[ outline of storage case 1 ]
As shown in fig. 1, 7, and the like, the storage box 1 includes a bottom plate 10, four side plates 21, 22, 23, 24, three top plates 41, 43, 44, and a lid 300. Each of these portions constituting the storage box 1 is made of one sheet. One sheet is a sheet such as a cardboard, a corrugated board, or a resin sheet, and can be folded by a fold. The storage box 1 is not limited to being formed entirely of one sheet, and at least a portion other than the lid 300 (the storage portion 200 described later) is formed of one sheet.
In the following description, a region of the storage box 1 in which contents such as toys are stored is defined as a storage region E. The bottom plate 10 constitutes the bottom surface of the housing area E. The side plates 21, 22, 23, and 24 constitute side surfaces of the storage area E. The top plates 41, 43, and 44 constitute the top surface of the storage area E.
In the following description, a portion of the storage box 1 including the bottom plate 10, the side plates 21, 22, 23, and 24, and the top plates 41, 43, and 44 is defined as a storage section 200. That is, the storage box 1 can be said to be a box composed of the storage section 200 and the lid section 300. The housing section 200 is formed by bending each plate portion constituting the housing section 200 to form a housing area E. In the storage box 1, the state in which the content is stored in the storage box 1 is maintained by covering the lid 300 with the storage portion 200 forming the storage area E. In fig. 7, the broken line in the drawing is used as a boundary, and one portion is a portion constituting the housing portion 200, and the other portion is a portion constituting the lid portion 300.
[ floor part ]
As shown in fig. 1 and the like, the planar shape of the bottom plate 10 of the present embodiment is rectangular. The bottom plate 10 is a plate on which the content stored in the storage area E is placed. The length of the housing area E in the width direction and the depth direction is defined according to the size of the bottom plate 10.
[ side plate part ]
The side plate portion 21 (first side plate portion) is connected to the bottom plate portion 10 via a fold line C21 (first fold line) so as to be movable between a standing position (first standing position) standing with respect to the bottom plate portion 10 and a horizontal position (first horizontal position) flush with the bottom plate portion 10. Fig. 1, 2, and 7 show the side plate 21 in a horizontal position. Fig. 3 to 6 show a state in which the side plate portion 21 is located at the standing position.
The side plate portion 22 (second side plate portion) is connected to the bottom plate portion 10 via a fold line C22 (second fold line) so as to be movable between a standing position (second standing position) standing with respect to the bottom plate portion 10 and a horizontal position (second horizontal position) flush with the bottom plate portion 10. The side plate 22 has a rectangular planar shape. Fig. 3 to 5 and 7 show a state in which the side plate 22 is in a horizontal position. Fig. 6 shows a state where the side plate portion 22 is located at the standing position.
The side panel portion 23 (third side panel portion) is connected to the bottom panel portion 10 via a fold line C23 (fifth fold line) so as to be movable between a standing position (third standing position) standing with respect to the bottom panel portion 10 and a horizontal position (fourth horizontal position) flush with the bottom panel portion 10. The side plate portion 23 is connected to the bottom plate portion 10 via a fold C23 on the opposite side of the fold C21. That is, the fold line C21 is provided on one side surrounding the boundary of the bottom plate 10, and the fold line C23 is provided on the other side facing the one side surrounding the boundary of the bottom plate 10. In the following description, the opposite side refers to the other side that faces the one side surrounding the boundary of the plate portion. In addition, in a plate portion having a rectangular planar shape such as the bottom plate portion 10, the fold line C21 and the fold line C23 on the opposite side of the fold line C21 may be parallel to each other. The side plate portion 23 has a rectangular planar shape. Fig. 1, 2, and 7 show the state in which the side plate 23 is in the horizontal position. Fig. 3 to 6 show a state in which the side plate portion 23 is located at the standing position.
