of the corresponding intelligent storage cabinet to a correct pickup user, and for example, sends the information to intelligent terminals such as mobile phones and the like by adopting modes such as short messages, micro messages and the like. After the user deposits article to the matter storage lattice of opening, close the matter storage lattice, deposit the piece and accomplish. Optionally, after the verification is successful, the method further comprises the step of prompting the user to pay the use fee of the intelligent locker, and when the user pays successfully, the corresponding internal storage grids are redistributed and opened; the user can pay the service charge of the intelligent storage cabinet through coin inserting, card swiping, mobile phone payment and other modes.
According to an example of the invention, in order to improve the security performance and improve the user experience, the intelligent locker of the invention supports a biometric authentication mode, and the authentication by inputting the personal information by the user may further include fingerprint authentication, palm print authentication, face recognition authentication and the like. For example, the interaction device may include a fingerprint scanner, a palm print scanner, or a camera device, and the control center module is provided with a security authentication chip, and can compare and verify the collected fingerprint, palm print, and face image with the user information stored in the system. The user information stored in the system can be preset by a user and stored in the cloud remote control system and/or the intelligent locker. Preferably, in order to reduce the cost of the intelligent locker, the authentication function can be placed in a cloud remote control system.
When a user takes a file, the user can search the target intelligent locker through a search engine or general map software or a logistics system or special management software of the intelligent locker according to the received serial number and/or name and/or geographical position of the intelligent locker. After the intelligent storage cabinet is reached, a pickup user can directly click a pickup button or option on the interaction device, the interaction device prompts the pickup user to input a random password or pickup number received in advance, after the pickup user inputs the password or pickup number, the interaction device sends the random password or pickup number input by the user to the control center module, the control center module successfully verifies the random password or pickup number, and the control center module sends an unlocking instruction to the electronic lock of the corresponding storage lattice to open the corresponding storage lattice, so that the pickup user can take out the temporarily stored articles. According to one example of the invention, the pickup user may be, for example, a courier, or a recipient. Preferably, the control center module generates a random password or a pickup number only after the pickup user clicks the pickup button or the option, and/or the cloud remote control system sends the random password or the pickup number to the correct pickup user, so as to avoid password leakage and improve the safety performance. Optionally, after the verification is successful, the method further comprises the step of prompting the user to pay the use fee of the intelligent locker, and when the user pays successfully, the corresponding internal storage grid is opened; the user can pay the service charge of the intelligent storage cabinet through coin inserting, card swiping, mobile phone payment and other modes.
According to an example of the invention, the wireless communication device of the intelligent locker can be interconnected with the outside world through communication modes such as 3G/4G/WiFi/WLAN/Bluetooth and the like.
According to an example of the present invention, the intelligent locker further comprises a display device; the display device is connected with the control center module and can display state information of the intelligent storage cabinet, storage information and temperature information of each internal storage grid, the two-dimensional code, advertisement information and other information needing to be displayed.
According to an example of the present invention, the intelligent locker further comprises a voice device; the voice device comprises a microphone and a loudspeaker, and is connected with the control center module; the voice device can collect the speaking and voice instructions of the user, send the instructions to the control center module and play the response information of the intelligent storage cabinet.
According to an example of the invention, the intelligent cabinet further comprises a camera device; the camera device is connected with the control center module; the number of the camera devices can be one or more, and the camera devices are installed at proper positions of the intelligent storage cabinet and used for monitoring the use scene of the intelligent storage cabinet.
According to an example of the invention, the intelligent cabinet further comprises a light box and an advertisement device, and advertisements can be displayed through the light box.
According to an example of the present invention, the display device, the voice device, the camera device, the advertisement device, etc. are connected to the control center module, and may also be directly connected to the communication device, and connected to the cloud remote control system via the communication device. When needed, the cloud remote control system can be communicated with the display device, the voice device, the camera device, the advertisement device and the like without the control center module, so that the load of the control center module is reduced.
According to an example of the invention, the intelligent locker further comprises a standby power supply UPS, and under the condition of power failure or large voltage fluctuation of a power grid, the intelligent locker can be automatically connected with the standby power supply or adjust the power supply, and the intelligent locker can normally work for not less than 6 hours by using the standby power supply after the power failure.
