In the specific implementation, if the preset database does not inquire the order information corresponding to the pre-arranged order identifier, it is indicated that the box to be sorted corresponding to the pre-arranged order identifier is placed wrongly, or the order information in the preset database is imported wrongly; the server generates a ready-made clothes return instruction and sends the ready-made clothes return instruction to the conveyor belt control equipment; the conveyor control device enables the ready-made clothes to be sorted to be conveyed back to the non-sorting area through the conveyor belt according to the control instruction so as to wait for further processing of field personnel.
According to the method and the system, the preinstalled order identification is inquired in the preset database, the correctness of each flow of ready-made clothes sorting is ensured, after problems are found, ready-made clothes to be sorted are returned in time, field personnel can conveniently check each link, adjustment is made in time, and the efficiency of ready-made clothes sorting is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, before the step S25, before controlling the gripper device to grip the ready-to-sort clothes and then place the ready-to-sort clothes into the box to be sorted corresponding to the position information of the box to be sorted, the method further includes:
step S31, acquiring image information of ready-made clothes to be sorted; and the image information of the ready-made clothes to be sorted is obtained by shooting the ready-made clothes to be sorted by the vision verification camera equipment.

The ready-made clothes straightening device and the vision checking camera device are arranged on the track above the conveyor belt, and the ready-made clothes straightening device and the vision checking camera device are arranged in front of the ready-made clothes code scanning device and the gripper device.
In the specific implementation, the visual inspection camera shooting equipment shoots ready-made clothes to be sorted on the conveyor belt and sends the ready-made clothes to the server, the server compares the ready-made clothes to be sorted with preset ready-made clothes placement images stored in a preset database, the degree and the direction of the ready-made clothes to be sorted which need to be adjusted at present are calculated, and if the degree and the direction are smaller than a certain angle, the ready-made clothes do not need to be adjusted; if the ready-made clothes are required to be adjusted, generating a control instruction according to the degree and the direction of the ready-made clothes to be sorted, and sending the control instruction to ready-made clothes straightening equipment; the ready-made clothes straightening equipment grabs ready-made clothes to be sorted to a certain height and then rotates or overturns the ready-made clothes according to the control instruction, and the ready-made clothes to be sorted is adjusted in the air to a proper angle and then is put back to the conveying belt; and the server generates a control instruction according to the adjustment completion information sent by the ready-made clothes straightening equipment to start the vision verification camera equipment, shoots the adjusted ready-made clothes to be sorted and verifies whether the adjustment is completed.
The cooperation that this embodiment was put through vision check-up camera equipment and ready-made clothes and is ajusted equipment, the put position of waiting to sort the ready-made clothes on the adjustment conveyer belt makes grabbing that tongs equipment can be stable wait to sort the ready-made clothes, avoids snatching not firm or snatch the condition emergence that can not reach, leads to empty grabbing, and the condition of falling the package produces, has improved the efficiency of ready-made clothes letter sorting.

In this embodiment, the accuracy of the ready-made clothes to be sorted placed in the box can be roughly determined according to the box weight information, for example, the total weight of 20 ready-made clothes of model a should be 4000 g, the total weight of the box is 4200 g, and if the total weight is within a preset accurate range, the box sorting result is preliminarily determined to be accurate.
In an embodiment, in step S25, a code spraying instruction is generated according to the box weight information and the pre-installed order identifier; sending the code spraying instruction to code spraying equipment; the code spraying equipment is used for spraying the corresponding packaging information on the box body to be sorted according to the code spraying instruction.
In this embodiment, the number of ready-made clothes to be sorted is the number of ready-made clothes already placed in the box body to be sorted, and the statistics of the number can be adjusted according to the requirements of order information; for example, 25, 20 and 15 pieces of ready-made clothes with three colors of red, yellow and blue need to be put into the three ABC boxes respectively, and then the number of the three ABC boxes can be counted respectively. In the concrete implementation, after the gripper equipment puts ready-made clothes to be sorted into the corresponding box body to be sorted, the server records the quantity information of the ready-made clothes put in the corresponding box body to be sorted according to the acquired information and compares the quantity information with the order information; when the box body to be sorted meets the corresponding order information, box body weight information weighed by box body weighing equipment is obtained; the server generates a code spraying instruction according to the box body weight information and the pre-installed order mark, and sends the code spraying instruction to code spraying equipment; and spraying the corresponding packaging information on the box body to be sorted by the code spraying equipment according to the code spraying instruction.
The embodiment confirms the correctness of the sorting operation again through the box body weight information; the spraying of the code spraying equipment to the box body is also finished together, and the ready-made clothes sorting efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, after sending the code spraying instruction to the code spraying device, the method further includes: the method has the advantages that the code spraying equipment is detected to spray corresponding packaging information on the box body to be sorted, the indicating lamp in the set area near the box body to be sorted is triggered to light up, and therefore field personnel are reminded to replace the box body to be sorted.