The side plate portion 24 (fourth side plate portion) is connected to the bottom plate portion 10 via a fold line C24 (seventh fold line) so as to be movable between a standing position (fourth standing position) standing with respect to the bottom plate portion 10 and a horizontal position (sixth horizontal position) flush with the bottom plate portion 10. The side plate 24 is connected to the bottom plate 10 via a fold C24 on the opposite side of the fold C22. The side plate 24 has a rectangular planar shape. Fig. 1 and 7 show a state in which the side plate 24 is in a horizontal position. Fig. 4 and 5 show a state in which the side plate portion 24 is located at the standing position.
In the present embodiment, the position where the angle of the side plate portion with respect to the bottom plate portion 10 is 90 ° is described as the standing position, but the standing position is not limited to the position where the angle of the side plate portion with respect to the bottom plate portion 10 is strictly 90 °, and includes a position standing at an angle of about 90 °. Similarly, the horizontal position is not limited to a position where the angle of the side plate portion with respect to the bottom plate portion 10 is strictly 180 °, and includes a position where the bottom plate portion 10 and the side plate portion are substantially horizontal.
The side plate 21, the side plate 22, the side plate 23, and the side plate 24 are not connected to each other. That is, the side plate portions 21 and 22 adjacent to each other are not connected, the side plate portions 23 and 22 adjacent to each other are not connected, the side plate portions 21 and 24 adjacent to each other are not connected, and the side plate portions 23 and 24 adjacent to each other are not connected. Therefore, the side plate portions 21, 22, 23, and 24 cannot be maintained in the standing position in a state where they are not covered with the cover 300, that is, in a state where their movement is not restricted by the cover, and move to the horizontal position by their own weight.
The length of the side plate 21 in the width direction, the length of the side plate 22 in the depth direction, the length of the side plate 23 in the width direction, and the length of the side plate 24 in the depth direction are the same. The height of the housing area E is defined by these lengths.
[ Top plate portion ]
The top plate 41 (first top plate) is connected to the side plate 21 via a fold line C41 (fourth fold line) so as to be movable between an opposing position (first opposing position) bent with respect to the side plate 21 and opposing the bottom plate 10 and a horizontal position (third horizontal position) flush with the side plate 21. The top panel 41 is connected to the side panel 21 via the fold C41 on the opposite side of the fold C21. The top plate 41 is bent toward the inside of the storage area E and disposed at a position facing the bottom plate 10 in a state where the side plate 21 is located at the standing position, and constitutes a part of the top surface of the storage area E. Fig. 1 and 7 show a state in which the top plate 41 is in a horizontal position. Fig. 3 to 5 show a state in which the top plate 41 forms a part of the top surface of the storage area E at the facing position.
The top plate portion 43 (second top plate portion) is connected to the side plate portion 23 via a fold line C43 (sixth fold line) so as to be movable between an opposing position (second opposing position) bent with respect to the side plate portion 23 and opposing the bottom plate portion 10 and a horizontal position (fifth horizontal position) flush with the side plate portion 23. The top panel 43 is connected to the side panel 23 via a fold C43 on the opposite side of the fold C23. The top plate portion 43 is arranged at a position facing the bottom plate portion 10 by being bent toward the inside of the housing area E in a state where the side plate portion 23 is located at the standing position, and constitutes a part of the top surface of the housing area E. Fig. 1 and 7 show a state in which the top plate 43 is in a horizontal position. Fig. 3 to 5 show a state in which the top plate 43 forms a part of the top surface of the storage area E at the facing position.
The top plate 44 (third top plate) is connected to the side plate 24 via a fold line C44 (eighth fold line) so as to be movable between an opposing position (third opposing position) bent with respect to the side plate 24 and opposing the bottom plate 10 and a horizontal position (seventh horizontal position) flush with the side plate 24. The top panel 44 is connected to the side panel 24 via the fold C44 on the opposite side of the fold C24. The top plate 44 is bent toward the inside of the storage area E and disposed at a position facing the bottom plate 10 in a state where the side plate 24 is located at the standing position, and constitutes a part of the top surface of the storage area E. Fig. 1 and 7 show a state in which the top plate 44 is in a horizontal position. Fig. 3 to 5 show a state in which the top plate portion 44 forms a part of the top surface of the storage area E at the facing position.