According to an example of the invention, the intelligent cabinet further comprises an outer door, and the outer door is provided with an automatic rebounding device, so that the door is ensured to be normally closed after rebounding. The door opening angle is larger than 90 degrees and can reach 180 degrees, and the outer door is opened and does not influence the inside storage lattice of intelligent locker to deposit and withdraw articles. Preferably, the outer door of the intelligent storage cabinet is made of double-layer toughened glass, condensed fog cannot occur, and the condensed fog is removed through an electric heating wire. The door seam strip adopts gray or black color. Preferably, the outer door can also be provided with an electronic lock, the electronic lock must be firmly fixed, and the outer door has no freedom of movement when the door handle is pulled in a door locking state. Preferably, the scrambler is installed at a position 1.2-1.3 meters away from the ground on the front surface of the glass door, so that the operation of a customer is facilitated. The cipher device is touch type, white characters are arranged on black background, the length, the width and the height of the cipher device (8.5cm x 1cm) are within 2mm of positive and negative difference. The cipher device is installed on the handle side of the door frame, and the outer frame has fixing measures and no sharp edges. Preferably, the electronic lock of the outer door is also connected with the control center module, and the opening and closing of the electronic lock of the outer door can be controlled by the control center module. According to an example of the invention, the external door electronic lock and the internal storage grid electronic lock can be linked, when the user verifies or pays successfully or inputs a correct password or a correct article fetching number, the external door electronic lock and the corresponding internal storage grid electronic lock are unlocked simultaneously, and the allocated empty internal storage grid or the internal storage grid corresponding to the article fetching information is automatically opened after the external door is opened, so that the user can conveniently store or fetch the articles.
According to an example of the invention, in order to prevent the situation that the external door or the internal storage grid of the intelligent locker cannot be opened under special conditions or emergency conditions, such as failure of the electronic lock or power failure, the intelligent locker further comprises an emergency unlocking device, and the locking device of the electronic lock of the external door of the intelligent locker and the locking device of the electronic lock of the internal storage grid can be opened mechanically through the emergency unlocking device. Preferably, the emergency unlocking device comprises an outer door emergency unlocking device and an inner storage case emergency unlocking device which are respectively used for opening the outer door and each inner storage case. The emergency unlocking device may be connected to the locking device of the electronic lock, for example, through a mechanical transmission structure, and when a specific emergency key is inserted and rotated, the locking device of the electronic lock may be opened or closed, thereby opening the outer door or the inner storage compartment. Preferably, the emergency unlocking device is arranged below or near the cipher device and is in a hidden or covered or locked state at ordinary times, and only the intelligent locker manager can be opened for use in emergency.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a self-service storage and taking method based on the intelligent locker, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, a user selects self-service storage or self-service pickup through an interactive device;
step 2, the interactive device prompts the user to input authentication information;
step 3, the user inputs and submits the authentication information through the interaction device, and the interaction device sends the authentication information to the control center module;
step 4, the control center module authenticates the authentication information, if the user is a legal user, the control center module responds according to the user selection: if the storage is self-service storage, randomly distributing and opening an empty storage cell; if the article is taken by self, opening a storage lattice corresponding to the user;
optionally, after the user is verified to be a legal user, the method further comprises the step of prompting the user to pay the use fee, and after the user pays successfully, the step of responding according to the user selection is executed;
optionally, the method further comprises step 5: the control center module returns processing result information to the interaction device; and the interactive device feeds back the processing result information to the user.
According to one example of the invention, the interaction means comprises a user's smart device, including but not limited to a smartphone; or the interaction device comprises one or more of user intelligent equipment, a scanner on an intelligent locker, a keyboard, a touch display screen, IC card reading equipment and a camera device.
Optionally, when the interaction device is a smart device of a user, the step 1 includes: the user uses the intelligent equipment to scan the two-dimensional code on the intelligent storage cabinet, and then selects self-service storage or self-service pickup.