In this embodiment, the pilot lamp is installed beside the box weighing device, can let the field personnel know current equipment running state through light change, for example, green light represents that a certain box of waiting to sort in near region has sorted and has finished, needs to change the box of waiting to sort of new. It should be noted that other methods can be adopted to remind field personnel to replace the box body, audio reminding can be played, and reminding can be performed by using information such as characters and pictures on a display screen.
In the concrete implementation, after the code spraying equipment finishes the package information spraying operation, the sorting process of the box body is finished; the server generates a control instruction according to the information that the code spraying equipment finishes the packaging information spraying operation and sends the control instruction to the indicator lamp controller; the indicator light controller is used for controlling the indicator light beside the box body for completing the sorting operation to be turned on according to the control instruction, reminding field personnel to remove the box body for completing the sorting operation, and placing a new box body to be sorted.
The interaction of ready-made clothes sorting system and field personnel is simplified through triggering the indicator light to this embodiment, reminds field personnel to change and treats the letter sorting box, has improved the efficiency of ready-made clothes sorting.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring the current running state of each device in real time; if the current running state of the equipment is an abnormal state, triggering an alarm; and generating an equipment operation log according to the current operation state of each equipment, and storing the equipment operation log in a preset database.
In this embodiment, the current operation state of each device refers to a node where the current device operates, for example, whether the device is in a working stage, a specific time for completing a previous work, and the like; the alarm means that when the equipment is abnormal in operation, external personnel are reminded to carry out troubleshooting and adjustment; the device operation log can record the time when a certain device completes a certain work, the content of the completed work, whether an abnormal condition occurs or not, and the like, which can reflect the content of the working state of each device.
In the specific implementation, the server acquires the current running state of each device in real time, so that each device can be conveniently regulated and controlled; if the equipment running state collected by the server is abnormal, generating an alarm control instruction according to the collected equipment running state, and sending the alarm control instruction to an alarm controller; the alarm controller carries out alarm operation according to the alarm control instruction, reminds external personnel to intervene and eliminates problems; the server collects and records the collected current running state of the equipment, generates an equipment running log and stores the equipment running log in a preset database so as to trace the reason for the problem generated in the following.

The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing data related to the garment sorting process, such as order information corresponding to a pre-filled order identification. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a garment sorting method.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor implements the steps of: if the order information corresponding to the pre-installed order mark is not inquired in the preset database, a ready-made clothes return instruction is generated; and returning the ready-made clothes to be sorted according to the ready-made clothes return instruction.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor implements the steps of: acquiring image information of ready-made clothes to be sorted; the image information of the ready-made clothes to be sorted is obtained by shooting the ready-made clothes to be sorted by the vision verification camera equipment; identifying the image information of the ready-made clothes to be sorted to obtain the placing result of the ready-made clothes to be sorted; and if the placing result of the ready-made clothes to be sorted does not meet the preset placing result, controlling the ready-made clothes aligning equipment to adjust the placing position of the ready-made clothes to be sorted according to the placing result of the ready-made clothes to be sorted.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor implements the steps of: recording the number of ready-made clothes to be sorted in the box body to be sorted; if the number of ready-made clothes to be sorted reaches the number of ready-made clothes corresponding to the order information, box weight information sent by box weighing equipment is obtained; the box body weight information is obtained by box body weighing equipment; generating a code spraying instruction according to the box body weight information and the pre-installed order mark; sending the code spraying instruction to code spraying equipment; the code spraying equipment is used for spraying the corresponding packaging information on the box body to be sorted according to the code spraying instruction.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor implements the steps of: the method has the advantages that the code spraying equipment is detected to spray corresponding packaging information on the box body to be sorted, the indicating lamp in the set area near the box body to be sorted is triggered to light up, and therefore field personnel are reminded to replace the box body to be sorted.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor implements the steps of: acquiring the current running state of each device in real time; if the current running state of the equipment is an abnormal state, triggering an alarm; and generating an equipment operation log according to the current operation state of each equipment, and storing the equipment operation log in a preset database.
In the above embodiments, the computer-readable storage medium stores computer program, and receives the position information of the box to be sorted sent by the box weighing device; the box body weighing equipment is used for generating position information of the box body to be sorted after detecting that the box body to be sorted is placed on the box body weighing equipment; controlling box body code scanning equipment to read a pre-installed order mark carried by a box body to be sorted according to the position information of the box body to be sorted; inquiring a preset database according to the pre-installed order mark; if the preset database stores order information corresponding to the pre-installed order mark, controlling ready-made clothes code scanning equipment to read a ready-made clothes mark carried by ready-made clothes to be sorted; and if the ready-made clothes identification is matched with the order information, controlling the gripper equipment to grip the ready-made clothes to be sorted and then place the ready-made clothes into the box body to be sorted corresponding to the position information of the box body to be sorted according to the ready-made clothes identification. The method comprises the steps of weighing the weight of a box body to be sorted by utilizing a box body weighing device, reading a pre-installed order mark by utilizing a box body code scanning device, reading a ready-made clothes mark by utilizing a ready-made clothes code scanning device, placing the ready-made clothes to be sorted into the box body to be sorted by utilizing a gripper device, and converting the traditional manual weighing, scanning, boxing and sorting operations into the mutual matching of the devices, so that the automation of ready-made clothes sorting is realized, the manual intervention is reduced, and the efficiency of ready-made clothes sorting is improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)
1. A garment sorting method, comprising:
receiving position information of a box body to be sorted sent by box body weighing equipment; the box body weighing equipment is used for generating position information of the box body to be sorted after detecting that the box body to be sorted is placed on the box body weighing equipment;
controlling box body code scanning equipment to read a pre-installed order mark carried by the box body to be sorted according to the position information of the box body to be sorted;
inquiring a preset database according to the pre-installed order mark;
if the preset database stores the order information corresponding to the pre-installed order mark, controlling ready-made clothes code scanning equipment to read a ready-made clothes mark carried by ready-made clothes to be sorted;
and if the ready-made clothes identification is matched with the order information, controlling the gripping equipment to grip the ready-made clothes to be sorted and then place the ready-made clothes into the box body to be sorted corresponding to the position information of the box body to be sorted according to the ready-made clothes identification.