As shown in fig. 4, the top plate 41, the top plate 43, and the top plate 44 are provided so as not to overlap each other in a state where the top surface of the storage area E is formed. Therefore, the thickness of the portion constituting the top surface of the housing area E can be suppressed from becoming excessively thick. Further, since it is not necessary to fit or join the top plate 41, the top plate 43, and the top plate 44 to each other, even a young child or the like can easily operate the device.
As shown in fig. 4, in the state where the top plate 41, the top plate 43, and the top plate 44 are in the facing positions, the boundary B of these three top plates is disposed near the center of the top surface of the storage area E. With this configuration, the user can easily maintain the state of forming the storage area E with one hand.
Further, since the size of the sheet constituting the housing box 1, which is a raw material of the sheet, is limited, it is preferable that the length of the sheet in the longitudinal direction is not excessively long. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the length L2 in the depth direction of the top plate 44 (the length in the direction orthogonal to the fold line C44) is made shorter than the length L1 in the depth direction of the bottom plate 10 (the length in the direction orthogonal to the fold line C24). As described above, in the present embodiment, the top plate 44 forms a part of the top surface of the storage area E, and the top plates 41 and 43 form another part of the top surface of the storage area E. Therefore, when the entire top surface of the storage area E is formed only by the top plate 44, that is, when the length of the top plate 44 in the depth direction is substantially the same as the length of the bottom plate 10 in the depth direction, the length of the sheet in the depth direction (the total length in the length direction) in the state where the storage box 1 is expanded can be made shorter.
The length L2 in the depth direction of the top plate 44 is, for example, one-third to two-thirds of the length L1 in the depth direction of the bottom plate 10. As a result, the boundary B shown in fig. 4 is disposed near the center of the top surface of the storage area E, and the storage area E can be easily maintained even by a young child or the like with one hand.
The top plate 44 shown in fig. 4 and the like has inclined end surfaces 44a, 44b, and the length in the width direction becomes shorter from the fold line C44 toward the depth direction. As shown in fig. 4 and the like, the top plates 41 and 43 have inclined end surfaces along the inclined end surfaces 44a and 44 b. The inclination angle θ of the inclined end faces 44a, 44b with respect to the fold C44 is about 30 ° to 70 °. By setting the inclination angle θ to about 30 ° to 70 °, the top plates 41, 43, and 44 do not have a very narrow width region, and sufficient strength can be obtained.
In the present embodiment, the top plates 41, 43, and 44 are provided so as not to overlap each other and so that the gaps therebetween are reduced. The top plates 41, 43, and 44 may be provided so as to press the content from the top surface side in a state where at least the content is stored in the storage section 200. That is, the top plates 41, 43, and 44 may be provided so that a part of the top surface side of the storage area E is opened. In addition, the top plate portions are not limited to three. The number of top plates does not need to correspond to the number of side plates, and may be smaller or larger than the number of side plates. That is, for example, the length of the fold line C41 in the depth direction is shorter than the length of the side plate 21 in the depth direction, and the length of the fold line C43 in the depth direction is shorter than the length of the side plate 23 in the depth direction. Similarly, the width-directional length of the fold line C44 is shorter than the width-directional length of the side panel 24.
All of the folding lines C21, C22, C23, C24, C30, C41, C43, and C44 are formed so that the plate portions connected by these folding lines are easily bent toward the inside of the storage region E. The respective folding lines may allow the respective plate portions connected via the folding lines to be folded toward the outside of the housing area E. That is, each fold may allow the angle of each side plate portion or the like with respect to the bottom plate portion 10 to be larger than 180 °. In particular, the fold C22 that is the boundary between the storage section 200 and the lid section 300 is easily bent outward of the storage area E. In the use state shown in fig. 1, the state in which the fold line C22 is bent toward the outside of the storage area E is maintained by the weight of the lid 300.
