Warning control system for vehicle, vehicle and warning control method
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a warning control system for a vehicle, comprising a display control device having a projection module with at least one light emitting device and a control module.
The utility model also relates to a vehicle and a warning control method for a vehicle.
Background
In general, garage parking locations are relatively narrow. There are many drivers who do not notice that enough distance between vehicles should be reserved when parking, so that the doors of the own vehicle or other vehicles beside the own vehicle cannot be opened normally. In order to eliminate the hidden trouble that the vehicle door cannot be opened, it is necessary to design a prompting device suitable for use in parking.
The utility model patent CN 205674994U discloses a motor vehicle door opening safety alarm control device which comprises a ranging sensor, a signal amplifier, a processor, a controller and a warning lamp. The distance measuring sensor is connected with the signal amplifier, and when the vehicle is parked, the distance measuring sensor receives a signal of an approaching object in a limited distance behind the vehicle, and after the signal is processed by the processor according to the approaching object in the limited distance, the controller automatically controls a door opening control switch on the vehicle door. When the door is required to be opened after parking, if an approaching object exists in a distance limited by the rear of the vehicle, a door opening control switch on the vehicle door is controlled, so that the vehicle door cannot be opened, and a warning is given. The method mainly avoids accidents by controlling the vehicle door and can not prompt the space required for opening the vehicle door.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present utility model is to provide an improved warning control system for a vehicle, which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular in order to be able to indicate the safety distance information of the vehicle in the event of an accident being avoided.
In order to solve the above-mentioned task, a first aspect of the present utility model provides an alert control system for a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle.
According to a first aspect of the utility model, the warning control system comprises a display control device having a projection module with a number, preferably at least one, of light emitting devices and a control module, wherein the display control device further has at least one sensor for measuring a spatial distance between a vehicle part of the vehicle and an external object, the control module being configurable for taking the spatial distance from the sensor and comparing the spatial distance with a preset distance, the display control device, preferably the control module, controlling the projection module such that the projection module projects a light pattern on the ground surrounding the vehicle if the spatial distance is smaller than the preset distance.
According to the present utility model, in a case where the distance between the vehicle and other objects is too small to normally open the door, the display control apparatus may project a light pattern on the ground in the vicinity of the door (for example, at a position obliquely below the door for the vehicle occupant to observe) to prompt the occupant of the own vehicle or the occupant of other vehicle aside. The light pattern may be a stripe pattern and/or a message. The light pattern can show the projected position of one door of the motor vehicle on the ground when the door is in the open state, so that the passenger can not only obtain warning, but also know the distance information required by normally opening the door. It is conceivable to provide a display control device for each door of the vehicle, whereby a safe opening of each door can be ensured. It is further conceivable that the different display control devices have respective projection modules and sensors, but share one control module. The number of components of the warning control system can thereby be saved.
Optionally, the projection module projects the light pattern on the ground in the vicinity of the vehicle portion. The occupant can thereby clearly observe the safe distance information of the vehicle.
Optionally, the vehicle portion is a door of a vehicle. The distance information required for the driver to normally open the door can be prompted by measuring and analyzing the spatial distance between the door and the external object. Of course, the vehicle portion may also be other components of the vehicle, such as a rear view mirror, bumper, hood, trunk lid, and the like.
Optionally, the light pattern comprises a distance indication pattern and/or a hint information pattern. The position and shape of the projection of the door of the display vehicle on the ground in the open state can be simulated by the distance indication pattern. The prompt information pattern is the warning information projected on the ground around the vehicle. Through the characters and the patterns of the warning information, a driver or any other person can clearly obtain the warning information of the parking space.
Optionally, the length of the distance indicating pattern is related to a preset distance.
Optionally, the distance indicating pattern shows the projected position of one door of the motor vehicle on the ground in the open state. Whereby the distance indicating pattern clearly shows the spatial position required by the door of the vehicle in the normal open state.
Optionally, the distance indicating pattern shows a spatial distance between the vehicle portion and an external object.
Optionally, the warning control system further comprises at least one speaker for emitting a warning tone when the projection module projects the light pattern on the ground around the vehicle. In this way, information on the vehicle being less than a predetermined distance from the external object can be assisted by the vehicle occupant.