2. The method of claim 1, after querying a pre-set database based on the pre-filled order identification, further comprising:
if the order information corresponding to the pre-installed order mark is not inquired in the preset database, a ready-made clothes return instruction is generated;
and returning the ready-made clothes to be sorted according to the ready-made clothes return instruction.
3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that before the control gripper device grips the ready-to-sort clothes and then places the ready-to-sort clothes into the box to be sorted corresponding to the position information of the box to be sorted, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring image information of the ready-made clothes to be sorted; the image information of the ready-made clothes to be sorted is obtained by shooting the ready-made clothes to be sorted by vision verification shooting equipment;
identifying the image information of the ready-made clothes to be sorted to obtain the placing result of the ready-made clothes to be sorted;
and if the placing result of the ready-made clothes to be sorted does not meet the preset placing result, controlling ready-made clothes aligning equipment to adjust the placing position of the ready-made clothes to be sorted according to the placing result of the ready-made clothes to be sorted.
4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that after the control gripper device grips the ready-to-sort clothes and then places the ready-to-sort clothes into the box to be sorted corresponding to the position information of the box to be sorted, the method further comprises the following steps:
recording the number of ready-made clothes to be sorted in the box body to be sorted;
if the number of the ready-made clothes to be sorted reaches the number of ready-made clothes corresponding to the order information, box body weight information sent by the box body weighing equipment is obtained; the box body weight information is obtained by the box body weighing equipment;
generating a code spraying instruction according to the box body weight information and the pre-installed order mark;
sending the code spraying instruction to code spraying equipment; and the code spraying equipment is used for spraying corresponding packaging information on the box body to be sorted according to the code spraying instruction.
5. The method of claim 4, after sending the code spraying instruction to a code spraying device, further comprising:
detecting that the code spraying equipment sprays corresponding packaging information on the box body to be sorted, and triggering an indicator lamp of a set area near the box body to be sorted to light up so as to remind field personnel to replace the box body to be sorted.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
acquiring the current running state of each device in real time;
if the current running state of the equipment is an abnormal state, triggering an alarm;
and generating an equipment operation log according to the current operation state of each piece of equipment, and storing the equipment operation log in the preset database.
7. A garment sorting apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the box body position generating module is used for receiving the position information of the box body to be sorted sent by the box body weighing equipment; the box body weighing equipment is used for generating position information of the box body to be sorted after detecting that the box body to be sorted is placed on the box body weighing equipment;
the pre-loading order mark reading module is used for controlling the box body code scanning equipment to read the pre-loading order mark carried by the box body to be sorted according to the position information of the box body to be sorted;
the preset database query module is used for querying a preset database according to the pre-installed order mark;
the ready-made clothes identification reading module is used for controlling ready-made clothes code scanning equipment to read ready-made clothes identifications carried by ready-made clothes to be sorted if the preset database stores order information corresponding to the pre-installed order identifications;
and the hand gripping equipment control module is used for controlling the hand gripping equipment to grip the ready-made clothes to be sorted and then place the ready-made clothes into the box body to be sorted corresponding to the position information of the box body to be sorted according to the ready-made clothes identification if the ready-made clothes identification is matched with the order information.
8. A garment sorting system, comprising: the system comprises a server, a box body weighing device, a box body code scanning device, a ready-made clothes code scanning device and a hand grab device which are connected through a network;
the box body weighing equipment is used for generating position information of the box body to be sorted after the box body to be sorted is detected to be placed on the box body weighing equipment, and sending the position information of the box body to be sorted to the server;
the server, which is used for executing the steps of the ready-made clothes sorting method of any claim 1 to 6;
the box body code scanning equipment is used for reading a pre-installed order mark carried by the box body to be sorted;
the ready-made clothes code scanning equipment is used for reading ready-made clothes identification carried by ready-made clothes to be sorted;
and the gripping equipment is used for gripping the ready-made clothes to be sorted and then placing the ready-made clothes into the box body to be sorted corresponding to the position information of the box body to be sorted.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