[ Cap portion ]
The lid 300 is connected to the side panel 22 via a fold C30 (third fold) on the opposite side of the fold C22. That is, the fold line C22 is provided on one side surrounding the boundary of the side plate 22, and the fold line C30 is provided on the other side facing the one side surrounding the boundary of the side plate 22. The lid 300 is connected to the side plate 22 so as to be movable between an allowable position for allowing the plates of the housing 200 to move horizontally and a restricting position for restricting the plates of the housing 200 from moving horizontally. As shown in fig. 1 and the like, the lid 300 includes a lid top plate 301 and a frame portion that is raised with respect to the lid top plate 301 at an edge of the lid top plate 301. The frame portion is constituted by side plates 302, 303, and 304. Further, details of the structure of the cover 300 will be described later.
[ method of Using storage case ]
Next, a method of using the storage box 1 will be described.
First, the user places the content such as a toy on the bottom plate 10. At this time, as shown in fig. 1, the storage box 1 is in a state in which the portion other than the lid 300 is unfolded, that is, in a state in which the side plate portions 21, 22, 23, 24 and the top plate portions 41, 43, 44 are positioned horizontally.
Next, the user holds the top plate 41 with a hand and moves the top plate 41 to a position facing the bottom plate 10 to move the side plates 21 to the standing position. I.e., above the contents placed on the bottom plate 10. Thus, even when the content is exposed from the bottom plate 10 and placed on the side plate 21 and the top plate 41 which are positioned in the horizontal position, the content moves to the inside of the storage area E in accordance with the movement of the side plate 21 and the top plate 41.
Similarly, the user holds the top plate 43 with a hand to move the top plate 43 to a position facing the bottom plate 10, and moves the side plates 23 to the standing position. That is, the top plate 43 is moved to a position above the content placed on the bottom plate 10. Thus, even when the content is exposed from the bottom plate 10 and placed on the side plate 23 and the top plate 43 which are positioned in the horizontal position, the content moves to the inside of the storage area E in accordance with the movement of the side plate 23 and the top plate 43.
Further, the movement of the top plate portion 41 and the top plate portion 43 by the user may be performed while the user grips the top plate portion 41 with one hand and the top plate portion 43 with the other hand, rather than sequentially. When the top plate 41 and the top plate 43 are sequentially or simultaneously moved to move the side plates 21 and 23 to the standing positions, the movement of the content pushed by the side plates 21 and moved toward the side plates 23 is restricted by the side plates 23. Similarly, the content pushed by the side plate portion 23 and moved to the side plate portion 21 side is restricted from moving by the side plate portion 21. Therefore, the content is accommodated in the accommodation area E. By the above operation, the storage box 1 is in the state shown in fig. 3.
After the top plate 41 and the top plate 43 are disposed at positions facing the bottom plate 10, the user presses the content stored in the storage area E from above via the top plate 41 and the top plate 43 to maintain the top plate 41 and the top plate 43 at positions facing the bottom plate 10 with one hand. Then, while the user holds the top plate portion 44 with one hand and keeps the top plate portion 41 and the top plate portion 43 at the positions facing the bottom plate portion 10, the user moves the top plate portion 44 to the positions facing the bottom plate portion 10 by holding the top plate portion 44 with the other hand, and moves the side plate portions 24 to the standing positions. Thus, even when the content is exposed from the bottom plate 10 and placed on the side plate 24 and the top plate 43 which are positioned in the horizontal position, the content moves to the inside of the storage area E in accordance with the movement of the side plate 24 and the top plate 44. By the above operation, the storage box 1 is in the state shown in fig. 4.
Then, the user holds the lid 300 with one hand and moves the lid 300 to move the side plate 22 to the standing position while maintaining the top plate 41, the top plate 43, and the top plate 44 at the positions facing the bottom plate 10. Then, the storage unit 200 is covered with the lid 300.
