Description

Double-layer hollow glass built-in shutter with transversely controlled top
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sunshade hollow glass products, and particularly relates to a double-layer hollow glass built-in shutter with a transversely controlled top.
Background
The double-glazing built-in blind mentioned above is a window belonging to the category of hollow glass products for sunshade, which is configured by arranging blinds that can be raised and lowered as required in two pieces of glass (inner glass and outer glass, also called front glass and rear glass) that are arranged in a state of facing each other and that close the peripheral edge portions, and has the following advantages: the heat insulation performance is good, so that the energy conservation of the building can be embodied; excellent sound insulation performance and can be prevented from being disturbed by external noise; the condensation and frost prevention can ensure sufficient indoor light and show expected bright effect; the deflection angle of the curtain sheet of the blind is adjusted to meet the requirement of required indoor lighting and protect privacy; the shutter curtain sheet (the habit is called as the 'curtain sheet' for short) is prevented from being polluted by dust, so that the excellent cleaning-free effect is embodied; the decorative board has ideal decorative property for buildings so as to improve the grade of the buildings; the high-rise building has strong impact resistance, good safety and long service life, so that the installation requirement of a high-rise building can be met, and the extremely long-term use maintenance-free requirement can be met; the operation is simple, light and labor-saving, and can be suitable for people of different ages and physical abilities, and the like.
Technical information on double-glazing built-in blinds is not known in the published Chinese and foreign patent documents, such as CN2564720Y (hollow glass with built-in blinds), CN2767624Y (blind in hollow glass), CN2767625Y (blind in hollow glass with improved structure), CN2756796Y (blind in hollow glass), CN2232968Y (integral door and window sash with transverse blind in double-glazing), CN2297952Y (magnetically driven laminated retractable curtain), CN2326718Y (fully closed blind), CN100535378C (blind in hollow glass with improved structure), CN102444372A (a built-in sun-shading hollow blind), CN105064896B (single-control double-glazing built-in blind), CN105041168B (energy-saving multilayer hollow glass blind with simplified structure), CN105041170B (non-magnet driven double-glazing built-in blind), CN105041172B (bead chain driven double-glazing built-in blind), Foreign patents such as US2002189768a1, US2004211528A, US2015159431a1, GB671685A, and W003071082A, and the like.
As can be seen from reading the above cited patent documents, the macrostructure of the double-layer hollow glass built-in blind has two controls and a single control, the former has two inner control mechanisms and two outer control mechanisms, one of the two inner control mechanisms controls the turning angle (inner turning and outer turning, also called front turning and rear turning) of the blind, the other of the two inner control mechanisms controls the rope retracting or releasing of the lifting pulling rope of the blind, the two outer control mechanisms are respectively magnetically attracted with the two inner control mechanisms through the inner glass, and the outer control mechanism drives the inner control mechanism by the operation of the outer control mechanism by an operator. In order to avoid interference between the two outer actuating devices, it is common to provide two outer actuating devices and two inner actuating devices on each side of the window. Specifically, an inner control mechanism and an outer control mechanism are arranged on one side of the window body, and an inner control mechanism and an outer control mechanism are also arranged on the other side of the window body; since the latter, namely the aforementioned single control mechanism, has only one inner control mechanism and one outer control mechanism, the single control mechanism is relatively simple in structure compared with the double control mechanism, and the cost of the double-layer hollow glass built-in shutter can be significantly reduced and the resources can be saved; the present application relates to a single-operated double-glazing built-in blind, and for the single-operated double-glazing built-in blind, refer to paragraph 0004 of the specification of patent application publication No. CN104747054A (double-glazing built-in blind).
