adding 6g of allyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and 30g of dimethyl (vinyl) silane into a reaction kettle, controlling the temperature to be 40 ℃, stirring for 10min, then uniformly mixing 100g of isopropanol and 0.5g of chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution with the mass percentage concentration of 5, slowly adding into the reaction kettle, controlling the temperature to be 70 ℃, controlling the adding within 60min, and then stirring and reacting for 100 min; and after the reaction is finished, adding 10g of ethyl acrylate and 1.2g of ammonium persulfate into the reaction kettle, continuing to perform heat preservation reaction for 40min, adding 5g of sodium carbonate, stirring and reacting for 10min, distilling to remove isopropanol, and drying to obtain the ink adhesion promoter.
The polyalcohol is diethylene glycol.
The dispersant is sodium lignosulphonate.
The anti-gelatinizing agent is 1% of a rosin acid linseed oil solution.
The pigment is organic color pigment lemon yellow.
The coloring power of the sample in this example on the PET tangle film was 102%, and the adhesion fastness was 93%.

Claims (7)

1. A preparation method of kink sugar packaging environment-friendly printing ink comprises the following specific preparation scheme:
adding 40-58 parts of ethanol, 15-35 parts of isopropanol, 3-8 parts of polyalcohol, 0.5-1.0 part of tartronic acid and 0.5-2.4 parts of stearyl erucamide into a mixing kettle according to the mass parts, stirring for 20-30min, mixing uniformly, adding 35-48 parts of acrylic resin, 1-5 parts of alkyd resin and 15-20 parts of modified phenolic resin, adding 20-34 parts of pigment and 0.4-1.2 parts of dispersing agent, controlling the temperature to be 30-40 ℃, dispersing at a high speed for 60-120min, adding 0.6-0.9 part of adhesive, 0.2-0.6 part of aluminum stearate, 0.1-0.5 part of anti-gelling agent and 0.3-0.8 part of fumed silica, dispersing at a high speed for 10-30min, and grinding to the fineness of 5-15 mu m to obtain the environment-friendly kinking sugar packaging ink;
the adhesive is an ink adhesion promoter and is prepared by the following method:
adding 6-10 parts by mass of allyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and 30-50 parts by mass of dimethyl (vinyl) silane into a reaction kettle, controlling the temperature to be 40-60 ℃, stirring for 10-20min, then uniformly mixing 180 parts by mass of isopropanol with 100-15 parts by mass of chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution, slowly adding into the reaction kettle, controlling the temperature to be 70-80 ℃, controlling the addition within 60-120min, and then stirring and reacting for 100-180 min; obtaining an intermediate product 1;
and after the reaction is finished, adding 0.3-1.5 parts of zinc acrylate, 10-22 parts of ethyl acrylate and 1.2-4.5 parts of ammonium persulfate into the reaction kettle, continuing to perform heat preservation reaction for 40-120min, adding 5-16 parts of sodium carbonate, stirring and reacting for 10-30min, distilling to remove isopropanol, and drying to obtain the ink adhesion promoter.