Optionally, the display control device has a housing, and the projection module, the control module and the sensor are all disposed in the housing. In this way, a simple and space-saving construction of the display control device can be achieved. Optionally, the display control device is mounted on a side of the vehicle, thereby facilitating the display control device to measure the distance of the vehicle door from an external object.
Alternatively, the projection module, the control module and the sensor are each configured separately and can be arranged at different locations of the vehicle. The individual components of the display control device can thus be flexibly mounted on the vehicle according to the actual application. Optionally, the sensor is mounted on the side of the motor vehicle, which facilitates the sensor to measure the distance of the vehicle door from external objects.
A second aspect of the utility model provides a vehicle characterized in that: the vehicle includes at least one of the alert control systems.
In addition, a third aspect of the present utility model provides an alert control method for a vehicle, comprising the steps of:
-measuring a spatial distance between one vehicle part of the vehicle and an external object, in particular another vehicle;
-comparing the spatial distance with a preset distance;
-if the spatial distance is smaller than the preset distance, controlling the projection module such that the projection module projects a light pattern on the ground surrounding the vehicle.
Optionally, the vehicle portion is a door, and when the spatial distance is detected to be less than a preset distance, a door opening control switch on the door is controlled so that the door cannot be opened. By this, it is possible to prevent damage to the vehicle or other accidents caused by the opening of the doors of the vehicle occupant.
Alternatively, a warning sound is emitted to the vehicle occupant while the light pattern is projected on the ground around the vehicle.
As described above, according to the present utility model, in a stopped state, for example, when the distance between vehicles is too small to normally open the doors, the display control device of the vehicle can project a presentation pattern on the corresponding floor surface. The light pattern may be a bar pattern and/or a message, preferably the pattern may be a projected position on the ground when the door is in an open position. The light pattern can show the projected position on the ground when one door of the motor vehicle is in an open state, so that a vehicle occupant can not only obtain warning, but also obtain more visual distance information. The distance information may assist the vehicle occupant in determining whether the vehicle position needs to be moved, as well as the distance that the vehicle needs to be moved.

Therefore, the present utility model is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The expression "and/or" as used herein is meant to include at least one of the components listed before and after the expression. Moreover, the expression "connected/coupled" as used herein is meant to include a direct connection to another component or an indirect connection via another component. The singular forms herein also include the plural unless specifically mentioned in the language. Moreover, as used herein, the meaning of components, steps, operations, and elements that are referred to as "comprising" or "including" is that there is or is added at least one other component, step, operation, and element.
It should be understood that the term "vehicle" or "vehicular" or other similar terms as used herein generally include motor vehicles, such as passenger vehicles including Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), buses, vans, various commercial vehicles, watercraft including various boats, ships, aircraft, etc., and include hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, hydrogen-powered vehicles, and other alternative fuel vehicles (e.g., fuels derived from sources other than petroleum). As referred to herein, a hybrid vehicle is a vehicle having two or more power sources, such as a vehicle that is both gasoline powered and electric powered. The "vehicle" of the utility model is not limited to motor vehicles, however. Other types of non-motor vehicles may also be included within the scope of the utility model, as long as the application of the solution of the utility model thereto is technically feasible.
Within the scope of the present utility model, the term "around the vehicle" or "around the vehicle part" means a position spatially adjacent to the vehicle (part) at a distance of only a few meters, for example less than two meters, from the vehicle (part).
As used herein, the phrase "vehicle (on-board) system" means an integrated information system having wireless communication capabilities. These systems are sometimes referred to as in-vehicle information systems and are typically integrated with telematics services, entertainment systems, and/or navigation systems. In recent years, short-range wireless communication connection such as bluetooth technology has been applied to in-vehicle devices, and thus, even when a mobile phone is left in, for example, a bag or a pocket, a call can be made through an in-vehicle system, or audio and video contents stored in advance in a smart phone are played.
Furthermore, it should be understood that the control method or apparatus described may be performed by at least one controller and communication means. The term "controller" refers to a hardware device that includes memory and a processor. The memory is configured to store program instructions that the processor is configured to execute to perform one or more processes described further below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the present utility model. In this scenario, vehicle 10 and vehicle 50 are parked adjacent. The actual spatial distance between the side of the vehicle 10 and the vehicle 50 is D1.
