Abstract
The invention discloses a positive and negative roller matte UV coating material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of UV resin, 25-35 parts of reactive diluent, 0.05-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.05-0.3 part of flatting agent, 3-4 parts of photoinitiator, 0.1-0.5 part of dispersing agent, 8-15 parts of inorganic filler, 0.1-0.5 part of rheological additive and 10-20 parts of flatting agent; the coating material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of no VOC (volatile organic compounds) emission, environmental protection, high efficiency, energy conservation, great improvement on leveling, fullness and hand feeling of the forward-reverse roller coating compared with the traditional flat roller forward-reverse roller, capability of meeting the requirements of consumers on high efficiency, energy conservation, environmental protection and attractiveness to a greater extent, and remarkable market value.

The common roller coating UV solid color primer is constructed by using a single-roller or double-roller coating machine, and because a paint film is uneven and has heavy roller marks, the solid color primer is easy to wear, so that two or three single-roller solid color primers or double-roller solid color primers are added, and then a transparent sanding primer is added to protect the solid color primer, so that the working procedures are increased, the working hours are prolonged, the integral efficiency and benefit are low, and the integral coating efficiency is reduced. The positive and negative roller matte UV coating material comprises, by weight, 39.8 parts of UV resin, 30.45 parts of reactive diluent, 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 3.5 parts of photoinitiator, 0.3 part of dispersing agent, 10 parts of filler, 0.3 part of rheological additive and 15 parts of flatting agent.
Further, the UV resin includes at least one of aliphatic urethane acrylate, bisphenol a epoxy acrylate, and polyester acrylate copolymer. Such as 100 aliphatic urethane acrylate prepared by Yangxing chemical 6145-.
Further, the reactive diluent comprises at least one of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, trimethylolpropane triacrylate and pentaerythritol triacrylate. The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention adopts a full solid content mode without VOC emission, improves the utilization rate of the coating material, reduces the cost for enterprises, has higher construction efficiency, and has the advantage that the UV coating material has the characteristics of fullness, fineness and softness.

A reverse roll matte UV coating material was prepared according to the formulation of table 3 by the following method: the UV resin, the reactive diluent and the photoinitiator are uniformly dispersed at a low speed in sequence, and the dispersing agent, the flatting agent and the defoaming agent are sequentially dispersed at a low speed for 5 minutes (500 revolutions per minute), then the filler, the rheological additive and the flatting agent are added for high-speed dispersion for 30 minutes (1000 revolutions per minute) until the fineness is less than or equal to 20 microns, and then the positive and negative roller matte UV coating material can be prepared after filtration.
The positive and negative roller matte UV coating material and the preparation method thereof are suitable for the field of wood furniture, and have the advantages of higher production efficiency and full, fine and soft coating surface without emission of organic volatile matters.

2. The positive and negative roll matte UV coating material according to claim 1, wherein the UV resin comprises at least one of aliphatic urethane acrylate, bisphenol A epoxy acrylate and polyester acrylate copolymer.
3. The positive and negative roll matte UV coating material according to claim 1, wherein the reactive diluent comprises at least one of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, trimethylolpropane triacrylate and pentaerythritol triacrylate.
4. The positive and negative roll matte UV coating material of claim 1, wherein the defoamer comprises at least one of a polymethylalkylsiloxane solution and a silicone-free defoaming polymer.
5. The positive and negative roll matte UV coating material according to claim 1, wherein the leveling agent comprises at least one of a polyester-modified dimethyl siloxane solution and a polyether-modified dimethyl siloxane solution.
6. The positive and negative roll matte UV coating material of claim 1, wherein the photoinitiator comprises at least one of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone, 1-hydroxy cycloethylketone, and 2,4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl-diphenylphosphinophosphorus oxide.
7. The positive and negative roll matte UV coating material according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant comprises at least one of a low molecular weight unsaturated polycarboxylic acid polymer solution and an acidic group-containing copolymer solution.
8. The positive and negative roll matte UV coating material according to claim 1, wherein the inorganic filler comprises at least one of talc and glass frit.
9. The positive and negative roller matte UV coating material according to claim 1, wherein the rheological additive comprises at least one of fumed silica and polyamide wax, and the matting agent comprises at least one of matting agent and white carbon black.

The preparation method of the positive and negative roller matte UV coating material according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized by comprising the following steps: sequentially adding UV resin, an active diluent and a photoinitiator, dispersing for 5-10 minutes under the condition of 500 revolutions per minute of 300 plus materials, then sequentially adding a dispersing agent, a leveling agent and a defoaming agent, dispersing for 5-10 minutes under the condition of 500 revolutions per minute of 300 plus materials, finally adding an inorganic filler, a rheological aid and a flatting agent, dispersing for 25-30 minutes under the condition of 1200 revolutions per minute of 1000 plus materials until the fineness is less than or equal to 30 micrometers, and filtering to obtain the positive and negative roller matte UV coating material.
