According to the speed regulation control device suitable for the mining endless rope winch, the working efficiency of the motor is regulated through the variable frequency speed regulation system, the moving speed of mechanical equipment is regulated, meanwhile, the speed measurement system is utilized to detect the moving speed of the mechanical equipment, if the moving speed of the mechanical equipment is found to be abnormal, the electric speed regulation device is driven to stop the mechanical equipment and detect the mechanical equipment, and the running safety of the equipment is greatly improved.

At present, an endless rope winch realizes speed regulation and forward and reverse control through a mining frequency converter; the brake is realized through the working brake. In the application process, when the winch is started and the working brake is loosened under the conditions of large gradient and heavy load in the conventional endless rope winch system, the moment of the main motor controlled by the frequency converter cannot reach the maximum value, and the winch has a slope slipping phenomenon at the moment, so that safety accidents are easily caused.

the speed measurement adjusting system comprises an electric speed regulating device and a speed measurement system, and the speed measurement adjusting system is arranged between the mechanical equipment and the track.

1) the working output of the frequency converter is controlled by the PLC control operation integrated box, so that the moving speed of the motor-driven endless rope winch is controlled, the moving speed of the endless rope winch is detected in real time by the speed measuring system in the moving process, once the moving speed of the endless rope winch is abnormal or inconsistent with the speed which is required to be reached by the output power of the motor, the movement of the endless rope winch is limited by wirelessly controlling the electric speed regulating device, the motor is stopped to work, the endless rope winch and each connecting driving part are detected and maintained in time, and the operation safety of the whole device can be greatly improved;
2) according to the invention, the RFID tags are equidistantly arranged on the side of the track, then the reader is used for detecting the tags and transmitting data to the PLC control operation integrated box for display and data comparison, so that the running speed of the device can be known in real time and compared, the accidental situations in the running of the device are prevented, and the safety is higher;
3) the invention has simple structure, high stability, reasonable design and convenient realization.

the speed measurement adjusting system 7 comprises an electric speed regulating device 701 and a speed measurement system 702, the speed measurement adjusting system 7 is arranged between the mechanical equipment 6 and a track, the electric speed regulating device 701 can adopt an electric control brake to control the movement of the mechanical equipment 6, and when the speed measurement system 702 detects that the movement speed of the mechanical equipment 6 is abnormal, the movement of the mechanical equipment 6 can be limited, so that accidents are prevented;

It should be noted that the operation output of the frequency converter 402 is controlled by the PLC control operation integrated box 3, so as to control the moving speed of the motor 5 driving the endless rope winch, during the moving process, the moving speed of the endless rope winch is detected in real time by the speed measurement system 702, once the moving speed of the endless rope winch is found to be abnormal or inconsistent with the speed which should be reached by the output power of the motor 5, the movement of the endless rope winch is limited by wirelessly controlling the electric speed regulation device 701, and the motor 5 is stopped at the same time, and the endless rope winch and each connection driving part are detected and maintained in time, so that the operation safety of the whole device can be greatly improved.
