Detailed Description
The technical contents of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be more clearly and easily understood by referring to the drawings attached to the specification. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms of embodiments and the scope of the invention is not limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
In the drawings, structurally identical elements are represented by like reference numerals, and structurally or functionally similar elements are represented by like reference numerals throughout the several views. The size and thickness of each component shown in the drawings are arbitrarily illustrated, and the present invention is not limited to the size and thickness of each component. The thickness of the components may be exaggerated where appropriate in the figures to improve clarity.
Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention.
This embodiment provides a natural rubber bale splitter, includes:
a movable seat 2 provided with a telescopic supporting plate 4;
at least one set of retractable hooks 1 is connected with the movable base 2 through a connecting piece 3.
A non-zero included angle is arranged between the extension direction of the hook 1 and the movement direction of the connecting piece 3, namely the extension direction of the hook 1 and the movement direction of the connecting piece 3 are ensured not to be on the same straight line.
The hook 1 in the stretching state is firstly placed into the first side of the rubber block 5 along the stretching direction and then moves along the moving direction far away from the rubber block 5 along the connecting piece 3, so that the rubber block 5 is separated from the initial position, the supporting plate 4 in the stretching state is placed on the second side of the rubber block 5, and the rubber block 5 moves to the target position along with the moving seat 2.
The first side is opposite the second side. When the first side and the second side are opposite, the rubber block 5 is equivalently fixed under the resultant force action of the first side and the second side, and the rubber block 5 can be prevented from falling off from the hook-shaped object 1.
In the above process, if the extension and retraction direction of the hook 1 is aligned with the movement direction of the connecting member 3, the hook 1 is moved back and forth along the extension and retraction direction, and it is impossible to generate sufficient pulling force on the rubber block 5 through the contact point of the hook 1 and the rubber block 5, so that the rubber block 5 is separated from the drying cart 12.
When a non-zero included angle is formed between the stretching direction of the hook 1 and the moving direction of the connecting piece 3, the hook 1 enters the rubber block 5 along the stretching direction, then when the connecting piece 3 rotates, a pulling force is generated along the rotating direction of the connecting piece 3, and an included angle is formed between the direction of the pulling force and the stretching direction of the hook 1. If the pulling force is resolved in two directions perpendicular to each other, one being in the direction of extension and retraction of the hook 1 and the other being perpendicular thereto, after resolution two forces can be obtained, one being in the direction of extension and retraction of the hook 1 and the other being perpendicular to the direction of extension and retraction of the hook 1. The force perpendicular to the extension direction of the hook 1 can just generate a pulling force on the rubber block 5 through the contact point of the hook 1 and the rubber block 5, and the pulling force can make the rubber block 5 separate from the drying vehicle 12.
In another embodiment of the invention, the connecting element 3 moves in a circular motion around the connection with the mobile seat 2. The joint of the connecting piece 3 and the movable seat 2 is a concentric shaft 8. The connecting element 3 can be moved in various ways, the key being to maintain a non-zero angle between the extension and retraction direction of the hook 1 and the direction of movement of the connecting element 3.
Specifically, the movement of the connecting member 3 may be circular or vertical. Comparing the circular motion with the vertical movement, it is found that under the same conditions, the component force generated by the circular motion in the direction perpendicular to the extending and retracting direction of the hook 1 is larger than that generated by the vertical movement, and the circular motion of the connecting element 3 is a better solution in a general sense than the vertical movement of the connecting element 3.
In another embodiment of the invention, the hook 1 comprises at least a first hook body extending in a telescopic direction.
Wherein, the end of the first hook body is arranged in an arrow-arrowhead shape (as shown in fig. 2). At the extreme distal end of the first hook body is a linear blade. The end of the first hook body is also provided with a hook-like projection in a direction facing away from the connection of the connecting piece 3 with the moving seat 2.
Wherein, the first hook body is a metal hook body.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a second hook is further provided in the direction of the end of the first hook and rotated by a predetermined angle in the clockwise direction (see fig. 3). In fig. 3, the preset angle is approximately 90 °.
The end of the second hook body is arranged in a fishhook shape. The end of the fishhook projects in a direction away from the connection of the connecting element 3 to the mobile seat 2. The protruding length of the end part of the fish-hook-shaped second hook body is larger than that of the arrowhead-shaped first hook body.
The first hook body and the second hook body are integrally formed, and the second hook body is welded on the first hook body by a welding method.
Wherein the second hook body is a metal hook body.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the set of retractable hooks 1 comprises four hooks 1 symmetrically disposed on both sides of the connecting member 3. Two hooks 1 are arranged along the connecting element 3 on one side of the connecting element 3, wherein one hook 1 comprises only a first hook body and the other hook 1 comprises a second hook body in addition to the first hook body.
