The preparation method of the water-based permeable inorganic waterproof agent according to claim 7, wherein in the step 1, the cleaning of the impurities on the surfaces of the concrete and the cement mortar comprises the steps of washing away floating ash, removing lime, removing layered peeling and repairing the obvious hollowing position by injecting cement paste.

The method for preparing an aqueous permeable inorganic waterproofing agent according to claim 7 wherein in step 2, grooves each having a width and depth of 3 cm are formed at the position of the crack having a thickness larger than that of the hair, and the crack is filled and compacted with cement and sand at a weight ratio of 1: 3.
10. the method for preparing a water-based permeable inorganic waterproof agent according to claim 7, wherein in the step 7, the water-based permeable inorganic waterproof agent is left for 12 to 20 hours and then is sprayed for curing.