Optionally, when the interaction device is one or more of a scanner, a keyboard, a touch display screen, an IC card reading device, and a camera device on the smart locker, the user may perform authentication in multiple ways, such as a two-dimensional code, a barcode, a password, a fingerprint, a palm print, an IC card, and face recognition.
An example of delivering goods by using the intelligent locker is described below by taking express logistics as an example:
1. a user uses a merchant APP or reserves a fresh commodity, such as beer, refrigerated food, fresh milk and the like, at a merchant website or through a telephone;
2. the method comprises the following steps that a merchant receives an order, packages commodities, selects a logistics system, generates order information, attaches the order information to a commodity package and delivers the package to a corresponding courier or a logistics company; the order information comprises user information and/or user ordered commodity information and/or logistics information and the like, and the logistics information can comprise information such as a logistics waybill number or a logistics barcode or a two-dimensional code for identifying a package; optionally, the order information or the logistics information further includes temperature information required for refrigeration and refrigeration of the fresh goods;
3. after logistics transportation, the courier transports the packages to the intelligent locker closest to the user;
4. the courier selects the stored articles through the intelligent locker and scans the logistics bar code or two-dimensional code information on the packages by using a bar code scanning device or a two-dimensional code recognition device or a camera device of the intelligent locker;
5. the intelligent storage cabinet is communicated with the cloud management system according to the read logistics waybill number or logistics bar code or two-dimensional code information, and confirms that the parcel is a package to be delivered and temporarily stored; as an implementation manner, the cloud management system may communicate with the logistics system and/or the merchant system, and query and verify corresponding order information or logistics information;
6. the intelligent storage cabinet distributes and opens a proper internal storage lattice, and a courier puts the package into the internal storage lattice and closes the cabinet door to finish delivery; optionally, the courier further sets the working temperature of the internal storage compartment according to the information of the temperature required for cold storage and cold storage in the order information; or the intelligent storage cabinet automatically sets the working temperature of the internal storage grids according to the inquired order information or logistics information;
7. the intelligent locker sends delivery confirmation information to the cloud management system, the cloud management system generates a pickup password or pickup number, the pickup password or pickup number is combined with the number and/or name and/or geographical position of the corresponding intelligent locker, and the pickup password or pickup number is sent to a user, for example, a registration mobile phone number of the user can be sent through a short message, or a notice is sent to the user through a merchant APP or a logistics system, or a micro message bound by the user is sent; optionally, the intelligent locker can also generate the pickup password or pickup number and send the pickup password or pickup number to the cloud management system;
8. the user receives the pickup password or the pickup number, and the number and/or the name and/or the geographical position of the intelligent locker, selects pickup in the intelligent locker at a proper time and inputs the pickup password or the pickup number;
9. the intelligent storage cabinet sends a pickup password or a pickup number input by a user to the cloud management system for verification, and when the verification is successful, corresponding internal storage lattices are opened. Optionally, the verification may also be performed by the smart locker based on locally stored information. Optionally, after the verification is successful, the method further comprises the step of prompting the user to pay the use fee of the intelligent locker, and when the user pays successfully, the corresponding internal storage grid is opened; the user can pay the service charge of the intelligent storage cabinet through coin insertion, card swiping, mobile phone payment and other modes;
10. the user takes the parcel away, closes inside matter storage lattice, or inside matter storage lattice time delay self-closing, gets a completion.
An example of using the intelligent locker to send goods is described below by taking express logistics as an example:
1. the user carries the required sending goods to the intelligent locker. Preferably, the user can firstly search the intelligent locker closest to the user through a search engine or general map software or a logistics system or the special management software of the intelligent locker.