A warning control system is mounted on the vehicle 10 and includes a display control device 20. Preferably, the display control apparatus 20 may be mounted on a door of the vehicle or on a body side portion in the vicinity of the door. As shown in fig. 3, the display control apparatus 20 has a projection module 21 and a control module 22, and the projection module 21 has at least one light emitting device.
The display control device 20 further has at least one sensor 23, which sensor 23 is used to measure a spatial distance D1 between a vehicle part of the vehicle 10, for example the door 11, and an external object, in this case a further vehicle 50. The external object may be, for example, other vehicles, curbs, road blocks, parking lines, buildings, etc.
The projection module 21, the control module 22 and the sensor 23 may be integrated, for example, in one housing, constituting an integrated display control device 20. In this case, the sensor 23 is mounted on the side of the motor vehicle, for example, on the door 11. It is also conceivable that the projection module 21, the control module 22 and the sensor 23 are each constructed separately and optionally have a respective housing. In this case, the projection module 21, the control module 22 and the sensor 23 may be mounted on different parts of the motor vehicle, respectively.
The control module 22 is configured to obtain the measured spatial distance D1 from the sensor 23, and compare the spatial distance D1 with a preset distance D2.
The display control device 20 can determine whether D1< D2 based on the magnitudes of the spatial distance D1 and the preset distance D2. In this case, the display control device 20, preferably the control module 22, controls the projection module 21 such that the projection module 21 projects a light pattern on the ground surrounding the motor vehicle 10. The light emitting devices of the projection module 21 project a light pattern on the corresponding ground under one vehicle part (door 11) of the vehicle. The projected light pattern may contain a distance indication pattern 31 and/or a cue pattern 32.
As shown in fig. 1, the distance indicating pattern 31 simulates a projected position and shape of the door of the motor vehicle 10 on the ground when in the open state. The distance indicating pattern 31 clearly shows the spatial position required for the door 11 of the vehicle 10 in the normal open state. The driver or any other person can clearly judge from this light projection: whether the distance D1 between the vehicle 10 and the external object 50 is sufficient for opening the door. The warning information pattern 32 is warning information projected on the ground around the vehicle 10. Through the characters and the patterns of the warning information, a driver or any other person can clearly obtain the warning information of the parking space. In fig. 1, the advice information pattern 32 is located in the vehicle side front. Meanwhile, when the projection module 21 projects a light pattern on the ground around the motor vehicle 10, the vehicle may emit a warning sound through a speaker to alert the driver or any other person.
The distance indicating pattern 31 may be any form capable of exhibiting the door opening distance D2, and is not limited to the embodiment illustrated in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the distance indicating pattern 31 may be a strip light projection parallel to the vehicle body side direction. The distance between the strip light projection and the side surface of the vehicle body is D2. Of course, the distance indicating pattern 31 may directly display the value of the desired distance (preset distance) D2 by a pattern and a letter. In addition, it is conceivable that the projection module 21 projects different types of light patterns on the ground around the motor vehicle 10 when D1/D2 is in different ranges. Thus, different light patterns can be displayed for the vehicle occupants for different application situations. For example, when D1/D2 is within a first smaller range (e.g., D1/D2. Ltoreq.0.5), the projection module 21 projects the hint information pattern 32; and when D1/D2 is in a second larger range (e.g., 1. Gtoreq.D1/D2 > 0.5), projection module 21 projects distance indicating pattern 31. When the ratio of D1/D2 is small, the distance indicating pattern 31 on one side of the vehicle may not be clearly visible to the vehicle occupant due to the too small distance between the vehicle and the external object, and it is more advantageous to display the prompt message pattern 32 on the front side of the vehicle.
According to the present utility model, in the case where the distance between the vehicle and the external object is too small to normally open the door, the display control apparatus may project a light pattern on the ground in the vicinity of the door to prompt the occupant of the host vehicle or other vehicles beside. The light pattern can show the projected position of one door of the motor vehicle 10 on the ground when in the open state, so that the vehicle occupant can not only obtain warning, but also clearly know the distance required for normally opening the door through the shape and position of the projected pattern.
The above examples illustrate or describe possible embodiments of the utility model, wherein it is noted here that various combinations of the individual embodiments with one another are also possible.
