For example, when a user clicks a left key on a certain functional node, the front-end interface can pop up a document corresponding to the functional node for the user to edit and process; or clicking a right button on a certain functional node to delete or add a functional node.
The following describes a sequence of a configuration-based business process management method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, taking an example that a user customizes a business process of a project on a project management platform according to his own requirements, please refer to fig. 2, where the method specifically includes:
step 201: and constructing the SQL file of the table structure into a database through the account establishment tool.
Wherein, the constructed table structure at least comprises the following items: the system comprises a business process type table structure, a business process module configuration table structure, a functional node table structure under a business process module and an item type table structure.
The service process type table structure includes attribute information of a service process type, such as a service process type ID, a service process type number, a service process type name, whether a system is prefabricated, and the like. A plurality of service process types can be preset in the project management platform, and a user can directly use the project management platform or rebuild the project management platform. Specifically, the business process type table structure may be as shown in table 1.
Table 1:

Figure BDA0002392231970000102
Figure BDA0002392231970000111
step 202, a service flow configuration interface providing a service flow configuration function is preset, a user constructs a new service flow type through the service flow configuration interface, and the service flow configuration interface stores configuration information for the user to configure the service flow through the service flow configuration interface.
In this embodiment, the service flow configuration interface may be provided by a function key of a menu bar of the front-end interface of the project management platform, and the user enters the service flow type configuration interface by clicking the function key.
The user can construct a new business process type through the business process configuration interface, and can also modify the business process module or the functional node included in the existing business process type.
Taking the example that the user constructs a new business process type (long-term equity investment project), the user can configure the attribute information of the business process type according to table 1, wherein the business process type ID and the business process type number can be automatically generated by the project management platform according to the pre-made rules, the business process type name is "long-term equity investment project", and whether the system is pre-made as "no".
Based on tables 2 and 3, the user can configure the service flow modules included in the service flow type, the function nodes included in each service flow module, and the path relationship between the function nodes. The service flow module can be pre-stored in the system, and can also be newly built. For example, the long-term equity investment project includes two business process modules of "investment decision" and "engineering design", so that the two business process modules of "investment decision" and "engineering design" can be added to the configuration interface of the business process type "long-term equity investment project".
Furthermore, the user can also configure the functional nodes included in the business process module, wherein each functional node corresponds to a functional document, the functional documents are all existing in the system database, the user can directly search in the database according to the names of the functional nodes, configure the functional documents to the corresponding business process module, and configure the path relationship among the functional nodes included in the business process module. For example, the business process module "investment decision" includes functional nodes of "project proposal", "feasibility report", "project evaluation", "project decision", "project proposal review draft", and "project proposal official draft", wherein, brother nodes are between "project proposal", "feasibility report", "project evaluation", and "project decision", and the node numbers are child nodes of "project proposal 1", "feasibility report 2", "project evaluation 3", "project decision 4", "project proposal review draft", and "project proposal official draft", and the node numbers are "project proposal review draft 1" and "project proposal official draft 2".
According to the configuration information, the user can click the save button or the close button after configuration is finished, so that the configuration information is stored.
Step 203, configuring the incidence relation between the target item type and the business process type, and initiating a business process display instruction.
The user can customize the business process for the specified target project type according to the self requirement, wherein, the user can configure the association relationship of the business process type for the target project type by utilizing each configured business process type based on the table 4, for example, the target project type is an investment project, the required business process type is a long-term equity investment project, and the association relationship is realized by binding the target project type and the required business process type. And a business process display instruction is initiated by clicking a display function button.
Step 204, when the project management platform receives a service flow display instruction which is initiated by a user and is carried out aiming at a target project type, acquiring an associated target service flow type according to an association relation which is configured by the user aiming at the target project type in advance.
And the project management platform acquires the associated target business process type according to the stored business process type association relation bound with the target project type, and the associated target business process type is a long-term equity investment project.
Step 205, determining the business process modules included in the target business process type, the function nodes included in each business process module, and the path relationship between the function nodes according to the business process configuration performed by the user in advance.
In this embodiment, the business process modules included in the target business process type "long term equity investment project" can be found out according to the configuration information, which are respectively "investment decision" and "engineering design", and the functional nodes included in the business process modules "investment decision" are "project proposal", "feasibility report", "project assessment", "project decision", "project proposal review article" and "project proposal official document", and the nodes between "project proposal", "feasibility report", "project assessment" and "project decision" are brother nodes, and the node numbers are child nodes of "project proposal 1", "feasibility report 2", "project assessment 3", "project decision 4", "project proposal review article" and "project proposal official document", "and" project proposal article ", and the node serial numbers are "1 for project proposal evaluation manuscript" and "2 for project proposal official manuscript". The business process module "investment decision" includes functional nodes of "scheme design", "preliminary design and approval thereof", "expanded preliminary design", "construction drawing design and approval thereof", and node numbers of "scheme design is 1", "preliminary design and approval thereof is 2", "expanded preliminary design is 3", "construction drawing design and approval thereof is 4".
And step 206, acquiring the states of all functional nodes corresponding to the target business process type 'long-term equity investment project'.
Because a user needs to monitor and track the service progress of a customized service flow by displaying a service flow diagram, the state of each functional node needs to be acquired, where the state of the functional node includes at least one of the following contents: non-started, processed, confirmed, draft, not approved, approved.
In this embodiment, each function node corresponds to a function menu and a plurality of documents on the function interface, the state of the function node may change when the function node processes a document once, and the state of the function node after each processing is stored, so that the current state of each function node can be obtained in the database. For example, the status of "project proposal" is a processed document, the status of "feasibility report" is draft, the statuses of "project evaluation", "project decision", "project design", "preliminary design and approval thereof", "preliminary design", "construction drawing design and approval thereof" are all not started, the status of "project proposal evaluation review" is a confirmed document, and the status of "project proposal official draft" is draft.
The user may modify the document state by modifying the key-value pair of the document state, for example, modifying the "draft" state into the "draft" state.
In this embodiment, the information acquisition process of the above steps 205 and 206 can be implemented by at least one of the following code forms:
Figure BDA0002392231970000141
Figure BDA0002392231970000151

Figure BDA0002392231970000152
Figure BDA0002392231970000161
step 207, drawing a target business flow chart corresponding to the target business flow type, and displaying the target business flow chart on a front-end interface.
In this embodiment, a target business process diagram may be drawn according to the business process modules included in the target business process type "long term equity investment project" acquired in step 205, the function nodes included in each business process module, and the path relationship among the function nodes.
In order to determine the state of the functional node more intuitively on the target service flow chart, the state identifier of each functional node may be carried in the drawn target service flow chart.
In this embodiment, the states of the functional nodes may be marked by means of ground color, frame, texture, text mark, and the like of the functional nodes in the target business flow diagram.
For example, the un-started, processed document, confirmed document, draft, not approved, and approved use red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple as the ground colors of the functional nodes, respectively, and the user can determine the status of each functional node according to the ground colors of the functional nodes in the target business flow diagram.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a flow chart of the target service shown on the front-end interface.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the process of the target business flowchart shown in the front end can be implemented at least in one of the following ways:
