The design of the binding device 4B is different from that of the binding device 4A, the binding device 4B includes the binding portion 41, a mounting seat 42B, a third driving member 43 (not shown in fig. 7) and a fourth driving member 44, that is, the design of the mounting seat 42B is different, the mounting seat 42B includes two mounting holes 421B and a bushing 422B, the bushing 422B is disposed in the front-back direction, two ends of the bushing 422B are installed in the mounting holes 421B through threads, and the binding portion 41 is rotatably installed in the bushing 422B through a bearing. If the binding position is adjusted in the front-rear direction, the binding portion 41 can be moved forward and backward by rotating the sleeve 422B, which is highly stable. Preferably, the mounting seat 42B is slidably connected to the other end of the second sliding table 47 of the binding device 4B, so that the binding portion 41 can move left and right by sliding the mounting seat 42B left and right, and the binding position is adjusted in the left and right direction, and it should be noted that the mounting seat 42B is fixed by a bolt after being slidably adjusted. The design of the mounting seat 42A and the mounting seat 42B can adjust the position of the rolled edge in the left-right direction and the front-back direction, so as to adjust the radius of the inner circle and the outer circle of the produced battery cap and the size of the R angle.
In summary, the battery cap edge rolling device 100A/100B places the edge rolling cover and the cover plate on the jig 21, the rotation driving device 3 drives the jig 21 to rotate, and the edge rolling part 41 of the edge rolling device 4A/4B is matched to roll, so that the edge of the edge rolling cover is deformed in toughness and is coated on the cover plate, and the device can solve the problems of long edge rolling time, a large amount of aluminum scraps, insufficient flatness, insufficient roundness, inconvenient debugging and poor universality of the conventional equipment at present, and has the greatest advantages that the edge rolling length and the edge rolling shape can be adjusted freely by adjusting the edge rolling position; through changing tool 21, applicable in the model of various cylindrical battery block, the commonality is stronger.

the mounting structure is arranged on the base and provided with a working position located at the binding station, the mounting structure is provided with a jig which is rotatably mounted and used for mounting a binding cover and a cover plate of a battery, so that the opening of the binding cover faces upwards, and the cover plate is accommodated in the binding cover;
the rotation driving device is arranged on the base and used for driving the jig to rotate; and the number of the first and second groups,
the edge rolling device is arranged on the base and located at the edge rolling station, and comprises an edge rolling part which is provided with an edge rolling position located at one side of the jig of the mounting structure at the working position, so that when the rotary driving device drives the jig to rotate, the edge rolling is carried out on the side edge of the edge covering cover, and the side edge of the edge covering cover is arranged to cover the side edge of the cover plate;
wherein, the binding device still includes:
the mounting seat is provided with a movable stroke; and the number of the first and second groups,
the third driving piece drives the mounting seat to move;
the edge rolling part is rotatably arranged on the mounting seat, so that on the movable stroke of the mounting seat, the edge rolling part can move to the edge rolling position and move to a position far away from the edge rolling position;
the binding device also comprises a fourth driving piece which drives the binding part to rotate;
the mounting seat is also provided with a movable stroke for debugging the position of the edge rolling; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the edge rolling part is provided with an active stroke for adjusting the edge rolling position.
2. The battery cap binding apparatus of claim 1, wherein the mounting structure further comprises a turntable, the fixture being fixedly mounted on the turntable;
the base is also provided with a feeding station and a discharging station;
the battery cap binding apparatus further comprises:
the feeding device is arranged corresponding to the feeding station; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the blanking device is arranged corresponding to the blanking station.
3. The battery cap binding apparatus of claim 1, wherein the mounting structure comprises a driven friction wheel rotatably mounted to the base, the fixture being fixedly attached to the driven friction wheel;
the rotation driving device comprises a driving friction wheel and a rotation driving part for driving the driving friction wheel to rotate, and is movably arranged on the base and provided with a friction position for enabling the side surface of the driving friction wheel to be abutted against the side surface of the driven friction wheel and a separation position for enabling the driving friction wheel to be separated from the driven friction wheel;
the battery cap edge rolling device further comprises a first driving piece which drives the rotation driving device to move on the base.
4. The battery cap binding apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a pressing apparatus disposed on the base and located at the binding station, the pressing apparatus comprising:
the jacking part is rotatably arranged above the jig of the mounting structure at the working position, can be movably arranged up and down, and is provided with a working position which moves downwards to abut against the cover plate on the jig; and the number of the first and second groups,
the second driving piece is arranged on the base and drives the jacking portion to move up and down.
5. The battery cap crimping device of claim 1, wherein the crimping portion comprises:

and the adjusting handle is connected with the inner box and used for driving the inner box to slide so as to adjust the edge rolling position of the edge rolling part.
7. The battery cap binding apparatus of claim 5, further comprising a connecting block having one end connected to the binding shaft and the other end connected to the fourth driving member, for driving the connecting block to rotate the binding shaft when the fourth driving member is operated.

The battery cap binding apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the case body of the outer case is provided with a plurality of fixing grooves and bolts, and the case body of the inner case is correspondingly provided with a plurality of screw holes, and the bolts are inserted through the fixing grooves and engaged with the screw holes to fix the position of the inner case after the binding position adjustment of the binding portion is completed.