In a state where the storage section 200 is covered on the lid section 300, the side plate section 302 of the lid section 300 restricts the movement of the side plate section 21 of the storage section 200 from the standing position to the horizontal position. The side plate portion 303 of the lid 300 restricts the movement of the side plate portion 23 of the housing portion 200 from the standing position to the horizontal position. The side plate portion 304 of the lid 300 restricts the movement of the side plate portion 24 of the housing portion 200 from the standing position to the horizontal position. The cover top plate 301 of the cover 300 restricts the top plates 41, 43, and 44 of the storage unit 200 from moving from the facing positions to the horizontal positions.
As described above, the lid 300 covers the housing section 200 to restrict the movement of the side plates 21, 23, 24 and the top plates 41, 43, 44 in the direction to open the housing area E. In this way, the housing box 1 can maintain the state of the housing area E without using an adhesive or other fixing members.
[ details of the structure of the lid ]
The lid 300 is in an assembled state as shown in fig. 1 and the like when the storage box 1 is normally used. Since the storage box 1 is formed of one sheet, the lid is unfolded and the plates are horizontal before the use. In the present embodiment, the cover 300 can be assembled and unfolded without using an adhesive or other fixing members. Next, the structure of the lid 300 will be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 7, the lid 300 includes an outer top plate 30, outer plates 31, 32, and 33, inner plates 311, 321, and 331, an inner top plate 40, and coupling portions 333 and 335.
The planar shape of the outer ceiling portion 30 is rectangular. The outer top panel 30 is the same size as the bottom panel 10 or slightly larger than the bottom panel 10.
The outer panel portion 31 is connected to the outer top panel portion 30 via a fold C31. The inner panel 311 is connected to the outer panel 31 via the fold C311 on the opposite side of the fold C31. The planar shapes of the outer plate 31 and the inner plate 311 are both rectangular and substantially the same size.
The outer panel portion 32 is connected to the outer top panel portion 30 via a fold C32. The inner panel 321 is connected to the outer panel 32 via the fold C321 on the opposite side of the fold C32. The planar shapes of the outer plate 32 and the inner plate 321 are rectangular and substantially the same in size.
The outer panel portion 33 is connected to the outer top panel portion 30 via a fold C33. The inner panel 331 is connected to the outer panel 31 via the fold C331 on the opposite side of the fold C33. The planar shapes of the outer plate 33 and the inner plate 331 are rectangular and substantially the same in size.
The length of the outer plate 31 and the outer plate 32 in the width direction and the length of the outer plate 33 in the depth direction are substantially the same, and the height of the lid 300 is defined by these lengths. The width-directional length of the outer plate 31 and the outer plate 32 and the depth-directional length of the outer plate 33 are substantially the same as or slightly longer than the width-directional length of the side plate 21, the depth-directional length of the side plate 22, the width-directional length of the side plate 23, and the depth-directional length of the side plate 24. As a result, as shown in fig. 6, the entire storage section 200 is covered with the lid 300, and the gap between the lid 300 and the storage section 200 is not exhibited in the appearance of the storage box 1, so that the appearance is good.
The inner top panel 40 is connected to the inner panel 331 via a fold C40 on the opposite side of the fold C331. The planar shape of the inner top plate portion 40 is rectangular, and the size thereof is the same as or slightly smaller than that of the outer top plate portion 30.
The connecting portion 333 is connected to the outer plate portion 33 via a fold C333 at one end in the width direction of the outer plate portion 33. The connecting portion 335 is connected to the outer plate portion 33 via a fold C335 at the other end in the width direction of the outer plate portion 33. These connecting portions 333 and 335 can maintain the state in which the side plate portions 302, 303, and 304 are raised with respect to the lid top plate portion 301. That is, when the storage box 1 is used, as shown in fig. 1, the lid 300 is maintained in a state of being constituted by the lid top plate 301 and the frame portion rising along the edge of the lid top plate 301. The structures of the connection portions 333 and 335 will be described in detail later.
The cover 300 is formed by bending such that all the identification surfaces are the same side surface of the sheet in the expanded state. Here, the visible surface of the cover 300 is a surface that can be recognized by the user when the storage box 1 is used, regardless of the outer surface or the inner surface of the cover 300. Specifically, for example, the surface of the outer top plate portion 30 of the lid portion 300 shown in fig. 6 and the surface of the inner top plate portion 40 of the lid portion 300 shown in fig. 1 are the same side of the sheet. With this configuration, for example, printing of a pattern such as an illustration on both sides of the cover top plate 301 of the cover 300 can be realized by printing on only one side of a sheet, not on both sides of the sheet.
