Abstract
本发明公开了一种应用于空气流道末端的空气净化与杀菌装置,包括:保护壳体,所述保护壳体中部设置有百叶窗式气流节阀,所述百叶窗式气流节阀一侧从内至外依次设置有第一活性炭过滤网和中效过滤网,所述百叶窗式气流节阀另一侧从内至外依次设置有光触媒滤网、第二活性炭过滤网和高效过滤网;所述保护壳体靠近所述中效过滤网一侧内嵌设置有风压及风速传感器,所述保护壳体底内侧设置有UVA‑LED圈,所述UVA‑LED圈位于所述百叶窗式气流节阀和所述光触媒滤网中间。本发明技术方案旨在实现空气流道末端风压、风阻和杀菌部件效率的自反馈;配合UVC‑LED、多层过滤结构,达到空气净化、杀菌、除甲醛的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及流道空气净化和杀菌技术领域,特别涉及一种应用于空气流 道末端的空气净化和杀菌装置。
背景技术
目前健康生活越来越受到人们的重视。其中,如何做好预防细菌、真菌、 病毒等微生物传播疾病成为人们关注的焦点之一。但微生物由于传播方式多 样、传播范围广等特点,很可能造成一人得病,区域性感染的大问题。其中, 在传播途径上杀死病原体,抑制带病微生物的传播是有效预防传染性疾病的 关键之一。目前传统的预防措施是定期区域内喷洒针对性药剂。但此类方式 虽然高效,但部分药剂刺鼻,且残留物可能对身体有害。个人预防传染病方 式方法对区域内爆发的微生物传染病收效甚微。而新型的室内杀菌装置多采 用紫外汞灯,尽管紫外杀菌高效全面,但会产生大量的臭氧,并且存在汞泄 露的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种应用于空气流道末端的空气净化和杀菌装 置,旨在实现空气流道末端风压、风阻和杀菌部件效率的自反馈;配合 UVC-LED、多层过滤结构,达到空气净化、杀菌、除甲醛的效果。
为达上述目的,本创作是关于一种应用于空气流道末端的空气净化和杀 菌装置,包括:保护壳体,所述保护壳体中部设置有百叶窗式气流节阀,所 述百叶窗式气流节阀一侧从内至外依次设置有第一活性炭过滤网和中效过滤 网,所述百叶窗式气流节阀另一侧从内至外依次设置有光触媒滤网、第二活 性炭过滤网和高效过滤网;所述保护壳体靠近所述中效过滤网一侧内嵌设置 有风压及风速传感器,所述保护壳体底内侧设置有UVA-LED圈,所述UVA-LED 圈位于所述百叶窗式气流节阀和所述光触媒滤网中间。
优选地,所述百叶窗式气流节阀包括活动杆、导向杆、固定杆、驱动电 机和若干叶片,所述导向杆、所述活动杆和所述固定杆相互平行设置,若干 所述叶片可上下转动地设置在所述固定杆上,每一所述叶片远离所述固定杆 的一侧中部与所述活动杆连接,所述活动杆与所述驱动电机的驱动端限位固 定连接,每一所述叶片上还开设有导向槽,所述导向杆穿设所述导向槽后固 定在所述保护壳体内。
优选地,还包括供电模块和控制模块,所述供电模块与所述驱动电机、 所述控制模块和所述UVA-LED圈连接,所述控制模块与所述电机、所述 UVA-LED圈、所述风压及风速传感器连接。
优选地,所述叶片上嵌设有UVC-LED灯珠。
本发明技术方案的优点在于,本结构在解决空气中颗粒物、净化空气质 量地同时,还能通过光触媒杀菌和除甲醛;本结构模块化设计,可根据不同 使用场景,不同设备定制不同大小和结构,设计、制作、安装方便快捷;
还可以可根据不同的使用场景需求,通过百叶窗式气流节阀调节风速。可在 不增加过滤组件的基础上在叶片上扩展杀菌、除味、净化功能;扩展性强; 而且能够实现空气流道末端风压、风阻和杀菌部件效率的自反馈,与空气净 化器相比,无需再额外配置空气循环系统。

具体实施方式