2. The user selects self-service storage or self-service sending through the interaction device of the intelligent locker, the intelligent locker prompts the user to input real identity information, and the user inputs an identity card number and/or a mobile phone number;
or, the user uses an intelligent terminal, such as a mobile phone, to scan the two-dimensional code information on the intelligent storage cabinet, selects self-service storage or self-service sending on the intelligent terminal according to the scanning result, and inputs the identification number and/or the mobile phone number; the intelligent terminal sends the identity information to a cloud management system for verification;
3. the intelligent storage cabinet authenticates the identity information or sends the identity information to a cloud management system for authentication, if the identity information is a legal user, authentication success information is returned, and the user is prompted to pay the use fee of the intelligent storage cabinet; optionally, the user can be prompted to select a logistics system and/or fill in logistics information;
or when the user inputs identity information by using the intelligent terminal, if the user is a legal user, the cloud management system returns authentication success information and prompts the user to pay the use fee of the intelligent locker; optionally, the user can be prompted to select a logistics system and/or fill in logistics information;
the authentication is a legal user, for example, the authentication can be performed according to the prior registration information of the user;
4. the user pays the use fee of the intelligent storage cabinet by coin inserting, card swiping, mobile phone payment and other modes;
5. after receiving the payment cost of the user, the intelligent locker sends a successful payment message to the cloud management system, or after receiving the payment cost of the user through the intelligent terminal, the cloud management system sends a successful payment message to the intelligent locker; the cloud management system generates a pickup password or pickup number, and the pickup password or pickup number, the user identity information, and the number and/or name and/or geographical position of the intelligent locker are sent to the corresponding logistics system;
6. the intelligent storage cabinet randomly distributes and opens an empty storage lattice, and a user puts the sending articles into the storage lattice and closes the storage lattice or automatically closes the storage lattice in a delayed manner, so that the sending is finished;
7. the logistics system arranges the courier to take the courier according to the received user sending information and the logistics information, or contacts the user to confirm the logistics information according to the received user information and arranges the courier to take the courier; the courier arrives at the intelligent locker within the set time, selects to pick up the goods and inputs a pick-up password or a pick-up number provided by the logistics system;
8. the intelligent locker sends a pickup password or a pickup number input by a courier to the cloud management system for verification, and when the verification is successful, corresponding internal storage lattices are opened; optionally, the intelligent locker can also perform verification according to locally stored information;
9. the courier takes away the delivered goods and closes the inner storage compartment, or the inner storage compartment is automatically closed in a delayed way;
10. the courier packs and weighs the articles, the logistics system is used for calculating logistics cost according to the identity information, the logistics information and the article weight information filled by the user, a logistics order is generated, logistics order information is fed back to the user, after the user pays the logistics cost, the order is printed and pasted on a package, and logistics transportation and delivery are started.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a remote alarm detection system of an intelligent storage cabinet. According to one example of the invention, the remote alarm detection system comprises one or more of the following alarm detection modules:
the alarm module for the left door and the right door is used for detecting whether the outer door and/or the inner storage grid of the intelligent storage cabinet are/is normally closed or not and giving an alarm under the condition of not normally closed;
the power failure alarm module is used for detecting the power state of the intelligent storage cabinet, alarming when an external power supply is in power failure, and/or alarming when the power supply capacity of the emergency power supply is insufficient;
the overtime non-taking reminding module is used for giving an alarm when the articles in the intelligent storage cabinet are not taken out after the preset time, and reminding a user of taking the articles as soon as possible;
the remote video monitoring module is used for monitoring the working environment of the intelligent storage cabinet in a video mode;
the network disconnection alarm module is used for giving an alarm when the intelligent storage cabinet is disconnected from the network;
the humidity and temperature detection and alarm module is used for detecting the humidity and the temperature of the intelligent storage cabinet or the storage lattices in the intelligent storage cabinet and giving an alarm when the humidity and the temperature exceed a set threshold value;
and the fault alarm module is used for monitoring whether each component of the intelligent storage cabinet or the storage cabinet only has faults or not and giving an alarm when the fault occurs.