The weight of the portion constituting the lid 300 is equal to or more than half of the total weight of the sheets constituting the storage box 1. That is, the weight of the lid 300 is equal to or greater than the weight of the storage unit 200. Since the lid 300 and the storage section 200 are formed of the same one-piece sheet, the total area of the plate sections constituting the lid 300 in the state where the lid 300 is expanded is equal to or larger than the total area of the plate sections constituting the storage section 200 in the state where the storage section 200 is expanded.
The lid 300 maintains the state of covering the housing portion 200 only by gravity and friction generated on the surface in contact with the housing portion 200, and thus can stably maintain the state of covering the housing portion 200 with the heavier one.
[ method of assembling lid ]
Next, a method of assembling the lid 300 will be described.
First, the outer plate 33 is bent to stand upright with respect to the outer top plate 30. Then, the inner plate 331 is bent inward to face the outer plate 33, and the inner top plate 40 is bent in a direction opposite to the bending direction of the inner plate 331 to face the outer top plate 30.
Next, the connecting portion 333 is bent inward so as to be orthogonal to the outer plate portion 33. Then, the outer panel portion 31 is bent to stand with respect to the outer top panel portion 30. Further, the inner plate 331 is bent inward to face the outer plate 31, and the connection portion 333 is sandwiched between the inner plate 311 and the outer plate 31.
Similarly, the connection portion 335 is bent inward so as to be orthogonal to the outer plate portion 33. Then, the outer panel portion 32 is bent to stand with respect to the outer top panel portion 30. Further, the inner plate 321 is bent inward to face the outer plate 32, and the connection portion 335 is sandwiched between the inner plate 321 and the outer plate 32.
By assembling the lid 300 in the above-described process, the storage box 1 is changed from the state shown in fig. 7 to the state shown in fig. 1. The lid 300 is composed of a lid top plate 301 in which the outer top plate 30 and the inner top plate 40 are overlapped, a side plate 302 in which the outer plate 31 and the inner plate 311 are overlapped, a side plate 303 in which the outer plate 32 and the inner plate 321 are overlapped, and a side plate 304 in which the outer plate 33 and the inner plate 331 are overlapped.
As described above, the side plate portion 304 is connected to the side plate portion 302 and the side plate portion 303 by providing the connecting portion 333 and the connecting portion 335. That is, the side plate portion 304 is maintained in a state of rising with respect to the lid top plate portion 301 and being disposed orthogonally to the side plate portion 302 and the side plate portion 303 by providing the coupling portion 333 and the coupling portion 335.
[ guide section ]
The storage box 1 further includes guide portions 221 and 222 for guiding the movement of the lid 300.
As shown in fig. 7, the guide portion 221 is connected to the side plate portion 22 via a fold C221 (ninth fold). The guide portion 221 has a planar shape having an inclined end surface inclined such that the length in the width direction becomes longer as going from the storage portion 200 side toward the lid portion 300 side in the depth direction. The guide portion 221 has a length in the width direction shorter than the outer plate portion 31 of the lid 300 on the side of the housing portion 200, and has a length in the width direction longer than the outer plate portion 31 of the lid 300 on the side of the lid 300.
The guide portion 221 is arranged upright with respect to the side plate portion 22 so as to be sandwiched between the outer plate portion 31 and the inner plate portion 311 of the cover 300 in a state where the cover 300 is assembled. Thus, when the lid 300 is moved, the inclined end surface of the guide 221 contacts the fold C311, which is the boundary between the outer plate 31 and the inner plate 311, and guides the movement of the lid 300 relative to the storage unit 200.
