Abstract
The invention discloses a fluoride-free waterproof agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the fluoride-free waterproof agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0-90 parts of silicone resin and paraffin, 0-30 parts of acrylic resin, silicone oil and a crosslinking agent, and a proper amount of a diluent; the preparation method of the fluorine-free water-proofing agent is that firstly a proper amount of diluent is added, then silicone resin, liquid paraffin, liquid acrylic resin and silicone oil are added and stirred uniformly, and finally a cross-linking agent is added and stirred uniformly. The beneficial effects are that: the fluorine-free waterproof agent disclosed by the invention does not contain any fluorine element, so that the prepared fluorine-free waterproof agent does not contain fluorine and has no pollution to the environment; in addition, the preparation of the fluorine-free waterproof agent is carried out under the condition of normal temperature, the physical mixing is realized, the high-temperature reaction is avoided, the waste is avoided, the pollution to the environment is reduced, and the preparation process is in accordance with the green production; in addition, the fluorine-free waterproof agent has good water splashing prevention and siphon prevention effects.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile auxiliaries, in particular to a fluorine-free waterproof agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The composition of water repellents for textile fibres has long been known in the art. Currently, the most used water repellent is a fluorine-containing water repellent. Fluorine-based water repellents are generally composed of oligomers or polymers having a large number of fluorine-containing groups, and can impart good water and oil repellency to fiber materials. However, in recent years, as concerns about environmental ecology caused by fluorine-containing compounds have been increased, there is a need for a substitute which does not contain fluorine and provides a fiber with good water-repellent properties.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fluorine-free waterproof agent and a preparation method thereof, which aim to solve the problem of environmental hazard caused by fluorine-containing waterproof agents.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a fluorine-free waterproof agent and a preparation method thereof comprise the following components in parts by weight:
in a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the silicone resin is 80 parts or 70 parts, the paraffin wax is 10 parts, the acrylic resin is 5 parts, the silicone oil is 10 parts, and the crosslinking agent is 5 parts.
A method for preparing a fluorine-free waterproof agent comprises the following steps:
s1: uniformly mixing silicon resin, liquid paraffin, liquid acrylic resin, silicone oil and a diluent according to a certain proportion;
s2: uniformly mixing the cross-linking agent and the diluent according to the same proportion as that of the step S1;
s3: and (4) uniformly mixing the mixed liquid obtained in the step (S1) and the step (S2) according to the mass fraction ratio to obtain the fluorine-free waterproof agent.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the diluent is an ester solvent.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the crosslinking agent is isocyanate.
A fluorine-free waterproof agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
as a preferable scheme of the invention, the silicone resin emulsion is 10 or 20 parts, the paraffin wax emulsion is 60 or 50 parts, the acrylic resin emulsion is 10 parts, the surfactant is 10 parts, and the crosslinking agent is 10 parts.
A method for preparing a fluorine-free waterproof agent comprises the following steps:
s1: uniformly mixing silicon resin emulsion, paraffin emulsion, acrylic resin emulsion and diluent according to a certain proportion;
s2: uniformly mixing the cross-linking agent and the diluent according to the same proportion as that of the step S1;
s3: and (4) uniformly mixing the mixed liquid obtained in the step (S1) and the step (S2) according to the mass fraction ratio to obtain the fluorine-free waterproof agent.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the surfactant is propylene glycol.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the fluorine-free waterproof agent disclosed by the invention does not contain any fluorine element, so that the prepared fluorine-free waterproof agent does not contain fluorine and has no pollution to the environment; in addition, the preparation of the fluorine-free waterproof agent is carried out under the condition of normal temperature, the physical mixing is realized, the high-temperature reaction is avoided, the waste is avoided, the pollution to the environment is reduced, and the preparation process is in accordance with the green production; in addition, the fluorine-free waterproof agent has good water splashing prevention and siphon prevention effects.

The following further describes the embodiments of the present invention. The invention provides a fluoride-free water-proofing agent which comprises two kinds, wherein one kind is an oily fluoride-free water-proofing agent, the other kind is a water-based fluoride-free water-proofing agent, and a preparation method of the two kinds of fluoride-free water-proofing agents is also disclosed.
The oily fluorine-free waterproof agent mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight:
80 parts or 70 parts of silicone resin, 10 parts of paraffin, 5 parts of acrylic resin, 10 parts of silicone oil and 5 parts of cross-linking agent.
The preparation method of the oily fluorine-free waterproof agent comprises the following steps: firstly, adding a proper amount of diluent into a 300ml beaker, then adding silicone resin, liquid paraffin, liquid acrylic resin and silicone oil, uniformly stirring, and finally adding a cross-linking agent, and uniformly stirring. Emulsifying for 10min by a high-pressure homogenizer to obtain stable mixed emulsion; then, the mixed oil emulsion is put into a high-pressure mixing kettle, 10.00g of vinylidene chloride is added after nitrogen gas replacement, 0.6g of initiator azo-bis-isobutyramidine hydrochloride is added, the temperature is raised to 60 ℃ in water bath, and the mixture is mixed for 4 hours to prepare the oily fluorine-free waterproof agent. In order to further improve the quality of the fluorine-free water repellent, the diluent is preferably an ester solvent, and the crosslinking agent is preferably isocyanate.
The main components of the water-based fluoride-free waterproof agent comprise the following components in parts by weight:
10 or 20 parts of silicone resin emulsion, 60 or 50 parts of paraffin wax emulsion, 10 parts of acrylic resin emulsion, 10 parts of surfactant and 10 parts of cross-linking agent.
The preparation method of the water-based fluoride-free waterproof agent comprises the following steps: firstly, adding a proper amount of water into a 300ml beaker, then adding the silicone resin emulsion, the paraffin emulsion and the acrylic resin emulsion, uniformly stirring, then adding the cross-linking agent, uniformly stirring, and finally adding the surfactant, and uniformly stirring. Emulsifying for 15min by a high-pressure homogenizer to obtain stable mixed emulsion, filling the mixed emulsion into a high-pressure mixing kettle, replacing with nitrogen, adding 17.00g of vinylidene chloride, then adding 0.40g of initiator azodiisobutyramidine hydrochloride, simultaneously heating in a water bath to 60 ℃, and mixing for 4 hours to obtain the water-based fluorine-free waterproof agent. In order to further improve the quality of the fluorine-free water repellent, the crosslinking agent is preferably isocyanate, and the surfactant is preferably propylene glycol.

9. The method for producing a fluorine-free water repellent agent according to claim 8, wherein the crosslinking agent is isocyanate.