The embodiment also provides a remote alarm detection method based on the intelligent locker. When the intelligent storage cabinet runs, detecting the working state of the intelligent storage cabinet through a remote alarm detection system, and giving an alarm when the intelligent storage cabinet works abnormally or fails;
the detection the operating condition of intelligence locker to send out the warning when intelligence locker work is unusual or the trouble, include:
the intelligent storage cabinet comprises an open door alarm function, a closed door alarm function and a closed door alarm function, wherein the open door alarm function is used for detecting whether an outer door and/or an inner storage grid of the intelligent storage cabinet is normally closed or not and giving an alarm under the condition that the outer door and/or the inner storage grid is not normally closed;
the intelligent storage cabinet comprises a power-off alarm function, a power-off alarm function and a power-off alarm function, wherein the power-off alarm function is used for detecting the power supply state of the intelligent storage cabinet, alarming when an external power supply is powered off, and/or alarming when the power supply capacity of an emergency power supply is insufficient;
the overtime non-taking reminding function is used for reminding a user to take the articles as soon as possible when the articles in the intelligent storage cabinet are not taken out after the preset time;
the remote video monitoring function is used for remotely monitoring the intelligent storage cabinet in a video mode;
the network disconnection alarming function is used for alarming when the intelligent storage cabinet cannot be connected with the network;
the humidity and temperature detection and alarm function is used for detecting the humidity and the temperature of the intelligent storage cabinet or the storage lattices in the intelligent storage cabinet and giving an alarm when the humidity and the temperature exceed a threshold value.
According to an example of the present invention, the remote alarm detection system may be integrated in a cloud management system. The intelligent locker sends a heartbeat request to the cloud management system at intervals of first preset time, wherein the heartbeat request carries an identifier and operation information of the intelligent locker, and the operation information can comprise a state code, for example; if the intelligent storage cabinet works normally, the operation information is normal, and if the intelligent storage cabinet works abnormally or fails, the operation information comprises corresponding abnormal or fault state codes; and the cloud management system identifies and analyzes the identification and the operation information, judges whether the corresponding intelligent storage cabinet is abnormal or fails, and gives an alarm when the corresponding intelligent storage cabinet is abnormal or fails. The exception or fault code includes, but is not limited to, code for indicating the following: the outer door of the intelligent storage cabinet is not normally closed; the storage compartment is not normally closed; powering off; breaking the net; not getting the data when overtime; the temperature exceeds a threshold range; the humidity is outside the threshold range. The exception or fault code may also include an exception or fault code for each electronic component of the intelligent locker. Preferably, the first predetermined time is set to 1 minute, or 10 minutes, or 1 hour.
Preferably, if the cloud management system does not receive a heartbeat request updated by the intelligent locker beyond the preset time, the corresponding intelligent locker is marked as a fault state, and an alarm is sent. For example, after the cloud management system receives the heartbeat request, the last communication time of the corresponding intelligent locker is updated to be the current time according to the identification information; the cloud management system acquires the last communication time of the intelligent storage cabinet every second preset time, and calculates the time difference between the current time and the last communication time; when the time difference is smaller than or equal to a time threshold value, judging that the signal is normal; and when the time difference is larger than the time threshold, judging that the signal is abnormal, marking the corresponding intelligent storage cabinet as a fault state, and sending an alarm.
According to an example of the invention, the intelligent locker further comprises a sensing and monitoring device, the sensing and monitoring device is used for monitoring the working state of the intelligent locker and the working state of each electronic component of the intelligent locker, sending various working states or working parameters to the control center module, and when an abnormality or a fault occurs, the control center module generates a corresponding state code and sends the state code to the cloud management system. Of course, the sensing and monitoring device can directly generate the corresponding status code to lighten the load of the control center module. The sensing and monitoring device may include, for example, various intelligent sensors disposed in the intelligent storage cabinet, including but not limited to: distance sensors, pressure sensors, infrared sensors, hygrometers, thermometers, microphones, cameras, and the like.
According to an example of the invention, the intelligent cabinet further comprises an audible and visual alarm device, and when the remote alarm detection system gives an alarm, the audible and visual alarm device works to draw the attention of the user or remind the user to perform a proper operation.
Preferably, the alarm module for warning that the door is not closed is used for accessing the state of the electronic lock of the outer door of the intelligent storage cabinet and giving an alarm when the opening time of the outer door exceeds a normal threshold.
Preferably, the door-unclosed alarm module is further configured to access a state of an electronic lock of an internal storage compartment of the intelligent locker, and send an alarm when the opening time of the electronic lock of the storage compartment exceeds a normal threshold.