In another embodiment of the invention, the number of hooks 1 on both sides of the connecting element 3 and the distribution of the hooks of different shapes are adjustable according to the softness of the glue cake 5 on the drying cart 12. Generally, the softer the block of glue 5 on the drying cart 12, the greater the number of hooks included in a set of retractable hooks 1.
In another embodiment of the invention, the number of sets of retractable hooks 1 in the glue stripper is kept the same as the number of glue sticks in a row on the drying cart 12.
In another embodiment of the invention, 14 glue blocks 5 are arranged in a row on the drying cart 12, and the number of groups of retractable hooks 1 in the glue stripper is also 14.
In another embodiment of the invention, the connection element 3 is connected to the mobile seat 2 by means of a concentric shaft 8.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the hooks 1 are arranged in the glue stripping units 6, one set of retractable hooks 1 is correspondingly arranged in one glue stripping unit 6, multiple sets of glue stripping units 6 are all connected with the connecting piece 3, the connecting piece 3 is a larger whole and can be connected with multiple sets of glue stripping units 6, and when the connecting piece 3 is turned over, the multiple sets of glue stripping units 6 are simultaneously driven to turn over.
In another embodiment of the invention, the hook 1 is telescopic along a chute arranged at the side of the stripping unit 6. The inclined groove on the side surface of the glue stripping unit 6 inclines from the side far away from the glue block 5 to the side close to the glue block 5 along the direction gradually far away from the connection part 3 and the movable base 2. It is conceivable that the force generated by the circular movement of the connecting element 3 around the connection with the moving seat 2 is almost converted into a force acting on the contact point of the hook 1 with the block 5 when the chute is particularly inclined almost parallel to the stripping unit 6, which results in a large pulling force on the block 5, but in this case the particularly inclined chute causes the hook 1 to penetrate into the block 5, and the length of the hook 1 needs to be set to a large value if necessary to enable the hook 1 to penetrate deep into the block 5. The length of the hook 1 is too long, which makes the size of the glue-discharging machine too large for convenient use. A balance point needs to be found between the pulling force on the block 5 and the length of the hook 1, and in general, setting the inclination of the chute between 30 ° and 60 ° would be a more balanced option.
In another embodiment of the invention, the hook 1 in each stripper unit 6 is connected to a stripper unit cylinder 7, the stripper unit cylinder 7 powering the extension and retraction of the hook 1.
In another embodiment of the invention, the pallet 4 is mounted on a pallet shaft 9, the pallet shaft 9 being connected to a pallet cylinder 10, the pallet cylinder 10 providing power for the extension and retraction of the pallet 4. Further, a pallet bushing 11 (see fig. 4) is provided outside the pallet shaft 9.
In another embodiment of the invention, the rubber unloading machine for natural rubber further comprises a main frame 13, and all the components related to the rubber unloading machine are arranged in the main frame 13. Inside the main frame 13, there is also provided an elevating moving base cylinder 16 for pushing the moving base 2 to move in the vertical direction (see fig. 10).
The dried rubber blocks 5 move into the main frame 13 along with the drying vehicle 12, and the dried rubber blocks 5 are high in viscosity and are often adhered to the drying vehicle 12. The movable base 2 moves horizontally to the upper part of the rubber block 5 (as shown in figure 4) together with the whole rubber stripping mechanism and the whole supporting plate mechanism, the movable base 2 is lowered to the surface of the rubber block 5 by the lifting movable base air cylinder 16, and the hook 1 extends out of the rubber stripping unit 6 connected with the connecting piece 3 and penetrates into the rubber block 5 at a certain angle (as shown in figure 5).
Under the push of the cylinder 15 of the turnover glue stripping mechanism, the connecting piece 3 is turned to a certain angle around the concentric shaft 8, and a part of the glue block 5 is driven to be separated from the drying vehicle 12 (as shown in fig. 6). After the separation of a portion of the block 5, the pallet 4 is extended and inserted between the block 5 and the drying cart 12, and the connecting element 3 is again turned back to the horizontal position (fig. 7).
The movable base 2 drives the rubber block 5 and the supporting plate 4 to ascend together, and at the moment, the supporting plate 4 can prevent the rubber block 5 from falling off the hook 1 (as shown in figure 8).
Under the push of a transverse traveling screw rod 17 (driven by a servo motor) of the movable base, the movable base 2 drives the rubber block 5 to horizontally move to the position above the conveyor 14 (as shown in fig. 9), then the movable base is descended through a lifting movable base air cylinder 16, the supporting plate 4 is drawn out and retracted, the hook-shaped object 1 also retracts into the rubber stripping unit 6, and the rubber block 5 falls on the conveyor 14 and is conveyed to the next process.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