Similarly, the guide portion 222 is connected to the side plate portion 22 via the fold C222. The guide portion 222 has a planar shape having an inclined end surface inclined such that the length in the width direction becomes longer as going from the storage portion 200 side toward the lid portion 300 side in the depth direction. The guide 222 has a length in the width direction shorter than the outer plate 32 of the cover 300 on the side of the housing 200, and a length in the width direction longer than the outer plate 32 of the cover 300 on the side of the cover 300.
The guide 222 is arranged to stand up with respect to the side plate 22 so as to be sandwiched between the outer plate 32 and the inner plate 321 of the cover 300 when the cover 300 is assembled. Thus, when the lid 300 is moved, the inclined end surface of the guide 222 comes into contact with the fold C321, which is the boundary between the outer plate 32 and the inner plate 321, and guides the movement of the lid 300 relative to the housing 200.
The storage box 1 has the guide portions 221 and 222, and thus is easily moved relative to the storage portion 200 to cover the lid 300. Further, the planar shape of the guide part 221 and the planar shape of the guide part 222 are symmetrical in the width direction. With this configuration, the side plate portions 302 and 303 of the cover 300 and the cover 300 can be smoothly and stably moved. Further, the guide parts 221 and 222 are provided to hide the gap between the housing part 200 and the lid 300, thereby improving the appearance.
[ conclusion ]
In the present embodiment described above, the storage box 1 capable of easily storing contents can be provided. Specifically, even when the content is placed in a random manner on the bottom plate portion 10 constituting the bottom surface of the storage area E, that is, even when the content is placed so as to be exposed from the bottom plate portion 10, the content moves toward the inside of the storage area E in accordance with the operation of bending the side plate portions 21, 23, 24 and the top plate portions 41, 43, 44 toward the inside of the storage area E. Therefore, when the content is stored in the storage area E, the content can be easily stored in the storage box 1 regardless of the orientation or arrangement of the content.
Further, since the storage box 1 is formed of one sheet, and other members such as an adhesive or a fastener are not required in the assembly work, the cost can be reduced.
In the storage box 1, when the storage section 200 is brought from the expanded state to the state of storing the content, the operation of overlapping or engaging the plate sections of the storage box 1 is not necessary, and the content can be easily stored even by a young child or the like.
The side plate 21, the side plate 22, the side plate 23, and the side plate 24 are not connected to each other, and move from the standing position to the horizontal position as the lid 300 moves from the restricting position to the allowing position. Similarly, the top plate 41, the top plate 43, and the top plate 44 are not connected to each other, and move from the opposing position to the horizontal position as the lid 300 moves from the restricting position to the permitting position. That is, the storage section 200 of the storage box 1 changes from the state shown in fig. 5 to the state shown in fig. 1 as the lid 300 moves from the restricting position to the permitting position. Thus, in the storage box 1, the storage section 200 can be brought into the expanded state from the state of storing the contents without performing troublesome operations such as removing the fixing members and releasing the engagement between the plate portions. Therefore, even a child of an young age or the like can easily switch from the state shown in fig. 6 in which the content is stored to the state shown in fig. 1 in which the area in which the content can be placed is wide.
In the storage box 1, the lid 300 covers the entire storage section 200. That is, in a state where the housing section 200 is covered with the lid section 300, only the lid section 300 forms the external appearance. Therefore, the boundary between the housing section 200 and the lid section 300 is not visible in appearance. That is, the gap between the housing 200 and the lid 300 is not visually recognized, and thus the appearance is good.
In the present embodiment, the planar shape of the bottom plate 10 or the lid 300 is a rectangle, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be a polygon other than a quadrangle. In the present embodiment, the description has been given of a configuration in which four side plate portions are connected to the bottom plate portion 10 so as to be movable between an upright position in which the four side plate portions are upright with respect to the bottom plate portion 10 and a horizontal position which is the same plane, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and a configuration in which at least two of the side plate portions are provided may be employed. That is, the following structure may be adopted: the side plate portion includes not only a side plate portion connected to the bottom plate portion 10 so that an angle thereof changes with respect to the bottom plate portion 10, but also a side plate portion fixed at a position standing with respect to the bottom plate portion 10.