Preferably, the alarm module for not closing the door starts timing when the electronic lock of the outer door of the intelligent storage cabinet is just opened, or starts timing when the electronic lock of the inner storage grid is just opened, and clears zero when the corresponding electronic lock is closed, and gives an alarm when the timing exceeds a preset normal threshold.
Preferably, the network disconnection warning module is configured to send a heartbeat request to the intelligent locker periodically, or receive a heartbeat request sent by the intelligent locker every predetermined time, and when a heartbeat response of the intelligent locker is not received after the predetermined time is exceeded, or a heartbeat request sent by the intelligent locker is not received after the predetermined time is exceeded, determine that the intelligent locker cannot be connected to the network, and send a warning.
According to the embodiment, the intelligent storage cabinet has rich functions, can be intelligently interconnected, is convenient and fast to operate and is easy to manage; meanwhile, the remote alarm detection system greatly improves the safety of the intelligent storage cabinet and the automation degree of management and maintenance. Therefore, the invention has outstanding beneficial effects.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent storage cabinet comprises a cabinet body with adjustable temperature and an internal storage grid; the system is characterized by also comprising a control center module;
the internal storage lattices are normal-temperature storage lattices, or partial normal-temperature storage lattices and partial refrigeration lattices, or all the internal storage lattices are refrigeration lattices; the temperature of the refrigerating compartment can be adjusted to be used as a freezing compartment;
each inner storage compartment contains an inner electronic lock for opening and closing the respective inner storage compartment;
the intelligent storage cabinet is locally controlled through the control center module, and/or a distributed cloud management system is adopted to realize remote Internet of things management and operation, wherein the cloud management system comprises a remote alarm detection system.
2. The intelligent locker of claim 1 wherein said local control of said intelligent locker by said control center module comprises: by the control center module:
controlling a temperature of each inner storage compartment; and/or
Controlling each internal electronic lock to be opened or closed; and/or
Controlling an outer door of the intelligent storage cabinet to be opened or closed; and/or
Monitoring and recording the state of the intelligent storage cabinet, wherein the record comprises the switch record of an electronic lock inside the storage grid, the storage and taking record of the storage grid, the temperature of the storage grid and the like, and an alarm is given when the intelligent storage cabinet works abnormally.
3. The intelligent locker of claim 1 wherein the remote internet of things management and operation is achieved by using a distributed cloud management system comprising:
the cloud management system is connected with the control center module through a wired or wireless network, and the cloud management system is connected with the control center module through the control center module:
controlling a temperature of each inner storage compartment; and/or
Controlling each internal electronic lock to be opened or closed; and/or
Controlling an outer door of the intelligent storage cabinet to be opened or closed; and/or
Monitoring and recording the state of the intelligent storage cabinet, wherein the record comprises the switch record of an electronic lock inside the storage grid, the storage and taking record of the storage grid, the temperature of the storage grid and the like, and an alarm is given when the intelligent storage cabinet works abnormally.
4. The intelligent locker of any one of claims 1 to 3 further comprising an interaction means;
the interaction device is connected with the control center module, when receiving input information of a user, the interaction device sends the identified user information to the control center module, the user information is processed and judged by the control center module, an empty internal storage cell is distributed and opened for a legal user or an internal storage cell corresponding to the user is opened, and a processing result is prompted to the user;
the interaction device can be one or more of a scanner, a keyboard, a touch display screen, an IC card reading device and a camera device.
5. The intelligent locker of any one of claims 1 to 4 further comprising a communication device, wherein the communication device supports wired/wireless communication, including but not limited to interconnection with the outside world by means of 3G/4G/WiFi/WLAN/Bluetooth and the like;
the internal electronic lock is connected with the control center module; the control center module is connected with the communication device and is interconnected with the outside through the communication device.
6. The intelligent locker of any one of claims 1 to 4,
the internal storage lattice is provided with a cold air circulation grid, an air quantity adjusting device, a temperature sensor and a heat insulation device;
the control center module can independently control the temperature of each internal storage grid through the device, and the storage grid is at normal temperature or refrigerated.
