本发明公开了一种可控连接方式的二级涡轮增压系统及方法:一号涡轮和二号涡轮排气口分别通过三号管道和二号管道连接进气总管,一号压气机和二号压气机进气口分别通过五号管道和四号管道连接排气总管,二号管道设置二号阀门,一号压气机进气口连接七号管道,七号管道设置三号阀门;一号压气机进气口和二号压气机排气口之间连接一号管道,一号管道设置一号中冷器和一号阀门;四号管道和五号管道分别设置四号阀门和五号阀门;一号涡轮排气口连接八号管道,八号管道设置六号阀门,一号压气机排气口和二号涡轮进气口之间连接六号管道,六号管道设置七号阀门。本发明可以灵活控制增压管路连接方式,适用于船用柴油机及特种发动机。

一种可控连接方式的二级涡轮增压系统及方法
技术领域
本发明属于柴油机领域,更具体的说,是涉及一种可控连接方式的二级涡轮增压系统及方法。
背景技术
目前常见的柴油机二级增压系统包括串联增压系统以及并联增压系统。串联增压系统存在的主要问题是当其中某一级压气机或涡轮发生故障时,整个系统便无法运转,而且串联增压系统存在高负荷时进气流量受限的问题;并联增压系统存在的主要问题是达不到串联系统所具有的较高增压比,且在低负荷时排气能量较低,增压效果恶化。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,针对两种增压系统的局限性,提出一种可控连接方式的二级涡轮增压系统及方法,可以根据需要随时切换为串联增压、并联增压或单级增压。
本发明的目的可通过以下技术方案实现。
本发明可控连接方式的二级涡轮增压系统,包括一号压气机、一号涡轮、二号压气机和二号涡轮,所述一号涡轮和二号涡轮的排气口分别通过三号管道和二号管道连接进气总管,所述二号管道和三号管道上分别设置有二号中冷器和三号中冷器,所述一号压气机和二号压气机的进气口分别通过五号管道和四号管道连接排气总管,
所述二号管道设置有二号阀门,且二号阀门位于二号压气机和二号中冷器之间,所述一号压气机进气口连接七号管道,所述七号管道设置有三号阀门;所述一号压气机进气口和二号压气机排气口之间连接有一号管道,所述一号管道设置有一号中冷器和一号阀门;
所述四号管道和五号管道分别设置有四号阀门和五号阀门;所述一号涡轮排气口连接八号管道,所述八号管道设置有六号阀门,所述一号压气机排气口和二号涡轮进气口之间连接有六号管道,所述六号管道设置有七号阀门。
所述二号管道和三号管道均设置有压力传感器,所述一号阀门、二号阀门、三号阀门、四号阀门、五号阀门、六号阀门、七号阀门和压力传感器均与ECU电连接。
本发明的目的还可通过以下技术方案实现。
本发明基于可控连接方式的二级涡轮增压系统的增压方法,包括以下过程:
1)当一号压气机、一号涡轮出现故障时,二号阀门、四号阀门开启,一号阀门、三号阀门、五号阀门、六号阀门、七号阀门关闭,此时二号压气机、二号涡轮工作;
2)当二号压气机、二号涡轮出现故障时,三号阀门、五号阀门、六号阀门开启,一号阀门、二号阀门、四号阀门、五号阀门、七号阀门关闭,此时一号压气机、一号涡轮工作;
3)当一号压气机、一号涡轮、二号压气机、二号涡轮均处于正常状态时,开启一号阀门、五号阀门、七号阀门,关闭二号阀门、三号阀门、四号阀门、六号阀门,此时进气先经过二号压气机,再经过一号压气机,排气先经过二号涡轮,再经过一号涡轮,此时二级涡轮增压系统实现串联连接模式;
4)当一号压气机、一号涡轮、二号压气机、二号涡轮均处于正常状态时,根据二号管道、三号管道进气压力平衡原则调节四号阀门、五号阀门的开度;开启二号阀门、三号阀门、四号阀门、五号阀门、六号阀门,关闭一号阀门、七号阀门,此时分别从一号压气机、二号压气机进气并在进气总管汇聚,排气从排气总管分别经过一号涡轮、二号涡轮排出,此时二级涡轮增压系统实现并联连接模式。
根据二号管道、三号管道进气压力平衡原则调节四号阀门、五号阀门的开度具体为:如果二号管道的进气压力高于三号管道的进气压力,则此时减小四号阀门的开度,增大五号阀门的开度,直至二号管道、三号管道进气压力平衡;如果二号管道的进气压力低于三号管道的进气压力,则此时增大四号阀门的开度,减小五号阀门的开度,直至二号管道、三号管道进气压力平衡。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案所带来的有益效果是:
本发明可以结合串联二级增压与并联二级增压的优点,根据实际工作需要灵活调整增压系统的连接方式,一方面可以在某一级增压系统出现故障时保持发动机的运转,一方面可以实现在负荷变化时切换对应的连接方式,在低负荷下采用串联,高负荷时切换并联。