本发明技术方案提出了一种应用于空气流道末端的空气净化和杀菌装 置,如图1和图2所示,包括:保护壳体100,保护壳体100中部设置有百叶 窗式气流节阀110,百叶窗式气流节阀110一侧从内至外依次设置有第一活性 炭过滤网120和中效过滤网130,百叶窗式气流节阀110另一侧从内至外依次 设置有光触媒滤网140、第二活性炭过滤网150和高效过滤网160;保护壳体 100靠近中效过滤网130一侧内嵌设置有风压及风速传感器,保护壳体100 底内侧设置有UVA-LED圈170,UVA-LED圈170位于百叶窗式气流节阀110和 光触媒滤网140中间。
本发明技术方案旨在解决空气中颗粒物、净化空气质量地同时,还能通 过光触媒杀菌和除甲醛;本结构模块化设计,可根据不同使用场景,不同设 备定制不同大小和结构,设计、制作、安装方便快捷;还可以可根据不同的 使用场景需求,通过百叶窗式气流节阀110调节风速。可在不增加过滤组件 的基础上在叶片上扩展杀菌、除味、净化功能;扩展性强。
在本发明一实施例中,百叶窗式气流节阀110包括活动杆111、导向杆 112、固定杆113、驱动电机和若干叶片115,导向杆112、活动杆111和固定 杆113相互平行设置,若干叶片115可上下转动地设置在固定杆113上,每 一叶片115远离固定杆113的一侧中部与活动杆111连接,活动杆111与驱 动电机的驱动端限位固定连接,每一叶片115上还开设有导向槽116,导向杆 112穿设导向槽116后固定在保护壳体内。如图2所示,固定杆113可以有多根,导向杆112也可以是多根分开设置,保证叶片115运动的稳定性,活动 杆111与驱动电机限位连接,防止活动杆111有横向移动的可能性。
在本发明一实施例中,还包括供电模块和控制模块,供电模块与驱动电 机、控制模块和UVA-LED圈170连接,控制模块与电机、UVA-LED圈170、风 压及风速传感器连接。
在本发明一实施例中,叶片115上嵌设有UVC-LED灯珠。
安装杆181与驱动电机的转头外螺纹契合,通过驱动电机的转动幅度和 转动方向确定叶片115的移动幅度和移动方向。驱动电机与供电模块和控制 模块连接,控制器内置信号接受装置,保护壳体100设置有风压及风速传感 器,其接收的风压及风速信号传入控制模块,控制模块可通过接收的信号或 者人为方式来调节驱动电机转速和转动方向。另外,供电模块与控制模块同 样连接着UVA-LED圈170和UVA-LED灯珠,控制模块同样可以控制UVA-LED 圈170的开关。其中光触媒滤网140采用折叠结构。其中,中效过滤网130、 高效过滤网160和活性炭过滤网为市面上常见的空气净化过滤网。

1.一种应用于空气流道末端的空气净化和杀菌装置,其特征在于,包括:保护壳体,所述保护壳体中部设置有百叶窗式气流节阀,所述百叶窗式气流节阀一侧从内至外依次设置有第一活性炭过滤网和中效过滤网,所述百叶窗式气流节阀另一侧从内至外依次设置有光触媒滤网、第二活性炭过滤网和高效过滤网;所述保护壳体靠近所述中效过滤网一侧内嵌设置有风压及风速传感器,所述保护壳体底内侧设置有UVA-LED圈,所述UVA-LED圈位于所述百叶窗式气流节阀和所述光触媒滤网中间。
2.如权利要求1所述的应用于空气流道末端的空气净化和杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述百叶窗式气流节阀包括活动杆、导向杆、固定杆、驱动电机和若干叶片,所述导向杆、所述活动杆和所述固定杆相互平行设置,若干所述叶片可上下转动地设置在所述固定杆上,每一所述叶片远离所述固定杆的一侧中部与所述活动杆连接,所述活动杆与所述驱动电机的驱动端限位固定连接,每一所述叶片上还开设有导向槽,所述导向杆穿设所述导向槽后固定在所述保护壳体内。
3.如权利要求2所述的应用于空气流道末端的空气净化和杀菌装置,其特征在于,还包括供电模块和控制模块,所述供电模块与所述驱动电机、所述控制器和所述UVA-LED圈连接,所述控制模块与所述电机、所述UVA-LED圈、所述风压及风速传感器连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的应用于空气流道末端的空气净化和杀菌装置,其特征在于,所述叶片上嵌设有UVC-LED灯珠。