7. A remote alarm detection system based on the intelligent locker of any one of claims 1-6; the system is characterized by comprising one or more of the following alarm detection modules:
the alarm module for the left door and the right door is used for detecting whether the outer door and/or the inner storage grid of the intelligent storage cabinet are/is normally closed or not and giving an alarm under the condition of not normally closed;
the power failure alarm module is used for detecting the power state of the intelligent storage cabinet, alarming when an external power supply is in power failure, and/or alarming when the power supply capacity of the emergency power supply is insufficient;
the overtime non-taking reminding module is used for giving an alarm when the articles in the intelligent storage cabinet are not taken out after the preset time, and reminding a user of taking the articles as soon as possible;
the remote video monitoring module is used for monitoring the working environment of the intelligent storage cabinet in a video mode;
the network disconnection alarm module is used for giving an alarm when the intelligent storage cabinet is disconnected from the network; the humidity and temperature detection and alarm module is used for detecting the humidity and the temperature of the intelligent storage cabinet or the storage lattices in the intelligent storage cabinet and giving an alarm when the humidity and the temperature exceed a set threshold value; and the fault alarm module is used for monitoring whether the intelligent storage cabinet or each component of the intelligent storage cabinet has a fault or not and giving an alarm when the fault occurs.
8. The remote alarm detection system of claim 7,
the intelligent locker sends heartbeat requests to the cloud management system at intervals of first preset time, wherein the heartbeat requests carry identification and operation information of the intelligent locker, and the operation information comprises state codes; if the intelligent storage cabinet works normally, the operation information is normal, and if the intelligent storage cabinet works abnormally or fails, the operation information comprises corresponding abnormal or fault state codes; and the cloud management system identifies and analyzes the identification and the operation information, judges whether the corresponding intelligent storage cabinet is abnormal or fails, and gives an alarm when the corresponding intelligent storage cabinet is abnormal or fails.
9. The remote alarm detection system of claim 7,
the intelligent locker sends heartbeat requests to the cloud management system every other first preset time, the heartbeat requests carry identification information of the intelligent locker, and after the cloud management system receives the heartbeat requests, the last communication time of the corresponding intelligent locker is updated to be current time according to the identification information; the cloud management system acquires the last communication time of the intelligent storage cabinet every second preset time, and calculates the time difference between the current time and the last communication time; when the time difference is smaller than or equal to a time threshold, judging that the heartbeat request signal is normal; and when the time difference is larger than the time threshold, judging that the heartbeat request signal is abnormal, marking the corresponding intelligent storage cabinet as a fault state, and sending an alarm.
10. A remote alarm detection method based on the intelligent storage cabinet as claimed in any one of claims 1-6; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
when the intelligent storage cabinet runs, detecting the working state of the intelligent storage cabinet through a remote alarm detection system, and giving an alarm when the intelligent storage cabinet works abnormally or fails;
the detection the operating condition of intelligence locker to send out the warning when intelligence locker work is unusual or the trouble, include:
the intelligent storage cabinet comprises an open door alarm function, a closed door alarm function and a closed door alarm function, wherein the open door alarm function is used for detecting whether an outer door and/or an inner storage grid of the intelligent storage cabinet is normally closed or not and giving an alarm under the condition that the outer door and/or the inner storage grid is not normally closed; the intelligent storage cabinet comprises a power-off alarm function, a power-off alarm function and a power-off alarm function, wherein the power-off alarm function is used for detecting the power supply state of the intelligent storage cabinet, alarming when an external power supply is powered off, and/or alarming when the power supply capacity of an emergency power supply is insufficient;
the overtime non-taking reminding function is used for reminding a user to take the articles as soon as possible when the articles in the intelligent storage cabinet are not taken out after the preset time;
the remote video monitoring function is used for remotely monitoring the intelligent storage cabinet in a video mode; the network disconnection alarming function is used for alarming when the intelligent storage cabinet cannot be connected with the network; the humidity and temperature detection and alarm function is used for detecting the humidity and the temperature of the intelligent storage cabinet or the storage grids in the intelligent storage cabinet and giving an alarm when the humidity and the temperature exceed a threshold value;
and the fault alarm function is used for monitoring whether each component of the intelligent storage cabinet or the storage cabinet only has faults or not and giving an alarm when the fault occurs.
