Abstract

本发明属倾斜仪领域,特别适用于地倾斜固体潮 测量,地震监测预报和水库大坝滑坡监测预报等场 合,它由正摆、倒摆、中间摆盘及机架构成倾斜仪的本 体部分,中间摆盘的上、下面平衡板,它与电磁驱动器 和传感器连接,传感器通过前置放大器、PID控制器 与记录仪连接,PID控制器的输出端与电磁驱动器 连接。

Description

本发明属倾斜仪领域,特别适用于地倾斜固体潮测量、地震监测预极和水库大坝滑坡监测预报等场合。
目前,观测地壳倾斜度变化的仪器主要有水平摆倾斜仪、水管倾斜仪和汽泡倾斜仪等,这些倾斜仪的共同缺点是灵敏度较低,仅为一毫秒左右,这种精度离所需要求很不适应。
针对上述在先技术的缺点,本发明的任务是提供一种水平折叠摆倾斜仪。
本发明通过以下技术措施实施(图1),机架8的一端与正摆1连接,另一端与倒摆5连接,中间摆盘4的上、下面分别设活动平衡板3和固定平衡板2,电磁驱动器6和精密传感器7分别与平衡板2连接。精密传感器7与前置放大器9输入端连接,9的另一端与PID控制器10输入端连接,10的输出端与记录系统11及电磁驱动器10连接。
本发明的优点是(一)采用水平折叠和精密红外位移传感技术,可使灵敏度提高至少1-2个数量级。(二)由于水平折叠摆设计中具有很好的对称性,因此能抑制与观测倾角方向相垂直的另一方向倾斜的干扰,从而获得稳定的放大倍数。(三)采用负反馈电磁补偿控制系统,可克服传统的水平摆方法中悬丝及光杠杆探测系统的非线性问题。(四)采用负反馈电磁补偿控制系统,可增加动态测量范围。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明如下:
当地壳发生倾斜某一角度,正摆1和倒摆5将倾斜某一角度,中间摆盘4将产生一个(水平位移)平衡板2也随之产生一水平位移,经精密红外位移传感器7探测到中间摆盘4的偏移信号后,将探测结果送前置放大器9放大后送入PID控制器的输入端,PID控制器调节电磁线圈中的工作电流,从而使电磁驱动器6改变对中间摆盘4的驱动力,使中间摆盘始终被控制在与正摆、倒摆相垂直的位置,由此,电磁驱动器中的工作电流即可反映地壳倾斜的大小,PID控制器在将调节结果送入电磁驱动器的同时,还将这一调节结果送给记录系统,以记录下地壳倾斜信号。

1、一种观测地壳倾斜度变化的倾斜仪,其特征为机架(8)的一端与正摆(1)连接,另一端与倒摆(5)连接,中间摆盘(4)的两端分别与正摆(1)和倒摆(5)连接,中间摆盘(4)的上、下面分别设活动平衡板(3)和固定平衡板(2),电磁驱动器(6)和精密传感器(7)分别与平衡板(2)连接,精密传感器(7)与前置放大器(9)输入端连接,(9)的另一端与PID控制器(10)输入端连接,(10)的输出端与记录系统(11)及电磁驱动器(6)连接。