Taking the single-control double-layer hollow glass built-in blind as an example, the control mechanism is arranged at the left side edge part or the right side edge part of the window body in the height direction, because the dimension (longitudinal dimension) of the window body in the height direction in the use state is significantly larger than the dimension (transverse dimension) of the window body in the length direction, that is, the longitudinal length is significantly larger than the transverse length, and the stroke of the upward or downward movement of the control mechanism is enough to meet the overall lifting or descending requirement of the blind. However, in some buildings, the following situations arise in the window due to the change in design style: the height dimension of the window is relatively small, while the length dimension of the window is relatively large, that is, the dimension in the length direction of the window is significantly larger than the dimension in the height direction (longitudinal dimension) of the window, so that if the conventional design is adopted to blindly dispose the operating mechanism at the left side edge portion or the right side edge portion of the window, the requirement for lifting or lowering the whole blind cannot be met due to the limited moving stroke of the operating mechanism (unless in some special cases, the blind is always lifted up and down by only a part, such as one half or even one third of the height direction of the blind).
The invention discloses a bottom control hollow shutter recommended by patent publication No. CN105003184B, wherein a control mechanism is arranged at the lower edge part of the window body in the length direction, so that the stroke range of the control mechanism moving left and right meets the requirement of the integral lifting or descending of the shutter. In addition, the "single-control double-layer hollow glass built-in shutter" provided by CN106437468B not only meets the requirement of overall lifting or lowering of the shutter, but also overcomes the shortcomings of the four aspects of CN105003184B, which can be referred to in the technical column of background of the specification of CN 106437468B. And "double-layer hollow glass built-in shutter" introduced in CN108661526A also satisfy the requirements of the two previous patents and also eliminate the disadvantages of the two previous patents, see paragraphs 0007 to 0008 of the specification of CN 108661526A.
However, the following general disadvantages still exist in the above-mentioned CN105003184B, CN106437468B and CN 118661526A: firstly, because of the constraint or restriction of the traditional design idea, except necessary internal and external control mechanisms (also called as 'internal and external controllers'), curtain turning wheels driven by curtain turning traction ropes are also used, curtain turning shafts driven by the curtain turning wheels are driven by the curtain turning shafts, curtain ladder rope turning drums (also called as 'turning rollers') fixed on the curtain turning shafts are driven by the curtain turning shafts, curtain ladder ropes are driven by the curtain ladder rope turning drums, and finally the curtains are driven by the curtain ladder ropes to turn inwards or outwards or to turn backwards, two ends of the curtain turning traction ropes are fixed with the internal control mechanisms, and the middle parts of the curtain turning traction ropes are sleeved on the curtain turning wheels and the tensioning wheels. Therefore, the structure form is that the inner control mechanism and the curtain ladder cord turning drum which are accompanied with the outer controller cannot be equally arranged at the upper part or the lower part of the window body in the length direction, that is, the inner controller and the outer controller can only be arranged at the lower part of the window body, and the curtain turning shaft and the curtain ladder cord turning drum are arranged at the upper part of the window body, so the structure is very complicated and the economy and the cheapness are lost; secondly, as the curtain piece ladder rope overturning drum cannot be separated, the curtain piece overturning shaft can rotate clockwise/anticlockwise for a certain angle, when the breadth of the blind is larger, particularly when the size (transverse size) in the length direction of the window body is obviously larger than the size (longitudinal size) in the height direction of the window body, the curtain piece overturning shaft is correspondingly long, and the curtain piece overturning shaft is long, so that the traction force of the curtain piece overturning traction rope during movement is large, and the higher the contusion (contusion) probability of the curtain piece overturning traction rope on the curtain piece overturning wheel and the tensioning wheel is, the longer the service life is influenced; thirdly, because the rotation stability of the curtain piece overturning shaft can not reach the expected degree of manufacturers and users, the overturning stability of the curtain piece ladder rope overturning drum can be influenced more or less correspondingly, and finally the overturning effect of the curtain piece of the blind is influenced; fourthly, since the structure is complicated, it causes troubles in manufacturing and assembling and is disadvantageous in saving resources.
In view of the foregoing, there is a need for improvement, and the applicant has made a long-lasting and useful search and repeat design to form the technical solution described below.