如图1所示,本发明可控连接方式的二级涡轮增压系统,包括一号压气机9、一号涡轮17、二号压气机11和二号涡轮12,一号压气机9和一号涡轮17通过轴连接,二号压气机11和二号涡轮12通过轴连接。所述一号涡轮17和二号涡轮12的排气口分别通过三号管道7和二号管道6连接进气总管,进气总管23经进气歧管24与气缸25连接,所述二号管道6和三号管道7上分别设置有二号中冷器5和三号中冷器8。所述一号压气机9和二号压气机11的进气口分别通过五号管道15和四号管道14连接排气总管26,排气总管26经排气歧管27与气缸25连接。
所述二号管道6设置有二号阀门4,且二号阀门4位于二号压气机11和二号中冷器5之间,所述一号压气机9进气口连接七号管道21,所述七号管道21设置有三号阀门10。所述一号压气机9进气口和二号压气机11排气口之间连接有一号管道1,所述一号管道1设置有一号中冷器2和一号阀门3。其中,所述一号管道1的一端口连接于二号阀门4与二号压气机11排气口之间,另一端口连接于三号阀门10和一号压气机9进气口之间。

本发明基于可控连接方式的二级涡轮增压系统的增压方法,包括以下过程:
1)当一号压气机9、一号涡轮17出现故障时,二号阀门4、四号阀门13开启,一号阀门3、三号阀门10、五号阀门16、六号阀门18、七号阀门20关闭,此时只有二号压气机11、二号涡轮12工作;
2)当二号压气机11、二号涡轮12出现故障时,三号阀门10、五号阀门16、六号阀门18开启,一号阀门3、二号阀门4、四号阀门13、五号阀门16、七号阀门20关闭,此时只有一号压气机9、一号涡轮17工作;
3)当一号压气机9、一号涡轮17、二号压气机11、二号涡轮12均处于正常状态时,开启一号阀门3、五号阀门16、七号阀门20,关闭二号阀门4、三号阀门10、四号阀门13、六号阀门18,此时进气先经过二号压气机11,再经过一号压气机9,排气先经过二号涡轮12,再经过一号涡轮11,此时二级涡轮增压系统实现串联连接模式。
4)当一号压气机9、一号涡轮17、二号压气机11、二号涡轮12均处于正常状态时,根据二号管道6、三号管道7进气压力平衡原则调节四号阀门13、五号阀门16的开度:如果二号管道6的进气压力高于三号管道7的进气压力,则此时减小四号阀门13的开度,增大五号阀门16的开度,直至二号管道6、三号管道7进气压力平衡;如果二号管道6的进气压力低于三号管道7的进气压力,则此时增大四号阀门13的开度,减小五号阀门16的开度,直至二号管道6、三号管道7进气压力平衡。同时,开启二号阀门4、三号阀门10、四号阀门13、五号阀门16、六号阀门18,关闭一号阀门3、七号阀门20,此时分别从一号压气机9、二号压气机11进气并在进气总23管汇聚,排气从排气总管26分别经过一号涡轮17、二号涡轮12排出,此时二级涡轮增压系统实现并联连接模式。

4.根据权利要求3所述的基于可控连接方式的二级涡轮增压系统的增压方法,其特征在于,根据二号管道(6)、三号管道(7)进气压力平衡原则调节四号阀门(13)、五号阀门(16)的开度具体为:如果二号管道(6)的进气压力高于三号管道(7)的进气压力,则此时减小四号阀门(13)的开度,增大五号阀门(16)的开度,直至二号管道(6)、三号管道(7)进气压力平衡;如果二号管道(6)的进气压力低于三号管道(7)的进气压力,则此时增大四号阀门(13)的开度,减小五号阀门(16)的开度,直至二号管道(6)、三号管道(7)进气压力平衡。
