Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The management system is used for online management of nurses and stores, facilitates editing, storing and inquiring nurse information and store information under an organization, and is beneficial to realization of informatization management.
Specifically, the store management module stores all store information and inquires and manages according to the store information; the store information includes store ID, serial number, store name, location (including country, province, city, district, address, etc.), store image, status (business and non-business, etc.), and the like.
The store management module comprises a store information editing sub-module which is used for providing a store information editing page to add store information to the store information database. As shown in fig. 2, the store information editing sub-module edits store status, serial number, area (country, province, city, district), store name, head portrait, address, image-text introduction, and may further include longitude and latitude information on the store information editing page, and stores the information of each store in a store information database in an associated manner, and the information database generates a unique store ID (having uniqueness in the store information database) correspondingly, and records creation time and modification time; the modification time is the time for modifying and editing any information of the store after adding the store information to the database, and generally only the last modification time is recorded.
The store management module comprises a store query submodule for setting query conditions (namely query fields) and collecting store information according to the query conditions. And the store query sub-module provides a store query condition input box and a query button to acquire a query condition of the user to traverse the store information database and acquire a query result of the store information. As shown in fig. 3, an interface provided by the store query submodule in a specific embodiment includes query conditions such as province, city, district, status, sorting mode, and query buttons, and a query result is output to the display submodule for display.
Therefore, further, the store management module further comprises a store display sub-module, which displays the query result of the store query sub-module, i.e. the queried store information, in a list form, as shown in fig. 4, including store ID, serial number, store name and location, avatar, status, creation time and modification time, and operational items; the operable items comprise buttons of modification, employee list, employee addition and the like, and are used for jumping to the corresponding store information editing page, store employee list and employee information editing page. When other store information corresponding to a certain store ID is modified, jumping to a store information editing page, displaying current stored data in a database on the page, updating the database after the modified information is stored, and recording the modification time. When the employee list corresponding to the ID of a certain store is operated, the jump page is the employee information list of the store which is screened out after the database is traversed.
The employee management module stores all employee information and inquires and manages according to the employee information; the employee information comprises a job number, an account number, a affiliated store, a location, a serial number, a head portrait, a name, a gender, a type, a contact way, a certificate and the like.
The employee management module comprises an employee information editing sub-module which is used for providing an employee information editing page to add employee information to be stored in an employee information database. As shown in fig. 5, in the specific example, the employee information editing sub-module edits information such as employee status (displayed and hidden), location (country, province, city, district), affiliated store (which may be edited by using store ID or store name as a label), serial number, gender, type, name, contact telephone, head portrait, certificate, brief introduction, etc. in the store information editing page, and stores information items of the employee in association with an employee information database, the information database automatically generates (may also be manually edited) a unique employee job number/account number (which is unique in the employee information database), and records creation time and modification time; the modification time is the time for modifying any information of the employee after the employee information is added to the database, and is generally only displayed last time.
The employee management module comprises an employee query submodule used for setting query conditions (namely query fields) and collecting employee information according to the query conditions. The staff inquiry sub-module provides a staff inquiry condition input box and an inquiry button to acquire the inquiry condition of the user to traverse the staff information database and acquire the inquiry result of the staff information. As shown in fig. 6, an interface provided by the staff query sub-module in a specific embodiment includes query conditions and query buttons such as province, city, district, store (that is, affiliated store), type (such as doctor, nurse manager, and research and development staff), gender, status, and sorting mode, and the query result is output to the display sub-module for display.
Correspondingly, the employee management module further includes an employee display sub-module, and displays the query result of the employee query sub-module, that is, the queried employee information, in a list form, as shown in fig. 7, including job number/account number, serial number, store name and location, avatar, status, creation time, modification time, and operational items; the operable items comprise buttons of modification, order and the like, and are used for jumping to the corresponding staff information editing page and staff order list. When various items of information of a certain employee are modified, jumping to an employee information editing page, displaying current stored data in a database on the page, updating the database after the modified information is stored, and recording modification time; the employee list is a task list assigned to the employee, and is not described herein again.
The nurse and store management system is particularly suitable for the information management of a group or a chain operation mode in the maternal and infant care industry, is matched with the system modules to carry out the unified management of store and employee information, and is easy to operate and high in usability.

The employee information comprises employee states (displayed and hidden), locations (countries, provinces, cities and districts), affiliated stores (which can be edited by taking store IDs or store names as labels), serial numbers, sexes, types, names, contact telephones, head portraits, certificates, brief descriptions and other information, all information of the employees is stored in an employee information database in an associated manner, the information database automatically generates (can also be manually edited) unique employee work numbers/account numbers (which have uniqueness in the employee information database), and the creation time and the modification time are recorded; the modification time is the time for modifying any information of the employee after the employee information is added to the database, and is generally only displayed last time. 5. The nurse and store management system according to claim 4, wherein the store management module further comprises a store display sub-module for displaying the query result of the store query sub-module in a list form.

A nurse and store management system as claimed in claim 5 wherein the staff management module includes a staff information editing sub-module for providing a staff information editing page to add staff information to store in the staff information database; the employee information database is associated with a store information database.

A nurse and store management system as claimed in claim 6, wherein said employee management module further comprises an employee query sub-module for setting query conditions and traversing said employee information database to collect employee information according to the query conditions and outputting the query results.
8. The nurse and store management system according to claim 6, wherein said employee management module further comprises an employee display sub-module for displaying the inquiry result of the employee inquiry sub-module in a list form.
9. A method of nurse and store management carried out by a system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising
