dividing a communication cell into a plurality of communication zones based on the service function;
determining addressable communication sectors within the plurality of communication sectors according to user quantity information and/or store saturation types of the communication sectors;
and determining the site selection reference result of the target communication network site store based on the store type priority of the communication network site of the addressable communication area.
2. The method of addressing according to claim 1, wherein the service function comprises at least one of: residential, commercial, transportation and industrial.
3. The method of addressing according to claim 1, wherein said subscriber quantity information comprises at least one of: the number of communication users in the communication fragment area, the percentage of service users of the average communication network store in the whole market, the number of communication network stores in the communication fragment area and the number of service users of each average communication network store.
4. The method of addressing according to claim 1, wherein said determining addressable communication sectors within said plurality of communication sectors based on said subscriber count information comprises:
determining the number of unserviceable users of the communication fragment area based on the user number information;
and if the number of the non-service users is larger than a preset non-service user number threshold value, judging that the communication area is an addressable communication area.
5. The method of addressing according to claim 1, wherein said determining addressable communication sectors within said plurality of communication sectors based on said subscriber count information comprises:
determining the number of unserviceable users of the communication fragment area based on the user number information;
determining the average service user number of each communication network store of the store type in the communication fragment area, and taking the average service user number as basic standard data;
and if the ratio of the number of the non-service users to the basic standard data is greater than or equal to a preset ratio, judging that the communication fragment area is an addressable communication fragment area.
6. The method of addressing as recited in claim 1, wherein said determining addressable communication tiles within said plurality of communication tiles by store saturation type of said communication tiles comprises:
determining a store saturation type of the communication parcel based on market share of a communication network outlet of each store type of the communication parcel, the store saturation type of the communication parcel comprising at least one of: store urgent need areas and store vacancy areas;
and if the store saturation type in the communication film area is the store urgent need area or the store vacancy area, judging that the communication film area is the addressable communication film area.
7. The method for addressing according to claim 1, wherein the determining an addressing reference result of a target communication network point shop based on the shop type priority of the communication network point of the addressable communication zone comprises:
setting a target proportion of the number of stores of the communication network of each store type based on the store type priority of the addressable communication area;
determining the optimal increasable number of the communication network stores of each store type according to the optimal increasable number of the addressable communication area and the target proportion;
obtaining an addressable list according to the priority of each store type of the addressable communication area and the optimal increasable number of the communication network stores of each store type;
and taking the addressable list as an addressed reference result of the target communication network store.
8. The method of addressing of claim 7, further comprising:
determining an optimal increasable number of addressable communication tiles based on a target market share of a communication outlet store of the addressable communication tiles.
9. The method of addressing as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
determining the business performance of each communication network store of the store type in the communication film area;
determining a business strategy of each of the store-type communication outlet stores based on the business performance of each of the store-type communication outlet stores.
10. The method of addressing of claim 9, further comprising:
determining a business state of each communication network outlet of the store type based on the business performance of each communication network outlet of the store type and store information of each communication network outlet of the store type;
and obtaining the business strategy of each communication network outlet of the store type based on the business state of each communication network outlet of the store type.
11. An apparatus for addressing, comprising:
the chip area dividing module is used for dividing the communication cell into a plurality of communication chip areas based on the service function;
the address selection determining module is used for determining addressable communication areas in the plurality of communication areas according to user quantity information and/or store saturation types of the communication areas;
and the site selection result module is used for determining a site selection reference result of the target communication network point store based on the store type priority of the communication network point of the addressable communication area.
12. An apparatus for addressing, the apparatus comprising: a processor and a memory storing computer program instructions;
the processor, when executing the computer program instructions, implements a method of addressing as claimed in any of claims 1-10.
13. A computer storage medium having computer program instructions stored thereon which, when executed by a processor, implement a method of addressing as claimed in any of claims 1-10.
